There are insurance agents and then there are insurance professionals and let me just say Karen Gilkey and Deborah King are absolutely the very best at what they do for their clients. When I think of American Family and these two ladies I always smile and something inside me always feels safe and COVERED. They are not pushy and actually give insights as to how to save money while pursuing protection that makes sense and that gives me piece of mind I need as my family of cars and drivers expands. Karen and her staff were very helpful when we decided to change insurance companies. They took the time to explain where are current coverage was good and also areas we needed to increase coverage. Mrs. Gilkey is absolutely the BEST insurance agent! My son who was looking at a duplex as a possible investing opportunity needed to make sure the property was insurable. I contacted Mrs. Gilkey and asked her if she would be able to evaluate the property. Mrs. Gilkey showed up on Memorial day, walked the property, and provide us with a quote the very next day. This is the owner of a business, she could have told me it was a holiday and how she was not open for business, since this was not an emergency. However, she showed up on the HOLIDAY, taking time away from her own family to help my family and I am truly grateful for this. This is what I expect, but I rarely get...EXCELLENT customer service.
