AWFUL. It took me 2 weeks to get a hold of someone in this office when I got a new car to get it added to my policy. Also, I needed to talk to him about my house insurance, because apparently hes the only one in the office thats allowed to even answer questions. TWO MONTHS of leaving voice mails and emails with no call back, so glad nothing happened during that time. I transferred agents. Almost $400 for house and car insurance, you would think for that amount of money you would get some sort of customer service. I REALLY hope this isnt the same service all his clients receive.
