I really want to give 5 star because Linda always takes great care to listen to what I want and make my nails pretty, but I took one star because of the long wait. They really need more employees. That being said, I am always happy when I leave with pretty hands and feet!! They do good nails. I used to only do acrylic and gel nails. The first time Linda removed my gel nails she told me my nails would benefit from powder dip. She was so right!! Every time I go in for polish change I see the difference in my nail health. I’m so happy to have been recommended this service. Overall I recommend Jacksonville Nails and Spa… just call ahead or schedule an appointment to save time.** it’s worth the wait for me***giving the star ⭐️ back **

Linda is absolutely wonderful and does beautiful work! I have been coming to this salon for years now. They are always very professional, friendly and care about their customers! I came in and sat and waited 2 - 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done.. didn’t give me what I asked for.. told me that she didn’t have time to do regular paint that it has to be get .. (didn’t want gel) couldn’t do the design I wanted cause she didn’t have enough time supposedly … but stopped 6 or more times from doing my nails to wax eyebrows … didn’t give me what I wanted then my thumb nail and bird finger nail lengths was two different lengths … WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN !!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND… then they wouldn’t fix nor give me I refund will not use this place ever again .. the 3 was pics of my nails and this is what I asked for

I really dont know how they can run a business with just two people working here. Ive been here over an hour waiting to get my nails done. I called here right before I left and asked if I needed an Appointment or can I just walk in. She asked me for when. I said for today. I told her I can be there in 20 minutes. She told me to come now. So...I dont think Ill be coming back here.

The pedicure was amazing. But I hated my fill in and how they did my nails so bad that I was embarrassed to show them to anyone. I got my toes done first to match the design I showed them that they said they could do. Then after they finished the fill in part, thats when they informed me that they couldnt do none of the design I had showed them. The rhinestones came off before I got to the red light. They wasnt shaped evenly and she handed me a card telling me shed fix them when I come back. They will never touch my hands again.

I will never go back here! They couldnt do designs, yet they have designs displayed all over the shop. They painted my feet one color and my nails another. They charged $$$ but wasnt worth it.

I have been a few times before to get my eyebrows waxed and it has been very well done. However, I went today to get them waxed and the women that normally waxed them was not there. The women that was there today waxed the majority of my eyebrows off. I normally have a arch in my brows with a tail. She waxed the end of my eyebrows off and I no longer have an arch. She also repetitively asked me to get my lip waxed, I politely told her no, she continued to ask and told me my face was hairy.

I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. All I received was a pedi and the cheapest gel nail polish on my nails. The prices are outrageous!!! Especially the fact that all my nails have broke because of the cheap gel polish they use. I dont recommend them at all

My nail tech did not listen at all to what I asked for. My acrylic nails are crooked and uneven. I asked her to fix them she ignored me. She rushed through my nails to get to the clients in line after me. While painting my nails there was a piece of hair stuck in the polish. I asked her to remove the hair and she didn’t,instead she just painted over it (even after I asked twice). I’m very unsatisfied with my nails and I will not be going back.

I just got a pedicure done and the man was very rude. The pedicure was rushed and he did not file my toe nails and the paint job was terrible. It was $45 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I recommend Rose Nails in Jacksonville over this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I am an original client of Haan, Vee and Kevin; since they left, the salon has gone down up in flames. Helen is all about selling the most expensive services and the rest of the staff do not know the trade. They are mediocre at best. I had to go back to get gel polish fixed, and still was not done well.Wish Haan, Vee and Kevin would come back.

I came here for a set of acrylics, the lady doing them seemed to rush through. She was also very rude, I ask her if we could make my nails a bit shorter due to me wearing contacts and needing to remove them and she threw (yes threw) her nail file on counter and gave me a very ugly look and I ended up with a piece of hair or brush bristle in my nail once my polish was dried and done. She also stayed on her personal cell phone the whole time and not once made a point to say anything to me as a customer. Very disappointed in the visit.

Lovely, a bit pricey but great service.

I have been going there with my mom. The last time we went there was all new nail techs. The pedicure wasnt great and I asked them to trim and cut my moms fingernails and he literally cut then straight across and barely filed them. I felt so bad for my mom. I will never take her back there again.

Really enjoyed my experience there today! I got exactly what I wanted and they were all very friendly!

My nails looked good when they were first done, but I got a full set two times to make sure it wasn’t just me being rough, and both sets had nails just popping off within a week. Acrylics shouldn’t just pop off within a week of being done.

My toes got cut several times and nail polish was left all over my toes and they didn’t offer to fix it

Not bad, but not great tech was rushed by other customers. And acrylic was applied super thin ; stress point was not built up at all very flat nails. The techs were very nice and attentive. Update. Middle nail snapped off at the tip just like i knew it would. I will be goin back tomorrow and askin to have it fixed.
