They do a good job but I always have to wait 30 minutes for my actual appointment

I’ve been to this location many times. I have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone here is SUPER nice & they take their time. I also like how private it is. You aren’t sitting right in front of someone awkwardly staring at eachother. They are extremely clean & professional. After coming here I won’t go anywhere else.

Very polite, clean, equipped properly, and they shaped your nails as you request. All you have to do is show a pic of what you like and they will do their best to match it.

I rarely write a review but I will never use this place again. They do not honor their appointments. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. They did the pedicure and then told me if I wanted a manicure I would need to come back later. If they did not have time they should have told me when I made the appointment. They were not even that busy.

First time coming here and Im very dissatisfied that its barely been a week and I have chips on SNS dipping powder set. Ive been getting SNS for over 10 years and have never had chipping before.I was also uneasy when at the end she attempted to put regular clear coat on top instead of the gel clear coat with the light that I have gotten every other time at every other place Ive ever been too and even questioned if she would do the gel. She said no and continued with regular clear and a fan to seal. Well they definitely werent sealed and they look aweful especially since I spent $100 at this shop.Her technique wasnt bad for the dipping. The products they use are not good quality and they should properly seal the SNS with the gel clear coat at the end.

Beautiful nail salon.. only waited about 4-5 minutes and the service was amazing! Even offer you complimentary water/soda.. best experience in a long time. I will most definitely be coming back!!!

I went in with a positive attitude, but I was sadly disappointed. They put tips on me and did s and s powder.y nails broke twice. After getting them fixed once and then they broke again I gave up. I dont be going back. They also are unpleasant with no personality.

Exceptional value! Highly recommend. I have been twice for a pedicure and both were great experiences. The classic pedicure has several things that would be additional cost at other places for a really great price.

The nail tech that does my nails is a gem! She is very meticulous and takes her time. She always has great suggestions for nail styles and colors. Overall the place is clean and quiet and the selection of polishes and services is great.

Will never go anywhere else. I’ve tried sooo many nail salons around town and haven’t found any that compare to this one. Every nail tech does an incredible job and I’ve had most of them. The salon is super clean, people are friendly, prices for what they give you is unmatched, and both my polish pedis and gel manis last a long time without chipping. I got a French gel manicure once that lasted for over a month with not one chip... kind of blew my mind! And one of their lowest priced pedis includes scrub massage, lotion massage, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap, wax dip, etc... and they don’t skimp on time. Of the probably 15+ salons to choose from in this immediate area, this is the right choice 😊

Worst customer service ever!!! They give you attitude and make you wait way too long. I waited for over thirty minutes for someone to do my nails and they took two other customers that came in after me. Would not recommend as they are extremely unprofessional.

I just got my SNS nails and absolutely love them!!! Din, who made my nails did exactly what I asked him for, was very patient and kind. Plus he made a very clean work. Also loved the place, its very clean and pretty. I definitely will be back!

Had a great experience. A friend of mine and I needed some time away from the family, and this place was certainly relaxing. The prices are very comparable to other nail salons. The massage was excellent, with hot stones and lotion. The ladies were nice and did a fantastic job. Only suggestion would be to offer wine or champagne.

Great experience at the shop!! Staff was friendly and no wait time... my nails turned out beautiful!! Only small issue I had is that the nails didnt match up to the other perfectly... Only I would really notice it so its not a huge deal. But seriously, my nails are gorgeous!

Never go without an appointment!! Went in and didnt even get acknowledged. Signed in the book for my daughter and her friend to get gel fills. After waiting 40 minutes, we asked how much longer. They said all the people had appointments and we had to wait. There were at least 5 ahead of us. I understand appointments, but if you are going to take walk ins then you should have someone to do them. Sad thing is we have been regulars for over a year. We were treated like we were a bother instead of them caring they may lose money. Total disrespect!!Have no time management skills. Lost our business for good.

I had a tropical pedicure and gel paint on fingernails. Linda did a Fabulous job! My toes feet and calves were so smooth and my nail polish flawless!! I will definatley be back!!! Prices are very fair they have a whole menu of services! I absolutely recommend this business

This used to be my go to establishment for a great pedicure. No longer the case, the most recent experience was rough and aggressive with abraded skin and cuticles requiring anitibiotics.

My wife and I have come in frequently for classic pedicures. Their packages are the best prices in the area and are by far the best services! We’ve been able to come in without appointments and are always offered beverages during our sessions. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. After coming here for a pedicure last year I haven’t even bothered going to any other places in the area. Everyone is very friendly and they always do a great job. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and will be back. I got the Deluxe ($35) and it was fabulous. The sugar scrub with fresh squeezed grapefruit was a nice touch.The interior is nice and clean and open. They use plastic covers on the foot spas. The gentleman who attended me offered water, soft drinks or choice of red or white wine. I also appreciated his attention to detail when painting my nails. I will absolutely be back.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Most places clip my nails was way too short and it ends up being painful. Not only did my person clip my nails correctly but she took her time on doing the leg massages. Very relaxing experience.

The girls are so detailed and my nails are perfect every time, BUT the place is uncomfortably silent. No music or background noise. Can be a little awkward, but they do such a good job that I can deal with it. Definitely the best nail shop in the area.

My wife’s best experience yet. They are very professional and very courteous to their guest. I’ve always been offered a drink and overall just friendly people. Their adorable son is always opening the door for anyone going in and out. I’d give this place a 10 star if I could.

I have been here a few times now, and they always do excellent work. What I especially appreciate is that they do not use the grinding tool to remove old polish or to prepare the nail for the new polish, unlike nearby competitors. They do it by hand, so my nails are not thin (wrecked). Communication is excellent, and the setting is beautiful (light and airy).

I would give more than 5 if I could. It is so close to me and the hours are great! I never get my nails done because I don’t really have many good experiences at nail salons and I just don’t like to do it because it usually lasts like 4 days because I’m very hard on my hands. My nails haven’t even chipped or cracked. They were done really well too. Some of the places I have gone left nail polish on my skin or it was uneven or just sloppy. My nails looks amazing and I am so happy with them! Nail Spot was amazing and friendly and relaxing and just perfect. Will be going there much more!

I consider this to be the best Nail place in the Bartram area. Very consistent service and clean. They have great massage chairs for pedicures and quality products with sanitary conditions. Highly recommend. I have acrylic nails and get pedicures on a regular basis.

I did not set up an appointment but walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. While waiting I was offered a beverage of my choice. The gal who did my nails was friendly and did a great job. The prices for their services are great! I definitely plan on making this my new go to nail salon.

So we had a reservation at 12:30. We walked in at 12:15 so the kids could pick the color for their toes. We signed in and told the guy we head a 12:30 reservation. He took us in the back on the side where no one else was. He got all our water fix so we could soak our feet. 20 minutes later a lady walks in the back and says someone will be here shortly to get started. At 1:17, we left. Have to say that I was pretty upset. Seeing how I heard really good things about the place and I we came from the Westside just to see for ourselves.

Beautiful salon, best one Ive seen. They make private rooms available for couples or small groups of friends. Very relaxing, quality treatments with special touches. Even with all of the upscale amenities the prices were very competitive. I would go here exclusively if I lived in the area . Enjoy your experience

I have been twice and was very impressed! Both times I have gotten ombre acrylic nails. The first time I went I got a guy who did a great job and was very enjoyable to talk to. Just went today and had a different guy, Brian, who did an amazing job... He was extremely attentive to every detail. This is definitely my new nail salon. Atmosphere is nice and pricing is reasonable.

I was honestly so pleased with my techs work. My nail shape was beautiful, the color was even more so. They even lasted about 2-3 months. However, one of the tips popped off today from jamming my finger. (Which happens.) However to my disbelief the nail underneath the acrylic was GREEN. In a fit of panic I removed my acrylics. Two of my nails have bright/dark green around the edges, and it looks like the start of 2 more spots on other nails.Upon some research and asking around, looks like a bacterial thing that is caused by unclean tools, and moisture under the tip.Im concerned to say the least. And if some simple google remedys dont fix my problem, looks like a trip to the doctor is in store.I just hope they do right by me and help if costs if thats the case.

I love my nail place! Tina is who does my pedicures. Jenn or one other young lady, sorry dont know her name, does my nails. I get SNS dipping color so I only trust one of them to do them. Its clean, nice environment. I go every 2-3 weeks.

Tried a few locations in Jackaonville after moving here. Once I tried this one I didnt have to search any longer. They are amazing! Never had a problem with my nails done here!

Polish lasts a long time and techs always do a decent job. Pedicures are alright. Wait is usually long on the weekends and sometimes even with an appointment.

I am usually happy with this place but not today!!!! It was 3:30 in the afternoon when I arrived with only 2 people waiting they told me I they could not take me today. They close at 7.

When I called to ask a price and could barely hear the lady who answered the phone due to the noise in their background, someone else got on the phone and was rude because I asked a question twice. Lost a bridal party of 12 due to this.

My wife got a manicure and pedicure. The gel nail polish is extra cost and it chipped off in a day. The shop is nice looking and clean but we had a bad experience here, not sure if she will give it another try.

Had a good time with my family of 5. Set an appt at 1 for 5 pedicures and 3 eyebrow waxed and although we had to wait in between waxes they had us all out by 3. Very friendly staff. Quality work.

First time trying this place and I am VERY impressed. Didn’t have a long wait time, first provider spent an hour on my pedicure which felt amazing and was so relaxing. Second provider again spent about an hour on my nails and paid very close attention to detail. The best part about this place is that the staff were not constantly on their cellphones or talking amongst each other like some other nail places I have been to! Their prices are very fair and comparable to other places in the area. Their deluxe pedicure far exceeds Bartram Nails for the same price. Deff give this place a try!

My SNS nails didnt even last one week, not good for the $40 price tag.Pedicure didnt last either.Its either poor technique or poor products.Sorry, wont be back.

There are a few nail salons in this area but I read the reviews and chose Nail Spot. Glad I did, the place is clean and they sterilize the manicure instruments. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent workmanship. For pedis we were in a separate room so it was fun being able to talk to each other.

The lady who did my acrylics rushed them and my nails are super damaged, didn’t even shape them right and they fell off within a few days 😕 I wouldn’t recommend going here for a manicure,Maybe a pedicure.

I had been to this place few times for SNS, always French.Sometimes they do more layers of the powder, sometimesless. Very inconsistent.But today I was charged more, needless to say -last time I go there.

I received two different people for services which is typically normal. The woman who performed my pedicure was very condescending and repeatedly laughed in my face after asking me what service I wanted upon my arrival. I responded to her each time calmly yet confused as to why she thought it was funny.After she completed my mediocre pedicure she guided me to sit down at the drying table. I then stopped to remind her I wanted gel polish on my hands as well. She laughed again and looked back to tell one of the other staff memebers in their language what I wanted. At this point I’m really confused so I asked her was everything okay and reminded her of what I told her in the beginning and that I had written it down upon my arrival. She replied oh no everything is fine. As I sat down with a man to complete my gel polish service. He starts to laugh at whatever she’s saying in their language about me needing another service. I began to feel very uncomfortable and wanted to stop service and leave. He did a decent job on my nails but the overall experience was just ughhhhh. People don’t know what respect and customer service anymore I guess.

The deluxe pedicure with Bella was incredible!!! I fell asleep....it was heavenly!

This is a new salon, and its very nice but more on the traditional style. The person who performed my gel mani was nice, but he used a technique that I was not familiar with. Within 2 days the gel Polish began to peel and my nail broke. I am sure that everyone doesnt do gel manis the same but this didnt work for me.

I’ve been here twice before and they were very slow and took forever. I went today for a pedicure and arrived at 5:50 pm. There was 2 people before me and they rudely said they could not do me today because they close at 7!!! Maybe they should lock their doors at 5! Strike 3 for me.
