The 1 star is for the pedicure, I’ve never been to a place that the pedicure looked so horrible, this was not made by a professional, I’ve picked one color and the lady manage to do worst then the picture, I complained and the girl said it could be the nail polish that I chose, so I picked a different color and the same lady did again and still she couldn’t get to look good or at least decent. On the pictures you can see the nails are out of shape, not the whole nail has polish, how bad the polish looks and not to mention the cuticles. I was so frustrated that I left like that and definitely not going back there.Please be more professional, you are not doing a favor, I paid for the service and expected at least to look decent.

Was rushed through my manicure that consisted of only (one layer)of polish. I asked if it was too late to change my original reg manicure to gel manicure after the initial hand cleaning was done and was told it was too late. Not very good communication during my visit since they were worried about other customers, definitely will go elsewhere next time.

Rush job even at a slow time. My nails were lumpy and polished at a slant. I had to constantly ask to fix and I just gave up...additionally no COVID protocols in place. I did not see anything being wiped or cleaned properly before or after customers left.

Best nail shop hands down! This was my first time in this nail shop. I did the Green Tea spa pedicure and it was absolutely relaxing and Kim did a wonderful job on my nails. I definitely will be going back.

I have been going 2Paradise Nail Spa 4 many years. In fact since the day they opened. Diane the previous owner was the one who did my nails and when she sold the business I started going to Kim. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kim is. She is so thoughtful kind and a perfectionist. She is also very quick and very friendly. She does beautiful nail art and encourages me to try different colors which has been spot-on. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Im always greeted with a smile and a goodbye when I leave. I would never go anywhere else except to Paradise Nails. When I had wrist surgery Kim was so careful and gentle. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is such an asset to the salon. What a soothing and relaxing place it is and the soft music adds a Special Touch.. on another note, the staff would do my mothers nails and would enjoy listening to her stories. My mother at the time was 96 years old and passed away 3 years ago and the staff still talks about her and the wonderful person she was and how they miss seeing her. The salon is more than a business, it is a family environment. I highly recommend having one of the services that Paradise Nails has to offer.

We were walkin customers and they were able to get to us very quickly. Rayna took her time and gave me a great pedicure. The gentleman who helped my husband also did an outstanding job. He took great care repairing a broken nail on my husbands foot. We both left feeling great. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a good pedicure. What more could you ask of a nail solon?

I came here with my best friend, it being my second time, the first time was awesome. However, this time the nail stylist only talked to me once. I think it is a lot more fun when they interact with you. Even though this wasnt a big deal, they charger my friend $40 for her nails when it was only $20, we did get it fixed. I do recommend this place because all in all, it depends on which person you get to do your nails!
