I go every 2 week i love this place tam never fails me he does amazing everyime and I give him sometimes hard ideas.

Went last-minute mid-afternoon on a Monday. As expected, nail salon was near empty. I went in with plans of dip removal and gel mani. Jenny was my nail tech and she is an absolute STAR. She was very gentle in using her equipment, and when she used her Dremel, she made sure multiple times that she wasn’t hurting me. The color I wanted wasn’t available in their gel selection, but Jenny suggested SNS (not much coercion needed on my end, to be honest) and I am in love with the finished product! Overall a great experience, and Jenny will be my girl from hereon out!

Hidden gem - I got a pedicure here for the first time. They’re only a few minutes down the street from my house and I’m glad I tried them out . They did a great job, wonderful foot massage and took their time with my pedicure, definitely making this my go to spot from now on

Christine was awesome! Took me as a walking and did a beautiful full set n spa pedicure. Offered me a glass of wine and didnt make me feel obligated to chit chat, let me sit in peace n relax while having my services done. Shes also very funny and sweet. All the staff were very nice. Clean shop and timely service.

This place is really awesome. The people are so nice and do a great job for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place and you have to try the CBD pedicure. Its amazing.

Great, but dont get GEL, 10.00 extra per foot... Ridiculous.. A 37.00 pedicure costs 53.00. Not again thank you..

Great service. Seriously. My pedicure lasted almost an hour and it was great. She took her time and was very detail oriented. It says a lot when your pedicure lasts just under an hour instead of 15 minutes.

My 2 daughters and I went there for my daughters 13th birthday and had the best pedicures.

The nail tech ( a man) put tips on my nails and then liquid gel... my nails were so bumpy and horribly shaped. However the pedicure I had after was wonderful. Ill only go to the second technician from now on. Overall the salon is beautiful and overall service is good.

They never disappoint. They took me in as a walkin on Christmas Eve and made me feel welcome! They did an amazing job and did not make me feel like I was rushed at all. Decent nail shop, not the best quality but not terrible for the price. Multiple people came in and complained their nails were messed up after only a few days. I got a simple manicure, and the polish is a little bumpy. Good hand massage though. *****update**** 3 days later my nails are chipping.

Great Pedicure, Reflexology with some pampering is the way to go.Drinks offered, foot and leg massage was fantastic.I reserved 1 star because the only service I recieved, when I go back and do my nails I will do another review.

Stumbled upon this salon after getting my TSA PreCheck done next door. Offered a free beverage upon sitting down. Maybe the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever gotten! The standard pedicure included a hot stone massage (which I had never had before but was absolutely delightful). Kind and patient staff. Very attentive to detail. Rewards system in place so after 7 visits you get $30 off a service! Wish I lived here permanently. What a deal!

I decided to look up salon Spas by my hotel and didn’t see any I was interested in so I kept looking and found this one. I am so glad I took the time to come into the place and get serviced! I am so satisfied with the quality work! VERY CLEAN! Lily is the one who did my waxing and left her a big tip! VERY HAPPY☺️!!!!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in visiting lotus nails was today!!! 1-29-2021The quality of the service sucked to the upmost. A pedicure should be very relaxing not rushed. The nail tech was very heavy-handed scratched me with her bracelet and hurt my cuticles. Well not recommend this to my enemy!!!

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. Without asking my stylist cut my nails down very short and showed them without asking how I liked it. They all ended up different shapes and she never talked to me. She abruptly left and someone else came to finish my manicure. It only got worse from there. The nail polish was not even and has a lot of bubbles in it and doesn’t even cover my whole nail. The top coat doesn’t cover all of the nail polish and is uneven. Overall I probably could have done a better job and it was not worth the money at all. Don’t waste your time!

Love getting my feet done here. Helen was lovely. I brought my grandmother here who is 80 years old, and Helen was very gentle with her feet, very patient and so kind to her. She had a lot to say (she’s been cooped up for months due to COVID) and Helen was chatting right back with her, telling her about where she’s from and sharing stories. We both really enjoyed ourselves and our feet look and feel flawless!

They give u this loyal customer card that they stamp each time you spend a certain amount... get all your stamps filled and receive a free service... no other nail salon does that (that I know of) and I think thats really cool.

This IS THE PLACE to go to for nails, sns, pedicure, waxing, etc. Jenny and Julie are the BEST, however, everyone in the shop is very kind and customers appear happy with the job that the other employees do. Would highly recommend this place. Going back in 2 weeks.

I did not like this nail salon! The prices were too high, the service doesnt last as long as it should, and finally, she couldnt paint a flower on my nail. Sad.

I came in showed them a picture of what I wanted my nails; they said they could do it. I left with something I didn’t like, and wasn’t no where near what I asked for. And they were my birthday nails so it just through off my whole outfit.... Now the pedicure was AMAZING!!!!

I went in to have my nails soaked off. The were quick to seat me, however the lady I had was terribly distracted and I could tell that she did not want to be doing the removal.The stations on both sides of me still had nail clippings and nail debris all over the place. The clean towel she put down was not clean and had nails on it.She hit my skin a few times and caused me to bleed. She started removing them standing up as she did not even want to sit down. She still managed to not get all the acrylic off the majority of my nails. Only 3 nails were more than 95% acrylic free.I wont be returning.

I have yet to find a professional nail salon in Jacksonville Florida where my nails dont start coming off before 2 weeks. Honestly Im not even disappointed anymore. What should I expect from a small town city thats behind on everything. Ive given up I only get basic sets and now do my own designs, still sad I can never get a full 2 weeks wear, smh

I’m blown away by Lotus! Everytime I’ve come, it’s pretty full— but don’t get discouraged because the staff moves fast. They have amazing prices for high quality. The staff is super friendly & they know what they’re doing.

My nails? Beautiful. Prices? Fine. Experience? Bad. The people were not nice. Its not even like I expected conversation, but they werent polite at all. I didnt feel relaxed, just uncomfortable. Also I really should have been out of there at least 30 minutes earlier than I was. They had me waiting way too long BETWEEN nails, and I had an appointment. So I suppose if you dont care at all to have a good time but good nails, its a good place. But I definitely will be going somewhere else next time.

I went here coming from Virginia got my nails done on the 10th of July August and they are all off. They cut me so bad on every nail never again. Acrylic was very uneven had lots of bumps. I had to glue my own nails own because the guy kept putting them on wrong and when he told he was he didnt understand.

This places over charges even though you show them evidence of a lower price, they cheat you. They do good work, but expect to payoff than you expect. They are overcharging you!!

A coworker recommended this place and it’s close to my house so I tried it because I was looking for a cleaner place than the one I was going to. Not only was this place dirtier and dustier (the towel at my table was dirty and used and dust and nail clippings were all over) but they did a terrible job. I had three different people come up while soaking my nails off none of them really saying much or introducing the self. Then finally one man settled at the table and was apparently the one who would be doing my nails. He rushed the job and didn’t listen to any of the direction I gave for how I like my nails. He kept angling the grinder at the end of my nail so it was thin and curved while the rest of my nail was lumpy and uneven. Then because the ends were so thin not even a week later nearly every nail was coming away from the acrylic and many had broken. Won’t ever go again.

New to the area, everyone was friendly, received a full set, tech did a great job . It was clean . Will definitely return .

We were walk ins looking to get pedicures. All 3 of us were seated after a very short wait. The personnel were very friendly and attentive. The pedicures included massages, hot towel wraps, stones and more. Everything felt heavenly. We felt pampered. Our feet look great. It was the best pedicure any of us have had in the past. We will definitely be returning. Kudos to the staff for making it a pampered feet day

Fast, with great customer service. I just moved to the area from the Beaches and had been going to the same salon for over 10 years. I didnt think I would ever change salons and planned on driving to my old salon. My normal girl couldnt do my nails and I was driving by and decided to stop. Shaun and Ms. Phoyung did a great job on my hands and toes and this is my new salon.

I rated this place 5 a year ago. Today I edited down to 1. A couple of days ago I had another pedicure the girl cut my toes twice. I didnt complain about it but was painful. Today I returned asking for the stamp for rewards that I didnt get. He said it was my responsibility to ask at the time of pedicure and wouldnt apply a stamp. He said he was sorry. I told him if he was sorry he would give me a stamp on card which cost nothing. No he answered he couldnt do that and opened the door for me to leave . I will not go back as loyalty means nothing to them. They forget the stamp but are quick to collect payment and tip. Plenty of other salons to go to. Not my loss.

I use to go there all of the time. Started to notice how certain customers got treated differently than others. I wanted a pedicure and a pink and white fill. While getting pedicure they soaked my nails. An hour later Im thinking Im next to get my nails done...NOPE they took someone else though I was there way before her. They tried to tell me my nails werent ready, I told them I had been soaking for an hour, how were they not ready. I left without getting my nails done and thanks to the soaking my finger tips are dry and rough.

I have considered giving a review many times in the past and have not. Lotus is a place my entire family frequented from the time they opened until about 8 months ago. We stopped going because I got a fungus on my toenails. Yes multiple nails. I wore gel polish on my toes as well. They filed my nails so thin they split. I never had this issue before going to Lotus. My toenails turned BLACK! I had to seek medical treatment and use medication to treat the problem from this place. Its unsanitary, obviously! Regardless of how clean it may appear! Ive spent so much time and money trying to treat the issue they caused. All from trying to look cute!!Today my 19 yr old daughter came home from this place in tears. Shes been there twice for gel polish that doesnt last four days. Against advice from her mother.. all because its convenient!! She works for her money and pays for things like the rest of us. The polish should last about two weeks. It lifts literally the next day. She asked them to just take it off because of the poor quality. They charged her for removing it, after not doing the process correctly in the first place!If you want to be disappointed, disgusted, and ripped off Lotus is the perfect place to go!

I was nervous at first. I arrived at 9:30 & there were 2 ladies. Within 10 min there.were many customers & still only 2 techs. Surprisingly, it worked out wonderful! The lady that did my pedicure was amazing (Tao?? -phonic- towel) & Angie did my full set/gel polish. I finished by noon. Didnt feel rushed. Best pedicure ever!!! My nails are beautiful too, I am hoping that they last!!!

This place is really nice January 28 was my fist time going. The music is nice and soothing. When I went they were not packed and the lady who did my nails was very nice and sweet. I will definitely be back again.

The service isn’t good especially for the prices. The salon isn’t up to par either for their prices. I got my nails done on Monday and by Thursday two nails were broken. On top of that the got got upset bc I didn’t want gel and applied my polish on so thick it took over 30mins to dry. And my acrylics were applied so lumpy and uneven, it was a mess and the most I’ve ever spent for trash nails. Will never go back! Horrible experience.

Absolutely love them. You feel so welcomed and form a bond with each person here. They are extremely friendly and youre in and out. Ive been coming here since the very first week they opened and I havent had a bad experience yet.

My girlfriend went in for a pedicure and SNS on her fingernails. The lady was too rough on our feet and at our toenails. My girlfriends big toe afterwards started bleeding and was swollen for the next few days. They did a rush job on her nails as well, trying to get as many people done as possible. SNS shouldn’t lift but hers did and the edges are not smooth. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

My experience as a walk in midweek for a pedicure was great. Excellent job and pampering experience for very reasonable price. Nancy was perfect. Great pedicure.

Male tech did horrible job on nails, argued about what I asked (I wanted a coat of white under the glitter).Did not buff or file nails, had to argue and threaten to leave to get them to fix it.The whole experience was unsatisfactory.

Ive been coming here for at least a year now, and its always pleasant. The customers are pleasant too. I can always relax while being pampered. The place is always clean, well lit, and everything is in working order.

I would rate the pedi higher 4 stars. The manicure was done at the tall end of my pedicure and felt very rushed. My nails were a mess so didnt get a gel polish. I was sent to dry my toes and I had to ask for at least a clear polish to be put on. I could have done a better job myself.

Went two days ago and was never even asked what i wanted while i sat for 45 minutes. Was not busy at all. I thought maybe it was just a bad day so i went back today, i was then helped after about 25 minutes but the man doing my nails seemed lazy and his work and didn’t even ask me how i wanted anything. He asked me if i wanted them short or long and that was it. He did not ask about the shape, and my nails now look uneven and much shorter than i wanted. I will not be returning. I used to love lotus nails about 6 months ago.

Highly recommend this nail salon. Very professional staff. Very friendly. Very clean facility. Very relaxing. They even offer you a glass of wine. The lady even massaged my neck & shoulders while my nails were drying.

I love the service and work at this salon. Used to go to Skymark and that place was so unprofessional(techs talking badly about others, to try and get you to see only him/her). Lotus nails fixes a broken nail, in between fill ins, for FREE! Even if you are responsible for the break!

This is not the place to get a gel fill for sure! Horrible experience. I was in and out in 40 minutes, usually when you get your nails done it takes an hour at least, but this place rushed through the process and my nails look horrible. They are uneven, they didn’t clean up the edges and the entire time he kept trying to get me to do more services. Why would I pay for more when you can’t do the first service correctly. I hate it when my nail lady goes out of town.. I will not go back here regardless of how desperate I am.

I decided to check out lotus nails the other day since its close to where I live. as soon as I walked in, I saw a familiar face. the manager, I knew her from nail time over there in the baymeadows area. I dont know if she remembered me or not but I sure remembered her. I had a bad experience with her before from nail time. every time I went there she always had a bad attitude towards me and was not very friendly. a few of my friends told me the same thing about her and btw we are African American. Ive noticed that she is more friendlier towards white people.but as for my review of lotus nails, other then the manager, I had a nice experience. the girl who did my nails was very good. I forgot her name, but shes the tallest one in there.

Something has changed here.I used to get great service. My last my deluxe mani and pedi were awful. Rushed work, not my request, I like relax time for these services to decompress. Oper fast job on an my fingernails and never touched water, no soaking or cleaning up of the hands like you always have. No special attention to the feet even though it was a deluxe pedi and deluxe main. I asked for the price list three times while I was getting the pedicure so I could decide on the level of manicure, planning to get the deluxe. I finally got the price chart from them after the pedicure requesting the manicure levels again so I could choose whether to bump it up. So then I got the deluxe mani and upo, check out they refused to give me the published combo discount off $5 off as listed on the price list. They said I decided on the manicure after the pedicure and was not eligible, I was shocked and unwilling to argue over the $5. I tipped anyway and left with the knowledge I would never go back there. I am a good tipper and loyal easy going customer so I was pretty shocked by the male manicurist who worked on me for both services and refused to charge me the combo price even though I listed the services on the sign in sheet and went straight to mani chair after the pedi chair.

I went there yesterday and got acrylics over tips and the guy I had was very nice and is amazing at what he does, he was very fast but efficient and offered me and my dad something to drink . I recommend very much to go here . Unfortunately I forgot to get the guys name but this is my new favorite nail place .
