I chose the cucumber pedicure and it was the most wonderful pedicure I have ever gotten. It included a scrub, foot mask, mud mask, hot stone massage, and even a warm neck wrap. Lisa, the technician, was very professional and kind. I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep! I will definitely be back again :)

Edit: I’ve updated my review to 3 Stars. I can certainly appreciate a business owner reaching out to make things right.This was my first time coming here. Sad to say I will not be back. The person I had lacked attention to details. I had to tell her multiple times to even out my nails. Cuticles don’t look like they’ve been “manicured”, my big toe has streaks vs. looking smooth. Looks like I did it myself and gave away $55. They charged me $5 extra for buffing instead of nail polish. Most places I have been to do not charge extra for that. So disappointed.

Absolutely awful quality of the acrylic nails for an absorbanent price. paid 74$ for a full set of french nails, and the bottom part of the nail was absolutely see through, and the white part was about 3 cm long on 4 cm nails. worst quality ive seen by far. the picture attached is me attempting to fix the disaster the artist created.

Clean facility, kind staff. My sister and I needed a place to get our nails done while in town for a visit. Stumbled upon classy nails and while eating lunch in the Vernon Hills plaza. They followed covid guidelines, everything was kept clean, one time disposable nail files and cuticle pushers and buffers were used - super hygienic! and everyone was so sweet from the man booking our appointment to the two women who did mine and my sisters nails. I recommended my two cousins go to do their nails here and they did both no chip mani and pedi and loved their services ! Would recommend :)

This was our first time at Classy Nails & Spa. It was amazing! My daughter got a full set of nails, no chip with a couple of add ons. She was so happy with her nails and John, our nail tech did such an amazing job! We gladly left a 21% tip and for sure will come back!!!

I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to where I live and they were accommodating but the quality of work was just not there. The first time I went, the nail technician made 2 of my fingers bleed (but I thought no big deal, accidents happen), the cuticles could’ve been cleaner, and the no-chip came off on day 3. By day 5, all of the no-chip came off my fingers except one. I’m a nurse at a hospital and i was told it was because of that, but I was off the 3 days prior to the no-chip coming off and I’ve had no-chip done many many times and never had this awful experience. The receptionist was very kind and took me in on the first available day I had off to try to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it was the same technician who did my nails again, and the no-chip started coming off by day 2. I know it’s not because I work in a hospital (as what the guy tried to tell me) because I’ve been off the last couple days and off for a whole wk so I haven’t been using hospital foam or washing my hands very frequently.I don’t ever write reviews, this is the first one I’ve ever posted. I just want to warn everyone of the disappointment I’ve had to deal with. I don’t mind if the no-chip only lasts for one week max but 3 days is too short. Just disappointed all around. Beware everyone

Wow! What a wonderful experience!! After moving back to the suburbs, I was dreading finding a new nail salon—and I am so glad that I came across Classy Nails!! Lena was kind, professional, and very talented!! I am honestly in love with my nails and was so relaxed the entire time. The layout was beautifully thought out and everyone had their own personal space (even before COVID, this was a big deal for me!) I have always been picky when it comes to choosing a new salon. Getting my nails done is my “me time” and I don’t want to spend money at a place that doesn’t make me happy. I avoided getting my nails done for 4 months, while moving etc, because finding a new nail salon can be so difficult. Classy nails EXCEEDED my expectations (which is hard to do) and Lena went above and beyond to make my experience perfect! I will 100% be returning and recommending that my friends go to Classy Nails & Spa in the future. I have very high expectations when it comes to my nails (that is the one thing I really spend money on) and I left Classy nails feeling relaxed, pampered, and beautiful—which is how everyone should feel leaving a salon!I don’t know how to add a photo from my phone, but I will figure it out because Lena deserves high praise for her work!!!

Complimentary beverages(nonalcoholic of course) while youre being serviced is an awesome touch. Staff is friendly/professional. No complaints here. Cecilia really takes her time to make sure the service is done right!

Mimi is definitely the one you should go to. She was patient but efficient and she made sure i was pleased with the end product. Left a generous tip :)

Great place ! Love the perfection every time

Dirty overpriced and extremely rude. This place charged me for dip and I left with clumpy acrylic overlay. The color I selected along with my sister in law was a milky light pink and opaque dip instead I left with a translucent bright hot pink. I was told it would fade out. He did not file or buff the nails at all after powder was applied. My right hand was thick and clumpy with very square while my left hand was short and rounded. I called and asked to speak to someone and they told me they have a no refund policy and that they had me on camera which does not prove what powder they used. I get my nails done every two weeks and will never return. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of respect for customers.

I just moved to Chicago and tried 3 different nail salons before finally being happy with my nails . John was my nail tech . After applying acrylic (rather flawlessly) he asked if they were okay before moving on . He corrected the shape (previous salons had them uneven) into a soft almond just as I requested . I highly suggest going here if you have high standards on nail quality .

Hidden gem! Dont know how I waited so long to try this place, but it was a great experience. Very accommodating while making appts, very clean spa, and super friendly staff. They have a lot of colors as well. As someone who is very picky with my nails & colors, I was super satisfied!

John did my nails they turned out amazing he is super attentive to detail I showed him a picture and it looked exactly like it! Love the design! My pedicure was also nice and relaxing done by a lady! Very happy with this nail salon every time I go! They have a variety of pedicures. I always get acrylic sets or fills and it is reasonably priced for the appearance of the nails. Would recommend to anyone! Being able to make appointments online is a huge plus too! Im always taken back on my allotted time, I never have to wait like other salons.

Got a full set done by John, service was amazing staff was professional & great atmosphere. Totally loved the place. As a travel nurse it’s hard to find service in different areas that’s nice & clean. Definitely recommend & prices weren’t over the top like most.

Classy Nails is very clean, nice, and professional. I got the honey pedi and a gel mani by Nana, and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be back! The only complaint I have is the parking. I went on a Saturday at 11am, so I wont be going back around that time anymore, but will definitely be back.

First time getting my nails done in 15 months! Ventured out now that I’m fully vaccinated. Still concerned about Covid protocols. This place was great. Limited number of people. Temperature check, masks, plexiglass between nail techs & clients. Very clean! Not to mention they did a great job on my nails! Will definitely be back!!

Very nice atmosphere. Clean and inviting. They have a nice big room for pedicures. Great for going with your girlfriends. My daughter and I went also in a private pedicure room with only two chairs.

Being new to the area, I really wanted a true “spa“ experience. The pedicure was just what I was looking for!

First of all, I want to start by thanking Mimi who was able to do an incredible job. I came in on my lunch break for a Mani & Pedi, despite me telling Mimi that I was on my lunch break, she did such an excellent job! She took her time, made me feel as if I was in my home & was very welcoming. Ive gotten plenty of manis and pedis but I really enjoyed this one. She really took her time with me and paid attention to every little detail.I will definitely come back to this Salon!Thank you Mimi!!! Youre the best😁

Went in for a dip manicure and the dip only lasted 4 days.

New place nearby so had to check out. Nice large salon and very clean. Social distancing is set up with spacing and plastic shields between you and the tech. Prices a little higher than most, but not much and no kids allowed unless they’re being serviced! Would definitely go back!

Honestly, the place has a nice aesthetic. However, the quality of the no chip manicures and full sets just really did it for me (not so great). My no chip polish lasted only about a week (loved the color btw), and when I went back to request a redo, I ultimately ended up paying for a whole other service (my full set). My full set lasted about a week as well so I just figured this wasn’t the greatest place for non chip and full sets. Not to mention the sides of my nail... Here’s a little PSA to all of the nail salons out there, you should really try to paint the entire nail and stop missing the “side cracks.” Thank me later. Overall, nice staff, bad quality service.

My mother and I made an appointment for side-by-side pedicures. They left us sitting in the foot baths for 20 minutes. My mother’s foot bath had some kind of mechanical failure and started making terrible noises. We called one of the workers in to help and she just ran away-leaving us again. After 30 minutes of being ignored we walked out. Appointments mean nothing here and they’re woefully understaffed.

I have had manicures and the best pedicure at this establishment. The workers are extreme knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend Classy Nails for all your manicure needs.

Great new nail salon in Vernon Hills!! So so very clean (temp taken at entrance, plexiglass everywhere [even hanging over the pedicure chairs, which were spaced out to every other! ], hand sanitizer every where) felt very safe.Good prices! Let me relax in the pedicure chairs to let pedi dry ☺ will definitely come back!
