I love their pedicures! Some nail tech do better than others. Some nail tech can be a little rude. I been going there for a while so I know who does what good. I do wish they would clean up and spray lysol. If they had nicer nail techs and cleaned up a little bitter, they would get 5 stars.

This place was convenient due to my work location at the time but this place was not luxurious but any means but the prices were higher than those in much nicer areas. I dont know if they over charged me because they were aware of where I worked and figured I had the money and decided to make me pay for the convenience but, I would have soaked my own nails off before paying those prices again, especially given the location and set up of the shop. Luckily, I am no longer working in that area, so this is no longer an issue for me personally.

I liked that the service was quick but the price was too much for what I got $70 I love pretty nails and have paid good money for what I wanted. One of the techs argued with a customer and she was saying he doesnt know how to talk to people which seems to be a regular occurrence among these asian spots...I mean $70 ??

I come here a lot but this time was different they was late and I always set appointments I got my hands done and one nail was messed up but I had to work I called and told them what happened he asked for me to come that day but I had work so ime the next morning and he said I messed up my own nail and told me he wasnt fixing it

I went here in September and one of the guys who did my nails was rude! I went here to get my nails done after my fiancé had proposed to me. I was excited to be an engaged women and when he asked me what made me come in I told him, he told me straight up I should call off the engagement cause I have my “young” life to live and be free, got all in my business, the whole time he was doing my nails he was eating chicken, my nails were super thick before I got them done by him and my nails to this day are still paper thin. I asked him to do a white matte finish and he said he couldn’t do Matte so he put sparkly clear coat even tho he had regular. He was watching American idol on YouTube as well while doing my nails. My nails didn’t even look good after wards. This place is definitely not somewhere you’d wanna go if you want cute nails, not ratchet drug store looking nails. I only went here because the nail store at the st.johns town center was way to busy and we drove by to visit my old work and this store was right next to it. Don’t make the mistake as me. Def go to a high class nail Solon if you want good nails.

Well I havent been in there in year! Alot has changed, 4 the good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, and bathroom it was so much brighter in the place. This is definitely my nail shop. FYI they have a cute black man working there, it must be under new management!!!😁

It’s not the same anymore. They don’t take their time or do a clean job. Been going there for a year but a few people left and service is terrible now. Please click on my added photos and see one day after my gel polish by mini. They told me at check in that it’s $20 to polish my nails and then it was changed to $25 at checkout.

I’m in disbelief, this is the worst service ever. I payed $35 for a gel pedicure and I have paint all over my toes, the staff was rushing, and on most of my toes it’s only half way painted. If I could give a zero rating, I most definitely would.

My experience was horrible the wait was ridiculous i waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they didnt not feel like doing nails any more after they finished that indvidual who nails they were doing that they would be done for the day the waiting area seats are hard bathroom is dirty and the chinese ppl are so rude and try to over price you the only one in there that treated me with respect was jermaine and he made me felt better even though i was furious seriously the city needs to do a surprise visit on them would rate zero if i could .

I wish I could score lower. . Because they honestly dont deserve a star period!!! Within the first 5 min of getting the tips put on for a full set I was turned off!! The guy who works in their is rude... he cuts like a kindergartener, then when I asked him to fix the shape he got an attitude! So i requested that he remove the tips and not to worry... he halfway removed them & told me he did! I got so frustrated, I just got up & left! NEVER AGAIN!!

A different day a different story. Usually they are OK. But they do need attitude adjustments. I told the man I have polish on my skin (toe) he looked at me funny and when I got it off myself he copped an attitude like I did something wrong. Then barely did a top coat, told me what my payment was and snatched my money. I liked to slap him but being humble, they need my business not the other way around. Oh and let me add, I had to make sure and almost force him to get clean tools.

The woman who did nails (yellow tips with the rest of my nail clear) was watching something on her phone with ear buds in, so the kept pausing to look at her phone. At one point she left me so she could do designs on another customers nails and another ladys brow wax. My nails were done sloppily and theres yellow on the part of my nail that should be clear. They did nothing to help my tire polish dry so when I got home the polish was messed up. But my brow wax was done perfectly. I wont be getting my nails done here again.

Save your money. I live on the Southside and happened to stop by here just because I was in the area. Horrible pedicure job and the lady was rude. I even tipped her she took my money then walked away without saying thank you or at least come again. My toes look a mess. Avoid this place.

I ended up here because I was sick and laid around to late to get to my regular nail spot. I have been getting gel nails for years and can say out of 6 yrs of consistently going to nail shops. This is the worst nail job I ever seen or had! Its messy around the nail bed and my gel polish is chipped 4 days later. I did express that it was messy and lumpy but the older lady that was doing my nails ignored me and was acting frustrated. I will say they did good on my eye brows but not good enough to go back. I came here for a fill and nail fix. Came in with stiletto nails and asked for oval. I had to ask 3 times for them to round them out because they kept making them stiletto. I finally pulled out a photo to show her what I meant. She cut me at least twice because she was working way too fast. Obviously just trying to get it done. When she told me to go back and wash my hands, I was appauled. The sink was an industrial dirty sink and honestly I didnt feel comfortable washing anything in there. Then when I came back, she started waxing someone elses eyebrows. I was on a time crunch so this was not ok. Then she hurried through painting my nails as well. The only positive thing Ill say is that the price was decent and I do like my nails.

The lady was on her phone the entire time while waxing my eyebrows. She acted as if she didn’t want to wax my brows and top it off she didn’t wear her mask, thank God I had mines on. Still she was very unprofessional and rude. I will never return again.

Been coming here for 15 yrs n today im done!!!! This woman Kim would not clean my nails left polish on my skin.. Then refused to fix her work after she made my nail bleed.. Then proceeded to call the police on me because i told her i want my money back.. Ms Lan and Ms Bebe were kind and nice to me. Ms BeBe was excellent on cleaning my feet and tripping nails she was gentle and sweet. Only thing she doesnt know yet is how to fully use the razor so Ms Lan assisted her. I can not speak for any other employees because they were the only 2 here and this was my first time here with my wife which is her second. My wife is a licensed hair stylist and use to be a manager of a hair salon so she knows quality. As I type this I am getting my feet done. First time ever I dont write fake reviews or bs I keep it real I may give other people a chance but then again I may only request one of these 2 ladies. Ms Bebe was awesome :) and sweet both her and Ms Lan. Have not spoken to their manager yet. Today is my wifes birthday :)

Let me add to the bad rating my experience was horrible. My little cousin, my baby, and I received services the Male nail technician abused my little cousin while she was getting her nails he drilled in her skin and was flinging her hand I confronted him and he was rude and dismissive I definitely let him know we would not be returning.

There customer service was very unprofessional.Nail tech was very rude Walks away from doing my daughters nails to do another customer and when my daughter refused her to complete her nails the dumb lady told my daughter she was not going to pay her but the man doing another customer says he would finish her nails thought she wasnt going to pay her but the guy said for her to pay him.

Nails started coming off within 3 days. Lady tried to tell me I put my hands in too much water, instead of owning up to their horrible job on my nails. They redid my nails but she did not buff, file or shaped them just put acrylic on and sent me out the door. I ended up going to another salon embarrassed lady asked who did my nails because the work was not professional at all.
