I would recommend Quan to get your sns dip nails done here. He does a great job!!I’m not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of work. But this was the first time my nails don’t chip or crack after 3 weeks. I came back for seconds to try a neon look. Quan did it again.I also really liked the friendly vibe they carry between each other. Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. I appreciate being in a very friendly environment.The 1 less star is due to my pedicure. Not sure who did my pedicure, but it was not a good experience. It took 3 hrs long and honestly I was uncomfortable watch the nail tech reuse unsanitary tools. 😳

I had my first set of acrylic nails done after around 17 years of not having anything. Phillip did them for me and he is gentle, listened to exactly what I wanted, is so professional, and friendly! The conversation was so nice! They got me in right away and I was finished quickly. I love my nails and will definitely be back!

Went and got my brows waxed by Linh! She was great and very professional. Wax Room was very clean and well kept. I was in and out in under 7 minutes and it was cheap! 10/10 would go again

Where I was told to “Sit there and be quiet.” Walked in unexpectedly for a fill on a rather slow Tuesday morning due to an unforeseen business trip, only for my day to be thoroughly interrupted and thrown way off by nearly 4 hours. I highly recommend Linh for eyebrow waxing. She did an an amazing job. Her technique is on point. She was was professional and courteous throughout. Go visit her, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is very good and friendly! The only complaint is that there was a long wait because there were so many people but otherwise that, I think it was great experience!

Omggg loved the waxing specialist. I normally don’t rate salons but I really liked my experience at Bella Diva. Linh was very friendly and I loved the way she shaped my eyebrows. A brow and lip service couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes when I went in there. Love that I could get my waxing stuff done at the same place as my nails so that I don’t have to make runs to a bunch of places. I have no tears or rips in my skin and she gave me a bunch of helpful tips for skincare so I have zero complaints. Definitely coming back there again!

I would highly recommend Linh for the eyebrows like she did an impressive job that very few are good at achieving. She is very knowledgeable about waxing and moves quickly with no discomfort.

This was my first & last visit. I didn’t even stay for them to complete the service. They were very chipper & accommodating to the white women who were there. I sat down in the chair for my pedicure & was waiting for what felt like forever (they were not busy by the way). By the time the lady who was supposed to perform my service came out the water was cold & I was putting on my shoes to leave. I noticed that they did not clean their tools or place down the protection covers in the water that should be mandatory when performing pedicures. I’m used to clean & professionalism & this establishment was anything but. I will definitely stick to my normal nail place. If you are a Black woman, do yourself a favor & just don’t patronize this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been coming to Bella Diva for a few months now and I wouldnt go anywhere else.From their inviting hellos and friendly environment, you come in feeling like family. After a few months, I feel like they are family now.I needed a new nail tech because mine moved away, so someone recommended Bella Diva to me.I usually like pretty flashy nails, and I wasnt disappointed here! Uyen is their resident nail artist and comes up with some beautiful designs (check their IG!) and makes your ideas come alive but anyone here can do your nails! They do it all, from SNS to acrylic and regular Manis (like my kids like).Pedicures here are the real deal. They are the full package and worth the price. The chairs are always clean and comfortable. They take great care of your feet and your feet feel so refreshed after a visit here.I recently got my eyebrows waxed after trying to let them grow out fuller and finally needed them cleaned up. Linh asked me if I used any facial products such as retinol which could effect the skins sensitivity to wax, as well as what I was allergic to. She was knowledgeable when my daughter asked questions and she was careful to make sure my skin didnt burn.Bella Diva also has a salon here if you needed that service, but I have no experience with that but figured Id mention it in case you wanted a one stop shop.Overall, I highly recommend this business for all your self-care needs.My whole family, including my husband (!) love it here.

He is such an amazing person and I love his conversation. He is like my grandpa away from home. And he ALWAYS does my nails perfectly. I couldn’t ask for a better manicure.

Tried multiple top rated nail salons including ones recommended by friends for their design work and this was the only one where the final product came out just as good if not better then the picture I showed my nail tech. If your looking for any kind of design that you saw online or social media that you want recreated this is the best place to go by far. And the prices were very reasonable considering that I payed the least here out of all the nail salons I tried, and revived the best service and results.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. It’s a family business and a well-oiled machine. I have had so many different people do my nails and toes when I come in and can’t complain about a single one of them. These guys give you the full experience and don’t cut corners. It’s often very busy but they insist on providing the best service possibly regardless. I recommend calling ahead. The staff is friendly and will chat it up with you if you like or will allow you a quiet relaxing experience. I won’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service! I like the set up of the salon and the cleanliness. I needed to soak off my acrylic and was able to do so as I waited for a tech. My tech,ChitChat, took great care of me and was gentle with my sensitive nails. I live on the Westside, but will travel the distance to get my nails serviced.

A very friendly family business. Every one is very polite and respectful. Pay very close attention to details. Highly recommend it. They dont serve alcohol which is a good thing, water and soft drinks are served complementary also if you have kids they have some snacks. I have never seen in other salon but they offer coffee.

This nail salon is amazing!!!! Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I went on my lunch break and got in and out within an hour. It was very busy but I was seated within 15 minutes for a gel manicure. I did not feel rushed at all and my nails look amazing! I would recommend Bella Diva to any of my co-workers as it is very close to our office.

This salon was recommended to me from several friends who all spoke highly of it. I went today for a pedicure and gel manicure for my wedding on Friday and my expectations were greatly exceeded! This is the best nail salon Ive been to, hands down. They take time on your nails, give thorough massages and are VERY reasonably priced. Normally I feel like getting my nails done is just money down the drain, but let me tell you, this was money well spent!! I immediately called my sister to tell her how much I enjoyed this place and will continue to recommend it to everyone! Thank you Bella Diva!

I used to enjoy this salon very much, but my mother and I both got our nails done and they became infected and got a fungus. We had to have our toe nails removed by a doctor. After this experience, I will never get my toes done anywhere

I’m new to the Jacksonville area, I found Bella Diva online and decided to give it a try. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Everyone is so friendly and they all do a fantastic job. Phillip is amazing!! I am really picky when it comes to my nails and he does such a wonderful job on my nails!! Love this place !

Two stars because my nails actually came out decent, except 3 gels peeled off less than 48 hours. sweet girl but UNLICENSED receptionist still in school did half my manicure, drilling and what not. Extremely uncomfortable with how things operated at this salon. not very friendly or personable and they don’t care about the integrity of your nail health AT ALL she ripped parts of my gel of bc she was impatient for them to soak.

Tried this place for the first time because it was close to my house. So far I am not disappointed. The wait was a bit long but I did choose a busy time to visit. While you wait they have technicians that come to you to remove your gel. The technician I had was very helpful. I couldnt decide if I wanted to add acrylic and she assessed my nails and suggested otherwise. I will be visiting again!

It was crowded and I was sitting with my feet in the water for about 30 minutes before anyone started doing my feet. But once they got started, it was good. I would like them to introduce themselves and explain that they work as a team because I was not used to that but their work is really good. I was pleased with the service and their customer service was good. I will go back.

I am a self proclaimed pedicure connoisseur, I have been to many other nail shops in Jacksonville and Bella Diva is hands down the best! My pedicures last a good month! I even have to wear closed toed shoes and we all know how that ruins pedicures. The staff is always so sweet and make you feel like family. I have been coming here for over 3 years now. And they all know my name. So if you want great atmosphere and a great service come here!

Amazing experience! The person who seems to own and run it is so sweet and wants to make sure you have a great experience! They knows guests by name and is constantly looking for ways to make people more comfortable. She’ll literally sit and just chat and ask you about your life if she has time.

There were a lot of people when I came on a Friday afternoon but they took care of everyone pretty quickly without taking away from the quality of the work. Philip did my nails and they came out beautiful! They give a little shoulder rub whole your basis dry. My favorite new nail place! Super friendly!!

The most reliable salon I’ve ever been to- service, pricing, and nails are always excellent! I’ve had different techs almost every time yet my nails are always perfect.Tried going somewhere else for the convenience of a Sunday manicure but learned my lesson. It’s a true family atmosphere and I will be scheduling around Bella Diva’s hours in the future!

This nail salon is amazing. I got a gel manicure for $25 and a pedicure for $28. The customer service here is amazing I felt like royalty. They offered me water when I coughed and even if I needed to charged my phone even though it was just being buggy. I got massages all through out my visit from my feet to hands to even a small shoulder rub at the end. The manicure was around 20 minutes but the pedicure was a lot longer. This is great so if you just need to get your nails done quick you can but they dont rush you spa pedicure which is when you want to actually sit and relax. This place is great from the paraffin wax they did to my feet to the amazing colors they have for your nails. This place is like no other. I highly suggest going here and no where else. NOTE: They are closed on Sundays and Mondays to give their hard working employees time off but they have late hours on the weekdays.

The nail technicians at the Gate Parkway salon are friendly and do a great job. Alex and Ms Penny are there to greet every patron with a smile. I have been to many salons but this one is by far my favorite. Tu (shes my favorite) does a great job everytime and shes very nice young woman

I was referred to Bella Diva by one of my coworkers and Im glad I came. They are friendly and professional. Pedicure is long and the massage is amazing! Will return for life. They also deep clean and sanitize their pedicure spa chairs and implements. I love these guys!

This place is nothing to rave about. Their cleanliness is non-existent. They do not cover their pedicure bowls and re-use the nail filers and feet scrubbers. Yuk. I wear a mask for health reasons and I was over looked each time someone would become available to do my feet. They even started taking people that showed up after me and I had already been there for 30 minutes with an appointment. My feet were already soaking and no one wanted to work on me. That’s sad that this discrimination exists towards immunocompromised people. Totally disappointed that this is the best?! Someone please point me towards a clean and ethical nail place that I will gladly give my money to.

I have been to SO MANY nail salons in this area. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I called two hours ahead and made my appointment on a Friday night. Waited a couple of minutes (they were very busy). I had in total three people do my nails and I loved all of them. Everyone was super nice. I brought in a photo of what I wanted which to most salons is annoying, and they did their best and I think they did better than my original photo! Did I mention that the staff stayed late just to make sure I was taken care of? Ugh!! Love this place!

Great day at the Bella Diva salon!!!! My feet and toes are challenged to say the least, but they fixed me up and now they are ALL GOOD. Vystar kept us laughing and Ma knows her stuff!!!!Well definitely be back!

Love this salon!! I have been three times so far and my gel manicures last longer than anywhere else I have ever been. I went three weeks without changing it once and NONE of my nails chipped. Since the salon is so awesome (& has great prices for being by town center) it is busy. If youre in a hurry then this probably isnt the place for you as it is always packed. I recommend this salon to everyone :)

I wish I could give this place more stars. I have NEVER seen a nail salon so packed but there is a reason for it. I would definitely call to set an appointment too. We didnt and had to wait about forty minutes before my mom and I were assisted. It was well worth the wait though and I will be visiting them again as soon as I need a fill.

They do a nice job but they overbook so even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait. My time is too valuable and will look elsewhere.

This is the best salon Ive been to. Moving states often I can say locating someone good is hard to do. They do an excellent job, very friendly and are reasonable. They have recently changed their days they are closed to Sundays and Mondays. Unfortunately weekends are the only days I can get anything done.

I went to Bella Diva salon a couple days ago after I saw all the great reviews online. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a regular manicure. The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice and they take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. My friend who got a regular manicure also got a paraffin wax which is included in the manicure price. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are all super friendly and really do an excellent job. If you ever are unsatisfied in any way they will gladly fix it for you. (This has never happened to me here) I am always greeted and remembered every time. There sometimes is a wait, but that is due to their popularity. I read a comment that they are racist, that is very untrue. They welcome everyone, and work very hard to do a great job on everyone. I wont go anywhere else. Hard to get an appointment. But when you do - definitely worth it. Its definitely not the nicest nail salon in JAX in terms of appearance, but your nails will be beautiful

Ive been to many nail salons over the last few decades, here in Jax as well as other cities & states. Bella Diva is by far the best. The proof is that there is always a wait...but its worth it! Ive been coming here for a number of years now.

The massage for the pedicure is nice and they did a good job. There are a few things that is not appealing. 1) They do not line their pedicure bowls, but they do use new packets for the utensils. 2) It seems outdated when they use actual fans to dry the toes. 3) My chair massager barely on worked on 1 feature. 4) My water was less than room temperature. 5) My friend and I never got asked what pedicure package we wanted.
