They do really great nails, and they are polite. Reasonable prices.

Ok place when theyre not crowded and not sure if its because they speak a foreign language the majority of the time as to the reason some of the staff dont follow your request. Example: wanted my nails completely rounded on the end, but still ended up looking squarish to me.

You have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get just your eyebrows done. I have never gotten my nails done here. They must be good. They always have a lot of customers.

Everything was fine with my manicure and pedicure but the facial was bad. I went home by the sides of my lips felt funny like it was tight because she ripped the skin off when she was doing my wax I understand busy but that was a bit much I will not be returning take time out with each customer it helps.Unhappy customer

OK place. None of these places arent what they use to be. There is no professionalism in any of them any more. The guy who did my feet was cool but its not a place I would just Continue going g to for service.

I just enjoyed my experience here😍. Natalie held a conversation with me not just talked to pass time. The art is amazing with the colors chosen. I chose red and gold. Natalie added a little extra flava to make it great🔥🔥🔥. I will be back to this little hidden yet out in the open gem. Thanks Natalie 😍

I had my nails done here twice, first time was awesome. Second time they kept falling off. I paid to fix them the first Time one fell off, when they kept falling off and I came back they told me it was my fault. I do the same thing everyday and get my nails done the same way every time. I will never come here again. Dont let yourself be walking around looking like a fool.

Got the gel nails in 3 days my nail chipped supposed to last 3 weeks. I went back and was told it would be 10 dollars to redo it after spending over $100 I will not be back.

They made me bleed gave me the wrong shade none of the shapes on the nails matched left all this up under my nails and still charged me full price did not try to satisfy me they did not care that I was unhappy it was so bad that I left without getting any design because my finger was bleeding

I have had terrible experiences at this nail salon. Every single time I go they mess up my nails and one of the other techs have to fix them. I just got my nails done for my birthday and got the pink and white gel which cost me $50 plus tip and they didn’t even last a week! My pointer finger nails on both hands broke off !

I went to them and my nails are green they not clean.

First of all they have been price gouging ever since they reopened from the pandemic!!!!Charged me $40 for nails normally $30. My nails started lifting four days later!!! She had the ordasity to charge me to fix them, two nails $10. Before my two weeks filling,Id lost 3 nails already. They make them thin on purpose I believe. Their shaping skills are absolutely horrible.No one can shape decent.I only went there because my normal nail tech wasnt open yet. I will NEVER come back to this nail shop Id rather wear press ons in the meantime!!.! Yes..that bad.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I asked for a gel manicure. The gentalmen did not even take off all of the old nail polish, nor did he clean the nail beds clip the dead skin OR file my toes. Then he proceed to try and slap gel polish on my feet. When I stoped him and asked him to do it correctly. The women in the front became very belligerent stating I was to pay 35 for the deluxe pedicure. I left with my toes looking worse then they did when I went in. Dont waste your $$$ here!!

RUN!!! I wish I read review before coming in. I didnt expect the best because it was last minute just getting off work and it was the closest to me. But I am shocked just how sloppy the work was. I got a french mani and pedi and my pedi looked like a toddler did them and my Mani was bubbling before I left, the edges are already lifted an hour after leaving, the fill in is not filled in and I still have left over blue finger nail polish underneath and on the side of nails from my previous polish. Absolutely wasted hard earned money! $60 for nails that look worse than press on. I NEVER WRITE A REVIEW BUT I HAD TO WARN PEOPLE OF THIS!

This place is horrible I received one of the worst gel pedicure ever! I was also burned by the gel light on my foot! When I addressed the issue I was told next time do it myself and i was berated about the price I paid vs the time spent in the chair after being given the price by the man whom works there this was the worst and most horrific experience I have ever had in a nail salon

I loved this nail shop the staff is polite and it’s always clean inside. I usually get the same thing or something close to it and the younger female would do my nails. However, any time she is not in there and there’s someone else doing my nails it’s horrible ! There’s a guy ... he moves very slow and didn’t understand what I wanted (I explained it 5+ times) and he still went on to do whatever he wanted so I got up and left. This isn’t the only time I’ve had a problem with him ... as I said I get the same thing every time but whenever I’m in his chair he emphasizes that the shop “doesn’t do that” when clearly the shop does do it because I get it every time. Then he goes on to say that it is extra for him to do that ... so in that moment I’m confused because you just said that the shop doesn’t do that. Anyways, if you do come here I would recommend sitting with one of female workers and not the male workers.

I went in to get a Gel Polish color change they were full when i walked in 10 minutes later i was seated and 10 min. Later i walked out and the manicurist did an awesome job.

I love this place! Ive been going for over a year and always receive great service and I love my nails every time. As much as Im there Ive never seen them be rude to their customers all the employees are very polite and helpful and give you what you ask if they are able to do it.

Every time I come the service is great. I dont like to talk much when Im getting a pedicure, I just wanna relax. Mimi (spelling?) let me do just that. She was very professional and thorough and talked me into a deluxe pedicure, which was wonderful! I was surprised to see how few and awful their reviews were, Ive been here several times and have never experienced the staff being rude or having to wait very long. Polite staff and decent prices make this place my go to mail salon.

Im only giving 2 stars the ppl are great. Got my nails done two weeks ago the clear coat is peeling off and its to thin. I asked for a new set of gel color powder and they just soaked half of it off and put the new color on but to thin and I dont think its gel like a requested. Not going back again going to my other 2 nail salons I usually go to. It was convenient at the time. Update today my nail chipped the gel powder is that thin Im so upset

The shop had one guy working he moves incredibly slow. Each nail he used hardly any acrylic so my nails look like press ons, the gel polish Was also sloppy. What a waste of $45 and 2 hours for a full set.

Update. Upon last time visiting I got everything. Full Set ( hand) Pedicure plus gel powder on toes & lashes. Full set stiletto using gel powder 2 colors was great as usual. Have had 2 fill ins since. Pedicure always gets my feet soft. Gel lasted a month on my toes! Them lashes though hurt and burned I had to remove them days after getting them only due to the glue they use it takes 30-45 minutes, carefully removing to avoid pulling your own lashes out..

I have been to so many nail places, to find the right one. This nail place is always trying to rip you off. Everytime I have went Im charged a different amount. The only thing I do like is the gel polish used. Other than that I would even go back.

Not high quality work. Not the best Ive bn to. Ok if u need to be taken care of in a pinch but wont be my regular place to go.

Not very satisfied. Kimberly was very impolite. She was very short and rude with me and I felt rushed the whole time. I’ve been here before and have never been so disappointed. I’m finding a new nail salon to go to because it’s not fair that people work hard for their money and don’t leave satisfied.

Horrible! They tell you one price before you get started and raise the price at checkout! The sad part is that you ask before you got started, then the owner act as if she has no clue on what she said!! The prices on the wall are WRONG! Bad service, never going back!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE GO ELSEWHERE I’ve been a regular here for about a year today when I went for service after I got a fill in and my lashes done I proceeded to pay and they were having trouble with their card machine and asked if I had cash I said no I only had my card on me So they asked that I got to an atm in the parking lot already annoyed I agreed (Mind you I have my 2yr old son with me) when I started to leave they asked to “leave my phone til I came back “ I refused and proceeded to walk out telling them I’m going right to the atm in the parking lot the husband proceeded to run behind me insisting that I leave my card number or phone I said no and he followed me to the car and wrote down my tag number I have spent so much money in this place and they don’t even value their customers the same customers that pay thier bills I am disgusted and will never visit this place again don’t waste your time with these a**holes

Dont come here. They ruin your nails with fungus and then try to cover it up by putting acrylic on it to make it look better so you dont know till your nails fall off!!!!

Never get your eyelashes here. I was walking around one day and I saw they did eyelashes so I decided to try it. I got the individual and told them to give it a somewhat natural look. Was she was done they looked thick and more fake than falsies. First problem was they werent even even. 2nd They hurted so bad When i blinked. I had to remove them with oil the folowing night. Overall the $25 Is no where near worth.

RUN. RUN FAR,FAR,FAR AWAY! I walked in to see an unclean salon first thing that should have made me turn around. I sat down and he asked if I like my nails square or round I said I didnt care butni wanted to keep my nails the length the way they were and to NOT cut them. Immedialty he takes out nail clippers and cuts my nail so short theres almost at nail left! So it doesnt look horrific I had to let him cut the rest of my nails into little nubs. I picked my color and it was criticized and he said you need to pick new color so it look better... ok so I pick a new color and he starts doing my nails I asked him to be careful becasueni had a cuticle that was recently ripped and very tender. He doesnt care and scrapes it with the buffer and my finger is now bleeding. This is the most horrific experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

Went in for a fill and came out with my nails looking awful. They were bubbling before I even left and when I asked him to fix it all the guy did was clean up the edges which were awful as well because there was paint all over my fingers and the fill looked awful and all the nails were uneven. I would never go to this place again.
