My wife went here based on a referral and both her and I were very impressed. She because her pedicurist went way out of her way to do a great job and then did the same on her fingernails. Me because the price was GREAT and my wife left very happy. For the future the location is great and she will be going back for sure.

Out of Towner here. My daughter and I ran in to get mani/pedi with gel. Exceptional service, great conversation and laughter! A little pricey but worth it for the quality service received!

I live in Greenville, but my husband had a doctors appointment in Jacksonville. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure while he was at his doctors office. They were ready for me when I walked in - wonderful service - great prices - clean place - and a great pedicure. I WILL be back!!!! Hint...if you are paying with a credit card, you might want to have some cash for a tip. (you cant leave a tip on your credit card)

I’ve never in my life spent $75 on a pedicure ever and I’ve had wax, hot stone, sugar scrub etc and this was a pretty basic pedicure and the work was underwhelming. My polish was literally built up on one of toes so bad it scraped my other toe if I wiggled them, my polish is chipped (it’s gel and it’s only been a 3 days), the nail tech cut my toe, and the dry skin seems worse. Ridiculous!!! Over price, horrible work! Avoid this place!!!!!

I walked in and was helped right away. Kim did an awesome job with my pedicure. I asked her to be gentle due to me having issues with my feet, and she was amazing! I definitely recommend coming to see Kim.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PEDICURE!!! I went there over this past weekend and the man who did mine clipped the edges of my big toe nails and ripped the nail all the way down, made me bleed, and now both sides of my big toes are infected. He was extremely rough and the finished product did not even look professional. He painted really thick and uneven coats. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Normally i have good experiences, but this white lady working there needs to go! The quality of nail work compared to other nail techs there is very poor! I was very disappointed with my french tip pedicure and my gel manicure. Thin and uneven layers, missing the edge of the nail with paint and very slow. I hope she never does my nails again. Not worth the pay.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. I have never written a bad review about a business in my life. I tried to ignore all the negative reviews and I gave them a chance unfortunately that was awful decision. I was yelled at by the nail techs, laughed at, ignored, I was charged extra money for chrome nails that you couldn’t even see, the shape is not what I asked for and so much more. Not to mention there was a man in the back asleep slumped over the pedicure chairs with no shoes on. (Someone had walked in to get a pedicure and walked out in disgust after seeing that... completely unprofessional) At first the ladies were very nice and talkative. The busier they got the more careless they became, mind you I called in for an appointment so the time was reserved for me. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said the could do it. I made it clear the colors did not look good together and I did not like it but she continued. She then did the chrome nail and i was super unsure about it so I took 10 seconds to think if I liked it and next thing I know the lady yelled at me to hurry up because they had other customers ( I know they do and I don’t want to hold anyone up but I didn’t take long at all) after she yelled at me I got upset but I’m not one to confront. I left the store for maybe 15 minutes trying to find someone thing to like about my nails but there was nothing. I went back in and told them about my experience and asked for a refund for the extra money for chrome and they charged me for gel polish which I didn’t ask for and I didn’t want!!! They threw the $5 at me for the chrome nail and said they didn’t care and walked away from me and ignored me. Typically I giggle at those who leave bad reviews but this was really the worst experience I’ve EVER had. I will be sure to tell everyone I know Not to go to this nail place. There was one lady ( the white lady-I don’t know her name) who spoke to me and she was very kind so I appreciate that. But I will never be back and make sure no one else I know goes to this salon. OMG!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I love everyone here, and I have searched everywhere everywhere in Jacksonville. Its so nice and relaxing; they just want you to have a nice experience. Its best to have an appointment, otherwise you may have to wait an hour or more. I found most places would tell you the wait was 30 minutes, and an hour later, youre still waiting. Not here, if it will be an hour or two, they will tell you. So like I said, its best to make an appointment. When you walk in and tell them you want your nails done, they will ask what kind: gel, acrylic, manicure? If you show them a picture, they ask questions to make sure you get exactly what you want .... then they will tell you the total price. No surprises here, which I really appreciate. No rush jobs, and they make sure youre happy before you leave. Once she started with a color I chose, but when I told her I didnt like it, no problem. She took off what she started and made sure the next color was what I had in mind. Look no further, this is the place .... appointments are recommended 😉

Every time I go there Im waiting for 35min to an hour. Then the 1 time Im running behind its like I just walk in for the first time. I have been a loyal customer and Ive noticed when a particular type of person comes in they give them special type of attention, and they did not have an appointment. I listened to the conversation and it sounded very biased. Its time for a new Nail shop. Any suggestions?

They always do a great job on my nails. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I wont go anywhere else. I love this place

The first time I went and got my nails done here they did a good job the second time the shape was awful and the paint was all bubbled and when I went back to go get it fixed they wanted to charge 20 more dollars to fix it when they did a bad job .she was talking to someone else the entire time she was doing my nails and she did them poorly because she was not paying attention to what she was doing. I waited over an hour and a half just to be told she wasn’t going to fix it with a bad attitude.

Te is great she does a magnificent job with my nails. Dont forget your eyebrows...my girl has you covered. Also does a wonderful pedicure.

Best nail salon in town! No joke, Star has given me the best pedis I have ever had if I could convince her to move with me I would 😂 They listen to what you want and they are really fast and the work is amazing!! I tip them very well every time they never let me down.

Every time I walk in they always say they never have time for a fill or full set. I has happened on more than 5 occasions. Not to mention if you are in a hurry or don’t want to wait two+ hours, my recommendation would be to go else. They only have 2 nails technicians doing acrylics. Not to mention the customer service from the start is HORRIBLE. Not even being greeted with a hello just plain out asking “What do you need” as if you are bothering them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t leave bad reviews at places, and tend to ignore the bad reviews, and give places the benefit of the doubt, but save your time and go else where!!!

They rushed me through. Didnt even give me time to pick a color. They talked to each other in Tagalog instead of talking to me. If she had I would have gotten to tell her my nails were 3 different shapes, crooked and sharp. I asked for a design and all I got was a few lines. I was willing to to take that but I asked for some glitter to amp it up a bit. She said ok but didnt put any on before she too coated them. They didnt listen and I am very unhappy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Mani and pedicure were fine. The lack of professionalism is what ruined the experience for me. When paying, I tipped the two employees that worked on my fingers and toes but forgot about the girl who had done my daughters toes. In front of the whole store, I was loudly called out by the tech about whether or not I would be leaving a tip for my daughters tech. It was a error on my part but I didn’t appreciate how she went about it.

There are only 2 techs that do acrylic/gel nails. Therefore the waits are ridiculous. Be prepared for 2-3 sometimes 4 hours. Their attitude is rude seeming to feel as if people will patronize their business regardless of how they are treated. Sometimes the quality of the nail job is less than professional-looking.

I love this place! I have been going for the past 6months and they are always so nice! I preferably recommend the lady at desk #4 cause she has been doing them and she always takes her time and talks to me! Ive had a bad experience with the lady at desk #1 and desk #3 because i felt as if i was rushed and she didnt take her time. Desk #3 doesnt know how to paint nails correctly!! Do you put the coat on first or after you put the nail polish on? thats what she asked the other employee. Lol

I was 30 minutes for my appt. Wasnt able to get a pedicure bc of something had come up so I was still wanting to get a full gel set put on. Lilly was who the appt was with. Two ladies came in after I had been there for around 20 minutes wanting pedicures. Lilly came to her station to get the gel dryer machine and asked about my pedicure. I told her I didnt have time today. She very rudely said you always schedule but never get one. Then goes down to do a pedicure on one if those ladies knowing Im waiting on her to do my nails I called and scheduled an appt for. I got up and walked out. She treats her customers so poorly. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! There are plenty of nail salons in Jville.

They were just amazing!!! I was in town visiting my brother and the ladies needed mani/pedi. First time coming here. They took wonderful care of us and they were busy.

Best place in town!!! They take walk-ins but my advice is to make an appointment if here is someone special you want.

Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this place due to the lack of customer service & the services I received today. I came here based on reviews since I’m new to town. Walked in to receive a refill & pedicure. Customer service 4/10 & Service of pedi & refills 6/10 Sanitation overall 7/10. The person that started my fill rushed it all completely after she was done with the acrylic part she asked me to move to another chair for them to do my color. & sat someone else where I was sitting previously. After I waited there for about ten minutes I then got asked to go sit at a pedicure chair without my nails being done. Once I sat in the pedi chair I had another person help me & she had no idea what color or what I had asked or that I had gel because I do understand it takes drill to remove. She then said “well you should of told me, you needed to tell me that” but I had already told the First Lady that was assisting me thinking that at their responsibility to communicate with each other about customers needs she would know. Or typically a nail tech checks your toes & knows or asks if it’s gel or not. As she started my pedicure she removed ALL of my gel polish with a file!! That sounds almost impossible but she did I asked her “do you guys not use the drill?” Because every nail salon I have gone in different states they have use only drill for gel on toes or nails it doesn’t matter. Her answer was “I don’t, but the lady who does is busy sooo” I was already in an upset & disappointing mood by then she kept taking big breaths as she was trying to remove & seemed extremely bothered. She kept saying “this is going no where” making me feel as if I was the one at fault for having gel polish. The customer sitting next to me was getting a gel pedi as well & the lady that was doing my pedi even told her “just so you know this is the process to get rid of gel next time you come just keep that in mind” extremely unprofessional. Also, It almost took 3 hours just for a pedi & a fill. With five clients & 7 people working. I did notice Lily was the nail tech popular in this place so maybe if you will come here ask for her instead, everyone working here kept asking & going to her for help or finish off the service.

They take forever! 3-4 hours. Only two techs that do acrylic nails. I guess they are being greedy with money but really need to hire at least one other tech
