Wow. This was the first time I have ever been to this nail salon and I am so impressed that this is my new place now. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. I did not even wait one minute before they put me with a nail tech and Annabelle did my gel manicure and I absolutely love it. She did the most beautiful job Ive ever had done! Cant wait for the next one!

Great nail salon! I usually go to another salon, however I really needed my nails done & went to Bella & Me because it is close to my job. I was nervous because I am very particular about my nails, but they did a great job! Done in an hour and everyone was very nice and professional. Love the shape and color of my nails. Definitely recommend!

I was a walk in and they took me right away. Now of course this is when they first opened so, not to busy which I like :) I got the Glow in the Dark powder polish on my natural nails. Let me tell you how in love I am with these. In the light its a light pink color (they have other colors to chose from), almost natural looking; in shadows or the dark it glows a bright blue. Now this isnt like a normally glow in the dark polish you would buy in the store and have to hold to a light to really see the glow in the dark. The Glow in the Dark powder polish they used is great. Its so pretty and the nail tech who did these for me did a wonderful job.

I enjoyed their sheer amount of choices in colors but I had sns done by Maria. The sns was applied so badly they cracked within 24 hours. They are closed on Sunday, which is fine. But when I removed the sns my nails were shaved so thin they curl up now. My natural nails are ruined. Will not go back here.

I am beyond upset with this service!It started off with the technician not believing my mom when she said that she only had one acrylic nail on, as her real nail broke. The technician proceeded to put acrylic on my moms real nails after she asked her not to do that. I had great customer service, both ladies were nice but when I went home the paint on the side of my pinky nail chipped off. The next morning I went to work and wore socks. When I got home and took them off my big toenail polish was chipped, I was going to return to get it fixed the next day so I took a shower only to find that the other toenail polish on my left foot was chipped.I called them and asked for a refund because within 24 hours I have had so many problems and got rude service on the phone telling me that I could not get a refund due to their policy which would be completely fine if they weren’t rude. Then she proceeded to tell me I could come back to get it fixed but like I told her I was not coming back because I did not want to come back within another 24 hours to get it fixed again. They really didn’t act like they cared that I had bad service, the quality wasn’t that good or that I was upset. I also definitely would say that it’s way overpriced even if I would’ve received good quality.

I went in to get a flame design and was told I would need acrylics. So I asked for the shortest length possible. The sign on the wall says acrylics and SNS are charged by length, so I wasn’t expecting to be charged $70. The design was not well done and very rushed, if they knew they wouldn’t be able to get close to the reference image I showed I would expect to not be charged extra. my friend got SNS nails the same length as me and was charged $45. The acrylics were done well but the design has some issues and the shape is off, I do not think $70 is a reasonable price for what I got.

It was easy to get in, no appointment was required. A little more expensive than Im accustom to. Nails look really good, the girl doing the full set of acrylic was fairly fast. She seemed distracted by the YouTube videos she was watching on her phone instead of conversing with the client (me). It made me feel a little out of place. Im use to talking shop or a basic conversation with the girl doing my nails.

Come every other Thursday/ Friday to get my eyebrows done. Learned quickly to try to at least call an hr ahead for a heads up Im coming as theyre always packed from being the best in town! IMO its hard to mess up an eyebrow wax but their welcoming staff and the friendly conversation I get from the same one of two stylists is what keeps me coming back 😊

The salon is super clean, quiet, relaxing and they do a wonderful job with the manis and pedis. Prices are also reasonable. My daughter got acrylics and I got gel. We are both very happy with the results.

First time and I am very impressed. Hannah was super friendly and professional. She walked me through the process since its been a while since I got my nails done. I got a call and needed to be out in 30 minutes and she stayed detailed and efficient with my nails and eye brows. I was even more Wowed by the price under $100. This was my first time going to this place. So I have selected color and waited there so this lady came to me to start the work and then I selected my design, she removed my old nail polish that was on my fingers, now new customer walks in and the I think she is the head employee or something asks the lady who was working on my nails to stop and do the nails of this new customer who just came in and asked me to wait someone else will come to help you. I just didnt even understand I mean she has already started .I was in utter shock, it was just unprofessional and disrespectful. I am never going back there.

I have been coming here for 3 months. For the most part it has been a good experience. I only had one incident where I felt my nails were a little short, but it was my fault for telling the lady to cut it a little more. Everytime I go in there, I am rushed to pick a color and sit down. Today I went in at 5:45 and they close at 7pm, the lady told me I should come back the next day because they’re busy. Put in mind, there was only one person waiting the rest were already being serviced. I don’t know what’s going on but they didn’t even lock there doors if they didn’t want any more customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, I FELT EMBARRASSED and I have been spending my money there. Never will I ever step foot in a place where customers are turned away in front of everyone! I have not even disrespected anyone in there and have left tips to those who are deserving of it. I have never been turned away an 1hour and 15 minutes not even from McDonald’s.

I have been getting my acrylics done at Bella and Me for close to a year now and they have always done amazing work! They are so kind, and I am usually in and out in a decent amount of time. The manager/owner is so so sweet and always fulfills my requests. Most of the nail techs are outstanding, the place is always neat and clean, and I feel so comfortable here.

I have been going to Bella & Me Nails every 2 weeks for about 4 Months in a row. Every time it has been a great experience and I leave happy with the results. They are taking necessary precautions with COVID, always wearing masks and sneeze guards at every station. All the technicians are well trained and very gentle. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the excellent job done by Maria (as well as other nail techs). The place is clean, they follow the required health guidelines, and they use quality products.

The staff bus very nice and professional, and Its always very clean. I usually go on my lunch break and they get me in and out. Ive been going here for several months and I dont have any complaints.

I went there this morning and got a pedicure, it was extremely relaxing and my feet and legs feel great. The store is very clean and has a great atmosphere, the technicians and owners are very warm and nice. We will be returning regularly.

This place is absolutely fabulous for pedicures. They dont try to rush to get to the next person, they take their time and massage your feet your toes and its awesome.

Love it there. I drive all the way from work on the north side just to have them do my nails. I recommend scheduling appointments because they stay busy. But they are sooo worth the wait.I only trust them with my nails.

Avoid!! I usually will not review a place, but I have to this tine. I got my nails done here prior to Christmas. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. A picture I got from their website.I was a bit put off by the fact there was no clean towel placed on the station prior to doing my nails. They sat me at station where someone was just sitting and didn’t even wipe the counter down!! It is my fault for staying after I saw this.The first technician didn’t even bother to clean my nail beds. She just started looking for tips for my fingers and then was having issues filing coffin nails properly and made excuses about how my fingers turn (no one has ever had issues before). The glue was for my applied sloppily.The second technician then took over to do ombré nails. She finished my nails in a rush and was just as sloppy as the first. She spoke and paid attention to the salon regulars that came in. She only spoke to me to tell me the price (more on that later). I had to turn on the UV light myself because she was tending to a regular who wanted to buy a gift certificate. They never filed under the nail either! I had to go home and do that myself.Now mind you I get shape and length factor into to the cost; but the pricing should be disclosed after the tips have been applied and cut/filed to the desired length. Not After the acrylic was applied and there is no turning back. And thick acrylic at that.I also think it’s unsanitary and unprofessional to have your staff eating at stations while you have people waiting. They should eat in the break room.I will never return. I also think they should be more careful when speaking in code (aka their first language). Some of us are also Asian or part Asian and can understand/speak your language as well.

The owner is so rough . Usually I go there, last time I got an expired nail color gel because fall out just in a week I called and spoke with the owner and she agreed give me a free repair. Then when I called for to get an appointment in my available time she said that unfortunately the time expired because should be in max a week after my service. But I called her she agreed. My time off is not when she wants is when I can. Just was 10 days after my horrible gel and the lady owner just hang up my call. Terrible customer service Mrs. owner.

I went to this shop literally for a color change. I did not need a fill, I did not need anything other than a color change because my polish had chipped. Gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. My total came to the ridiculous amount of $42. I will never go to this place again, how did a polish change for nails and toes add up to a new full set? Bella and me nails is overpriced for no reason whatsoever. Not for me, NEVER AGAIN

Been here twice for SNS and they do amazing job. The quality here is so much better and long lasting than my previous salons. Customer service is great as well. This is my new favorite place for nails!!

I love this place but the hours on Google are WRONG! They open at 10AM Mon - Fri. Here I am on Monday @ 9:30 standing outside feeling silly. The manager opened early because she saw me standing out here. Great customer service. Other than that this is probably one of the BEST nail salons in Jacksonville. I travel over 25 minutes to get here!

Been a loyal customer go every 2 weeks for gel fill in. Notice the manager swipe my card before telling me the price and increase the pay. If you notice they do not provide a price chart. As of today I have decided to take my business elsewhere. With the several nail salons available I am sure I will be able to find not only quality but honest service

Ive been going to this place for about 2- yrs now. Started off with Trish who was amazing with the nails & art! Then when she left, started going to Kayla who is also amazing & professional! They always do what I ask and if it cant be done...theyll explain why but its unusual when they cant. I even have my daughters coming here also. Ive even recommended a couple of the ladies at work who also get their nails done here with no complaints. By far the best nail salon Ive been to!

Do not recommend. Ive been coming here faithfully every two weeks for the past 7 months and suddenly today the price I always pay for my gel manicure increased with no explanation why. Poor customer service. This is not how you treat your customers. Long wait times, high staff turnover, dont waste your time. I rarely give reviews but I had to take the time to give this one.

I am so glad that I went looking for a new salon! The difference between the SNS manicure here, and my previous manicures, is dramatic. The manicure at Bella & Me was far more gentle and looks so much nicer! Ive found a new salon, thank you!

Was a loyal customer for Almost 2 years, but after today, my money will be taken else where! I was treated bad by Kay after I called in to get my nails fixed! Wasn’t filled all the way and one broke in 2 days!EDIT: your sister refused to fix my nails when I repeatedly told her and you on the phone, my flight leaves in the morning! She was very rude and you didn’t listen! I AM NOT COMING BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS!

This is my new favorite nail spot. Having just moved to the Jacksonville area a few months ago, Ive bounced between a few shops but none have measured up to this one. Everyone is really friendly, and even on a busy evening after work theyve always been really accommodating to walk-ins. The shop is also very clean, and they have the most gel color options Ive ever seen. Its been a long time since Ive had acrylics that look this good, (thanks to Wendy!) and even though they do a thorough job and take their time, Im always out of there in a more than reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this shop and I know Ill keep going back!

Beautiful atmosphere!!! The staff was very nice and professional. The shop is really Classy, CLEAN and Upscale. The nail techicians are super clean! Every time she would do anything to my nails she would clean up and dust down the area. Hands down one of the best nail shops Ive been to in Jacksonville thus far! As people come in, they dont take no for an answer so even if you have an appointment, they might make you wait to be able to get as many people in as possible. Tia is great but she is too focused on quantity and sometimes forsakes quality.

Even told another lady it was gonna be a min because i called ahead.. I’ve gone to the same nail salon for the last 10 years because I’ve never been able to find a salon that does as good of a job. This place is absolutely amazing, the staff is welcoming and the prices are amazing . They are very attentive to detail and i cant Wait to go back in two weeks !

I wont be going back. Even if you make an appointment you will have to wait. Even if you give instructions on how you want your acrylic to be taken off your nails to avoid pain they will not listen and hurt you anyway. This is the 2nd time Ive had to go back because of a broken nail after I JUST got them done 2 days ago. Never again.

I was a walk-in so there was a 30 minute wait, which was expected. However, although the tech wasnt rude, she didnt do anything I requested. I paid 50$ to receive whatever services she wanted to provide. And before applying nail enhancement, she filed my actual nail plate way to thin. I have brittle nails, so Im praying this doesnt cause splitting. Also, the size and shape of the nails is not symmetrical on each hand.

I felt rushed. The mani no lotion no massage on my hands or lower arms nothing. My feet pedi go the deluxe was so quick and a mess. Spent almost $50. It was a mess The nail polish was chunky and toes nails uneven. I wont go back.

This used to be my favorite place to come to get my nails done. Ownership has changed many times since the location opened. The newest owner is keeping the shop at like 80 degrees so it’s always really hot in the building. I came in for a simple pedicure and it took 2.5 hours. The work was sloppy, I left with paint on my foot. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to find a new place to favorite place.

Tia did a wonderful job on my nails. Previously had them done and one of them broke on my trip, but Tia said I could come right in and she would fix them for me. Only needed two fingers done and she ended up fixing my whole hand just to make sure none of the others would break! Wonderful work and very appreciated in redoing them all when she didnt have to! Definitely recommend them for quality, and they are cheaper than most of the places in Jax! :) Thank you again!Ps. My fingers are angled weird naturally, the nails are even and based on my natural nail lengths (how I asked for them to be)

When I received treatment to first time and it pealed I thought it was because there was some regular polish on my nail from the stipe she made. I decided to give then another chance and that was chipping away the next day. Wonderful Staff, terrible products. I wont be returning.

Do not go here!!! I waited 30 minutes and the women kept going back and forth with me and someone that came in after me. I had several people working on my nails. One lady kept gluing the wrong arcylic and having to keep taking them off and redoing it. They also charged me for gel nails and I didnt even get gel nails!!! Complete rip off!! Avoid!!
