I am absolutely in love with this place the y take the time to take care I love you and I did have a couple questions and then the lady who did my nails was so willing to help me out with that making a decision on which Ive whatever I wanted to get done a very thorough super extremely clean the environment everything looks like so neat and a she is like she takes customer service to another level so I am thrilled I am happy and I am thankful that I went to them and my decision was Im not from Jacksonville so my decision was based on the reviews and reviews did not fail me at all

I’ve known John and Tammy for 6 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Yes they’re mainly appointment only, but do take walk ins if there’s time in between appointments. They always try to make time for everyone. They take their time doing everyone nails. I love the appointment only idea so there’s not people sitting around waiting while they’re working with someone else. Always on time, always ask me to come in earlier if they have time. I HIGHLY Recommend them and idk what I’m going to do if they ever leave 😭

My experience was so fun and my nails came out perfect. Tammy was seriously the kindest lady who made me feel so comfortable with getting acrylics for the first time! Definitely recommending to all of my friends and I will be coming back! I don’t live near Arlington, but it is most definitely worth the drive

They are very friendly there and keeps up the conversation with their clients which I like. She took her time on my nails and they came out really pretty so ya girl found her new nail tech :) but yes I have no complaints on my visit definitely recommend.

I love the fact the she can do your real nails. Everyone can add tips but not everyone is good at sculpting nails. The shop is peaceful, clean and classy. The prices cant be beat for the quality of service you get. You must make an appointment to get in.

This is a great place to get your nails, feet, and eyebrows waxed. Ms. Tammy takes her time and makes you feel right at home. I was most impressed by the way she took care of disabled seniors while I was there. Stop by and check her out.

First time here! Havent had my nails done in about a year. Ive been trying to get to this place since the restrictions were lifted and it was always booked. I decided to wait until all the hype and craziness subsided and Im soo glad I didnt go anywhere else. I came here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. I was her last customer and she still took her time and gave me what I wanted with a lil extra flare. I didnt feel rushed at all. I will definitely go back 🙂

Made a appt for my daughter and wife to get their nails done. They both said the service was very good and professional. When I spoke to the woman on the phone about the appt and what services were available she was very friendly. I would reccomend this establishment for your mani pedi needs.

Got to the door at 10:00 am, and waited for someone to come and open up. The open sign was on and the hours listed began at 10:00 am. I waited for about 20 minutes, and when no one came, I decided to walk around to see the other stores. I came back at 10:50, and still found no one. I called the number on the door and got a recording telling me it was disconnected, with no forwarding number. I then went next door, to the shopping center management office and was told Tina only comes in when she has appointments scheduled. Nowhere does her signs say, by appointment only, and how would you make an appointment without a working telephone number (the only one the management had as well)? I wasted $20 to Uber my way there and will never go back.
