This is two days after acrylic nails! I’ve been getting acrylics down for the longest time! Decided to try a new salon and regret it! Took 2 hours for short coffin acrylics in solid black (I had presoaked the old ones off to speed up the process before I came in). You can see in the picture POOR cuticle care! The size or the nails and the shape for the arch finger is different! Some nails are squared some are coffin! I also got a pedicure that was decent but so upset about these nails! Won’t be back

Best nail salon in the Regency area! Tina is an amazing technician. She does really beautiful nails and their pedicures cant be beat! I always love my visits. Little Lily is an angel and I enjoy spending time with her while I wait.

I stopped by hoping to get a design on my nails. Before even sitting in the chair, I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and asked whether the design is something she could do. She assured me she could. After we got started, she started second guessing, so I suggested a different design. I gave her a picture to work from. She wasn’t paying attention to her work, so she ended up not following the design as presented. She also took a bit longer than I anticipated because she wasn’t paying attention. She was having an animated conversation with a coworker and frequently took breaks. My total time at the salon exceeded 2.5 hours.The store also doesn’t ask for approval on the rates before up charging you for different services. After looking at their price list, I believed I was paying for $80 worth of services. I ended up paying more than $120 for services. If you go, just be careful to ask and confirm the pricing multiple times so everyone is on the same page.

I went for my lashes the young lady did an awesome job. I still have them on. Its been almost 2 weeks.

Chan was absolutely amazing!! If you need your eyebrows done she is your girl! The atmosphere of the shop is cool too. Very calm, relaxing and welcoming.

The whole family is the sweetest and their dog lily is so cute. ❤️ I’m always happy with my nails when I leave!

Please note that this nail salon is now under NEW MANAGEMENT. It’s not the same people that owned it before that got horrible reviews.I came here last minute for a pedicure and fill-in. The owners were very attentive, professional, and provided a great service from start to finish. They Also offered drinks while Being serviced. I loved my nails, and will be back again soon.

This spot is awesome, the new management takes the time to listen to your needs and give good service. They are attentive to your nail, and pedicure requests. My daughter got the SNS nails and was very happy. I don’t know what this place was a year ago but now I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Thank you guys.

Please be aware if you forget your mask in your car : you will be charged for a disposable one. This business is trying to make outrageous profit during this pandemic. I have been to other shops that would simply give you a free disposable mask if needed.

Came in with my girlfriend and the friendly staff talked me into getting a pedicure. It was my first time and they definitely made it a great experience. Great Staff under NEW MANAGEMENT! Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself!

My experience here was really great. I received the works (full set, eyebrows and pedicure) and was very pleased with the services. The atmosphere was so relaxing 😌 and welcoming. Very impressed with new management 👏

I am so glad I stopped here! They are under new ownership. The shop is clean and owners are very friendly. They even do lashes! Im very particular about where I get my manicures and pedicures due to the fact that I have very sensitive skin. I always seem to leave the nail salon with a skin rash. Not this time! Came here after quarantine for a much needed spa day. Noticed the shop was under new management and that they remodeled the shop which was a nice touch! They had a beautiful display of brand new colors and products right at the front and the new management were very fun and professional at the same time. I had a gel mani and pedi and my hands and feet are still looking great 3 weeks later! Would def recommend!

Worst manicure of my life. They are extremely rude as well. I went back and asked they repaint the sloppy paint job they did on my nails and they just slopped more on top and now there are bubbles in my nails and it looks worse than it did originally. I wanted the polish remover and repainted. The owner said it’s because I didn’t let it dry. Incorrect. I sat for 40 minutes and let my nails dry. They put the polish on too thick and you can see every brush mark. Don’t go here. And they don’t even give you a massage with manicure service or lotion which every other salon in creation does.

Awesome job! Love them! I was looking around hopping from nail salons here in jax for months now until I came across Regency Nails. Once I came to them I was hooked. They do it all,and take there time. I get my deluxe pedicure, acrylic on my own nails,eye lashes & waxed eye brows done. Its a one stop for all work! There friendly & hard workers! Wife & Husband are the best.

Very dirty nail saloon, I went there for the first time today and I left very disappointed. I got a gel manicure done and all the corners were left horrible. The guy cut my nails without asking how short or what shape. He just basically did whatever he wanted. The paint is outside my nail bed in every single nail. I will never go back. Do not recommend. Gel manicure is $25 and not worth it!! So many other saloon around that do a way better job for the same price.

Horrible experience. Quickest pedicure Ive had. They didnt spend any time doing it the right way. The way they do a paraffin wax on your feet was horrendous. They tried to skip that part but I paid for it so I asked. Just happened to stop in because it was on my way.

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They first had a their son start on my nails and after the teenage boy cut off my entire nail, the Dad, who clearly doesnt wear deodorant, finished doing not too much better. My nails are cut so short and close to my skin that it hurts. I did not ask for my nails to be cut off. The manicure was not worth the money and looks like something I did myself...in the dark. The pedicure was not AS bad but even with no one else in the place it seemed as though the smelly man was rushing to get done.

My usual nail place had a long wait today so my dude and I went looking around for a nail salon near our house and we happened upon Regency Nails. If I could give a lower review than a 1, I would. The place was filthy, empty, and the nail polish was all old and crusty. We paid $28 for the deluxe pedicure and not only was it not worth the money by FAR, but like the other reviews indicate (I wish we had read them before bothering to stop here) there is no sanitation of tools before or after each use. This place needs to be checked out by the health department, I would not recommend that my worst enemy waste their money or risk infection going into this dump. We came home and sprayed isopropyl alcohol on our feet as a precaution.

Amazing

The place is very dirty. they barely have a nail polish selection that isnt dry and crusty. The only 2 employees are horribly rude and are actually the owners come to find out. On top of all this my nail beds were bleeding, ive never had my hands be sore after getting them done & my pinky nail broke off the next day. They wouldnt fix the nail the following day or offer me a deal.DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.

DONT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE! Rude employees, kicked me out because I said I didn’t like how he did my nails, and make up prices for random reasons(I.e. double top coat- 5 dollars). The owner yelled at me!!!! And the place is not even clean or nice inside. This store belongs in the dump!

Terrible customer service. Got a fill and when I walked in I wasnt even greeted. The man didnt ask me if I wanted my nails trimmed down. And when I finally said something he told me it was too late. He painted my nails like a toddler, nail Polish everywhere. When I tried to pay the lady was on the phone the entire time told me how much it was and continued her conversation on the phone, didnt thank me or anything. Never again will I go there.

The worst experience ever. I went in to just get my acrylic taken off with out cutting off my own nail because they were long. They did not want to do it. Kept telling me the whole time take long time just cut just cut. Then they kept switching between the son and the dad. In the beginning before we got started I ask how much for removal and color I was told 8$ two times but at the end the said oh its 11$ not 8 . just because it took some effort to take off the nail..if I wanted to cut the down I could of did it my self at home, then when I paid the mom shoved my money at me and didnt even look at me they didnt say have a nice day or thank you nothing... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced & Im from out of town. Very unprofessional. Polish on my feet was still wet after hr 1.5. Not worth your money. Stay clear away.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. They did a terrible job on my toes and then when doing my acrylics I told the lady over 6 times I didnt like how she was doing them and kept showing a picture of what I wanted she then ignored me and proceeded to do the way I said I didnt like. Then before painting them right after washing my hands she snatched my money out of my Hand because I asked her to fix them she then charged me and additional 10$ just to file them a little snatched my money wouldnt finish my nails and told me to leave. I called the cops. Horrible experience.
