I really want to love this place but have walked out the last 3 times I’ve been there. The wait time is extremely long and only certain people are acknowledged when walking into the shop. I’m fine with waiting but at least let me sit in a massage chair and soak my feet.

I loved the experience, they are very laid back there. One of the best salons I’ve been at. This is going to be my spot for now on. My nails are beautiful and I enjoyed my time there. Go it’s worth the money!

Went for a pedicure, thought my toes were beautiful until i saw that my whole toe was missed no 💅🏾. How can this be done when they are close to your feet?

Just had the most amazing pedicure. Jasmine did an amazing job. So relaxing!!! The salon is very clean and you can tell the employees take pride in the establishment they work in. Huge selections of colors and services. Would highly recommend this nail salon to anyway. My feet have never looked better.

Tom is amazing !!! You have someone that takes their time doing your nails and always does exactly what you need them to do. His front desk staff is exceptional as well. After going to several nail shops who always seemed like they were in a rush, I found a new nail shop who treats me like family.

Extremely disappointed ☹️ 😡😡and not satisfied. The only thing I like is the design and nail polish color. I will never ever go back to that shop. Very long wait time, the reason I didn’t leave, because I was too tired and it was raining. I should have left. Again will never go back there.. did I say never.

The owner along with his staff are very helpful and have a way of making you feel completely at ease as well as confident in your selections.Ive never, in the 20 yrs of going to nail salons been as comfortable and made to feel as a priority, as if Im the only one there. This type of customer service is a rarity!

I had got my nails done and the gel polish did not last at all. It was peeling the next day after I got them done. SMH this is just ridiculous. I will not be returning. That was a waste of my hard earned money and I dont like appreciate that. I will be going elsewhere.

Thanh and his wife are excellent at their craft. They are knowledgeable, and care about their clients. Their color selection is great, and their prices are on par with their service! I recommend Best Nails of JAX!

Me and my friend came in asking for a full set and a fill and were told it was going to be 30-45 minutes. So we came back later and waited an additional hour at least to get our nails done! My nails look absolutely horrendous! I specifically asked for a thin and sharp coffin shape and showed pictures. I explained that I wanted them very even and when I asked her to measure them throughout the appointment she gave attitude and said she did but they are clearly different lengths. They are so fat and uneven and not my desired shape what so ever!! They look like a dragons claws the way they are shaped and curved!! when I asked the lady (who said she had 18 years of experience) to fix them she was rude and has a very bad attitude the rest of the time. Her experience did not show through her work AT ALL!! I will never go to this salon again and I recommend you save your money (spent $80!) and time and go some place else!!!!!!!!!

This place is pricy and the most unprofessional hair salon I’ve been to. Toes were half painted with scattered paint all over. They don’t do refunds so they agreed to redo it in exchange I’d have to get my nails done. They never bothered to neither clean nor cut my nails before attaching fake nails. All in all it’s an Unprofessional place full of unprofessional staffs.

Never got my nails done here but family members have they nails look nice I hear they are pretty good. Ill check them out one day.

I moved back to my hometown Philly and I will always miss my Tom❤He did my nails faithfully every 2-3 weeks.My nails never used to break and theyre long!Always got compliments.Hes so friendly,professional and knows his stuff.FACTS!

When it comes to nails I am not a picky person at all...but this was the worst ever. Young one put way too much acrylic and my nails were uneven, older lady laughed and said it couldnt be fixed ..they got a one star because the guy took his time to try to fix it and I do appreciate him, he even yelled at the young one for using to much acrylic...(if you decide to go just let the guy do them but tell him to be careful with your cuticles ;my cuticles have not been the same ) ..

Horrible. Just wanted to take my nails off but he ripped nails and even broke my nails too. I got so much pain. I told him it’s bit supposed to be like, and he was just so unhappy about it. Never come back.

I like going to get my eyebrows done at this place. its quickly done and always looks great.HOWEVER,I went back in September. I wanted to try the gel nail because I heard it lasts longer. I also got the chrome nail powder polish whatever. I told the guy I wanted gel nail. he pulls out acrylic powder and the purple liquid stuff. I have googled and youtubed gel nail, and what he pulled out wasnt what I was expecting. I still allowed him to finish my nails but I havent been back since September 2016. I will continue to get my eyebrows waxed there. but as far as full set, no thank you.

Jennifer did my pedicure $25 plus $3 DND gel polish, total was $28. This was my first time at this salon. There was about a 15 minute wait. Since the place was fully staffed and all 5 or so nail tech chairs and 1 of the pedi chairs were full, I stayed thinking its a good sign the place is busy midweek at around 6pm. Glad I did. Jennifer paid close attention to detail.I will be back and plan on making this my regular nail shop. Give it a try and see for yourself. Nestled on Ft Caroline in the Winn Dixie plaza, near CitiTrends and McDonalds.

The elders of the shop are rude. But the younger crowd are nice & create good conversation that makes you want to comeback.They do a great job on your nails.

Worst salon ever. The lady hurried through my pedicure, and then told me she didnt have time for a wax. I came it when it was dead, and when it got busy, she was ready for me to leave. Perfect place if you want something done half assed.

Worst salon ever, had me waiting for almost an hour and had the nerve to have two people skip in front of me because they knew them like that, I mean really 😒 And every time they do my nails, it comes off in two days 👎🏾
