Usually this is a great car wash. But today, after the guys finished my $27 car wash, I noticed they did not use tire dressing. When I asked them about it, he tried to tell me it didnt come with it. I pointed to the sign showing him that its supposed to. Not until I started walking back into the office to ask about it, did he walk back over to his cart and grab the dressing. This cost him his tip.Pay close attention to the wash that you ordered. Dont let them get away with sub-standard service.

I used to go there twice a month. They were great. Something changed. I arrived on a Saturday hoping for a car wash. I typically paid $49 for the upgraded wash. The person who takes the information and type of wash told me the $49 wash would now be $20 extra and take 2-3 hours. When I questioned it, he proceeded to tell me that thats what the pricing is when they are short handed. Sorry, but that does not fly with me. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

They sent me a free car wash coupon along with a few reminders to use it. When I showed up they said that my car had already used up the car wash coupon! Unless my car drove itself there, you guys wasted my time driving all the way there!

I found my new car wash! If you are looking for an awesome carwash, that leaves your car clean look no further! This facility is 5 stars all the way around.Amazing first experience here. First off, very friendly staff and everyone is masked up due to COVID. From the moment I pulled up, to the cashier inside, everyone was friendly.The location is awesome, and upstairs has a few restaurants you can grab a bite at while you wait for your car. I noticed they had free Wi-Fi provided and plenty of outside seating.I went with the Deluxe Wash, and I am impressed, they hit all the spots. Windows are normally a big thing for me, they did an awesome job. Well done guys! I will be back soon!

Worst experience ever at a car wash. I searched for a while to find a place that would take a muddy car. Finally found one. Went here and they said they charge an extra 30 for the mud on top of the car wash I selected. Ok understood. Then I was told that if I went for the 85 dollar car wash they wouldnt charge me an additional 30 for the mud and i would need to pay the 30 next time i come because they would add a layer of wax. So i agreed. Finished the wash, got in the car and went home. Looked at my car when I got home and there was still mud in various places and they didnt do the interior at all like I was told they would do. You could still see dust all over the day and the seats. Mud still in the wheel wells, mud where the windshield wipers are, mud in the grill, hood looked like they just rinsed it. Let it be know I was infuriated that I paid so much for such a lazy job. I immediately went back and asked then to remedy the situation. Front desk girl was doing her job to make sure I was getting the service and satisfaction I was looking for but the man that sold me in the was less than helpful. They took the car back and buffed the hood which was marginally better and they removed some more of the mud but still didnt touch the inside. When the car was given back to me I was told that they think my car was repainted, I have a brand new 2020. Are you really going to tell me that my car was repainted when its brand new!? Now I know the mud is extra work but when they say they can deal with it and even get out a pressure washer, I expect it to be done correctly. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. Absolutely awful experience!

Just tried this place out after the Santa Ana winds dusted my car up last week.I am an auto enthusiast so I know a thing or two about detailing and you have to trust when I say that this place has some seriously dedicated associates! They know exactly what theyre doing and saying and they definitely care for your car wether you get an exterior wash or complete detail. Doesnt matter what you drive they will treat it as if its an exotic supercar. They do advise you about any damage or watersports they find PRIOR to taking your car in so make sure you pay attention to their recommendations. They have the newest technology in the car washing industry as you can see from my photos. The brushes are not your typical plastic ones that you see at other drive-thru gas station washes and that will scratch your car up. These new brushes are a soft foam that dont marr up or scratch the paint. One of the detailers named Benito was nice enough to let me see and feel a piece of that foam so make sure you check out my photos. I believe I got the super clean and I really did feel like it was super clean. Felt like new. I love that they cleaned and polished my exhaust tips too. Thats something I have never ever seen done at any car wash Ive ever been to. Also this place is huge! Never seen a car wash in South OC that has this many stations! A+ to these guys. Keep up the great work.

As an employee I will never take my car in and suggest you don’t ethier today my manager put a dent and scratches on the side of a brandnew truck didn’t tell the customer the customers asked too he lied straight to there face

I have been coming to this car wash since they opened. I finally got enough washes to get my freebie . I have always paid full price for deluxe wash yet they would only credit me $20.00. I could of done better using their coupons. The people working there now are not friendly as when they first opened. Using one of their coupons would of been cheaper than using my free wash.

First time coming to this car wash. From the time I entered the line until I picked up my car I was very impressed. I have very difficult wheels to clean and they did an excellent job.Will be returning on a regular basis.

Best car wash I have ever been to! It was fast, everyone was friendly, even though they work outside everyone still had a mask on, and everything was CLEAN. Even the concrete where the cars drive and park was clean. This car wash made me feel safe and comfortable in the middle of a crazy pandemic. That alone should say everything...

Great service! I got the Super clean on my truck (it is driven in dirt daily) and they did an incredible job. Highly recommended

I never leave reviews, but the experience here warrants one. Paid $50 for a wash. Guy who greeted me confirmed they do interior vacuum and clean. Backsteat clearly wasnt vacuumed, and interior was barely touched. To top it off I now have an item missing out of my car. Exterior wash wasnt terrible. Would not return here, and I am a pretty easy going customer.

Hidden gem! Since my neighborhood car wash closed without warning, I was off to find a new spa for my whip. I had seen the sign for a car wash on the corner of Avery and Marguerite many times, but didn’t understand where it was located. It’s actually underneath the top floor of the parking structure ... just follow the signs! Awesome job detailing, tremendous value for the price! My hubs is getting a car wash gift book from here for Christmas this year!

I brought my jeep to this location for a car wash. It was my first time and last time I will be there. There was a scratch/ dent on the side of my Vehicle that was not there when I came in. The manager said that I would need to wait about 30 minutes while he looked at their high tech cameras. He told me it would be a waste of his time but he would do it. How could it be a waste of time to review a customers concerns? I was so offended I told him I would just post my problem on yelp since he did not want to help me with it. I will never be back there again. If you enjoy a scratch free car and good service you should never go there either.

49 .99 hand wax is a bait and switch con...the manager tells you one thing hand buffed with a buffing machine and then the worker tells you he sprays and wipes a wax instead ..RIPOFF

I’ve been to various ones around here in South OC, but the service and the final product of my car always look meh. I’ve tried them all and out of all of the car washes I never was inclined to be a loyal customer to make me want to come back. I was almost ready to bite the bullet and doing it myself if I had such high standards...Little to behold Avery Car Wash had the same standards as I did as a customer. Finally a place that actually takes their time to the clean while providing excellent customer service. When I pulled in, I was greeted by associates. The layout of the car wash was unique but not hard to follow as there were plenty of signs. They also have a stamp card for those who come daily. How cool!
