Update 7/21: we have returned to Dep Nails a few more times and unfortunately my review has changed. Each time it seemed as if the gel polish would start to wear off within one week. Also, my daughter who is 9 would come with me and we would get the princess price, which was for children 10 and younger. For some reason they started charging me adult prices. Even the person at the register questioned the nail techs on the price, but the nail tech said it was adult prices. I dont understand how it changed. I tried emailing to express my concern, but never received a reply. We have since went to another nail salon.This was our first time at Dep Nails and the ladies did a beautiful job on my daughters nails and mine. I love my ombre powder nails! I am new to getting manicures and pedicures and this was a wonderful experience.

Nice salon. Very,very clean, no strong smell from acrylics. Had my nails done for my wedding, french manicure. Turned out great. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. I made an appoint here days in advance. My appointment was for 1:00 p.m. I arrived at about 12:58 p.m. After checking in on the tablet for my appointment, I was notified that it would be at least 30-40 minutes before I would be seen. Their reasoning was that they had recently taken several walk-ins and so I would have to wait….Excuse me, but isn’t the point of an appointment to have a secured time? Aren’t appointments supposed to be prioritized over walk-ins? I told them I couldn’t wait that long, as I had somewhere to be later that day and I wouldn’t be able to make it in time. Their only offer was to reschedule me for the following day (LOL no thanks). I was having my nails done that day for a specific reason. Additionally, they had asked for my phone number when I made the appointment to make me an account in their system. If you knew that for whatever reason (which was a BS reason to begin with) that you couldn’t fulfill my appointment now, CALL ME BEFORE I DRIVE 30 MINUTES TO YOUR SALON just to be turned away!! This is a terrible way to run a business. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off trying to get your nails done at the Taco Bell next door. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Always have a good experience and great massage. Prices are very reasonable and never had a long wait. Very, very clean which is important to me, too. I asked my technician what the dep in the name stood for and he told me it was Vietnamese for beautiful. They are all so nice and jovial, too. Tons of color options and high quality paints. This is my new place.

I go here because its close to where I live and work. Its beautiful and clean but the people working here dont seem to love working here or at all. When walking in the front desk girls always act like your completely inconveniencing them. And after visiting another salon recently I just find that to be unacceptable and will go out of my way to go somewhere else instead.

Got a full set of acrylics done by Nguyen Heip and she did an amazing job! She was very dedicated to making sure I had the best quality nails possible. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with her!

My visit was not good at all. I have given this place multiple chances and every time I come they hit my skin with the electric tool SO many times. If you didn’t know, that’s painful!! For it to keep happening more than 5 times in one visit is ridiculous! I ended up with bubbles in my SNS and the color of the dip powder rubbed off with the electric tool to the point of the nail being clear and see through and splotchy in some areas of the nail. My nails aren’t the same length, some are much shorter than others and it is very visible to see which nails are shorter. It seemed like Bill was just trying to rush the process and get me out. Very annoyed and will not be coming back. I’ve wasted too much money on this place for each visit to end up with me unsatisfied. Very disappointed that I allowed myself to keep coming back and giving them the chances that I did.

VERY impressed. This was my first time here since I moved to the area. I just got a basic pedicure but I feel like it came with so much more than your average basic pedicure comes with. the whole place is beautiful and very clean and theyre following covid guidelines very strictly. for the services that I got I feel like I should have paid more money, Im not complaining because the price was great and the service was great. definitely will return.

They’ve been on my nails for a little over a week now and it’s still a perfect set (minus the growing out part obviously) This is definitely going to be my new nail spot, as it’s close to my house and both times have been the best manicures I have gotten in f o r e v e r .. also the staff is super friendly and respectful, I don’t remember who did my nails last time I was in as I don’t think she told me her name, but she was a very sweet woman who told me few stories about her youngest son.Update: just got my nails done again here today... I am just so impressed. Thank you Mimi!!!!! I showed her a PICTURE of someone else’s nails and asked if she could do it and they told me they would do it EVEN BETTER and GIRL SHE SLAYED IT. I love this place and will continue to come back. Quality service, honest staff, friendly, & clean. What more could you ask for.

I have been coming to this establishment since it opened. At first it was out of convenience but I continue to come back because of the quality and service. Today I was lucky enough to get Mimi as my nail tech. Not only did she do a wonderful pink and white SNS but she also hand painted this! She is an artist :)

Tinn did a great job! Didn’t have to wait and got exactly what I asked for! He shaped my nails just like I like them. I am very picky so I was pleased since I have had a hard time finding someone to do them like I prefer.Price is definitely reasonable, I will go back to try a pedicure.

Have been here twice and have not been disappointed. I have SNS done to my nails which is new to me. Very impressed with the application, attention, and detail taken with my service. Very clean and attractive facility. Both Tran and Mimi are great!!!! I would recommend making an appointment although I’ve walked in and had a short wait. I will continue to use them. I love this place! Clean and very cheap for the area. Most places out where I live in Julington Creek are overpriced with ok work. Not this place!! They do a great job and the prices are so reasonable. After trying over 15 nail places in the area this is my go to!!!

I have been going to Tina and her team for quite a few years now. They are the best around! Consistent with their work and great atmosphere. I love them!

Acrylic after fill was all uneven. The person said it was the polish, but once repolished it was still all uneven. The acrylic was all uneven through the whole nail. Like wavey and bumpy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to come back tomorrow. I said I cannot come back tomorrow and was given a card and told well theres nothing I can do. So much for addressing the problem at the time. The only option I have is to go to.another nail salon and have them completely redone. The most aggravating part is I have to pay someone else when I just paid Dep. I would not recommend. I also had a pedicure and the sides of some of my toes are not painted which makes the nail look like a circle. Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.

I always have a really lovely time here. I came when they first opened and have been loyal since! They’re kind and skilled, with a really wide variety of products. Also, they have a sign up front explaining what MMA is (illegal acrylic used in some stores because of poor regulation) and that they do not use it, which is pretty rare in my experience. The cherry on top is it doesn’t smell of chemicals at all in the salon!

My grandma has very sensitive feet to the point of avoiding getting pedicures, the woman who worked on her was very careful. The rest of us all got the deluxe pedicures and it was so worth it.

Customer service is great.

Jimmy was the first person to greet me as the other stylist was with another customer. He took his time went t in through different packages as far as what I was looking for so after he did that I asked if he had time to do my hair at that point. He did and after all was said and done, I walked out feeling like a new woman and extremely pleased with what he did. KUDOS JIMMY and continue on the hair journey. You are fabulous.

SO happy that I found my nail salon. This place is nothing short of amazing. Cindy has done my nails twice now & I couldn’t be happier!! Very clean, free wine, fabulous customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

A zero star is what they deserve. They charged me twice 85$ each. I waited 15 days and the money was not refunded to my account. They denied it and had a very bad attitude when I asked them about it after. They have zero client service and very bad attitude towards their clients and especially the repeated clients like me. I had to call the police. Beside all this, the owner was not present in all of this. I will never go back to them even if it is a free service.

They are great! I have been going to them for the last 4-5 months. They are the only shop who have been able to help me get my real nails healthy after going to several shops around Mandarin that didnt just cover up my nail problems. Clean, professional and beautiful shop.

Walked in on a Sunday for an SNS manicure. Girl at reception said it would be 20_30 mins because the tech had just gone to lunch. I said okay no problem, Ill go a few stores down and be back. She asked my name so they would be ready for me, they also had my phone number. Came back and they started on someone else and it would be 30-45 minutes. Thats the epitome of bad customer service.

This is the 3rd time Ive gone to this nail place and Jackie consistently has done an amazing job. Nice and clean too!

Took my daughter and a friend here for a full acrylic set, and got myself a pedicure while I waiting for them. The pedicure was crazy expensive and wasn’t that great. My daughters nails looked horrible and even though I asked the Tech to fix them before we left, she barely tried. Within 30 minutes, 4 of my daughters nails had completely split down the middle. We will never go back there!

Super disappointed with my experience here. I asked for ombré and got the worst ombré I’ve seen in my LIFE! The ONLY reason I gave this place a shot was because it’s convenient to where I am.. since I live in MacClenny and typically go to Lake City. The place is nice, the girl who runs the front is super nice but other than that it’s expensive and not worth it. I can go to N&K in Lake City (where I’ve gone for years) and pay 30 and get a job done 10x better. Please don’t waste your time or find someone here who can actually accommodate your need and be sure they have references! I will not refer anyone her or be back again. Awful. Also, they barely say 10 words to you. Super awkward experience!

The Shop is very clean and looks brand new, all equipment is new. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also offer wine, or a margarita, coffee, tea and water while you are being serviced.

Love this salon! We use Tren and he does an amazing job!

They did decent nails but I had acrylics and they were like a foreign concept to them. They really tried to push the dip nails which would be fine if I had wanted them.

My daughter and I had gel nail polish with a special powder finish to give a different effect on color. Extremely disappointed. Charged us each $10 extra, two days later, the finish was peeling off our nails. My natural nails under the gel started breaking . Spent a total $150.00. Ended up having to cut off my natural nails. Money wasted at this place. They will never get my business again.

Dont recall her name, but the lady who took care of me was face timing and texting while she was doing my gel manicure. Also, for a $40 pedicure, I think she could have taken more than 25 minutes.
