Terrible place to deliver. Absolutely no respect for drivers time. Spent 1:15 min waiting in line to check in. Staff has no sense of urgency conducting check in. Once check in is complete, you get a door assignment then they want you to walk all the way back to the guard shack to the lumper window. I understand why businesses use lumpers, but if Im going to pay YOU to unload YOUR freight the very least you can do is expedite the check in process. Make sure you have plenty of hours if you deliver here. Ill never come back here and I strongly advise any drivers reading this to stay far away.

Got to yard about three hours early. They told me nicely to come back half hour before my appointment time. When I came back (didn’t have to leave plenty of parking ) to check in he was very nice, gave me a door. Backed in got unloaded within two hours, pulled out got my lumper receipt. Very nice lady there also. No complaints whatsoever, Thank you for making it a great unload.

As a truck driver it was a good visit. Even though they had trucks lined up, they were fast and very well organized. They had a driver room with a clean restroom and i had no complaints about it. They wanted to get us in ans out as fast as possible.

Terrible experience on par with other facilities operated by Capstone Logistics. Arrived on time, however there were several trucks parked improperly in the staging area making it very difficult to safely park. Then I waited in line for an hour outside in the rain with ten drivers in front of me trying to check in for a dock. When it was my turn they slammed the window shut in my face and I was told they weren’t accepting any more deliveries that day and that I’d have to come back the following morning. Ten or so drivers were in line behind me and we all got sent away. Wish I could rate them lower.

Everyone was nice, but I have a problem with the check- in / lumper procedure... after standing in line for 45 minutes, I get a door. Walk over to the lumper window RIGHT NEXT TO the check- in window to pay the lumper, only to be told I cant because I have to drive my truck in and dock in my door, then WALK BACK to the window and pay before they will unload me. Ive got bad knees, so at this point Im having some discomfort. I pay cash, so it only takes about 30 seconds to get this done. If theyre is a legitimate reason it should be done this way, then fine, but otherwise maybe this could be streamlined so truckers arent spending their time walking all over creation when it can be handled right away.

There receiving operation needs to be improved. One clerk in the morning and it took 1 1/2 hrs to step up to the window.

They were as usual. Late getting into dock. Apt was for 0700. But they said 10:00. Subways noon before I was empty. Saylavee

It looks like they allow parking before & after unloading. Cash or Check only for Lumper. No Cards or personal checks. Timely unloading.

What a place to deliver to they need to find a better method on checking people in amd they need to be alot more friendlier the lumper was to busy texting on the phone for 10 mins why I waited to pay her the gaurd shack was rude my opion if you dont like your job find a different one place went down hil after the lumper service took over the gaurd shack. Been backed into a door for 2 hrs havent been locked in and im only delivering 4 pallets what a joke. Stay far away from this place unless you have all kinds of time to kill

Maybe just my experience, but dont try to check in too early before appt time. Appt time 8:30 told to come back at 8. Maybe another driver can get a little more sleep knowing this.

Very unprofessional at guardhouse!! First you park and walk up to checkin / then pay for lumper (capstone). The lumper then gives you a door number and blue bag with paperwork to put in bk of Trl ..They’re to sorry to check your seal so cover yourselfs .After 2-5 hours unloading you drive up to Gaurdhouse to return gate pass and pickup receipt for lumper,, they tell some people (not all) to pull out and park and walk bk up to Gaurdhouse to get your receipt for lumper.. These people don’t care if it’s raining or snowing they’re to sorry to print out a receipt as soon as you pay. Lazy

Its a nice place with good pple overnight parking lot with about 20 truck and restricted appointment but they will take care less then 1 hour in and out

My application was 7 am, didnt get in until 12:15. Was slow unloading also. This place never used to be like this, Ive delivered here many times before.

Not bad. 7am appt. Parked in staging area at 05:30, walked to gaurd shack was given a door and lumper amount, drove thru gate by 6am, finished by 8am. Oh, when leaving facility do not turn right because theres a train that will stop and doesnt move.

Horrible. Overnight parking full of drop trailers. Paid $120 for 238 cases. Waited 3 hrs to unload. Tools 45 minutes just to check in.

I was hoping theyd be slow, but theyre unloading me 3 hours early. Driving Coca Cola dedicated with Marten Transport is often like this. Prepaid too. Maybe nobody in dispatch will notice I have so much time available before I manage to drop this trailer and go home for the weekend.

This place is a joke

It does have overnight parking, BUT lumper fees are a bit high, they will move your appointment time at will and not inform anyone, and it takes them forever to get you unloaded. Here is an example - original appointment was 0700, they moved it to 0730. Immediately assigned a dock. Sat in dock 4 hours and they didnt touch it. Then took an additional 4 hours to unload 18 pallets that did not require breakdown.When negotiating rate for a load 6o Ben E. Keith, keep in mind youll spend many hours at their location. Get your money up front instead of hoping youll get a fair price for detention.

Surprisingly easy. Although took a little over an hour to remove 4 pallets from my trailer but stuff was friendly (or as freindly as they can be at the food warehouse) compare to others this place is great. But do not be in the hurry to get here YOU ARENT GETTING IN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

Always slow hold you up until they finish a certain am6of trucks before releasing you. Makes it hard to make or book other appointments/loads

Had a load shift on me, and thought they were going to reject it, but they took me anyway. Just add an extra fee for re stacking it. By far one of the best places I have delivered to in a long time.

This company had a driver using my apartments loading dock today when I had it reserved. No one is supposed to use this as a non resident and I had it reserved for my moving company, but the driver told me to, call f***ing security if I wanted him to move. Lovely. So I called security and HPD who made him move. Choose a company who will use decent drivers. Not this one.

3 pallets, 77 total pieces & going on 4hrs in dock.... 3hrs of which have been unloaded.... Now you can pay not only detention but the $200+ late fee at my next stop....

My appt was at 0530. They start lining up at the guard shack at around 0500. Check in, move to lumper window, They hand u a pouch and assign you a door, break seal, leave seal in pouch, open your doors, leave pouch inside your trailer, bump dock, walk lumper payment over to guard, wait for knock on your door when complete, receive your receipt for lumper when exiting.

Overnight parking, yes. Showed up 30 min early for appt. (0530) got in door at 6. Started unloading 0730. 1200 pm now, still in door. So you be the judge.

Had a 1000 appt time got here at 0700, they put me straight into a dock and was unloaded and gone in less than an hour. Good people, easy socks and a parking area.

I been in Fort Worth tx check in 1.06 pm on 03/20they tell me check in 0500 morning 03/21 then check in pay plumber fee and I have to wait again 0800 they call me in and then .have to wait again intill 0900 before they unload me what a same to slow and really best play to delivery.never came to this play again

From truck driver point of view company medirections from West to east on alt90 to make left turn onCravens road which was impassable, what I did I passed toll road 8 (Sam Houston Pkwy ) went to Fondren road exit turned left under alt90,passed toll road again, at 1st road (no street sign )turned rite passed rr Trax, went to company on left 1/4 mile.i hope city will put sign. 1.5 hrs to just get in the gate ... 30+ mins and counting to get 5-6 skids off..... Now going to be late for my 2 pm appt.... This is BS... Plus $132.00 for product they ordered...Lumpers= extortion
