Everyone here is so nice! The minute you walk in they immediately greet you! The wait is never long. They do the best to accommodate walk ins. The staff here are very talented. And I mean everyone here does a great job. They have complimentary drinks. Big selection of colors. They also do a lot of designs which is very cool. They are also very sanitary and clean. They use disposable everything! And when they are done with your file and buffer they send it home with you! I love it here!

I’ve been to Zen Lotus twice now and I’ve had two great experiences! The first time, I got a gel fill-in with a design and the second, I had my acrylics removed and received a gel manicure/pedicure.All the staff are so kind and they do great work! I especially enjoyed my mani/pedi from Sung today. She was so sweet and was a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for a year now and I honestly love this nail salon. The staff are so nice and friendly. They even do my little sisters nails sometimes and are so patient and nice to her.

I just moved to this side of town and was beyond overdue to get my nails done. The shop was very clean and nicely kept. Cindy was absolutely amazing and made my first visit the best. It was the most relaxing pedicure and the nails are so cute! 🥰

My first time going to this salon I got a pedicure with a acrylic toes full set, I loved it the lady was gentle, she did everything I ask, fixed what I did and didn’t like she was wonderful, that being said I chose to go back again but my second experience I was highly disappointed, I booked a appointment at 3:30 on a Friday I booked ahead of time because I knew it was Friday and they would be busy, So I arrived 4 minutes before my appointment I go in, check in, they asked what I wanted I said a Pedicure, Acrylic toes set, and a short full set they sat me down in the pedicure area, I waited 20 minutes nobody has came to ask me what colors I wanted anything so I asked a lady was anybody coming she said yes 5 minutes later she comes moves me to the nails area which I had no problem with they were busy and I completely understood that so I go sit down, and wait another 20 minutes so now I’m irritated it’s been 40 minutes nobody has serviced me and I booked a appointment, So about 3 minutes later a man comes and starts doing my nails from the beginning he had a attitude, and was veryyy rude he didn’t listen to anything I asked for I asked for gel I got regular polish, I wanted my nails a little bit longer he didn’t listen and cut them as he felt, he was very rough with my hands, finally he gets done at this point I was ready to go but I had a event that night so I needed my hands and feet done so he sits me at the end of the pedicure area and starts on my feet, I wanted the full package pedicure I got the complete opposite he put my feet in water went to grab his equipment took my feet out and started on my toes I was assuming I was going to get the pedicure after my toes full set and I didn’t, first he didn’t put nails tips on like i requested and he said we don’t do that which was false because that’s what I asked for my first time going and the lady said ok, next he didn’t shape file anything so the acrylic was extremely messy, yet again I asked for gel polish he didn’t do it and my polish was completely messy, So once everything was done I paid at the fan before I could really looked at everything so before leaving I’ve dried everything and I look and I’m completely dissatisfied I showed the lady what was wrong and if she could fix it or give me a refund . I paid 85 she refunded me $7 and 30% off next time I go and which I will not be back, the first photo is when I went the first time, everything else is the second time

Hiiiii! Im here to say that Lena is amazing at her talent. She is very professional, caring and super sweet. I love the art work she created on my nails today. I also have to mention my eye brows were left soooo fleeky! She is my go to person for my nail and brow care. I extremely appreciate her service.On the other hand, I have to say this salon is beautiful. Clean and safe. I highly recommend. ♥️💅

I have been to this location because of its convenience and because they have a nice pedicure process. However, most of the employees I have encountered leave much to be desired. If youre new and dont know who to ask for youre screwed. They are not professional and if you dont watch what theyre doing they will not file your nails down after cutting so youre left with a rough mess or they wont put enough coats on so the color is uneven. These are just a couple of things I have experienced the few times I have been there and I will not recommend this place.

May did my SNS manicure and they turned out so well! She listened to exactly what I wanted and took her time to make sure they came out great. This is my third visit and I am sold, I’m coming here every time!

I believe I was taken advantage because of my age, I asked for The price of a simple polish change, they told me it was $20 where in reality, they are $10. I asked two more times and I received the same answer trying to clarify my question. After leaving, I called them and asked how much a polish change was, and through the phone they told me $10. after going here at least six times, whether it was a misunderstanding or purposefully done, I will not be going here again. I highly recommend you don’t either.

I came here today for a pedicure, and I had Nina as my nail artist. She was an absolute pleasure. I just moved to the area, so she was telling me about all the things to do around here. She took her time to make sure my toes were perfect. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend coming here! Everyone in the salon were nice and personal. Really love it here. Definitely coming back!

I love my nail shop ! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years now! Great customer service, great hospitality, Ms Le is like family! I never had an issue. Fast service as well. Nice and Clean shop! Came in today and didnt have to wait. Recieved a fill- in with design and pedicure with Ms. Cindy (I just love her too) and whole visit was a little over 2 hours!

This review is based off of an appointment I had with Lena las week. She is an absolute DREAM! Words literally cant describe how refreshing the experience was. She was so professional and down to earth. My nails look perfect as well! She did such a great job on my French tips. I would 10/10 recommend this salon as long as she is there! I have debated posting this review for a bit, but the more I look at my nails the more irritated I get. My fiance even noticed how terrible they look..I dont usually come here, but went in for a fill because they were on my way home. I asked for a very simple design and they really messed it up.. if you cant do it, please just admit that you cant do it. The acrylic and the gel polish are both clumpy. The design is so poorly done. The first photo is what I asked for and the rest are what they did...

Zen Lotus is by far the best salon I’ve been to in Jax. They are very attentive and go above and beyond. Their staff are all friendly & extremely good at what they do. I’ve never walked out with a manicure or pedicure that I wasn’t highly satisfied with! Definitely recommend

Great salon, friendly staff. I never get my nails done but whenever I do I want them to look good. Nail tech was very good about making sure that I liked my nails WHILE he was doing them, so that the end result would be satisfactory for me. He even fixed a nail that was glued a LITTLE crooked without even asking. Very good service. Love my nails :)(Im a nail biter he was very nice about it!)

My husband and I walked in last Sunday for our first visit to this location.Our first impressions were that it was clean, organized, and the staff was warming and kind.Cindy and Leo were so awesome.Cindy did my husbands pedicure, which he said was the best one he has ever had.Leo did my pedicure, he was GREAT, very thorough but gentle and ON POINT with my gel polish on my toes.Pricing was VERY fair for the quality of work and materials.We will DEFINITELY be returning, and this will now be our place to go!!

Every time I go to Zen Lotus I am greeted at the door. I get exceptionally professional service.

In town and needed a pedicure and decided to go here based on the reviews. Very cleaned, was easy to make an appointment online and didn’t have to wait to be seated even though it was a fairly busy afternoon. I went with the spa pedicure and for $30 it’s very nice. Mina was great and I’ll def come back when I’m visiting the area again soon.

Very kind and caring staff who really care about what they do. I called about a problem and they got me in same day (literally within hours, they offered to fix it immediately (!) but I was working) to fix it, free of charge, even though it was outside of their regular policy. The staff are all incredibly talented too! Will absolutely be going back time and time again.

I first visited Zen Lotus shortly after they opened, and have kept going back because of their consistent quality of service and professionalism. The interior of the salon is beautiful, and is kept clean and tidy. I have always been happy with the services I have received.Last night I went in about an hour before closing, hoping for a SNS polish change and a pedicure, but understood that there was probably only time for one or the other. After having my nails beautifully done by one associate (whose name I did not catch), I was prepared to pay and come back another evening for the pedicure. However, Cindi insisted she was happy to stay late to make sure I got the pedicure I wanted. And she delivered! Not only did she give me a wonderful and relaxing pedicure, she painlessly removed an ingrown nail that I didnt even know I had. Thank you!

I don’t know, where to start but I can tell you that you won’t leave disappointed. My nail technician Sung Z. is the best in my opinion. Her personality and spirit is so kind. Oh, let me not forget the owner Thu Lee since she is really the gem behind her wonderful nail technicians. The reason, I say this is because I notice in my 5 years coming here she keeps evolving and learning any new techniques regarding beauty. To conclude my review, just remember some places you might get what you pay for but at this nail salon you’re going to get more then you pay for because their customer service is above and beyond all others.🥰

Where do I start ! This is the best nail salon I’ve been to thus far since I moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago. Cindy did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. She had great conversation and she was very funny. Cindy had an emergency and recommended Mina to do my gel full set and all I can say is those two are a dynamic duo. The service, the quality, the finishing touches, everything about this visit was well worth it. This is now my new favorite and only nail salon. Thank you guys I can’t wait to return.

Always a great time talking and joking with Kelly. Zen Lotus has so many different services, I also had my eyebrows waxed. Super fantastic job 👍.

Ive been coming to this spa consistently for about 6-7 months. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes even though I never make an appointment. Theyre always professional, kind, and do a fantastic job. I have a 4 1/2 year old son with Autism who usually comes with me and everyone treats him so well and is so patient with her nail preferences. Mina usually takes care of us, but anyone here is absolutely fantastic. P.S. they have a rewards program that is 10/10!

This is the ONLY place I trust with my nails! Every single tech is amazing- I’ve never ever had an issue. The business is extremely clean and my nails come out perfect every single time. I will never go anywhere else! I make the 50 minute drive from my house specifically to come here- they’re that fantastic!

I was so excited to get my nails done after almost 4 months and I am so disappointed with this set. I went in asking for matte nails and coffin shape. They look more like square even after I asked multiple times for the tips to be more narrow and the nails to be thinner. The nail tech barely lightly filed the nails when I pointed it out. The polish is bubbling and she said no it’s fine. There are shiny spots when on my nails after the matte coat and she didn’t fix that either. Under the nails are really messy and has extra acrylic. Overall a disaster and a terrible experience. The first picture is what I showed her as the inspiration and she missed the mark by a lot.

This place is amazing! The wonderful lady helped me immediately when I walked in to pick out rainbow colors for my toe color change. They sold me another service for waxing my eyebrows. I have never allowed anyone to wax my eyebrows, but she did such a wonderful, gentle job and I look forward to returning!

(Gave 3 stars)Update: So After looking at my nails for about 30 minutes after I left I decided I was absolutely not satisfied and I want to go back so they can repaint them...Well I am glad I did, Mina is the bomb!! She was the one who did my pedicure and started my nails. She didn’t paint them though. But she profusely apologized and thanked me for coming back to allow them to fix them! Officially a loyal customer!

I am 35 weeks pregnant, and May gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! She was very professional and an expert in the salon. I highly recommend and definitely will be going back again!

My nails were in bad shape and a couple of them broken, my nails were treated with care and I am so happy I tried this place out!! I was greeted right away and there was no wait time for my friend and I to get a pedicure together. So happy I found this nail salon and a place that is open on Sunday’s- I will 100% be back!

I tried to schedule an appointment online. Received text they received the appointment but i needed to wait for a confirmation. Still waiting and the appointment time has come and gone. A response would have been nice. I was trying to be cordial and schedule instead of rolling into the establishment during C-19.

The staff were extremely nice and was more personable than any other nail spas I used to frequent. But due to its popularity, it was extremely busy; we went on a Sunday. We were walk-ins and waited 30 mins, which we did not mind. However, I noticed that the individuals who made appointments and walked in for their scheduled time were told to come back in half an hour or 45 minutes due to being so busy. Of course, the staff were extremely nice and apologized to them and to us, but it is an inconvenience if you scheduled. The staff were rushing too in order to keep up with the demand of patrons coming in and my friend did not like his manicure due to it being rushed (this was his first manicure). Overall, amazing staff. They did offer refreshments to us, but everything was rushed/delayed. Come when there is a slow day.

Beautiful salon inside and out. Went on Sunday & no wait ! Friendly workers who were very welcoming. It is my new salon!! Oh and they have 10% off of pedicures Monday & Wednesday. All in all, great first experience & will be back soon.

I was seated quickly. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean and the environment was peaceful yet upbeat. My manicurist was excellent, and took her time to ensure I had what I wanted. My nails haven’t been this well attended in quite some time. I will be back!

I came in for a pedicure. The salon was very clean and the overall setting was beautiful. Cindy was amazing ! She was really professional, made sure everything I wanted was done to perfection, and she made me laugh numerous times. I got acrylic on my big toe and she made sure they were the perfect length .
