Been living at this wonderful community for 3+ years now. The office staff not only take great care of the community, but they also go above and beyond to make sure this community feels like a home. There are multiple events that are available for the community every month. If you have the chance to move here it is a must! Its almost to difficult to want to buy a home when you already live in such a wonderful community that has been built here.

The community is wonderful. Its like living on a resort property! The staff is professional and friendly and seem to genuinely care for the residents. They put on unique and exciting events throughout the year. My husband and I are always bummed when we cant make one! The staff on site at Steele Creek are incredible. They make this complex the best place I have ever lived. Great amenities and quiet units.

I have been a resident of Steele Creek for about 2 years- the community space is beautiful. The pool space is resort-like and never overcrowded. The living space is peaceful. The best part of this apartment complex, however, has to be the great staff- Honestly, good management is such an important aspect of apartment selection but often overlooked. The staff at Steele Creek are truly resident focused. They reply to any concerns rapidly and are very compassionate. I recommend this complex!

Worth every penny. I will definitely renew my lease and I hardly never renew my lease. Modern amenities, quiet living space and functional work from home environment as well. When there is an issue or noise complaint they WILL come and shut it down. If you have any suggestions they will be quick to implement them. Cant find a more attentive team than at Steele Creek.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. They want to take your application fee and “administration fee” Money! And denied your application for reasons like “we couldn’t verify your job after them calling the (owner) of the company! literally *Scammers* they will sweet talk you into doing all the process to keep your money. Glad I didn’t move into this place and found a better one.

I cannot rave enough about Steele Creek! The apartments and amenities are so modern, luxurious and well kept that I feel like Im living at a resort and not an apartment complex. There is a true sense of community that I have nexer before experienced, and the entire staff are top of the line! Ivan and Matt do such quality and timely maintenance work..You always know Your requests will be completed quickly and done right! Roxy and Morgan have always been very sweet, knowledgeable and happy to help. Its always a joy to see them! Lastly, Phil at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help us and make sure we are happy! I am always amazed at his work ethic and attention to detail from every day questions, to transitioning to a new apartment, to working late to assist us. Such an amazing, reliable staff! Thank you SO MUCH Steele Creek for making me feel at home!

I just moved in to Steele Creek and I couldn’t be more happier. The property is brand new, gorgeous and the staff is incredible. They have been top notch during the whole leasing/move in process. I’ve had my experiences with a lot of the properties in the area and I can say by far Steele Creek is a step above the rest.

My new Jeep Wrangler was stolen from my garage driveway at this place and the management could not be less helpful and less concerned. The doors were locked and the alarm engaged. Police have explained how the gating is really just for show, you can open tbe out gate by hand...

Disappointing to read from others as a prospective tenant that the bedrooms have no lights or ceiling fans. Im currently paying $950/month at an apartment nearby for one that has ceiling fans and lights in the living room and bedroom. To think I wanted to get away from the noise of this one, but why pay $600 more a month in rent for half the basic items?

Nice place to live if youre lucky enough to get in one of the buildings toward the front of the complex that they actually care to maintain. Its summer in Florida, how do you go at this point months without cutting the grass or maintaining flowerbeds? In addition to the high grass you get all the critters that call it home (field mice, etc.). When staff was notified of the issue the asked for locations of mice nests. Instead of simply maintaining the ENTIRE PROPERTY. Please cancel one of your resident gatherings and pay the lawn guy! I guess as long as the front where prospective renters see is up to par its fine.Photo added is of a WALKWAY just outside of the door to the building. this photo was also taken 2 months ago and since taking the pic nothing has been cut and now the plants hang completely into the concrete walkway from the building. If this is how these plants are supposed to grow, then it was a terrible idea to put them up against the building and walkways. I shouldnt need a machete to get to and from my car

My husband and I really love Steele Creek!! The staff here is amazing! They really go above and beyond and are always on top of everything! Maintenance is awesome and always professional! Come find your new home at Steele Creek, you won’t regret it:)

Amenities are very nice, office staff are great, appliances are great. Please note - no ceiling fans or lights are provided in any of the bedrooms. We noticed this upon moving in and were given an apology by the office that we were not made aware of this. Also alot of chips in the painted walls and cabinets and glue all over the vinyl flooring - we filled out the checklist but it was never addressed after move in. We remedied the glue clean up ourselves. I am not looking for any follow up from the complex, just posting this here as a heads up to potential future residents. Thank you,

Nice place to live but building one constantly had dog pee in the hallways that would be there for hours and sometimes days without being cleaned up. I would definitely say the office staff here is great with the exception of management . If you have small dogs I wouldn’t move here if you want them to be safe . I called Jennifer (Community Manager) at the office about a dog that attacked my little puppy in the dog park and I was told “ this is America and people can have service dogs “ a very rude response after that I broke my lease. There are no ceiling fans or lights in the bedrooms ( which is weird for brand new 2018 apartments). There’s a ton of stains on the cabinets, walls, and shower from sloppy construction . Our balcony was uneven and there were paint splatters all over the floors . Maintainence was great when we first moved there but after awhile when we had to get things fixed they started to have an attitude half of the time. I just don’t think they are worth the high cost .

Nice, friendly, and far from the retirement age of folks. Plenty of friendly folks.Theres free, group activities of all types, a dog park, well maintained pool/property, a small business center, meeting rooms, and plenty more.

Brand new luxury apartment community with high tech and upscale finishes throughout the apartment homes and in the amenities center. The complex has a mid-Century modern architecture style with a nice variety of floor plans. Really like the in home features including keyless front door entry, Nest thermostats, built-in USB ports, as well as the community features like the package pick up kiosks and Starbucks coffee machine. The staff is wonderful and provides friendly, professional and first class service. My experience so far has been nothing but exceptional and I feel like they treat everyone like family!

I moved in December 1st. I really love this place. Ive looked everywhere and this community really checked all the boxes for me. Love the staff. My apartment is gorgeous (picture to come).

Love my apartment complex!! Phil is very helpful with whatever I need at anytime & the whole staffing is very friendly as well to where they’ll make you first priority.

Currently living here. Truely a nice Apartment, we chose a 2 bedroom floor plan on the 4th floor. Elevator is is good shape, have had no issues. We needed maintenance when we first moved in and they were prompt and Ivan fixed our issue right away and is super nice! The staff is great, the events are good, I mean. They did a legit haunted house set up and it was actually impressive! The building had issues with ants for a while, and they were out here quite a few times to get rid of them, I think they did finally get rid of them for good though, new construction issues, nothing major. There have been security issues with car breaks in, but honestly they seems to be an issue all over the city, so advise for living in Jacksonville, don’t leave valuables in your car and lock your doors. The buildings themselves are very secure so no issues there at all. The price is a bit high, but you get what you pay for at least, the amenities and common area are luxurious, and the apartments are nice. We don’t really hear our neighbors at all. Location is an odd but great spot. Close to everything good, but removed from everything enough it feels like a separated neighborhood area. And Comcast is the only cable option, we are hoping to get AT&T Fiber in the area soon *Fingers Crossed* all in all, a great place to live. If you got the coin to spend monthly.

I love this place!!! The staff is always on point and they truly care about you !! I am never going to leave!! I love all the amenities too!! You can deff tell when they built these aparments they thought about people who are going to live in them becasue there is a ton of cabinet space everywhere and the closets and bathrooms are amazing!!! Awesome dog park too!!!
