Took more than two weeks to replace a simple door and still not done .Missing the knob.

Most people here are awesome!!! My son is friends with a couple other boys in the neighborhood, they are good kids. But there are a few bad apples that could use some actual parenting.

Amber is exceptionally professional, sincere and caring along with all of her staff. Everyone in management at this complex really goes above and beyond for the tenants... maintenance is efficient and responds quickly to all of your requests. This is the best experience I have ever had with apartment staff and again Amber should be a trainer to all apartment managers she is a wonderful example of true customer service.0

It was a difficult process just to talk to someone. We found our apartment at Danforth. Very happy with our choice.

Pine Meadows is a Wonderful place to live. All the ladies in the office are Very helpful. They get the job done. All of them work very hard for the work they do and the Maintenance Guys are a Blessing too. Everybody that is working out here really care about the tenants. I just want to say, I DONT care what no one else say, but this is one of the best place to raise your family. My girls and I really enjoy our place. And I pray many Blessings over Pine Meadows. God Bless everyone out here. God knew what he was doing, when he moved me out here and I am Thankful and Grateful for this Blessing.

I’m looking to apply here I’m a young women who lives alone I don’t bother anyone I’m quiet I don’t smoke or have animals I go to work and come home. I receive unemployment from Ohio and Was wondering if you guys would except that?

The ladies made the transition easy they was kind very thoughtful toward me the phone call from the day I applied they was so amazing and I think my time here is going to be amazing for my family!!

In my point of view, they just know how to collect the rent. They do a poor services. They are not doing maintenance (if there is no maintenance then should pay a lot more for repairing or replacing), they don’t repair the sod around the building, no spray around the building, can’t walk at evening due to a lot of mosquitos.

Shamir, Amber, and staff made the leasing process as smooth as possible for us. They communicated any needs and were very professional. I am thankful for their understanding and honesty. The apartment is lovely and we are enjoying the community.

Not toddler/kid friendly for 2nd and 3rd floor tenants based on the THIN floors. I’m light weight and walk light and you can hear me walking from time to time. Feel like I’m walking on eggshells in an apartment I pay for in order to not bother the ppl beneath me. Otherwise I have no problems.

I love the apartments I stay. Maintenance does work right away, you don’t have to wait to many days to get done what needs done. Office staff super friendly.

On behalf of a close relative:The front office ingnores you when you have complaints about noisy neighbours. Stomping and jumping is not something you should have to deal with if your paying rent. Im sick to my stomach and have asked the people above me several times to please reduce the amount of stomping....it never ceased and when I told the front office....they continually claim they are going to resolve the problem, but nothing happens....empty promises...even after having a face to face meeting with the property manager...all I ask for is peace...but that seems to not be one of the front offices concerns around this place...

I went to visit this place on Saturday 3/24/2018. the place seem very clean and organized. I thought this might be a very good place to live from the outer appears. But once I made it inside the rental office was greeted by a rude leasing agent. I was unsure of her name but there was only one lady working there around 12:30 pm. We walked in she was sitting with a couple and their children. She looked up and said how can I help you. I advise her that we were looking for a 3 bedroom apt. Before I could give the dates. She very rudely said we aint go nothing I was taken aback by the rudeness, and disrespect that I just walked out. I think this company should revalue their staff you catch more bees with honey then you do with vinegar. I will never tell someone to not rent from here but not with the current staff.

I have lived here for 5 years I have never had any issues! The office staff is good and the maintenance guys are the best. Great location

The new manager(Paula moses) is the rudest and dont have the slightest idea what customer service is!!! I never seen anything like that and then to scream at your customer and kick them out because you dont like what someone is saying! Just rude please find a more suitable manager to run your porperty!! All the other ladies was great at their job and provided exceptional customer service!

I bless the Lord I didnt pay attention to the reviews I read online, and I followed my spirit. Carolina and Debbie the manager were beyond amazing. My advice to anyone interested in this community, Come see for YOURSELF!

This place is busted! The halls are nasty, full of trash, bugs nests, and the walls are disgusting!

My family and I have been living at these apartments for about a year and a half now. They are very nice looking, low-income based, and the upkeep is not terrible. Recently they have changed management, so I cannot really comment on how management is yet. The pool had been closed the summer of 2017, but in October 2017 they finally hired a pool cleaner and reopened it. There seems to be a trash bin problem with it overflowing or trash bags being strewn about by them, but I wont blame management for it. Pretty sure its the people living there or the vultures that scout out the bins. We have had car break-ins in the past, but I have not come across any gun or domestic violence incidences. The only thing I have a problem with this apartment complex is security. There is a plastic fence in the back of the complex that has been kicked in and acts as an entrance between Pinemeadows and the trailer park behind the apartments. We live fairly close to this break in entrance. I see kids and adults alike using this entrance, and I dont know if they live here or live in the trailer park. I have seen a person holding a long rifle walking to the break in the fence and go into the trailer park. I dont know if it was a BB gun or real, but it scared me horribly. I had reported it to the police, but nothing came of it. The actual entrances to the complex do have gates, but are never closed. I have seen the gates in actual use once or twice, but always end up being propped open in a few days. There are cameras on top of these fences, but Im not sure if they work or not. I do not see any other cameras around the complex either. I dont really expect top-grade security from this place (it is a low-income based housing after all) but I would like to see at least a reinforced gate all around the complex and the electric entrance gates back in use.All-in-all it is not a bad apartment complex, but I think it does need some work. Hopefully the new management can provide positive changes to the complex along with the community that resides in it. I think these apartments are great for college students while in school that can pair up with a few other roommates, but possibly not for long-term living. Well see what happens.

I lived at Pine Meadows for a year....I moved because my son got a job at the beach. The Manager Paula was always very professional and friendly with anything I needed. I had a personal financial crisis one month and I went to tell her I was going to be late on the rent. She was very concerned and caring! She not only calmed my fears and encouraged me but gave me a list of organizations that would be able to help. It was thru that list I got help and my rent got paid!! Yes there are issues any place you live however I know Paula was always there for me as a tenant!!

Giving it one star because I cant give it ZERO. Went it to tour and wasnt taken seriously just because I was a student. The lady was rude and didnt pay attention to me or my roommates. She asked us some questions (which we could hardly hear since she was mumbling - you know, because she couldnt care less that we were there) and then basically told us that we didnt qualify to live there. Weve toured way nicer and more expensive places and they had no problem with us being students.

Slowest place in the world. Been coming here for years and they don’t even try To speed it up. The just don’t care. Stop using them and use fedex or something else.

I went in to ask for availability on apartments and I was ignored for first five minutes because the lady was talking to her friend then asked how she could help me. I say seeing if you have available apartments for September she says no nothing n Im like okay what about October no nothing then I was like foreal youre not even checking!? So I say k what about November and December December? Not once did she even check at all. Apparently she doesnt like blonde girls its very Indian in there.

There is goose poop all over the side walk and the garbage truck barely comes to pick up the trash so the dumpsters are always over loaded

A star because they cannot give any one that is what they deserve, Paula is a rude and the other also, they do not know about customer service, also the maintenance is poor dirty stairs dirty hallways and the garbage disgusts they never pick them up and always full, and the gates have never been served and when you go to regulate something in the office they are very rude, it is not worth living there.
