I began my process of moving into Madelyn Oaks at a adverse and physically challenging time in my life. Fortunately, Ms Brianna was there to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. She was professional and efficient from beginning to end. Any questions I had she either answered them or sought out an answer for me. I TRULY APPRECIATE BRIANNA FOR THIS.

(November/December)My significant other and I tried to view the 2/2 that claimed to be available for viewing. We were told to reschedule twice even though, we had appointments both times. The office staff stated the 3/2 was available instead. We didnt want the 3/2 and we told them that twice. Unfortunately, we began to suspect that my significant others ethnicity was the reason the staff werent professional. The staff wasnt communicating with us and wasted our time. An email, detailing that the 2/2 isnt actually available, would have been appreciated. Im a bit concerned about what happened, and Im hoping this isnt a common occurrence.

The manager Tyree he and his staff is very professional and very helpful. Tyree made me feel comfortable during my application process. He went above and beyond to get me approval for my apartment. I had a little minor things that needed to be a dress inside the apartment and Tyree got right on it and it was resolved. Yes I recommend this place to family or friends.

I put almost $100 down for a application fee and its been almost a week since when the application said i would be contacted by and my application still says pending. I called them and they refuse to thoroughly go over your application. Each of the staff seem like they dont know what theyre doing or talking about. U pay $100 they scan through the application, refusing to look at any documents u submit, stealing your money without processing your application. Now theyre telling me to wait days for someone to contact me knowing my application fee is non refundable. and theyll give the apartment to someone else. Theyre response is come submit the same stuff in person knowing i live 1200 miles away. i am seeing the reviews and now i am cancelling my application. roaches?!?! they have me fcked up ill keep my money.

Been complained about me refrigerator since I moved in. I’ve wasted money and food because they failed to provide me with a refrigerator that works. My first refrigerator got replaced with an used one, that already have issues. This second one has been “fixed” twice. I’ve complained to the rent office that my refrigerator needs to be replaced. I also stated that I had to throw away food and it’s difficult because I have children and I pay full rent. No HUD or Section 8. Full rent. And I pay groceries out of pocket. This is the first property where I live that fails to provide a working refrigerator. If I could give this property zero stars I would. No tenant should ever live like this. I would not recommend this place. The office, including myself have documents have about this matter.

I lived here for my first year in Jacksonville. Madelyn and that original group was fine. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I can’t speak for the new group really aside for the lost payment during the transition that they gave me 3-day notices for even though I gave them proof that it was paid. But that’s what happens when you clean house multiple times. The last person I spoke to said it would be handled so hopefully she’s still there. The neighbors could be loud and smoked in the breezeway (which they prohibit). The neighbors aside the additional fees and numerous inspections should’ve been pointed out in the beginning. The apartments we had lived in in Miami-Dade/Broward didn’t have these extra fees and inspections...account fees, 24 hr access to the gym room (literally 3 pieces of equipment) had a cost and inspections every quarter if not more. If a blind was broken that was $25 each. Again S. FL - at the end of the year you paid for damages not as soon as they noticed it was broken they were in your home repairing and charging you. They do have a little dog park in a corner of the property...super small. I tried heading in their since I have small dogs and there was so much stool that I turned around and never went back. For the size of that back corner the “dog park” fence could be extended and they have the capability of separating it for big and small dogs to use. My biggest peeve was the garbage. For the size of the community they should have more than one bin and what happened to recycling (I thought that was a law)? Tenants don’t want to keep their trash in their homes waiting for trash pick up because other people piled up their trash in front of the bin or don’t know how to use the compactor. Two bins would’ve made a big difference. Also, the pool was closed often for the few times we tried to use it. Oh and the a/c didn’t cool off our kids bedrooms for whatever reason. We didn’t have roach issues like the other posts said they had but we did have ants when things warmed up. Overall, these things that bothered us we made it work and since we stayed to ourselves didn’t have any problems. We would’ve renewed our lease but it is income restricted.

Very spacious! My family is in love with our new home

I lived at the complex in 2018-2019. I gave them a 60 day notice that I was not renewing my lease as I made $250 too much and over qualified to live there. It’s August 2020 and they have a debt collector calling me as to charges of over $1000 ($1179) they charged me for living there 3 days when they told me it was three days to move. They apparently did the same thing to my brother who was living in a different apartment. I wouldn’t move there because the place is too expensive for low income people and then they create charges after you leave and try and slap you with the bill, unbelievable.

New move in, bunch of stuff broken in the apartment. Been over a month since we moved in and havent seen the maintenance guy once.... good luck. Would not recommend this place.

Great disappointment, as I post this review Im currently rethinking my occupancy here in the future, I watched this property change management like a slot machine, Im not sure why this is, however I have notice tenancy and crime here gets worse, the maintenance is under staff, the gate that secures the property hadnt been repaired in years, the trash compactor stays over filled with trash surrounding it, this property is to big for one compactor, there was two here when I moved in back in 2015, but again as management changed so did the up keep, as a current resident at first I thought maybe give each new management a chance to fix and clean up the mess that was left from previous. But it still boils down to money .. hopefully things will improve, this could be a great place if things are really looked into and the management actually take action and not pacify the issues just to get you out the office which Im currently going through

Poor communication faucet needs replacing and the property is aware of it sink sinking in the kitchen carpet is the worse i bn promise carpet over a yr and 1/2 still havent gotten replaced after being promise the theft is getting worse and madelyn oaks needs another trash compartment on the property bc this trash has the complex looking nasty

As we speak, me and my mom lived here for a year, started off with no problem💯💯💯but later on, weve encountered roaches, now someones apartment upstairs pipe burst!!!! It came to us!!! Now its going to someone elses apartment!! Whats worse is that they wont pay for our stuff which is rental insurance!!!!! They rather pay for their stuff but not our own stuff. I would NOT recommend these apartments to no one. Dont do it. They not fully honest about their service. Its soo terrible here man!!!

I been living in madelyn oaks 3 years now. If I could of moved earlier I would of. This year 2020 Im finally moving out. If you cant stand roaches dont move here. Pest control come constantly. In the roaches are still around. The kids in the apartment kept throwing food and balls on my car. Mind you I stay to myself. People are just rude out here. They spit on the staircase 🤮. What they charge for rent is not worth it. Just think twice before you move to madelyn oaks

Horrible Place!! Visited a family member in Feb 2014 for 5 days. They turned off the water in 3 days. I actually walk to the store and it was 1 mile away. MUST MUST have a car or sizzle away. Its a Real Inconvenience living there wasting away quickly...

Pros: Management and staff are nice. Maintenance always comes by promptly when we put in a work order. Never had an issue with payments.Cons: Front gate hasnt worked for over a year. People leave trash everywhere and the single community bin is not enough, thus there is often trash piled up by it. Ive seen grown adults hurl trash bags into the woods behind the buildings. Pest control has to come by frequently due to roaches. Most notably there is no enforcement of the loitering/crime-free policies, thus there are always kids running around screaming in the breezeways and outside my window (management told me a few months ago after numerous complaints that a particularly noisy neighbor had two months left before they had to move, but theyre still here). The kids hit peoples cars with footballs/basketballs, blow up fireworks in the parking lot and the parents dont care. Just today I was walking to my car and about 6 kids hanging by the stairs shouted racial slurs at me. At all hours of the night people hang out talking and smoking weed in the stairwells and blast music in the parking lot. There was a guy living with the tenant in the unit next to me (he wasnt on the lease) for over a year who caused all kinds of disturbance and still comes around from time to time. The management at that time even confirmed that they knew he was there off the lease but said due to red tape they couldnt do anything about it. There have been a few shootings and break-ins as well.Long story short if you enjoy peace and quiet in your own home better steer clear. If youre a drug dealing sociopath on welfare who thinks everyday should be a block party, your neighbors be damned, then youll be right at home. That may sound harsh though its the simple truth and people have a right to know. Its not as bad as the notorious Eureka Gardens, but thats hardly a quality marketing slogan.

I love the office staff. The only think I dislike about the community is these trifling kids around the neighborhood and them hanging in the hallway being loud. The office staff they are so nice. I always see the maintenance staff working hard to keep the grounds clean. I love the rules that they had set and would love if they started to really enforce them to keep the neighborhood looking nice and clean. I enjoy living her at Madelyn Oaks. I enjoy having the amenities they have here. Also I enjoy the three lakes we have here.

Now I have lived at this place for the last two years which the first year was ok but now that they are under new management they suck if you want to live where you can be living in heat and can’t get anything fixed please move here you wanna be tricked into paying secret fees please move here you wanna walk out to trash over flowing the dumper please move here....oh and please go at the office when you apply about the reviews so they can say oh they must were ones we have the problems with😂 nope not the case for me I think people should know what really happens after five and they are done pretending this is a good place to live you wanna be told where you can sit where you pay bills and not to mention they don’t tell you about the inspections you will be having but please move here Madelyn Oaks would love to give you false hopes and dream come and enjoy the misery😂😂😩😩🤷🏾‍♀️

*new update* I’ve since moved from Madelyn oaks it was a good experience, but to speak more about the downsides of living there the main things that bothered me was how dirty the people living there were. Everyone left their garbage all over the streets and maintenance did their best to keep up with it; also the dumpsters were always full so they really need to look into getting larger dumpsters for the number of people living there. That’s about all the problems I really had living there. Again maintenance was great and responded very quickly to your problems. Probably the best thing you can get on that side of Jax.*previous update* Ive been living here for about a month now! I love it here! Everyone in the leasing office is great, I feel safe here with the gates and the police department near by and theres usually a patrol car that passes by once in a while! The area is maintained and beautiful! The maintenance staff responds quickly to ones concerns! If you have problems with living in these apartments youre either not paying your rent and utilities on time or youre not communicating with the right people because they answer all of my concerns in an instant! Im so glad I made the right choice by moving here! ( only downside is how loud the people can be here during the day, but it doesnt bother me too much)

I have been jumping through hoops to get approved to move-in to this apartment complex since 1/19/18.After speaking to more than three leasing agents, attempting to get an understanding of the miscommunication amongst everyone involved and speaking with two managers and the corporate office administrator...I decided to withdraw my application and pick up my deposit!Clearly, homeless veterans needing housing is just a game to Madelyn Oaks employees and their corporate office.If I could rate the customer service etiquette of each employee and administrator with NO STARS...I would.Im grateful that I saw the shenanigans prior to moving to Madelyn Oaks Apartments.

Dont know the living situation there I just know a friend that lives there. During the day its just a regular quiet apartment but my friend told me it turn into a different world but I never be there at night so idk, go live there and find out

I have worked here and I am happy . The community has come a long way and we are working hard to make everyone happy. As we build our team, we ask patience. We may not be perfect but we try hard to make everyone happy

Well I visited madelyn oaks on a tuesday and was told they were going a lunch break from 2-3 and the guy was very nice about it so on January 24th I made the appointment to have a tour on January 25th at 10:00 am to see a 4/2 and when I arrived and came in, i was not properly greeted and the young lady told me they are only showing 3/2 apartments today and do I wanna come back on Monday so I Express to the lady I was not in a car to keep running back and forth up here but she didnt care she was still sitting at that desk as if I never walked in for an apartment

I love my apartment. 3 bedroom that is big. The only thing that is strange is we have gas dryer. I love the gas stove though. My electric bill and gas bill are low. There is always trash on ground but also always someone coming to pick it up. The pool is my favorite.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD EXPERIENCE WITH EVER! Flat out, they are LIARS. They will say anything to get you in. They are rude, and argue with you if you want maintenance done. DO NOT make the huge mistake I did and move into this place. I wish I could move out ASAP.Lindsey and the whole team are going to act really nice when you are applying, but they will not keep that up when you move in. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.EDIT:I would love to but can I ask the exact number and specific person to talk to? The response to this just doesnt seem genuine but just what you should say.Just calling the office to say Hey I gave you a bad google review, the response said to call you. Yeah that really seems like you care about my issue and want to fix it. Or maybe you just post generic responses with no intention of actually following through. Please tell me who to get into contact with so we can address these issues.

Move somewhere else!Cant wait until lease is up. That or they will find some reason to kick us out. Bet they didnt tell Marco Rubio all of this! Cops even said you dont want to live here if you can help it. You pay for a gated community...the gate never works. Now pool and trash is only available during office hours. I work office hours. Dog park is the size of my bathroom. We are all being punished because of kids running in pool area, being unsupervised and kids playing with the life ring. Ridiculous! I dont need a babysitter. I pay my rent in full every month on time and follow their rules. What others do is not my problem. Now they want volunteer monitors for the pool to be open late. And they dont see that as an issue! This is an apartment complex not a red center. There is a clause in my lease that states property management cannot be held responsible for accidents in pool area if not following directions. There is now NO perk to living here! Its not that much of a price difference to find something better! How about the managers focus on the people that live in their building that dont leash their dogs or pick up their dog poop. Oh wait, because its probably more of your family. Called property management company and cant talk to anyone. Ridiculous!

If I could, I wouldnt even rate them that.Edit: MUST READ!!!!Living in Madelyn Oaks has been hell for me and my children. The very first day i moved in I saw a roach. I went to the office and told them the entire apartment was empty so a roach being there is a sign of infestation. They said they would send pest control which they did. Long story made short pest control coming every so often did not work and the roach problem got worst. I decided to bomb the apartment and came back to very bold roaches on my walls and ceilings. My children and i were completely terrified. It was very depressing. They knew these apartments were infested before i handed them all of their money including a $921 deposit. Fast forward to the end of my lease where i lost 90% of my belongings because taking furniture apart roaches were in everything. Most things went straight to the trash in fear that i would transfer the roaches to my new place! Things i have worked so hard for! I cleaned the entire apartment vacuumed the roach infested carpet and all. There was damage to one carpet and that was the dining room other than that it could be cleaned. Cleaned the appliances, bathrooms and wiped everything down along with three of my family members. I was supposed to get my deposit back within 30 days but instead they not only put on the paperwork i gave them a $650 deposit when it was $921, they sent me a bill saying i owe more. So they kept all of my money, billed me and i lost most of me and my childrens belongings!!!! When you have a problem like this keep a paper trail! Take pictures and video and most of all keep your receipts!!! I thank God i videoed myself walking through the empty clean apartment at the end of my lease and kept all of my receipts because dealing with people like this that will take advantage of you will make you lose all the sense you have!!!!!!!! If you dont want your deposit back, want to lose everything you have due to roaches and want to be depressed.... Move to Madelyn Oaks!!!!!

I’m a new tenant to Madelyn Oaks Apartments and also toJacksonville Florida the first thing that caught my eye about the apartments was how well the grounds were maintained, the lake, business center, fitness center, and the pool. For the cost to rent an apartment in the community I believed Madelyn Oaks set itself apart from other income restricted apartments with the amenities and to mention office staff are very professional and dedicated to assure your comfort and satisfaction with your apartment. Madelyn, Desiree, and Hazel make up a great professional staff; they respond quickly to maintenance requests and make sure all my concerns are expedited. The only problem I have with the community is the roach infestation that are likely due to nasty tenants. My leasing agent Madelyn has been very courteous and professional addressing the rodent issue and providing me with routine pest control to rid my apartment of roaches. Again I commend the office staff they do an exceptional job but the apartments are roach infested and had I known this before leasing I would have taken my $791 a month and invested it in a apartment community that is ROACH free. Staff gets 5stars but the bugs sour the entire experience.

A friend of mines lives here and i wouldnt recommend these apartments she went in and paid her rent and was told a couple days later that she did not pay knowing that she did pay she didnt worry about it before the end of the month she received a eviction notice long story short after us doing a investigation ourselves getting jso involved and tracing the money orders that she DID give them for her rent ended up finding out that a woman in the office stole and cashed her money orders $940 at the convenience store around the corner from the complexe after jso notified they went to the office to get more information and the next day the woman confessed to stealing the money orders the complexe only offered to refund her $20 that she paid to recieve a photo copy of the money orders from fidelity express after all the stress of being threatened to be evicted with her 1 year old daughter

By far the worst place I have ever lived and Ill be jumping for joy when I move. This place has only 1 trash compactor for 40 3 floor units with 4 apartments on each floor. Management expects the residents to keep garbage in their homes until the trash has been emptied. They do not want us to put trash outside our door. We have had 2 notices 3 months apart about pest control coming and there hasnt been one person to come and spray our building. Pest control came out here a few weeks ago and talked to the maintenance guys, got back in his truck, and pulled off. No apartment had been sprayed. The walls are so thin (We are on the 3rd floor) that we can hear our neighbors conversations, video games, TVs, kids playing and babies crying from apartments around and below us. They turn off your water without a notice but will come knock on your door to tell you to remove a walmart bag of trash from beside your door. Maintenance is sorry and will take their precious time to come fix things and then call you lazy for not bothering with things that they should be fixing and checking on anyhow. This is not a peaceful neighborhood. The children are loud and very rude. They run and jump on the hood of other peoples cars. Very ratchet community and even more ratchet maintenance.

I wanted to move out there but the things I’ve seen is a big NONO . My sister stays out there and first day move in day it was ROACH infested . Disgusting . How do u move people in apartments especially with small kids and there’s a big roach problem ? . I’ve seen my sister ask for stuff to get fixed and it’s still not fixed but want all this money for rent & Stuff. Trash RIDICULOUS. I’ve seen some rats outside smh .

I called in on the second ring my phone call was answered due to a bad phone connection the call was lost.... not even ten seconds later I tried to call again and all my calls where ignored this not only rude but its also unprofessional... I was actually calling to consider renting a unit despite some of the reviews that I read and now since Im out of state I will continue my search...#NeedNewManagement

Man listen...you ever seen the movie Joes Apartment ??? nuff said...dont do it...i have called the office about my ac/heat like 10 times (moved here September of 2017) and it still aint fixed everytime they come out it never gets repaired..trash is a major issue..and these apts are over priced..not worth what they are charging per month..back to the bugs..infestation is an understatement.i swear there is a civilization in my apt alone.i bet they got their own currency,transportation system and all in here! i have been lead astray,i am appalled,i have been hoodwinked,swindled .bamboozled.. im about to pack my bags big fella! i dont care about no evictions or none of that! yall can have these keys back!! MOVE MAN MOVE MAN YEAH THATS MEEEE!!! these apts are terrible..please dont move here man! P.S only reason why i gave it a one star is because i cant post the review without it...these apts get a negative 5 stars!

Lady i care for has been trying to renew her lease since november with tasha. However they wanna kick out a disabled person for saying they gave notices and each time showed proof of her income. They use to be a fave for me but they get 1 star better off reporting to the BBB for how they treating her.

Very getto the people that lives their are on section 8 keds running all around parking lot. this place is noisey the class of people nasty they fight and the tents are young mothers.. beware not a good place to raise kids or live if you are paying straight rent out of pocket better off getting a house for what their asking for,gas stoves are in these apartment projects

Under any circumstances please STAY AWAY from here .People who have positive comments were probably new and didn’t update them .At first the place is pretty decent . Immediate downside was when we moved in they failed to mention that sewage, water, and whatever else wasn’t included in rent so you never have a steady rent bill .Almost every person living here is disgusting and they all leave their garbage laying outside the compactor .The apartments now attempt to find any reason whatsoever to fine you, instead of talking to the residents of the apartment and working out something .They are always trying to go into your apartment . To do minor things as well as look for reasons to fine you . It’s beyond ridiculous and I regret moving here .Again, stay away from here unless you enjoy the ghetto and ratchet, money grimy places like these .

Its nice place to live my apartment is very comfortable. If I need to have something fix they fix it with out any problems the people in the office and maintenance treat me with respect so I dont have any complaints

Anytime anything is broken youd have to keep harassing the rent office to get someone out. ***MUST READ!!!****THESE APARTMENTS I SWEAR. I moved here when it was still Lenox court and I had no problems. The first year had to go to a laundromat because its hard to find a gas dryer and washer apparently. Then year two came about and with it the most horrid: ROACHES. Im not the head of household so I really dont have a say in what happens, BUT just a fair warning this is about to get real. They started out subtle maybe one or two in the kitchen no biggie just get em with a shoe right? NO. As of this very moment I am awake because I woke up to one crawling on me. I thought, maybe I shouldnt have food in my room (Which I dont often, BTW) but naw naw naw, they in the KITCHEN. BATHROOMS. BEDROOMS. CABINETS. CLOSETS. FURNITURE. APPLIANCES. YOU NNNAAAAMMMEEE ITTT!!!! you cant step foot in the house without seeing one. And I kid you not, I am not exaggerating literally we had to get an AirBnB for Thanksgiving because we were too ashamed to invite people to have dinner in the apartment. It is truly frustrating. And Oh (**Warning, TMI) the most fun part is tap dancing whilst Im trying to take a deuce as they crawl around my feet and go in the cracks on the floor. I cannot sit down and eat at the dinner table because they crawl on it. Came home one night, and they were inhabiting the microwave. OMGGGGG AGAIN I KID YOU NOT I JUST GOT RID OF ONE THAT TRIED TO SCURRY PAST MY PILLOW. Theres little ones, big ones. There was even a water bug in my tub had to blast that bad boy with some raid. And the crazy part is our house is really clean for that reason, and it doesnt make them go away any more. Like I left my bagel on the table for two seconds and it was like the hunger games I swear. Alright. Now that yall get the point, but about the service. Dont get me wrong, the people in the office have been very kind to me and helpful, BUT when it comes to maintenance or pest control yall need to get it together. I spoke to a neighbor and they have the same issues and we both are wondering the same thing: why do yall treat individual apartments instead of the whole building?? I understand it might be costly but wouldnt it be better to rid the whole building of the problem instead of having multiple people complain? And they put you down on a list for pest control and youre on THEIR TIME. its a separate company that does the extermination and the latest visit he put little white traps in our home. Yes that might work for a little problem, but this is an INFESTATION. The pest control is supposed to come out every Monday until the problem is resolved in case they havent noticed, we just passed two holidays which both were on Mondays meaning we missed two weeks of extermination meaning I woke up to roaches. And then I called this week to confirm he was coming next Monday and they told me Yes, do you want to be put on the list for pest control? Im sorry what? Like this is a weekly thing how am I already not on the list because IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Alright theres my rant. For living here almost three years I just have to say, Madelyn Oaks GET IT TOGETHER. For Christ sakes tend to the WHOLE BUILDING weekly not just one, your residents are suffering. I am not writing this to bash or be rude in any way, just stating facts and spreading awareness, residents of Madelyn Oaks, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Welp....Ive definitely given up on this place. Turned on my gas oven for the first time since I moved in august of 2016. Not ten minuets with it on a couple weeks ago, both smoke alarms start going off. So decided to use a gorge forman grill today. Cooked one piece of chicken and my smoke alarm is already going off. I had a smaller apartment than this in New Jersey and I could run my stove top and oven and my alarms never went off. But they worked. So now every time I use anything other than making spaghetti or cook with my freakin microwave. I have to put wet towels over my smoke alarms temporarily. Next issue is, Im not sure what the pest control company is doing, but traps and this little airsaw can they use to spray is not working. Im standing at my george forman this very night and all of a sudden from behind my stove a roach the size of my pinky just comes crawling out then crawls right back to its home.I understand theres a pest company but you would think something should be done about this since tenants have to spend more time filling out for pest paper work than they do the actual lease issue. Im sorry to say this but it is so sad that, I have a very small spider in the corner by my door...since that spider has made home it has done a better job than what ever is going on here.Couple other additions I was sitting at my computer and I had a full grown wasp fly from the middle of my floor towards the window. Not sure how in the world a was got in. Oh remember the hurricane we had? I went into my bedroom after we lost power for a bit. There was a freaking frog on my wall. I have lived in many homes with family, Ive stayed in military barracks, I lived in a couple places in nj, and not ONCE have i ever encounter a frog on my wall in my place of residence.

Very rude office staff. They are very disrespectful dont waste your time or money!!!

So LARAMAR GROUP took over and is trying to jack up rent by over $125 in the MIDDLE of our lease. The apartment had bugs when we moved in and they said pest control would be here every Monday. They have only been here one time since we moved in. The office has been closed for 2 days so we cant even get a copy of our lease.

These apartments are very unorganized and have bed bug problems if you move in and get them its not you several people I know that live here have them a lady name Alex is very rude and sarcastic and talks over you when youre trying to talk but then says shes going to hang up on you when you were only raising your voice because she wouldnt let you speak if you do decide to move in deal with ms April shes a sweet heart and will not leave you blind to any thing and when youre about to move out make them tell you everything and make them also sign papers because they will tell you that you are good to move and hit you with a bill that they should have mention in the first place when you asked them is it anything else you need to do

If I could give no stars I would I have property damage that is being looked over when I move here they said my rent would be $834 washer and dryer included my rent is $907 and Im lugging clothes from the 3rd floor the resident are loud and disrespectful they throw trash and cigarettes all over the hall and dont waste time complaining nothing want get done Im thinking about breaking my lease for $907 dollars I can find somewhere is with w/d and want need renters insurance for it.

If you give them the 89.00 for a deposit hold can you get back if you need for an emergency thanks.

Does anyone even work here? Ive left 3 voicemail messages and countless online inquiries regarding this place.Edit in response to owner comment: yea, Ive used both of those avenues to contact your office. I found a place that answered their phone/voicemails.
