I been living here for over a year now and I can say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The leasing agent Yozellin is always very professional very sweet, as well as the manager Merlín she always makes sures everything gets done right with my account as well as my work orders, as for my apartment is very spacious for my family and me. LOVE IT HERE! 10 out 10 I recommend it.

For the most part, these apartments are good. Well priced compared to most, good amount of space. Here lately we’ve had a couple of issues with maintenance fixing our plumbing. When we asked for our faucets to be fixed due to leaking, we were told to “turn them harder” and they were never fixed. I don’t think that’s a solution, really, and it’s like we’re a bother to them for things that are beyond our control.

Yozellin is the best leasing agent! Always keeps it professional and helpful.

I have been without working AC for the past week I have went to the leasing office to have fixed four separate times and every time they come in they tell me it’s fixed and it still isn’t fixed the people in the leasing office have the phone on a consistent hold so they don’t have to speak to anyone you have to drive to the leasing office or walk up there in order to contact anyone because they did not answer the phone at all

No hot water, water consistently shuts off, rude and unhelpful management. Kind of living where you pay extra for less. Completely regret living here.

I been living here for almost a year and the currently management are great they always looking out for my best interest so thank u and keep up the great work.

My heat went out yesterday morning. I called the emergency line and created a ticket to get it fixed because it’s been really cold. It’s 40 degrees and nothing has been fixed as we speak. My son and I are literally freezing with nowhere else to go to Keep warm. I’m probably their only resident who pays rent on time, never missed and still treated like Shìt. I really hate living here. This will be my last year renting.

They have good management and they are very kind

I leased my very first apartment here January 11th, so far so good. I was a bit skeptical about renting here, taking into consideration the reputation these apartments have with bugs. However the new management has made significant improvements. All of the units have vinyl flooring throughout which I highly appreciate. I have yet to see any type of bugs in my apartment or the complex in general. Management and maintenance are on top of all of my request and concerns and office personnel are very professional. Overall Im very pleased with the quality and affordability of my apartment. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because the outside landscape lacks cleanliness not necessarily because of management more so because of the tenants.

Ive been here for about 4 years now and loving it! The current staff is #1 among all the ones that have managed, come speak with yozellin or Merlin theyll take good care of you!

This complex apartment it’s very affordable and accessible and well close to the DFW Airport, President George Bush Turmpike and Irving mall...The new manager’s staff is doing an excellent job and the maintenance worker as well...It’s very peaceful community, super clean. I can’t ask for more. You will enjoying leaving here...I recommend this community to anyone who’re looking for a excellent place to leave.Thanks for all your hard work.

Do not move here this apartment complex is very unorganized and will try to take extra money out of you. In the year Ive been here my apartment has had so many problems with flodding issues and all.they tried to charge me 500 extra dollars after i had already signed something with them months before please dont waste your time

Not satisfied with the new management.This is the third apartment in 6 months that we had to move.The first reason was that we found a rat in our apartment,then we they transferred us to the new apartment where our neighbors wouldn’t let us even sleep and now they transferred us again to our new apartment and guess what?? Our closet doors are missing and our heater and cooler is not working. We are sleeping in the living room because there is no heater in the bedroom and it’s been two weeks and it’s not yet fixed. It was 32 degrees f. and we were freezing inside and we are still freezing and two of my roommates got fever because of the cold room. We are students and we don’t have time to visit the office every single time just to request them to fix our problem. It was their responsibility to look after their residents but unfortunately they don’t care at all about us. We are not getting the service what we are paying in this apartment.We thought that this apartment was worth it to live in as a student but unfortunately we are regretting it.I’m sorry for the lonh review but we are frustrated and everyone deserves to know the truth.

As a tennant for the past 3 years, I have been notjing but satisfied now that these apartments have a new owner that knows what they are doing, is accommodating to their residents, and quick on getting things done around here. I was about to give up and leave because previous management teams werent up to par. I havent had any issues since new management has came in, I look forward to continuing to live here.

Worst apartment visitors parking. I came to surprise my friend at night for her birthday and then realized my car was towed and I had to pay $300. And they dont even have enough visitors parking.

Improving apartment living experience for our residents at Marfa Apts. Proud to be Valiant!

I have lived in the apt complex for three years and the most recent apt management is the worse they will turn off ur water with no notice. My apt went without hot water for 5 days not once did the manager or the compay offer to take off any from my monthly rent or offer other accommodations. The amount of rent that i am expected to pay does not compare with the amount of respect nd customer service in return. Rafala does not know customer service at all. She will have an attitude with the residents everytime and becomes hostile. So in short if you like to have ur water turned off without notice and like to live with bugs this is ur place.If not dont rent here. RUN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!The lady in the front office is rude and will hang up on you when she feels like it I called because my utility bill went up 60$ in a month for no reason as I haven’t added anything new to my place nor have I had company I was told “well I don’t know what to tell you” absolutely no costumer service I’ve had to have the central air and heating unit fixed 10 times within the first month it goes off after a few hours every time it’s fixed yet they keep sending the same guy the Parking lot is always dirty and have trash all around I called in Friday and told them my heating is out it’s Tuesday now and no one has called or been by it’s not worth it to move here EDIT My heat still hasn’t been fixed it’s been 3 weeks Update This place is roach infested

Today makes it the 3rd day 9/3/19, that my family and I have been left with no working a.c unit,

They are very kind the manager, the assistant, the maintenance very kind, they always have a solution in every problem
