The apartment I found was located in a very safe part of town right beside a beautifully peaceful park. The rent in my unit includes all utilities except electric, which provides a manageable cost of living less than you would expect. The apartment was found to be impeccably clean during the walk-through, with hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. The included appliances work perfectly. The neighbors cannot be heard from inside the apartment, but are all quite friendly. Many updates have been made within the last year, including new energy-efficient windows, a new roof, and fresh carpet in the common areas. Any problems that have arisen have been handled with punctuality and efficiency by their courteous and communicative staff. Ample parking, a safe environment, and a location that makes all my friends envious are just some of the many reasons why I am so thankful for Stewardship Property Solutions. They have taken the worry and hassle out of the rental experience.

I recently moved into one of the Stewardship Properties, it’s a cozy one bedroom apartment. I was looking to downgrade from a townhouse to an affordable apartment. I love the space, and the location. They’ve been a pretty professional company with me. I’ve had no issues with the apartment sense I’ve been in it. It’s a quiet location. They’ve been responsive whenever I had a question. Again this is my first apartment and I couldn’t have found a better place.

We absolutely love our duplex! It is a quality property at a very affordable price. Everyone who works for this company goes above and beyond to be helpful and understanding. With the craziness that has been 2020, they were very accommodating for our family. We are definitely happy with this company and their values. Will definitely be renewing our lease!! 😁😁

We have been with stewardship for a little over three years now. In that time they have been absolutely wonderful to us. The staff at stewardship is kind, personable and very considerate of their tenants. Just last month our hot water heater went out on thanksgiving. When management found out that we were without hot water they matched us up with the first plumber available and made sure we were taken care of. If you are looking to rent I would highly recommend choosing a property managed by stewardship.

I when to see an apartment and the companys agent, Merle is his name, right away noticed my character and said, the place is yours. I didnt have the best rental history, wink wink, but he gave me a chance to live with a beautiful park as my front yard, the view is incredible all year around, it was a blessing for me and my two young children that I will always be grateful for, been here four years. Real human beings at this company, no one is perfect.

I’ve rented through this company for 2 years and I have nothing bad to say about them! They’re very professional and maintenance is always either next day or day after depending on what it is. They put in a new furnace, door, and deadbolt for me since I’ve been there and I’m beyond grateful. My favorite thing about this company is that they’re always on top of whatever you need and they even let you know if someone will be doing any work outside your unit so you’re in the loop. Definitely a great company to rent through!

I’m a new resident to Ohio and for a first apartment this place is great for me. The balcony over looking vacant farm land behind the apartments is my favorite. Reasonable rent, accessible parking, electric heating, cozy spacing, designated smoking areas. Love the privacy in addition to the recognition of quiet neighbors. Ill be in my apartment for a year come February. Im really pleased with the upkeep and maintenance of the property. Early on, I had an issue with the electrical and they sent the electrician out the same day. They have been courteous and professional in all of my dealings with them, theyve addressed all issues promptly and called to follow up after. My name is Heather McCauley. I live 7 min from the Jackson Safety Center. I really got lucky with this place! Its a hidden gem. I live in a townhouse 15 min from pretty much everything and the rent is so affordable. I live in a quiet nice neighborhood. My maintenance guys are always awesome when they come in and Heidi and Melanie have been super understanding about my rent because I am a non essential employee and so I am having issues with paying my rent in full. They havent charged me late fees at all. My sitter is one street away and its nice to be able to take walks with the kids and be close to the ice cream stand during the summer! I would recommend these properties for sure!

What a relief it was when Stewardship Property Solutions took over from our previous leasing company. In this day in age, we have been a little too comfortable with expecting a downgrade when it comes to change. Sadly it is easier to accept that as the new norm... but not with SPS! We feel like we have been UPGRADED by this change in leasing company! We get quick real life men and women who respond to our calls (we know most of the people in office by first name), we received maintenance attention and upkeep that our former company allowed to fall by the wayside for far too long. We do all of our payments easily and effortlessly online. It has been a relief to work with SPS.

My house is very nice. I had to do a lot of repairs myself until SPS took over. I had a very bad leak and submitted a request through the maintenance and the problem was solved very quickly I was happy about that. I like that I can enjoy my home with privacy by paying through my bank that is convenient. It was also cool to know that if you were struggling during the COVID-19 we didn’t have to worry about being evicted.

Always attentive and fast with maintenence needs. Ive rented from them going on 2 years, Ive never had an issue, however they recently sold my building and did not communicate with us about it. Imagine my surprise when I get some strange guy calling and saying...hey I bought your place.

SPS are quick to response if not right away then will respond in 24 hours. They are professional when they enter you apartment and get thing done in timely manner. They have good quality in work ethic and want there SPS family to be happy.

I have lived in a sps rental for about 5 months now & have had nothing but positive experiences. The apartments had been newly updated & I have had no issues with anything breaking or needing replaced/fixed. Initially when I inquired about the property they were quick to get back to me & set up a time to go see it.

I’ve been renting my home for over 3 years, and the owners used to have it managed by another leasing company that was literally the worst. Last year the owners switched to SPS and I couldn’t be happier. I now receive near immediate responses to service requests, and clear communication about when a professional will arrive to perform the maintenance. No more phone tag with the leasing agent’s handyman friend to end up with a cheap fix.I’ve dealt with a few leasing companies over the years and SPS is the only one I would recommend to a friend.

This company just took over management in the complex where I rent for the last 8 months on 2/1/21 when I signed my lease I paid upfront for 10 months. I get on 2/18/21 a 3 day notice to leave after I called Stewardship to informed them in January that my rent was paid thru the end of my lease. At which time they acknowledge that and seen the lump sum. I called their office # an hour before closing and get their very rude after hours answering service at which the girl hung up on me 4xs. So I call first thing this morning and speak to a VERY RUDE MELANIE. UNWILLING TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAVE TO SAY.Needless to say that conversation didnt end well. Mean while a Heidy is calling me from Stewardship to apologize and not concerned at all and to say other than it was a mistake. You have a contract and I called ahead of time knowing the incompetent people I would be dealing with no excuse.I also had a maintenance issue at which I missed 4 hours work due to them standing me up as in no show no call. He comes the next day and breaks the ground plug on the heater and leaves it that way. Only after I complained it was a fired hazard I got notification he ordered a new plug. Trust me this company does not care anything about you. I would not have any dealings with Stewardship if they were the last company on this earth. RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER GETTING YOUR $$ WHEN IT ISNT EVEN OWED! AND MELANIE YOU NEED NOT TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC PERIOD! And Heidy you need to just keep quiet and listen to other businesses tenants that hired you to do a simple job. Hmmm MmmmAlso my neighbor asked for help in February as it was 5 degrees an he and his wife had no electricity only in his apt due to stove blew Stewardships maintenance didnt show until after 9am the next day after multiple calls the evening before. I even texted them for my elderly neighbors and Matt (maintenance guy)sounded completely confused.

I enjoy living in an apartment managed by SPS! Anytime I need something fixed or a question asked, they’re on it. They even gave us gift cards when they became the new management. That’s never happened from a place I’ve lived. They understand things happen and treat you like a person not just a rent payment. I’ve lived here for 6 years don’t plan on moving! Thank you SPS!

I have been renting with SPS for the past 6 months and I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but a positive experience! Although we are in the midst of a global pandemic, SPS has been very responsive to any issues or concerns I’ve had within my unit in a very professional manner. Aside from maintenance, I am also very pleased with the move in process I experienced. I was able to get approved and receive the keys for my rental the same day of showing! Most companies you have to wait at least a few days to a week! I definitely recommend anyone looking to rent with SPS!

They called and said to meet in an apartment on Ella st and got there. It smelled like sewage bad in it. Said it was fixed she could not guarantee the smell will go away but the are working on it. Big lie I guys it’s been like that for awhile now. I wanted to be in orrville so it’s was the last option I had. She told me to bring my security deposit and it was mine. Got there to sign papers then story changed to no we take the deposit and then check everything. I have never heard of that. They changed it 3 different times. I saved every text. Then she said she would refund the application fee. That was never done who ever owns the apartment. Need to look at who is running it for you. They never around or fox thing.

My family moved into a property manged by Stewardship Property Solutions 14 months ago. We needed a place in a hurry and rentals go extremely quick now a days. After filling out the application we received a phone call for a viewing the next day. After the walk thru of the beautiful 4bd with garage with central air and metal roof we signed the lease with just remaining month and security due we secured the keys! Fast forward 2 months the furnace wasnt working. Called them and same day came out and replaced with a brand new one. They are quick to respond to any maintance calls as downed trees or backed up sewage. They also have great communication when it comes time for yearly inspections and maintance calls. We love our home. SPS was willing to give me a chance renting a new home when no one else would. I had been turned down several times and I was really worried about finding a new home for my family and I. But SPS gave me a chance and now my family is thriving in our new home. Everything was clean and well Kept and they allowed me to have my cat that I’ve had for eight years. SPS always sends out a reminder every month when rent is due which is extremely helpful for me and I love that they have that asset because sometimes I just need a little reminder. They make it really easy for you to pay your rent online which is also great right now due to it being Covid season. If you rent an apartment from SPS, go into it with your eyes wide open. I moved into a unit and overlooked a lot of issues that had I not rushed the process to apply and tour the place, I would have never rented. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for when it comes to craftsmanship of the unit and quality of neighbors. The kitchen cabinets had no handles, the lining on the shower/tub desperately needed resealed, and the place had a funky smell that resulted from 95% of the buildings tenants being smokers in a smoke free apartment building. I do not blame SPS for these issues as the red flags were there before I moved in and I ignored them, so thats my fault for even renting the unit in the first place.They were pretty good with maintenance requests and the place had plenty of storage space. SPS units vary quite a bit in quality so your experience with their apartments may be different, just know what youre getting into before signing a lease with them. They are good people and were always pleasant to talk to over the phone.

Maintence man doesn’t know what he’s doing. Emergency calls take days to complete. Not very responsive even when you call emergency line. I’ve had a gas leak my heat wasn’t working my oven wasn’t working and now plumbing issues that had my whole kitchen flooded. Wouldn’t recommend them at all 0 stars

I have just recently begun working with SRS and I couldnt be happier. I purchased a property and needed a property manager to help me get started. The team at SRS walked me through everything I needed to know to get my property in fantastic shape. I was planning on renting but the house was so well done that an offer to buy my property came that I couldnt pass up. I hope to find more properties and will be using SRS again to manage the property with the same high standards they did with my first property. Very pleased with the work the company did, and the way they use the golden rule to work with their clients.

Stewardship Property Solutions has an incredible team who goes above and beyond to answer questions and solve problems. Readily available and always professional, I would highly recommend them.

My son and his fiance were set to sign on a rental at 430pm. This company called my kids less then an hour before to cancel. The kids were packed and purchased items to move in and were given no notice. They stated that the home sold between 10am when they were asked to come sign the rental agreement and 320pm when they cancelled on them. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
