I dont live here, but my daughter does! She has been here 4 years, and from my understanding, she never had an issue! I live in North Dallas, and wanted to inquire about a 2 bedroom. They look nice. Normal appearance for a complex BUT...They went under new management! They dont fix anything AT ALL! My child put in a request for her tub, and her air conditioning filter 2 weeks ago, yet no one responded! There was never an issue with the apartments prior to the change! THEN, they advertise the pool like its available for use! Well, its empty! Also, she has a neighbor who made threats to kill her, yet the neighbor still lives here! Dont move here! A month ago...I would have recommended it!
I’ve recently transferred from a one bedroom town home to a 2 bedroom and 1 bath and Cindy, the assistant manager, has been a huge help. She is very friendly and takes care of business right away, very professional! Any issue that I’ve had in the past she has taken care of right away. She help me arrange my transfer to the new unit before my baby’s arrival and I couldn’t thank her enough.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the absolute worst place to live. It’s infested with roaches and the apartment staff does nothing when you put in request. The ladies in the office are rude and very unprofessional. Especially the manager, she likes to get smart and get extra money any way she can. The apartments are too small for the prices they charge. Do NOT move here!!
Ive been living at the Asher park apartments for over a year now. I transferred recently from a 2 bed 1 bath and Cindy and Sinai have been sooo nice and sweet. I requested a 2 bed 2 bath downstairs. They transferred me to a 2 bed 2 bath, downstairs, close to the parking lot, with ceiling fans in every room. Im in love. That you Soo much you two. I know Ive been a pain but thank you for continuing to work with us.
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE .They’ll find a way not to return your deposit and get more money out of you even if you leave the place in the same condition they gave you. They never fixed the closet door saying they’ve placed an order for replacement which never came during my 1.5 yr of stay there and got charged for cheap paint job they did on the bath tub that came off literally after the month of move in date. Nobody goes to a bath tub and decide to get the paint off. How could they blame the resident for it when the resident did bring that to attention of one of their maintenance guy who told not to worry about it since it wasn’t too much paint coming off and let them know when lot of it comes off
Absolutely love Asher Park ! And the two gorgeous ladies in the office, Cindy and Sinai are amazing, Cindy did my walked thru listened for what i was looking for and got in me it. My 1st time moving and Sinai was extremely helpful & informative! They were great at accommodating me. Got me in a nice clean nice size 1x1, in a quiet safe area, havent had much problems with pest, which is great cuz im terrified of them all. And the view is so pretty with the sliding doors, was nervous about moving for the 1st time but so happy I moved to Asher Park!! Happy with pricing too, Definitely recommending.
Ive been living at asher park for 6 months now, every time Ive had a problem I reported it and they fixed it in a timely manner. I am upgrading from a 1 bedroom loft the a 2bedroom 2bath and Cindy has been helping me through the whole prosses step by step and is making sure Im aware of everything thats going on. She insisted that shes going to have my unit spotless and ready to move in. Cindy is the person you would want to go to if you are interested in moving into asher park. She will make sure you are 100% satisfied in your decision.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money dealing with these unscrupulous slumlords!! My friend recently moved into a roach infested two bedroom dump, which vastly differed from the model unit she viewed. While I fully understand that apartment pest and bug control can be quite challenging to maintain, the amount of roaches that welcomed her was egregious and totally unacceptable. Until the matter is rectified, I will keep my post on here as a Buyer Beware warning for all thoes thinking about signing a lease with these slumloards.
Do not live here, definitely there is a roach problem. I had water leaks and major damage from the day I moved in and was never fixed. Management never notified us when water was going to be turned off or the electricity. The manager is very unprofessional, they answer phones. Washer/ dryer always broke down. Neighbors never picked up after there dogs and the office did nothing about it. The apartment was not cleaned when I moved in, but expected me to have the apartment looking professionally cleaned when I moved out. Cindy is the only one to contact in the office if you need something done. Horrible apartment!!!!!!
Where to begin. Sinai Mendoza (the property manager) is quite possibly the most incompetent, unprofessional & attitude riddled person you’ll meet. My family & I lived here for a bit over a year. The issues we had were amazing. 1.) the dishwasher always got filled up with water from the sink while washing dishes. It smelled horrible. Never repaired. 2.) The AC control unit is above the tub, it leaked water and caused mold which was “fixed” by the maintenance guy (that quit a bit later, good for him!) by painting over the mold. 3.) say it’s hot one day and cold the next. We had to call maintenance to come SWITCH the AC on and heat off and vice versa. That was fun. 4.) We fell behind on rent during the pandemic. Sinai showed up to serve me the paperwork you’re given when you’re behind on rent, with the maintenance guy as a witness. Her attitude towards the entire situation made it seem like we personally owed her money. 5.) the office is constantly closed randomly during the day during business hours. Good luck having one of them answer the phone. All the reviews are correct, Cyndi is the ONLY friendly, professional and smart one in that office. 6.) the laundry machines closest to our unit had 3 out of 6 washers working. When told about this to Sinai, she said we had to call the number on the machine because it’s their job to repair and Asher Park has those machines as a courtesy to us. That’s great, thanks for not assisting. 7.) Be prepared to have the water and power shut off randomly at any hour of the day without notice/communication from the office. It’s great when you’re in the middle of a shower. 8.) A few cars were broken into - when reported to the office, management sent out a notice for everyone to sign that completely made Asher Park non-responsible for anything happening to anyone’s cars. But yet there are no working security cameras except for 1 in the laundry room. Definitely didn’t sign that paper. 9.) Wanna cool down during the summer and use the pool? Your guess is as good as mine as to when it’s open for the season because god forbid they send out an email or paper notice to anyone in the complex about it. 10.) During the Valentine’s Day snow storm that killed people across the state and caused immense power outages, Asher Park has ZERO power and ZERO water for weeks. Guess who wasn’t in the office and sticking it out w/ the tenants that had nowhere to go. That’s right, all office people. They closed the office and didn’t come back until the power was back on. I can 100% with certainty tell you if you need a cheap place to live, Asher Park would do. But be prepared for headache after headache. All the reviews on here are about the property manager, you’d think corporate and/or the regional manager would take notice & reprimand or fire Sinai.
My move in date was July 15, 2021. This is so sad and embarrassing. I viewed a model unit back in May of a 2 bed 1 bath unit. I was told that the 2 bed 2 bath I wanted would look exactly the same but with the second bath added. I asked several times if I could view my unit or another 2 bed 2 bath before move in but I kept being told that there were none available until my move in date. Then on July 14th, the day before my move in date, I get notified while Im working from a friends house that the unit I was assigned had a pipe burst and I would no longer be able to move into that unit. I was told that before my move in date I had to switch over my energy and renters insurance and I would be put into a unit that was the exact same as the one I was supposed to be in, which was the same as the model. So I rush around calling to change my renters, my energy, my internet, all of my furniture deliveries, my bills everything over to a new unit before my move in the next day. When we arrived on July 15th we realized there was no fireplace (which was what was supposed to come with upgraded unit we saw, I still have the paperwork from the move in special), there are stains on the kitchen countertops, and chips in the porcelain in the bathroom. Apparently they dont redo the apartment to make it look nice for new tenants like they do back in Wisconsin. Keep in mind I had been told several times there were no other 2 bed 2 baths available for me to view...but miraculously a pipe bursts and theres another one available which already seems shady. I could live with all of that. I emailed them and asked if the apartment had been cleaned and I was told it had been through email. So why did the lady seem just as surprised as me that there were roaches crawling around when we walked in the unit?! I have all of this on video. They were in every room and closet and coming out of the back of refrigerator. Apparently, there is nothing they can do until next Friday. They showed no sympathy. As a matter of the fact the manager Sinai almost seemed irritated that I was upset. I emailed her stating that these conditions were unacceptable and her response back was they didnt force me to sign the lease with an apology for the inconvenience. They didnt offer any type of discount or anything. So now, were paying for an apartment that we technically cant really live in because if we unpack all of our things we might get roaches in them. So our apartment is damn near empty. What a welcome. They dont seem to care. Maybe this review will save the next tenant.
The worst place for leavingThis is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived at. Management and maintenance is a joke and you have to jump thru hurdles to have a simple request filed. The property manager is never in the office during office hours! Never! Sinai and when she at in the office she never resolve anything! This place is infected for roaches and bed bugs I’ve spoke to the regional manager server all times about issues and nothing gets resolved. The management company clearly doesn’t care about this property or the tenants that live there. The phone is never answered and I work a full time job. I have to leave work or go to work late anytime I want to speak with management and hope that they are there when I get to the office. Left work early today because my phone calls and voicemails have been ignored for two days, only to find the office is closed and the manager is out of office. Makes since, she is not on property because her boss, the regional manager is on vacation. Corporate needs to do something about this horrible management because it makes Bella asset look terrible and gives them a horrible reputation. If they were to do some surprise phone calls from private numbers at corporate they would see the phone is never answered. And if they do a surprise visit they would see the office is always CLOSED DURING OFFICE HOURS, making impossible to get anything you need completed taken care of as a tenant. This is the worst experience ever. I’ve never seen a property manager take so little accountability and put so little effort into their job. This place has a better chance being ran by a 3 year old. At least they might actually answer the phone or bother to show up during office hours. Love my floor plan but anytime I need the office it is a hassle to get in touch with anyone and it literally drives me crazy.KEEP LOOKING IF YOURE GOING TO PAY OVER $1000 FOR RENT AT LEAST FIND SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN CONTACT THE OFFICE DURRING OFFICE HOURS!AND THE MANAGER SINAI NEED GOING TO THE SCHOOL AGAIN AND TAKE MORE EDUCATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (fire her)
The worst experience to I have ! Somebody need report this scam people especially the manager Sinai to the taa or Telemundo 39!! This people stolen me my money of my app and security deposit for hold the apartment and never approval and shes steal my money !
Asher park was all good until 6 months in they don’t answer the phone at all for you the water is always off and the lights are always off . Keep your money I would not recommend moving here I’m moving the end of this month can’t wait .
My husband and I have recently moved here, so far this was an amazing choice. First of all Valeria and the office staff has made our move-in process super stress free and fast even in these uncertain times. They also follow social distancing and proper mask etiquette. The apartment is beautiful and our dogs love the leash free dog park.
The blonde hair lady is unprofessional. I was originally working with Cindy and they don’t communicate. I was offered a special and I went back twice and told something different. I’m glad I dodged this bullet. I will never recommend people who aren’t consistent.
I loved the way the inside of the apartment looked, newly renovated and stylish. I was in the process of looking for apartments and this was one of my options. However the management seemed very rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason! When I rode through the apartments it was lots of trash, people hanging outside being loud, and the roads was very bumpy. Seemed like maintenance didn’t keep up with the property either. I got stung by a wasp just right outside the front office. The lady inside doing applications told us others have complained about that and they had being trying to get maintenance to go spray but they still haven’t done that. After reading other reviews I see that maintenance problems was very common in these apartments. I went to view the inside of the apartment and I saw 5 roaches just in my quick visit. Immediately pulled my application and ended the process. Lots of other surrounding properties you might wanna consider rather then live here!
Asher Park is amazing. I was leaving a bad situation and almost giving up on my apartment search when I came across these apartments. The leasing agent Val was amazing and got me into my new apartment within a couple weeks! They were all so sweet and I was able to find my new home with little to no issues. Thanks Asher Park! 💙
We have lived here for 2 years and we appreciate the upgrades to the outside of the apartments... Looks so nice comparatively speaking. Beautiful new balconies, parking lot redone and covered parking added. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are great for the area as well👍!

Do not apply for this apartment. I wish i could give no star at all. The lady who handled my application was very unprofessional. Initially she told it would take 48 to 72 hours to process application but my application wasn’t processed for 11 days. On top of that they never called to update and the lady was speaking back very rudely. My move in date was approaching and I couldn’t wait any longer. Hence on 11th day i had to withdraw my application and apply to another neighboring property which got approved within 2 business days.
Pathetic in every possible way. Roaches and insects. Bad Air conditioning.

Terrible stayed for over a year, maintenence team is terrible. My A/C didnt work properly and leaked in my bathroom the entire stay. Maintenance came by to service it constantly and they never fixed the problem or fixed the mold caused by it.

I love management Cindy has been amazing leasing manager she made the process so easy and always takes very good care of me and other residents. During the pandemic they helped us as residents and made it so much easier. I dont blame them for not being here at the office during that time because first streets were dangerous and second if we couldnt go to work because of the conditions why would it be different from them. I know theres a process on how things need to be done. Sinai has been amazing as well I recently called emergency line due to ac went out at 1030pm on a sat night both Cindy and Sinai called me to check i.was ok and to make sure maintenance had came to fix my issue which was done that night by the new maintenance guy. Im very please no issues office open when I go during business hours and pool been open maintained. No issues with neighbors which is great and no parking issues overall great to place to live.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! EVERY WHERE!!!! I am extremely disappointed. Ive had issues since day one. This is the worst roach infested apartment I have ever lived in. I thought The Surround Apartments were bad. I actually regret I moved here but theres nothing I can do now. Management have been extremely nice and they have tried to do a few things but this Roach issue is absolutely ridiculous. Looks good on the outside and in some of the units but all that glitters is definitely not Gold.
I wish I could leave no stars. Management takes forever to fix ANYTHING. There are roaches EVERYWHERE, they will tell you that they spray but it doesnt do any good. In the apartment I stayed in has black mold in it. I feel for those who are still in that place. Moving out was our best move EVER.
I wanted to give an update on the review since the management has changed since my last review.During my last review, I gave this apartment previously known as Steeplechase 1 star because of the terrible maintenance service and problem with not keeping promises.After the management change, I waited to see how the new management is operating. At first, it looked promising. They changed the awful apartment color and built parking shades. Trying to rebuild the pool area. All good and everything until I realized how awful their management is.They have ZERO communication among themselves. They fined us for not renewing the lease documents when we had already renewed the paper a while ago. They kept sending us notice about renters insurance and even sent agents to our apartment when we had submitted the paper four times in a row before. We needed to remove a person from our leasing document list, the person themselves submitted a notarized paper and now they are saying, We lost the paper. Please submit it again.During apartment inspections (I do not really know the law, but...) they bring their own keys and they just enter your apartment without your consent when youre not at home, no call, no nothing. One time, I was at present at my apartment, they did not even knock! They were just opening the door with the keys. Thankfully, I went and opened the door before they could unlock it. I find this really uncomfortable and unethical.God help this management team and this apartment.
Management is excellent and responds well to the apartment issues. I haven’t seen any bugs or roaches in the unit that I live in. Had good experience living here so far. The only problem is lack of parking space on some days. But there are reserved parking spaces available for that. So all in all, it’s a good apartment.
The staff was an excellent help, couldnt have had a better experience. She knew all her stuff, would definitely recommend people to other people.

Management put me in a beautiful 1 bedroom and I love it !!! Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly. It’s a very clean property as well as inside of my apartment! You guys would love everything here ! Definitely recommend 😊😊
I come back and forth between here and Houston. When Im here i have no problems at all. My apt is nice and the staff is caring. Every time i go to the office Heather is very polite and also the other manager.

Its quiet and peaceful and the office staff are wonderful Especially Heather and Emmanuel Everything Ive ever asked they always take care of right away and always have a smile on their faces! Before Move out I gave them 60 days notice actually I gave them notice 72 days prior to my lease expire But now they are sending me invoice of 4000 1st and 1200 second, saying I havent given them 60 days notice. I went there and talked and told them to watch the camera that they have on their office. I ain’t paying any money over there. This is horrible. They just want to get easy money. Be careful.
I am writing this review because my previous review is no longer true. It takes time to implement new systems in any type of business. I was too quick to judge. The new management team has demonstrated they are courteous, professional, and always have a smile. All the maintenance issues MY APT HAD have ALL BEEN RESOLVED AND FIXED. The management and maintenence teams have also shown me that they are quick and prompt. They have responded with immediate response to any issues that my apartment had. The physical changes made here are 360 degrees.New balconies, outdoor lighting, covered parking, bbq grills, courtesy patrol are just a few of the upgrades. If anyone is looking for a place to call home, Asher Park fits the bill. 😀As always, Bridgett saves the day. She continuously demonstrates that she is up to the task no matter what the task may be. As i have said before, Bridgett is on top of her game. She has the same work ethic and drive as anyone who would run a 4 star hotel. I know this because i have been in management in the service and retail industry for over 25 years. 😆

Never seen any employee so stupid, rude and out of mind other then those two women who work there . “Girls do even know what customer service is??? First of all they dont know what they are doing; second of all they need schooling for good behavior.This management is giving us resident problem in every ways.Within the year of 2018 they changed management 3 times that I know of. 2019 again new management. They lost all the paper work and claim we residents fault. This apartment needs public attention guys. They are ripping money off from resident like us.
Not impressed. Water was pouring in our window, mold was growing on the walls. They broke our blinds trying to repair the wall. Weve now been without blinds for 6 months. Its their priority to put blinds in vacant apts before ensuring their residents privacy. Rain still comes through the wall around the window. IF and WHEN these issues are met I will revise my review.... Weve since moved and do not miss Asher... Good riddance.
The difference between moving in, living here, and moving out.Before you move in EVERYONE is delightful. Once you sign the lease its okay. Once the office manager decides you might be scary to deal with they go underhanded. they avoids your calls, allows their poorly trained leasing agents to insult you, and then sends bills to your apartment address when when you give her your new move in one. DONT I REPEAT DONT MOVE IN HERE! It was heaven, then purgatory and now hell.If I could get this place negative marks I would.
I don’t know what’s going on with this apartment they never answer phone call. This apartment is complete trash. They only allow one sticker per apartment for visitor. So no more then one visitor can visit me.Are they stupid to just allow one visitor at a time? Ok so my husband is sick. I wish I could give no star. The staff at the office today was very unprofessional and rude. She was not ready to listen to your complaints and she also speaks back to you rudely. She should not be working there.It’s an apartment where Roaches are breed and they don’t do any maintenance.

I am standing at the door trying to get in and no one is answering but the lady is looking right at me this is so unprofessional and poor service it doesn’t make any sense how rude people are ! Just unbelievable
Horrible, absolutely horrible. I have held my tongue over the past year and a half I have lived here. The girls in the office do not care at all about their jobs or helping residents. So poorly ran I was on Fox News about how the complex is not maintained. Emmanuel the manager is nowhere to be found and Heather as well as the receptionist just stare at you when you ask them to do absolutely anything. I do not know how this complex would even receive more then one star. I would give a zero if possible. It has taken weeks for maintanence to fix ongoing plumbing issues, I have given up asking for anything else. It takes way too much time and energy trying to remind someone to do their job. This complex was so much better when it was under different management that actually cared. Please do not move here the only good thing about it is the price but you get what you pay for. It is just sad!
Our place got flooded 3 times, the last time it flooded they shrugged, said sorry, and completely dismissed us. We rightfully moved out, and they still charged us despite them ruining pretty much most of our property. They asked me to change my one star review after we had to ask to be relocated. They arent a good business. Stay far away from them.
This is the worst place to live. It is bug infested. From bed bugs, to roaches to everything else. These apartments are very old and are over priced for what you get. It floods horribly in this area when it rains and there are no barriers to keep mud and dirt from being swept on to the concrete. The office manager constantly has an attitude and does not do a good job making sure the upkeep of the entire apartments are in order. There are no upgrades, and they will rent out apartments that have partially repaired walls. Save your money and pay a little extra to live somewhere else.
My father died and i asked them so many times to help fix the mold and leaks in every single room of the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE APARTMENTS, FULL OF MOLD AND EVERY SINGLE SINK WAS DRIPPING IN EVERY ROOM. WE REPORTED IT OVER AND OVER WITH NO LUCK. MY FATHER DIED AND I WAS A CO SIGNER AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE APARTMENT WHEN THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING AND FULL OF MOLD. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This should not be on my credit. This is the worst apartment ever from the manager to everyone working here. I applied for an apartment and they asked me to submit my application with a $250 deposit. After 2 days, they called me telling me that my application has been denied. I asked them to return my $250 deposit and they said that they cant return that. Here is the reason they gave me: My application has been denied because I have not given notice to my old apartment. I read the law and I found out that one can rent more than one apartment, it is not illegal. But this manager is telling me that renting two apartment is illegal and I dont know under which law it is illegal. And I have not even signed the lease and these people dont want to give me back my $250. All I can say, stay away from this place otherwise youll regret. This is the worst apartment I have ever seen since I start renting apartment. I would give them -5 stars if it was possible. But I wont let them take my $250 just like that. Ill take them in front of a judge so they can explain to me how it is illegal to rent 2 apartments at the same time.
The worst apartments ever I had an apartment next to the building sewer drain and it was always over flowing with tissue and everyone’s poop from the building it had a horrible smell and when I called the office they said it wasn’t a priority issue I have small children who had to walk past that disgusting smell
Staff is rude. Base off reviews and my experience. They tell you units are avaliable you get there. Than nothing. Managment email me apologizing and ask me to come by. No need to apologize rude is rude.just be careful.your guests are your future residence.1 star i do appreciate the email and the responds
I have came to this property 4 times to inquire about an apt they have for rent this month. All four times, the Mexican lady gave me some kind of excuse as to why she wasnt able to show me the property. They told me on two occasions to come on certain days but both times I was informed I am the only person in the office and manager wont be coming back to close the door. Then the last time when she said that to my face, I kindly asked her then how will you be leaving? She stated the maintenance man will be able to close the door. Obviously, she was being lazy and didnt want to do her job. Then I sent an email to another agent there and he never responded back after he asked me to send him an email. They just lost a potential renter. But after reading the reviews, I am glad I didnt sign a lease.
0 star if i could give.all good review here looks fake.Ok So I have a birthday party coming this week.I have my family coming from out of town. Overall my family coming to visit me have 2 cars. Now I am in a big problem because my apartment only gave me one sticker for visitor parking. I went to the leasing office and ask the hispanic women there what should I do. She said I dont have answer to your question. She pretty much said that we only give one visitor parking per apartment and she cant do anything. Now where should I park my visitors car.when i told my family about parking issue they didnt belief that this stupid apartment would do such thing that no any apartment in Irving has done.I am moving out from this trash apartment soon. I cant even call my friends or anybody to my place anymore because there is no visitor parking.What If i become sick and someone has to come to see my emergency??you guys gona tow the car coz there is no visitor parking.And other thing the new management is Worst. Lady in front desk she berely knows how to speak properly. Complete Garbage apartment. 👎
Does not deserve even one star too.....I am staying in this Apartment for more than 3 years....... Just a month ago, It has changed the management and name from steeplechase to Asher park. The new management is very very very worst than previous one. They said they do not have my lease agreement with them..... Every time I have to go to office for small request too taking break from my work...... My AC is not working for months told them already but no they havent taken it as seriously.... The front desk people name as Carmen was being so so rude while I was on phone. They have given us access for online portal but it just show the amount not the details.... When I asked them they say they also just know the price... What the hell... They charging the money way high but saying they do not know details too..... I would recommend not to stay here... I cannot even explain how worst is the management.. It might be cheaper but very cheap service you will get.... better pay $50 more and get full service...
This is probably the second time I have ever written a bad review, because I like writing good reviews as well. I currently live at Asher Park Apartments, under the new management, already spoken to the manager, countless front desk people and I still have a dishwasher that doesn’t work, a refrigerator with no handle, a door that I have to lift up to be able to lock, dirty upstairs carpet floor, etc. I have even talked to the manager ONLY to fix my dishwasher and the handle and today I’ve had it. I’ve had submitted online work orders and it stayed open for a month (given I had already talked to someone before over the phone, but no work order was done then) but after that month they decided to put on the work order “completed” and I was ticked. I tried being patient due to the fact that there was new management, “weather problems”, people with broken water heaters, but my patience is now gone, this new management has been there since about the second week of September and it is now December. My husband will now have to send a letter to their corporate management so hopefully it will then get accomplished. The new remodel (on the outside) is beautiful, I unfortunately will not get to see it inside since I am already a current resident who had just resigned her lease A WEEK before they came in, but don’t fall for the looks on the outside or inside because if you ever have a issue with a maintenance problem inside, you will probably have to wait 2-3 MONTHS before it gets fixed. So think twice before signing that contract. Oh and by the way I pay my rent and follow the rules.

Very bad management. Our bathroom door got locked once and we couldnt open it so we called on the emergency number. Its been a month since but no one has showed up yet. We also get only hot water in the shower and its unbearably hot. The sink in the kitchen leaks. Would not recommend to anyone.
My brother submitted the required 60 days notice to one of the employee and later got a invoice for not giving 60 days notice.later ask about that employee to whom he gave the paper on hand, but they just want the free money so later the management replied they havenkt got the notice and the employee doesnot work here anymore now. Careless management
This apartment sad to say I love them the unit is perfect but no ma’am Pam they steal your money I was told at move in I would get 300$ off first months rent now I am being told that I cannot get that discount because I have no prior rental history when I have stayed in a rental apartment for a whole year as prior rental history then they said that due to me not having car rental history because I have two quote on quote evictions where they came up with the information I have no idea how can you hit live in a apartment for a whole year and have two evictions that won’t even work I would never get approved for an apartment. So when I asked before I pay rent do I still get my $300 discount I was told yes. Then after April 1 they still haven’t took the $300 off But want to place an eviction notice on my door I have got the attorney generals involved in the city of Irving involved and I have went to try pro in May and I have a vocal complaint over the phone so we’ll see how this goes I do not like being ripped off and when I go and I get answers and get it and I asked questions I’m told one thing versus what was put on paper .I am so frustrated because this is ridiculous no person should ever have to go through this every day if you were going to have a promotion then as a company you should honor the promotion don’t tell people that this is what we’re gonna do and not do it now you put people in a bind people have other things going on in their lives not to just be wasting money on apartment there really isn’t all of it it’s nice but it’s not all of that. So if you plan on moving here I would advise you to strongly make them take the $300 off before you pay your rent if they do not take that $300 off I guarantee you you are not going to get it you’ll be in the same predicament I am in as well as other people are in the only difference between me and other people if I’m taking Marquis to legal action and if I pay $655.55 today and I go to court I expect every penny back I expect it all back.... I just left these apartments on feb 29th in which I was not able to renew my lease which I’m greatly appreciated tht I could not meanwhile reason while I did not really want to sign a new lease was because every time there rent portal did not work they would tell me I don’t have enough money to pay my rent now for one if I was broke I would not have asked how else can I pay instead of helping me they degrade me and my mother by telling us to call our bank to check our funds like CINDY THE MANAGER I KNOW HOW MUCH I HAD I WENT TO CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLE BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY IM GLAD I LEFT MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE I PUT SEVERAL ORDERS IN AND IT NEVER GOT FIXED LIKE AT ALL. I would have given no stars if possible. The lady there, think her name is Heather. My advice is not to deal with her at all. She always has an attitude when you talk with her. Think the Manager Emanual is good. But over all this apartment is a piece of trash. Trust the rating guys, dont live here.

Do not move here!!! WORST apartments ever. Infested with roaches. The female manager in the office told me that other tenants had more important issues than me (sn: unable to take a bath in my apartment for 4 days and also informed the owners were aware tenants paying their rent on time never causing an issue apartment is not up to code ). Have had to call the city several times in order to get maintenance to do there job. Save your money go somewhere else. You will be miserable and unhappy.

I have lived here for 5 years.Management teams come and go here. I thought the most recent management would be more professional,more polite and more helpful. Instead my maintence requests are always disreguarded. And i now have bedbugs. Its disgusting. I was told i would receive a call back today,by 2pm-concerning the bedbug situation. Its 6pm and never received a callback.Atleast i am being proactive about these disgusting bedbugs. I also do not appriciate being talked down to. I find the current office staff are rude and condisending. Concentrate on the maintenace issues inside these apts and less on the exteriors of this complex. This place is on a fast downward spiral. At least smile and have an ounce of decent customer service.
3 words...........ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! The Spring has arrived and the A/C is never cold enough. Lord knows I pray yall make it through the SUMMER!!Mold is coming thru the walls and I pray you’ll have strong nostrils for that. And let’s not talk about the parking and water constantly flowing thru the parking lot....It’s an Ocean 🌊 out there at times. Oh and once a month you’ll go without hot water for day(s). Anywho enjoy those cold showers....Anyways y’all enjoy ur infested apartment
Worst apartment i have ever lived. Office staff doesnt care about their apartments and there is roaches, ants, bed bugs in the apartment. I would not recommend this to any one please stay away from this apartment.

You can call them 200 times on any maintenance issue and they will not fix it. One time they moved the bathroom ceiling leak from the bathroom floor to the bathtub. STILL LEAKING FOR YEARSSSSSS. My dad was very sick with COPD and he had FOUR water leaks and couldn’t afford to move to another complex. I called myself many times and nothing was done. He died three months ago and I believe all the water leaks and all of the BLACK MOLD helped him stay and get more sick. DONT MOVE HERE.

I have been living here since 2012 ....All what others have experience I did too but if you are in tough times and need a place to start again then this is it to get the start again....it helped me get back up when all doors was closed. I know that they are slow on fixing but it gets done eventually.
Very poor residential service. they made us wait for 20 days just to fix AC and still the AC is not fixed. highly dissapointed
Bad maintenance, careless about old resident, and increase rent for old resident at the same level with new resident without no upgrade in the unit. I have never seen a increase of $130 for old resident who has been lived in the apartment for 3 years. The issues in the unit take 3-4 months before they fix them. Lack of good relationship with residents.
Absolutely the worst staff I have seen ever, impolite, they have no attitude at all specially the two ladies at office. As they arent qualified for this position. They broke into our mailbox and office was like no thing happened. Am really ashamed of this place. On top of these the 2 ladies at office continues act even rudely all the times.
Be careful of getting ripped off by the management people.
It does not deserve one star also .... the worst apartment I have ever been...management is very bad and slow .... they neither provide any information regarding the apartment’s deposits and everything after you move out .... they only speak and don’t do work.... Poor maintenance and on any given day the sewage may be backed up or the water off. Oh and if it rains bring a canoe because chances are thats the only way youre getting out of your apartment dry. F.y.I. changed the name, same stuff (I.e getting locked out of your apartment with a sick toddler is not a maintenance emergency (was actually told to call a lock smith, like if I live here I have money for that)).
I would give them 0 star if i had button for that . They take your money application and they dont give you a fix date to move in .. they always say will give you call tomorrow and never gives a call . Its been a month they have been saying that and bcoz of them we had problem to stay in older apartment. We asked for money back for deposit and they were like they wont give🙄. Its their fault that they didnt gave us apartment on the day said the day was for move in . Worst management: its been month from our move in day and they still say they will give us call . What the hell.
I have been to this property on three different occasions and have yet to be able to look at model unit apartment. The lady at the desk is very rude and has an excuse each time i came . She has stated someone was living in it really?? Then she said its raining and no apartment community will show you apartment while its raining. Lets see i saw the silverton and shawdows of cottonwood apartments with no problem. This female is obviously lazy and crabby this apartment will not get a dime from me!!!
Briget is a superstar. She shood be the face for asher park any company needs to look up to Briget to set the bar at or standards to achieve for her approach to run a 4star hotel.
