Never able to contact no one in the office. Not friendly when they do answer the phone. This is not the way to be professional to get tenants in unit. But I have found a new home some where else!

Good place to live. Big appartement with many storage.The maintenance is good except some durty staff down the stairs that help to go up of the apartments. Also, they dont pick up trash on Saturday and Sunday. The lady at the leasing office is very nice.always respond to emails by doing what you are asking.

Ive been here a number of years I have had a car stolen people are stealing packages off the doorsteps and it has gotten worse. Kids being disrespectful and trashing the property bouncing balls running through the breezeways late at night when most people like me have to get up for work in the morning and people coming through sitting in their cars playing music loud. Maintenance is bad, closing work orders when the problem isnt fixed and the foundation is in need of major repairs, my patio doors wont even close all the way and the cracks in the walls and ceiling are getting worse. The amount of rent we pay and countinuing to increase every year, we should be able to back our cars in the way we want to because its easier for one to see kids and other cars passing by. There has been many close calls where I have almost seeing kids getting hit by a car because you cant see them coming. We should have the option to choose from a 6 month lease or a 12 month lease.

I’ve been a resident here for several years. The manager is available by phone and in person. She has been very helpful with packages arriving for me when I’m not home. Maintenance has a tough job due to residents allowing their children to dispose of the garbage which is left outside of the dumpsters or dragged until the bags burst st which point they leave it there. Parents allow their children to roam the property at night unsupervised. It takes an entire community (management, maintenance, residents) to maintain a place that we can call home. Residents should take more pride in their homes and not have patios with junk/trash, garbage properly disposed of, children properly supervised, etc. This is not the responsibility of any one person which would be impossible.

Great location! Near everything. Property manager Griselda J. was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with leasing information. Thanks again. I recommend these apartments to those looking to live in Irving/Las Colinas area but are on a budget. This is the spot.

Please dont move into these roach infested apartments. You can put in multiple work orders and nothing EVER gets done. I had an emergency maintenance overnight and the maintenance guy came that following morning. The leasing office is REALLY NEVER open. So whatever you do dont move here

Dont believe none of these reviews except the one saying shes been calling and not getting an answer is true. This place looks great on the front perimeter but its infested, grounds are dirty and manger lies to you with a smile on her face. Do whatever it takes to get you in. The maintenance is a joke too. Dont let the look fool you. The hood of Las Colinas, do yourself a favor save your time and money and dont give it a second thought. The good reviews are friends and family.

Been trying to call these Apartments for 2 weeks now and no one answers. Ive even left a few messages with no call back. Well on to the next.

Ive contacted this number 2 months straight no answer mailbox full Idk whats going on I was interested in doing a tour but least bit excited now

The apartments are peaceful except the kids but kids are going to be kids and the office actually helps you with any problems and nothing much happens in these apartments
