I returned to ABC Nails because it was familiar; I was a regular there many years ago (Kim is still there, she’s the best). I couldn’t book with Kim as her schedule was already full. So the woman at the first station (by the polish) gave me a new full set, and the guy at the first station by the sign in desk added my polish. Not even 24 hours later these nails look awful. So disappointed! They will take their time with the right person and their regulars. Anyone else, good luck - it’s hit or miss. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of Kim, and the pedicures. Nails are a no.. never again!

I arrived and only came to this nail shop because I was already at eyes by India, upon arriving the guy said he could do my nails in 15 minutes with no problem. When I sat in his chair I told him how I liked my acrylic and he started my nails, the application was incorrect but he did the shape right so I let him continue. After filing when it came time to polish I explained I like my acrylic closer to the cuticle, once he did that it was clumpy and messy due to him adding too many coats and not having an even acrylic application to begin with. When I said something he advised my nails were “terrible” prior too and he spent time on them mind you the set before was a 100 set that was still nice looking I just like to switch it up. After going back and forth and paying for the fill in I will not be back here!

Optimistic going. And they scored my business I will be a regular client was very impress. My feet hasnt felt this good since I left NYC.

He apologized for taking longer than normal but i really loved that he was taking his time and was paying attention to detail. Benny had a very nasty attitude. Had a great experience at this salon before, but made the mistake of accepting him in place of my regular tech. He was rushing and when I made mention of it, he started mumbling in his language. He also did not thank me for my service after I paid he walked away and started speaking in Chinese again. Not cool.

My second time going there and I like my nails more this time than the first! Thank you Kim..Would definitely recommend setting an appointment because wait times can be looong.

I came in today to get my nails done for my wedding. I brought my own polish that I wanted for myself and my bridesmaid that was with me. I explained that I was getting married in 2 days and needed my nails to still look great the day of. The technician patiently explained to me the risks and benefits of going with a simple manicure. I ended up getting a gel set for longevity and she did an amazing job at helping me pick out a colour that matched exactly with what I had brought in. She was meticulous in applying the gel layers and in applying the sparkle dip at the end. I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely come again the next time I need my nails done.

Tech with the blonde streak and tattoos was unpleasant and nails did not last a week.Will not be returning.

I come here every month to get my gel fill and never leave unsatisfied. She is always changing it up and is creative with designs and colors. She takes her time and make you feel like an important part of her day. You wont regret booking her! Everyone seems friendly and the place is always clean.

I got a pedicure here from a soft spoken young man and it was good. My feet are ticklish, and he did a good job of scrubbing and massaging my feet. The polish looks lovely, and he did a design for me too which made it only a couple dollars more. It took about a half hour not including drying time. Good service, clean salon, and everyone is very polite.A family came in and all the nail techs were very nice to both their young children as the parents got pedicures.I will come here again!

Love this nail salon! I am fairly new to the area and have already become a regular. The salon is large and (typically) has a good number of employees working at once. They can get very busy at peak times so recommend calling ahead. Their prices are fairly typical and love their basic pedicure. Tip: they dont always offer but do have complimentary water.

My first visit to ABC Nails was not the best, but the owner immediately contacted me and offered to correct my nails and they look absolutely beautiful. The shape and ombré are beautiful, and they feel really sturdy. Good customer service and customer appreciation are very important to me and I revived that today! I will definitely be back. Amazing place if you want something specific and want to treat yourself. My technician did a great job helping me choose a color and shape that worked for me. She was meticulous in shaping them which I loved because I am a bit ocd about my nails being symmetric and consistent. But I was okay with that today. I do recommend making an appointment. Will definitely be back!

**** Ive been to ABC Nails twice now and both times have been great. Girl does a much better job on my nails than anyone else ever has. I get the gel polish and it lasts forever. I know gel polish is supposed to last but usually it chips before the second week. When girl did them for me they lasted 3 weeks and by that time had just grown out so much they had to be redone. Everything seems really sanitary and theyre very meticulous to make sure your nails look perfect. Even though its a 30 minute drive and there are salons much closer to my house, Im definitely not going anywhere else. Thanks so much girl for the great job! ****

This place is EXCELLENT. The owner really thought of everything! They offer massage in small increments (5 min!) and a full array of colors. Very sanitary and all the women do a very thorough job.I wish I could make this my salon!

This is a really great place. I came here as a walk-in and they were pretty busy but managed to squeeze me in. Got my nails done and they did such a good job. Probably the best manicure Ive had in Indianapolis. Im thrilled with the results.

Ive been trying various nail salons since I moved to the area, and I finally found my go-to place. Lee is the best nail technician Ive had in a long while! His work is very neat and he pays attention to detail. I also havent had any chipped or cracked nails since going here, so Im sure that means they use quality products as well. I havent gone anywhere else since I found this salon, and I dont plan to anytime soon!

Great place! A lot of staff so Im sure walk-ins are easier during not so busy hours. Technician was great - she was always asking me if what she was doing was okay and even gave me honest feedback on what color I should do!

First review...! I went in on a afternoon for a random pedicure. I was the only person there so I was immediately greeted and sent to a chair. The place is very clean and organized...most likely because it is new but it is very nice.massages which is super cool. My pedicure was not rushed and my toes look great. She was lightening fast but aggressive and rough, particularly on the nail prep with the course file.

My first time at ABC Nails was a success. I came without an appointment (do not recommend because the place is so popular that is always full) and they took me in. I did dip powder ombre nails and a regular pedicure. She took care of me and I havent been happier with any service.Overall, the atmosphere is very relaxing. They offer you drinks. LOVED THIS PLACE! booked a party of six for a pre-wedding nail day. They had an adorable sign for our party. They were super flexible with us (people kept changing their minds). Been coming here for the past years! They have a good selection of nail polish including other various brands. Their pedicures are really great for a reasonable price. They give you a short massage and which leaves your skin feeling & looking amazing! Their english is not as great but they try to understand you and they usually do. The other places nearby are not as clean as this place.😁😃🌾😀☘️

I hadnt been too happy with the few nail salons I have previously visited in Indianapolis, so I thought I would give this place a chance based on the stellar reviews. My first impression was that the owner was very polite and he even helped me choose a polish color. My tech was kind, honest and helpful. As far as the quality of her work is concerned, she was very gentle and she worked her magic to make sure my nails looked amazing. I had a great time chatting with her and assured her I would be back to see her again. I left my next appointment booked and walked out of there feeling happy and confident. My husband loved my nails and I thank him for recommending I go get my nails done as a Valentines Day present.

This spring was the first time in my life (now 45) that I began to have my nails done on a regular basis. Someone at my recommended, she has been wonderful to work with. She is very patient because I have tremors and cannot hold my hands still. Every time without exception my nails look absolutely wonderful when I walk out. The entire staff is very friendly. I moved to Indianapolis and I hadnt found a place as wonderful as this in over a year! The owner was amazing! The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and most importantly my nails are instagram worthy!

For people from out of town coming in.... Please realize there is a huge language barrier at this place... I asked for black nails with a checker flag on my large toe... my toenails are navy blue with big toe checkers...I asked for traffic light on pointer and checker on my ring fingers...Just received a drag light on my pointer nothing on my ring fingers...

This is my go to place for dip mani and pedi. All of the techs are very professional and polite. The salon is calm, quiet, and sophisticated. Their generous hours of operation are so helpful with a busy schedule.

I have a newborn at home and only had a couple of hours to spare for me time. I decided to come here for a much needed manicure since I live right around the corner. I have always gotten gel nails and have been astonished on how long they have lasted. They lasted a whole three days after getting them here. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The nail tech I had did a TERRIBLE job. Very sloppy work and the acrylic was very uneven and lumpy. Polish job was terrible. Oh and not to mention she filed my fingers so aggressively that three of them began to bleed. And then want to charge almost $70. I’m really confused how this business is getting any good feedback. You will really regret coming here. Won’t be returning. TRASH.

Its so hard to find a good nail place in Indianapolis. This one really is excellent. Great service, very clean and efficient! And they are reasonably priced. I was in and out for a mani pedi in about an hour and the quality of work was very good (and Im really picky). Will be coming back!

Today I came in to get my nails filled in and get Gel polish off because I didn’t like it. A lady proceeded to tell me that I’m crazy because I wanted regular polish. Then when her supervisor walked away she said I was crazy, AGAIN. I asked for one nail a different color, I just wanted sparkles. Simple concept. She picked a different color. The experience was terrible. It was so bad that I’m actually writing a review. MY FIRST ONE EVER!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!

I got a gel manicure last Monday and they started peeling by that Friday. I’ve never experienced that before at any other place. Staff was nice that’s why they’re getting a 2 star review instead of 1 star.

First time here - got a pedicure and had to pay extra for what every other place I have been to includes to take care of calluses. Even after that my feet still don’t look good. The way the tech cut my nails (in a rounded manner) caused so much pain it feels like ingrown toenails. Also got my daughters nails done for prom the same day and within 2 days, the nail polish had faded away and one of them had broken off. Super disappointing. The staff was nice but the results were not what we wanted.

I love this place and go there all the time they are nice 👍 and do really nice acrylics I would totally recommend going.

One nail technician constantly has an attitude, rudely snatches your hands and constantly complains that your fingers are too rigid. I explained to her that arthritis in my hands causes them to be stiff oftentimes. She took offence to my statement at which point I noticed that she just so happened to dig her nails into my hands twice. She doesnt take pride in her work and has the nerve to be angry if you dont give her a tip. My tip for her is not money but advice. Treat your customers the way that you would like to be treated. If theyre respectful to you, respond in like manner.

Absolute worst pedicure and it wasn’t cheap. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Still have polish on toes.

I usually have a good experience there but the last time was not a good. The tech rushed and tried to leave me with dirty and broken nails. When I pointed out what I wanted done to fix the problem she kept saying it was my fault my nail was messed up.. .uhhhh excuse me, that is why I came here, to get them fixed, very frustrating
