First time here and will definitely be my last! I originally wanted a french gel manicure but since I work in healthcare and have to constantly wash my hands and disinfect things I decided to do acrylic coffin style. The first guy that was assisting me was being very helpful and nice. But the second guy that came to do my nails was kind of rude and when I requested the french style on the second picture (which is what I wanted) he simply said he could not do it. Like he couldnt even try? Well what I got was whats on the first picture. He simply said thats what french is. Um last time I checked theres different designs for french you have to update yourself we are in 2021. And then last but not least they charge me $70 dollars for this! The excuse was because they had to remove my previous gel manicure and add the french design/coffin. Well first of all, this dont look like coffin its more like stiletto and second of all this is nothing close like the french I wanted. French style is something that is usually included with the full set price. These people are rip offs. Stay away from this place!

Overall my nails look OKAY. They are not my usual set that I that I will get at diamonds nails. I was a little bothered to the fact they do not have a lot of colors to choose from, Dont design,and nail tech keep Trying to persuade me to do dip powder. I allowed her to do one nail to see and it was horrible. My overall review for this company Is probably great for older women but not so much for the younger generation and The price that I paid it was not worth it compared to diamonds yes it was cheaper 70 but the quality is not to part for the price basic coffin nail with red gel polish short not long

My nails are naturally long. I get Acrylic for extra nail support. I had 2 nail breaks. Both of my middle fingers. Lets just say that for a fill in, 2 fixes 1 and 1/2 hrs of my time. Unsatisfied with the details of my nails. $70? And no fix on errors? Im completely disappointed and will never send money here again.

They were clean, however the hidden prices were outrageous for the poor quality of rushed through job on my nails I asked for the coffen look since I hadnt had my nails done in awhile I had them done on Weds and bye Friday one was cracked and one has broke I called on Friday and got no answer so today is Saturday I would like a refund and the crooked nails off so I can go somewhere else but the pedicure was on point Im still trying to get the glue off the start and finish of my nails were rushed and almost confrontational as if she was gonna do what she wanted not like I asked my nails are crooked and I wont go back or recommend that place to anyone else now I understand why they were eempty 😒😒 my advice is pls check out the comments b4 you go because had I checked the comments I would have never went I see nothing but sloppy work and bad comments in the reviews

Been going to Allure over 3 years. My nail and toes always come out looking just the way I want. They are so friendly and make me feel special. I would definitely ask for the hot rocks when you get a pedicure it’s feels amazing.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THEIR PRICES VARY PER CLIENT AND NOTHING CLOSE TO THEIR PRICES LISTED! MY SISTER GOT POLISH CHANGE AND A REPAIR WAS TOLD AT THE END IT WAS $30. MIND YOU THE TECH JUST FILLED THE SPLIT NAIL DOWN NOT REPLACE IT. I GOT A FULL SET AND THE PRICE LIST SAID $45 FOR REGULAR SIZE BUT WAS CHARGED $65. OUR NAILS ARE HORRIBLE AND WE’LL NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICES FOR MOTHERS DAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I don’t think the photos do my nails justice of how horrible they are. Never have I gotten a more thick bubbly gel manicure. It looks like I did that ridiculous challenge of 100 coats of polish. My fault I called at 6:40 to ask if they could still do it, owner said of course. The tech was not happy when I arrived and she was so rough. When I told her I wanted almond shape, she was not happy. This job was definitely not worth $53.00. I have been to other places where the most I spend for gel is $40 and I get what I want.

I got a full set using dip on Tuesday. Less than 24 hours later one of my nails had broken off. By Thursday another nail had cracked. I had to take off work to go back today (Friday) because 3 more nails were cracking. My nails were originally not done how I wanted them (short and neutral color) they turned out longer and pink but I was ok with it until they started falling apart just after I got them done. When I went back to have them fixed the lady told me that she would put more dip on top of the ones that were cracking when I asked for them all to be taken off and requested a refund. I allowed Her to coat my nails with additional dip and fix the broken nail. However during the process she argued with me about the length saying they were long (which they are not) and that requires more coats of dip. I showed her my “inspiration” photo which was clearly a short neutral set. When she fixed the broken nail she cut it obviously longer than the rest of my nails to try and prove that the set was longer. She stated that I did not pay for a long set when I was initially there and I had to tell her that was because they were not supposed to be the length they were which still wasn’t considered long. Overall I had a terrible experience and will never patronize this business again.

I had a great experience! The staff were friendly and did a great job. I could tell they were taking the time to do things well, not just quickly. I will certainly be back.

Had my first pedicure ever at Allure many years ago before their first change in ownership. While I was very disappointed with the quality of service after that change of ownership a few years ago, I was intrigued to hear that management had once again changed this past summer! Visited with my mom and the service is now outstanding. This is a great place to get a manicure or a pedicure, although it is disappointing to see that they do not have as many customers because they are negatively impacted by reviews given in the past few years, before the latest management change. Definitely try this place out again!

My daughter and I came in for a manicure and pedicure in the evening. They were busy. The people who worked there were very nice! Even though they were understaffed, they took their time on us and dis a great job. They knew people by name and took interest in people they didnt know. We will definitely come back!! ☺

Had been waiting at my regular salon for about 45 minutes, despite having an appointment. I called Allure because they were in the same parking lot and was told they could get me in within 15 minutes. The wait was actually less than that and they did a great job on my nails and cost less than Ive been paying at the other salon. Theyve gained a customer!What a difference a 2nd appointment with a different nail tech makes. $50 for a ink and white ombre fill...the messiest process Ive ever sat through. I got my nails done Friday and was still picking residual product from my cuticles up until yesterday. I also told the tech a couple times that I did not like a point at the tip of my nails and grew tired of repeating myself, so I filed the point down myself once I got home. This tech asked who I went to before and I told her. Apparently my former tech is her old boss and she trash-talked her the entire time...even after I said I actually like the woman. I found this completely unprofessional, especially coming from a tech who did sloppy work. This visit cost more time and money on behalf-I paid more, but also spent a good amount of time after the visit cleaning up the mess. She wiped my hands down with acetone before I left, but as soon as it dried, it was pointless. I wont return here. Id rather wait on my regular tech who this tech spoke so poorly of...at least she does a great job (Tips & Toes).

I received a gel manicure. While the girl did an okay job at the time, the paint was peeling in under a week. Other shellacs Ive gotten have lasted minimum 2 weeks, many up to three before they start to peel. The manicure just doesnt really look very good, as its not very shiny and really thick looking on my nails. There are definitely better salons elsewhere.

They treat me like family and take very good care of my nails. I get a fill with gel polish every time, and they dont disappoint.

This used to be my favorite salon, also. The quality, friendly atmosphere & cleanliness has suffered greatly since the change in ownership. Most recently, I made an appointment for a specific pedicure that was to take an hour (special scrub & massage for legs & feet). After being rushed through in 40 minutes, the scrub was literally put on & rinsed off ... there was no sloughing off skin at all. As far as the oh-so-relaxing massage, merely lotion applied to feet & ankles.They were busy, all right, but I wonder for how long when other regulars catch on to the lack of quality from the new owners.Color me GONE!!

Used to be my favorite salon. Been going to Sarah for a long time and she does an awesome fill. But the new owners have instructed techs to ignore the appointments for walk-ins so I have been jerked around several times and yesterday was unable to get Sarah as my tech. Bad business sense. I can walk in to any shop and I will, but not yours.Oh and not as clean as it used to be.Bah bye.

My first time coming for a polish change. Told to move to another pedicure station to accommodate two other women who where having pedicures together. Refused to move and told I was here first when several others stations readily available. Pedicure left polish on my left ankle and very poor job to say the least. Told manager who removed my polish and repolished after I told them I was done with previous employee. Employee continued to joke with other two women and coworker in native language. I told her that Im done with her unprofessionalism and attitude. This business deserves a zero star.

Horrible service. They charge more for service, quality is terrible and will only guarantee a $45 dip set for one day! Stay away from these people!

Got a gel manicure with a business contact on Wednesday. They didnt even soak my hands and barely did anything to my cuticles, which look terrible because they just cut them dry and didnt even cut all of them or push them back. My nails already look bad and it hasnt even been a week which completely defeats the purpose of a gel manicure. They were clearly rushing us. My nails look unprofessional and I cannot explain how messy and overgrown my cuticles look.I am considering asking them to redo it or give me my money back since that was a waste of $35 but I do not know if I trust them to do it again.

I went in the day before my wedding and showed them a pic of what I wanted and they said no problem. I got through the pedi but 85% in to the mani, after several attempts, they said they couldnt do what I asked for. I was literally sitting there with dried plain clear gel polish. They got very annoyed when I showed them pics of alternatives I was willing to go with; at one point, the gentleman slammed down his tools and said I cant do that! Needless to say I left unhappy. My cuticles bled and peeled for days after the terrible mani. I will NEVER go back

Spend $298 on 2 $40 pedicures got 1 gel set with gel polish for my niece ans I got the dipping powder and gel polish and my 8yr old got gel polish and then a week later my nail came off my other nails are already coming off and when I show thewhat happened they literally acted like if they couldn’t do anything!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE NO RESPECT
