Got a set of gel acrylics two weeks ago and one started lifting by day 2. I came back in yesterday for a fill (after two weeks) and I will probably never be back. The woman cut them way too short when I asked to keep the length and just buff the edges. She didn’t push my cuticles back at all and there is now still a gap between my nail and the brand new fill. She got polish on my skin too. and the GEMS! ugh! They are almost ALL off center. They were running late and we were there after closing so I felt rushed and I paid and left, even though I knew they were ugly then. I got home though and couldn’t stand how crooked and stubby they are. I called and asked if they could fix it, or at least center the gems, and they were dismissive and didn’t offer any solutions or follow-up fixes. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Especially after having a nice talk with such kind people, I didn’t think they would overcharge for such terrible work. Not to mention my nails are still sore because the woman was clearly rushing and not being careful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I cannot believe I am out $45 for such a trash fill in.

I am getting my nails done here since 2020. Can get an appointment last minute or make it in advance, either way sometimes need to wait for nail tech at the time of your appointment, but its totally fine. There are many nail services are available, I usually get gel nails, and only one time the polish came off withing the week. Normally, wear gel for around 3 weeks.Very nice atmosphere at this nail salon. And nice music too)) Definitely recommend this place!

I have a hard time finding a good nail salon so I am so excited to say that I love this place. I will come back definitely. The salon was extremely clean. I made an appointment and they got me in on time! I had Sultradiva as my nail technician and she did my eyebrow waxing too. She went above and beyond to make my experience great. Also the selection of polish is amazing. So much to choose from. The price was very reasonable as well and they make it easy to tip! I will be a repeat customer!

I got my nails done for my wedding on 10/02/2020. The lady doing my nails was buffing them with the drill, before she put the fake nails on me, and in the process I was cut pretty bad with the electrical drill/nail file thing. The lady‘s response was “oh you’ll be okay, just put makeup on it”. Of course it was my ring finger too! Just my luck lol. It not only looked bad in my wedding pictures (when close up pictures were taken of my hands) but it also hurt! I just wish the lady was more careful and cared.On 05/25/2021 I got gel polish on my nails which cost $35. Not even one day later it chipped. Anytime I get gel polish anywhere else it lasts 2+ weeks. I went back to get it fixed and I was told I had to make an appointment. My appointment was then set for 05/28/2021. I got there and told them I have an appointment, then after I was waiting for 15 minutes 3 other customers got there and said they didn’t have an appointment and they wanted a full set.. and they were taken back immediately. Another lady got there about 30 minutes after I was waiting, she also had an appointment at 6 pm (same as me) and she was taken back immediately. I’m assuming it’s because I wasn’t spending as much money? So they didn’t care. I just wanted a nail fix vs a new full set. It’s just a bit rude and unprofessional.

This place is amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I’ve been to many nails salons in the area and this is by far the best place! I got a ombré full set and gel pedicure. The prices are reasonable and they really take pride in their work so it’s not rushed! Probably the best full set and pedicure I’ve had in a long, long time! You won’t regret coming here!

I live in Chicago, but come here when I visit my family. Everyone is so friendly and they do a beautiful job! I like the atmosphere as well. It’s clean and they play good music. 😊

Great salon!! Everyone was nice and welcoming. They have tons of different colors to choose from, which made it really hard to pick one (guess I have to go back again)! I took my girls (under 10) and everyone treated them with kindness, customers included.

I’ve been here a few times now and have never been satisfied with my nails. I kept giving them a chance because the location is convenient for me and the salon is nice inside. However, the customer service and quality of nails is horrible.I got a fill a few months ago and not even two weeks later my nails were popping off. I’ve never had this issue before till then. I had 3 come off in 2 days and when I went in to get them fixed they wanted me to pay.Yesterday my daughter and I went in there for an apt at 6. When we got there they seemed unorganized told me they couldn’t see us till 6:30. Once we were finally seen I clearly told the lady that one of my nails was sore and that I had broken my real nail. She completely ignored what I said and used the drill on it. It hurt so bad that I jumped out of my chair and it started bleeding underneath. As she continued she didn’t ask what length I wanted and just started cutting away at my nails. I couldn’t tell how short she made them till she finished one hand. Then I told her she made them way too short and she didn’t care at all. She said that’s how they looked in the picture you showed me which was nothing like the picture I showed her!

Today I took my cousin’s daughters to get their nails done before her wedding tomorrow, I was waiting at another salon when I call to ask if they could fit me in. The lady on the phone said yes if we could get there in 5 mintues. I told the girls let’s go and when we got to Polish Mi we waited 5 mintues and got in and got our gel nails in no time!! All the ladies were so nice and friendly! The girls were so happy with their nails and I love mine!! I am never going back to that other salon Polish Mi is my go to now!!

I came across this place as I was searching for somewhere to get a pedicure, the reviews were outstanding and is what drew me in so I made the appt. This is a fairly new business and I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing, the decor’ is beautiful and the customer service is impeccable. I have been to many nail salons in Indianapolis and Polish Mi tops them all. Polish Mi Nail are patient with each client, are clean and gentle when working on sensitive skin. Technicians make sure the shape and cuticles are perfect to your liking, and communicate with their clients!!

5/18/2021I was there for a 9:30 am appt today on May 18th, 2021 with Wawa, she did a great job. There was a client who came in twice with no mask wanting a service. She returned 30 minutes later to get a pedicure, again with no mask. I ask my technician if they had to serve clients without a mask, she stated, she didnt know. After my service, I ask to speak to one of the owners outside about my concerns. She stated we have a sign on the door, I said yes but your not enforcing it. I said I wont call the Board of health but pls correct it. I like your salon and want to come back but I want to be safe/ 5 minutes later the other owner (sisters) called me and said never to return to her nail salon. So unprofessional and NOT following Marion County Mask mandate guidelines. I did nothing wrong except trying to keep our citizens in Marion County safe. The nail tech was inexperienced and another tech had to start over. The polish was old and too thick, she didnt seem to understand the problem. With that said I will go back but ask for another tech.

DO NOT BOOK ON-LINE!!! THEY WILL MISS YOUR APPT. This happened to me twice, luckily I had the email verification so they fit me in. However, each time I had to wait over 45 minutes, and my water got cold. Made a third appt in person during my second visit. Come back for the third appt, and sure enough they doubled booked my gal and asked me to come back at 12:00pm today. Im done with this company and will not be back. Dont care how nice a place looks, they lack basic booking knowledge which leads to poor customer outcomes. I dont want to spend $75 on a pedicure, and walk out of a salon feeling angry.

Ive tried 3 times now, different nail techs: each time Im disappointed. Today I came out with rough edges on two nail, dip polish stains on my skin around the nails, globs of the gel polish under my nails, and on skin. Spent 5 min in parking lot trying to clean them up to meet someone for lunch. Im done with Polish Mi. Their nail techs are not well trained.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. They are very polite as soon as you walk in the door. Don’t rush you to pick your colors and they even speak great English and don’t talk in their language very much. The lady doing my pedi even apologized when talking on their language because they try to keep it at a minimum while working. I was also impressed the owner of the shop came over and told my friend that was with me she was sorry for the wait and will be discounting the pedi for her. The pedi was very not rushed what so ever and my feet feel great! I was so amazed with how everything turned out! This will definitely be my new nail spot!
