I went for a gel pedicure and asked for a square shape and it looked so bad. After I paid I looked at my toes up close and it just wasn’t straight at all and the polish was so uneven. The people are really nice but I wish I didn’t pay $50 + tip for that. I went back inside to at least get the shape fixed but it still didn’t look right because of the polish.

I walked in not knowing it was after closing time. Tina insisted I stay and she and Sadie both took care of me. The were kind, extremely friendly and did an excellent job on my manucure and pedicure. I will definitely be returning!!! Thank you Tina & Sadie!!!

Have been going for many years. The only place that I will allow them to work my my feet. Pedis last a long time. They do a superb manicure job too. I usually get the gel polish. The prices are posted and they appreciate cash (no ccard fees).

Tina and her husband do an outstanding job every single time I come in. They are funny polite and accommodating. No matter how far I live I will always come to PT nails. Best service around.

When I first started coming to PT Nails a few years ago, I had very weak nails that would tear and break before they had a chance to grow. I did gel manicures a few times, but the gel would begin cracking and chipping after just a few days. Then Tina recommended I try powder dip. The durability is incredible! I do a lot of work with my hands and my nails hardly ever show the wear. My manicure now lasts 3-4 weeks, so while dip more expensive than a gel manicure, it’s worth it to me for the extra time it lasts. Plus, there are lots of beautiful colors (solid and glitter) to choose from.The staff is always very friendly. The hours are also super convenient, so it’s easy to go after work, but they do get busy as the weekend gets closer. I try to go at off-peak times — Monday-Tuesday afternoons or early Saturday mornings — because I always have great experiences and the overall results are better when they’re able to take their time and not rush.

The man who did my nails and feet was very rough. My nails definitely weren’t the best i’ve had done. He also kept getting very irritated that I wouldn’t relax and was talking about me to other people but never could say something to me about it. It’s pretty hard to relax if you’re hurting someone.

Tina is fabulous the man however is rough made me bleed and wss upset i didnt want gel for 15 more i have gel assortments amd a light at home why waste 15 i can buy a box of 6 diff colors full size bottles for 10 bucks on amazon i dont and wont ever pay 15 for gel polish ridiculous but tina made up for it i love her she will b the.only one i see again

Best pedicure on the south side!!! Shop is clean and updated. They have a ton of dip powder colors! I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Sadie is fabulous and fast but also very pleasant to chat with. She made it very relaxing and enjoyably. I recommend her. The owner was great she made me feel very welcome. On my last visit... she stayed late for me.. super cool!!!If you can not see they are red and black.. they look 3D, got it on my pedicure also.,So happy!!!

The very 1st time I went I loved it, the atmosphere was cool the owner Tina was very welcoming, outgoing, bubbly and hands on with customers that come in. She asked me what I want got me right in a chair she joked, smiled, talked and made me laugh. Sadi one of the nail artist who done my fingernails 💅 was sweet & friendly and amazing at her job,When she was done with my nails it didnt even feel like I had any on. I love that the most when getting my nails done. Over all this place is fun & Easy going I felt welcomed like I had been coming there for years!! I was upset on my last visit the only thing I didnt like is my pedi, my feet were still dry and cracked feeling they wasnt smooth as usual my toenails were cut a little Crockett. I paid extra for a design but it didnt look the exact same as I ask for its kinda sloppy I think maybe they was in a hurry this time, Im low-key upset and dislike the way it looks but Im not gonna give up hope just yet because everyone has a bad day I totally understand. So Im gonna keep going and give Pt nails 2 thumbs up1👍👍Fingers crossed 🤞that everything is back to normal when I go back! They employees were very respectful and kind i didnt have to wait to long either i got a full set of nails and they look absolutely beautiful and Id go back their in a heart beat Tina made sure we were so happy my daughters also got their nails and eye brows done and they love them as well so thank you pt nails.

Got there an hour after they opened and i was in the chair within 15 minutes. My nail tech was quite but he was nice. if i wanted my nails a little more rounds or shorter, he didnt mind fixing it. The salon was nice and clean and relaxing. I will be going again.

My nails broke in 2 days. They turned me away instead of fixing them

Tina did my pedicure and did an amazing job. A skinny male did my nails, a fill in not even a whole set, I got coffin shape and they are the absolute worst, most horid shape I’ve ever received! Uneven, bulkly, and soooo thin he didn’t thicken them up at all. My nails have never been this bad, ever. They did nothing to fix them when I said how bad he did.

Got my girl nails did here very good job walkins are welcomed as well.

I NEVER LEAVE A REVIEW. I honestly hate getting my nails done because they NEVER turn out spectacular. I’ve always had a bad experience and just never been 100% satisfied. I went to Tammy’s nails the last 3 times and they all seemed careless. I came to this place for the first time and it was worth it. They did a great job. I haven’t been happy about my nails in years. You can define tell they focus on the details. Thank you so much!

😲 OMG, I went here a couple of months ago and I had meant to leave a review, but anyhow, I was just getting my fill, okay no problem.... the guy filled my nails, and I was cursed out in mandarin, or whatever the language they speak all because when he was painting my nails, I asked for another coat of polish because you could still see the white of my nail!! He went off in his language, got up and someone had to come and finish!! And she tried to be nice as possible, by telling me he had a bad day!! Also she told me no one uses polish anymore, everyone uses gel now! I dont want gel, I want polish!! Needless to say I will NEVER go back here!! That was definitely a 1st!! And its definitely my last visit!!

Went here today for the first time and was greeted so warm and comfy. Sam worked wonders on my feet and hands. Tina was just so professional, welcoming and delightful my entire time there. This will be my new nail home in Indianapolis.

I went to this place consecutively for 6 months and it was the best salon with the best service I have ever been to. Always timely and always amazing service. The manicures and pedicures were always amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon. Mimi usually did my nails and they never ever looked less than perfect.

I have my nails done all around the country as we are full-time RVers. This is one of the nicest nail salon I have visited. It is clean and very friendly. Michelle did an excellent job with my gel polish manicure. She is very patient and did my nails exactly the way I wanted. I will return here when I am in the area.

Went for a pedicure. Left feeling like I paid $30 for someone to change my polish, exfoliate my legs and lotion them down. My feet didn’t soak that long, was quickly scrubbed, lotioned, then polished. My calluses are very much still there, my feet and heels still feel rough. I do better with the pumice stone on my own in the shower. Very disappointed.

Ive never gone anywhere else for my pedicures and I never will. Tina is an angel and is always so gentle when cutting out my painfully ingrown toenails. Ive had full sets and manicures done here also and they always look fantastic. Thank you to everyone here!

I brought my wedding party here for pre-wedding manicures. Most of the bridal party was unhappy with the gruff service. Some of us asked for gel polish on our nails and a matching color on our toenails-- the colors werent even close to matching. My mother had a full set done, and had to have them removed two weeks later. It took her normal salon two hours to remove the set because of how poorly they were done. The floors were dirty, and the pedicure chair did not have functioning massagers.

This is the most amazing salon I have ever been to they are really nice and helpful. I highly recommend going to this salon. I would go to PT Nails again and even bring my friends and some of my friends do.

There were three of us tonight and we all wanted mani/pedis. They had already closed but insisted on us still coming in. After getting there, absolutely nothing was rushed and they did a fantastic job with all of us. Definitely will always recommend this place!

Wont be back. The older guy that did my nails got ticked off that I didnt want gel. He was then completely rude and wouldnt even talk to me. He would only tap my hand to have me move and was not gentle at all. Very painful! ! Then he drug my jacket across the floor when I walked to the dryer. First time here. .. wont be returning.

This was my first time going here and I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I had the guy do my nails and he made 3 out of the 10 nails of mine bleed from being so careless. He took the drill thing they use and went around my cuticles with it cutting into my cuticles so painful. When he went to do my design he didnt even put the lines on straight he was so careless with the job he done. The lady told me he was mad at her for taking a customer at 7:30 when they close at 8 but all I needed was a fill and there was nobody there and she agreed to take me she could of said come back tomorrow and I would have rather done that then leave sore. I then went to pay for my fill and my crappy paint job and she told me it would be $35.00 and I looked at her like are you serious? 15 for fill and $10.00 for design and you are charging me $35.00 I dont think so... so after having a back and forth disagreement with her she still talked in circles trying to get the money out of me saying she is the owner and pays $4,000.00 a month at the building which is not my problem when it comes to my nails she also said it was a harder design LOL!. I then handed her the $25.00 after she finally said okay well then she said you are not going to give me a tip... how ungrateful why should I tip someone who does a poor job. I asked her if I returned tomorrow if she would fix my paint for the horrible job they done and she said if I paid her more money. Why should I pay you more money when you are the one who destroyed my nails. Needless to say I had to come home and take all the nail polish off my nails and have to go somewhere tomorrow and pay someone to repaint them as well as shape them as he made some of them square some round and didnt even bother to ask. I can not believe the horrible service I received if I was them I would be downright ashamed of myself. The ladies name was Tina she said she cares about her customers her and her husband but if she did why would you treat a customer in such a manner and not make things right. Very disappointed in this company. I would not recommend going here anytime of the day morning, noon, or night! This was my first and LAST time!!!

I really likethis place my first time goingthere very affordable it was only 15$ for a fill in and the guy was a little rough bc he was in a hurry but he was really nice and polite but my second time going another guy did my fill in and he was so rude and unpleasant then charged me 20$ when it was suppose to be 15$ for a fill in i asked did they raise there prices and he said no so i asked why it was 20$ but the last time it was$15 hee said bc i have long nails its an up charge so next time i do go Ill make sure not to have himdo them overall they do a good job just go up and down on there prices

My friend got her nails done hby the husband, they are extremity bumby and very uneven. She was also bleeding on multiple fingers because he was so rough. She told him that since they did such a bad job, the least they could do was get the nail polish off her cutical/ finger. The wife responded with putting cutical oil on it and saying it wasn’t the nail polish it was because of her “black skin” but the color she chose was a baby pink. They are very rude and should not be a business if they don’t know how to do there jobs. My friend had also called after she got home and asked if they could give her a refund or redo them the next day, the wife was on the phone yelling for 20 MINUTES saying her husband is the best nail tech there.

Ive been going for over a year and I cant say enough how much I love this place. I brought all my friends, my daughter, and my sister goes here as well. They come up with all the designs my daughter loves too.

Defiantly coming here for now on. Got to sit in a massage chair while waiting for my sis in law. Love Love this place!

Terrible experience. I went a few months ago and as mentioned the older man was very rough on my hands, super painful. And wasnt pleasant. I usually go to VIP nails in Avon, but live in Greenwood so I decided to try here. Needless to say I wont be returning. I will gladly make the extra 30 minute drive to Avon from now on.

I went to get one nail fixed and it’s crooked and the paint is sloppy. The guy was rushed just to fix one nail. I’m not going back.
