Love the place nail for my special day. Just like how I want.

Went in at 4:00 couldnt even get my nails soaked off and they were all standing around speaking their language wouldnt even respond

Very happy with my nails! They look great!

I like that they got me in at the last minute and the prices were just a little less than several other places. They also did a good job on my nails and toes.

I’ve completely had it with this place. Once you tell them to correct a nail their clearly being sloppy on THEY WILL RUIN YOUR WHOLE SET! I’m so tired that we come and spend so much money (80-100 bucks) and only get $30 service!! This really needs to change and i will never come back here.

The gentleman who did mg nails did a great job... And I dont even have a long nail... He made it look like I had a nail... Love his work... In the photo my nails were 2 weeks old

My first time going here and it was the best nail shop Ive ever been in. The girl that did my nails took her time and did a great job. This is now my go to nail shop!

Sloppy work, they obviously didnt try. Nails were crooked and had to get them fixed. Lumpy nail polish.

Love this nail salon. Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere and really love the large selection of nail colors.

I went to this nail shop three times and same experience, first time I went there the Sunday and by Tuesday my nail polish was all off, the second time same day when I leave the nail shop two of the nails fell off, I went back there I show them they say I of to pay to do it again I left and find somewhere else. On Friday I needed my nails done and everywhere was full so yet again I went there wasn’t satisfied at all and yesterday one my nail fell off again. I would never ever recommend this place

Worst nail experience I have ever had

I’ve been here more than 3 times. It’s my 2nd choice when my 1st choice is too full. All of the techs do great work but they don’t follow instructions very well. On more than occasion I detected frustration when asking for color design. I get gel manicures biweekly and the colors they have are very outdated which make it hard to choose a color that is beautiful against my skin. If you like basic then you’ll love this place. If you want something special I do not recommend this place for you.

First one in I was greeted with a good afternoon. Was asked what service will I be receiving (pedicure). Was told to pick my color and was guided to a seat. Had hot bubbly water going told the man I wanted to let my feet sit because its been a min. He was OK with that. When the time came for him to start he asked if I was OK told him yes. He started on my feet and he did his thing! He was gentle and did a little massage. He brought out the hot towels which smelled nice and clean. If he missed a spot he will go back. I dont have a nail home now I do I will now come to this place for service.Just left it took 1hr and 20 mins just for a pedicure

They dont seem to speak or understand English at all, the tech made my nails way to thick and she didnt do them as I asked and I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. I do not recommend at all

I thought Id stop in since I live in the area plus I was pressed for time. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. I got a pedicure and the man doing my pedicure was nice and I asked for white polish on my toes. He used a pumice stone that was used on I dont know how many other customers!!! Fast forward to the polish. He polished my toes which were white fine. Then he puts a pink top coat over the white and caused my toes to have a dingy look to them! I wasnt statisfied but I could manage! Then I proceeded to get my nails done! The lady was okay she didnt speak much I had to tell her to be gentle because she kept filing my nail bed making them split and bleed and thought it was funny when I wanted to yell at her! Fast forward she took her sweet time as I was already there 1 hour 45 minutes. 1 hour later I ended up with a terrible set! I asked for gel... she had gel all over my fingers on the side of my fingers and my nail bed I had air bubbles in the polish I had acrylic under my nails and on the crease on the side of my nails it was a hot mess! I was pissed and I paid my money ! (My services totaled out to be $80.00) But before I did leave the lady took a picture of my nails and laughed and started speaking in her language! I was running late already I was pissed about the nails I just left. The next day literally polish chipped off my toes polish already look terrible and dingy!!! Then 2 of my nails came off without me even knowing looked down and they were broken! Then the next day more came off! The lady didnt use enough acrylic on my nails so they were coming off left and right!!!! I wasted my money!!! I paid $80 for trash its been a little over a week now and I have a hand full of broken nails and chipped disgusting toe nail polish!!!!! As bad as I want to come back up there Im not out of fear Id go to jail!!!!! Now I have to pay to get these nails soaked off because Im not even due for a fill-in!

My feet look good but my nails are terrible. Foundation is terrible and bulky.

$40 for some nails that only lasted my daughter 4 days. They did not glue the nails down right nor did they fit the nails to the nail beds as they should have. 😠😡 Will go elsewhere.

Dont waste your hard earned money here pls. I went for a pedicure and my feet were the same as when I came out I had to go to the store and buy the accessories to do them myself and they basically use a cheese shredder to remove the callouses from under my feet and it hurt. I did not get nail polish or anything and they charged me $30.00 and was not about to except anything less. I was sooo disappointed and walked out feeling I was robbed. They got one star but Ill give them none if I could.

When I moved to indy I just needed a fill in, and they did a great job. Now that I went back I told my 5month old son in his car seat carrier (notice that I didnt know that it said no pets, kids, or babies allowed.) And my son is a calm baby he doesnt fuss or cry. And I was almost done with my full set until the lady (owner) walk out and just stared at my baby like of he was some kind of nasty insect. She had that nasty look that you will even notice. And I was so close to tell her to stop looking at him because she was going to scare him. But I paid almost $30 for a stupid service that only lasted me a week. A WEEK. And my nails fell off. Never going back to wait my time. BAD SEEVISE DONT RECOMMEND TO BE HONEST!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I contacted his nail salon twice before I called and Uber to arrive before closing just so they can tell me that nobody can do my nails. This is a poor example of how a business should be ran..business

I went here this past weekend with my cousin for a pedicure. There was no wait, which was nice. The older lady that did my nails was good until I felt sharp pain on my big toe. Didnt think much of it. However, today my toe is extremely painful and literally throbbing. I looked closer at it, and she had cut my nail very short and rounded the edges significantly. I have had maybe one ingrown toenail in my life, but this is something else. Can barely walk and just woke up during the night bc my toe hurts so bad. Would never go here again.

First time going to this shop and the Non Asian looking guy takes an hour and a half to do my pedicure. Very slow! He scraped the bottom of my foot raw and drew blood. Didnt apologize but sprayed alcohol directly on my cut which made it hurt 10x worse. I knew then that I wasnt paying for the pedi because they would waive the fee because I was injured. The owner not only wanted me to pay for it but told me to never come back because of my refusal to pay. Ridiculous!!!! Ironic thing is I wasnt going back anyway. I will not recommend to anyone!

The place was very nice & clean. First Time there and they were nice & sweet, also nails were very affordable.

Do not go here I repeat do not go here... Came in there to do a refill and the next day my nails were coming off.... And they wanted to charge me for it.. Do not go here.....

The most unprofessional and rude staff.

My suggestion would be to make an appointment at a time/day when its not very busy (i.e. not Saturdays haha). They dont turn people away so they end up rushing and skipping out on quality during those times which is not worth it for the price.

Q Nails do a good job on my nails everytime I go there.

No UV bulbs in the dryer so it takes longer to dry. But Im happy with my manicure.

Everytime I go there I have a good time doing my periducure they guy who always do my nails takes his time and for 1 hr that I spend there is fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!

This place doesnt care about ur nails. I told the lady not to file the sides of my real nails.. She used toe nail clippers and cut my real nails off.. So very 😠. Wouldnt recommend

I got a fill and a color change and omg no... first, the new acryllic they put down was THICK, not even fushed at the cuticle or anything. Then the girl who painted them with their version of gel, didnt even paint it on correctly. Their nail polish there is THICK, which is very unprofessional and will never turn out pretty for the customer. I paid $33...

This place is the best, always friendly, wont go anywhere else, my nails always look fabulous
