Not a pleasant experience.Extremely overpriced for the lack service and quality you receive.My polish chipped not even two hours afterwards.Tools are not sanitized and I am now petrified after reading other reviews.

I am so in love with my nails. Very fast friendly amazing experience highly highly recommended gave me exactly what I wanted!!! My cuticles and hands are in no way a reflection of the nail Tech she is amazing!!!

I will never go back here again.! Both of my hands are infected. My pinky is so swollen and so infected because they did not clean their utensils they didnt clean their stuff so now Im stuck with an infection and I called them to tell them what was going on and the lady was so rude and didnt understand a word I was saying I said Im going to sue you and she said oh its not a good time you come back tomorrow Im done Ive been in pain since they this is happen I cant take the nails off because my fingers are in so much pain I do not recommend this place for anyone look at my pictures.....

Great Service and Detail to Quality

I sat in the chair while my attendant finished playing a game on her tablet. She encouraged me to upgrade my pedi $6 for some extra treatment. I didnt even get a regular pedi treatment no massage nothing just washed feet scrubbed a little and polished. I was disappointed when what usually takes 30 to 40 minutes adding extra money to 20 minutes.

Anthony did a really great job on my nails and he takes his time doesn’t rush thru and made sure that I was satisfied. He does awesome work!!! This is the definitely go to place if you need your nails done.

I love coming here!! They always do a good job on my nails. Its only 2 of them (husband & wife) who do full-sets & fills so the wait time can be long if you come on weekends or in the evening. I normally do during the day on a weekday since I work nights. The prices are a tad bit higher than other places (I paid $40 for full-set (white tips) before the tip. I think its worth it for the great job they do.

I absolutely love this place they do a great job I have never been disappointed not once in the two years Ive been going it would scare me to death to think I would have to find another place to go because they are that good... and the entertainment is wonderful

Long wait for a fill in. (2 hrs) I dont know why I waited so long. But my nails look good. Idk if I will be back or not been going here 7 months now. This is the worst experience Ive had which wasnt horrible. I constantly recommend these 2. I hope today was just a fluke.

The owner never washed his hands after blowing and digging in his nose before touching my nails and when i addressed him about it he yelled at me being disrespectful so i left and got my nails done else where. I don’t recommend this place it’s unsanitary and they are rude!

Ive tried several times because I live close by but the woman that does them never gets all the nail gel polish off before she adds another overlay no matter what I say. She is not friendly nor is her husband who is not very good at sculptured nails at all. The best thing about that place is their son he is very respectful, warm and friendly every time he sees you. You never know maybe his parents will learn from him.

Very nice friendly people. I came in 30 minutes before close and they didnt turn me away. They have lots of polish to choose from. I got a full set with mood change polish.

The nails I wanted were $80 I told her less diamonds so it wasn’t so expensive and she still changed me $80 and diamonds have already fallen off 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible customer service-- Not friendly to the customers and older man was horribly rude to another middle school client. They talked only among themselves the entire time with the kid messing with everything. Prices are highest Ive seen in Indy.

They were okay, I will not go back, they werent mean, but they were not friendly, they talked to each other, not the customer! And they charge you for EVERY little thing they do, even cutting your nails down! The highest nail salon Ive been to! I still tipped, but I will not return! Oh and yes, I did like my nails, but great customer service means a lot more to me, I will forever stand by my statement, you can do your job great and have a bad attitude and I personally would not want to be in that persons present! If you do your job half way decent, but have a great attitude, I will keep coming around!! Thats just me!! Also I need to add this if they dont know, I think its rude that they speak in there language, I mean, are you saying something about my nails/toes, or rather if I am white, black, brown, green purple, etc!.?You are talking around customers, and there is no other way to define that action, but morally rude!

I use to go in there all the time but it got to much when they let there kid run around then place all the time. But I thought I would give them another shot so I have been in there a few times the same thing kid running around all the time but again I was looking over that but i was in there one time and they told me it will only be a min well that lead into 30min and i just left because they took someone back that came in there after me. But yet again I go in there again today Wednesday June 27, 2018 and the lady was waiting on someone and the husband was in the back but someone else came in the husband came up to me and asked me if I could wait a few minutes so his wife could paint the ladies nails that she was not feeling well and could not do the other ladies feet and I said yes. But come to find out the wife was not only painting her nails but needed to fill them in to so I sat there for 20min and seen that. Its like they did not want to wait on me. And again the kid being loud they need a babysitter like everyone else does kids should not be at your job with u like that.

Very great deals and prices although very dissatisfied with the service. I’ve came in many times and each time was a little different . Joe had gotten upset with me for wanting a color change bc I didnt like the color at all it was almost a clear and was suppose to be a pretty beige pink, on top of that he told me not to get a specific style bc “ those nails are ugly, ugly girls get their nails too long or pointy “,But the part that made me want to walk out was the fact that he left during my nail service to go take a smoke break and grab something from the gas station to drink, then returning later without washing hands or apologizing and this is not the first time he has done that. Nails look great but service is poor.
