My acrylics were great, my feet feel nice and light employees were nice

I’ve been going here for over 20 years. The pedicures are so good because they are detailed & must have a system of 25 things they do. They always clean & sanitize the equipment well. It’s not the prettiest or fanciest place, nor is it the most expensive. Usually a pedicure is fast to get walk in and get service. I haven’t been there in a while, but when I saw the posts with somewhat negative reviews, I just wanted to say something nice on their behalf. Amy is the best nail tech! She’s the owner I believe. Once, I had to catch a plane & because she knew me as a repeat customer, she took me ahead of everyone! I was so thankful & felt valued as a loyal customer.

I like coming to this salon. They do a really great job especially pedicures. The only thing I dont like is when you enter the building the staff dont greet you. If you have to go Thursday-Saturday try to go early bc you will be waiting for a while.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, THE MAN DID ME A FULL SET AND IT WAS SO THICK LIKE CEMENT YOU COULD BARELY GET IT OFF! MY FAKE NAIL BROKE AND TOOK MY REAL NAIL WITH IT! ITS A NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!!

I walked in to get a fill in and the owner of the business started to do my nails. One nail was broken they were coffin shaped and she replaced the one that was broken into a square. I informed her and she stated I cant do go somewhere else and let them do

The techs were rude. They didnt want to work and when I bumped my nails while drying, I was willing to pay extra the tech got up complaining and refused to redo my nails will never go there again

They make you wait for hours don’t care for color people they are very rude

I’ve been going here for years and i love this place. Everyone is so nice and honest. Love the owner and of course the other workers. They do really good acrylic nails for sure!!! Definitely will always come back here and everyone should too!!!

I needed to update my review. Upon further visiting this establishment. The quality of their work went down drastically. My nails keep coming off, chipping, breaking along with my real nails! The last time I went the nail tech didnt file my nails straight and they were uneven on one side. I dont think Ill be back.

They didnt have the illuminatingly neon dip that I wanted. Outside of that everything else was good. Nice fast service

I got a pedicure that went fine but I started to get my nails done the shape was wrong the nails was bulky she than proceeded to cut the nails off

I love this place. I live on the east side and this is the only place I get my feet done. (Its a bit of a drive) The staff is friendly and professional. They always do a great job. Excited to visit them soon. Its always nice to chat they are so personable.

I went to this salon a few months ago and decided to try them again.....WHY I went back I have no clue. Second chance I guess and they messed up again. Rushed, polish sloppy, too thick, and got upset with me when I asked if it could be done over correctly. I spend my money on quality and great customer service is always a plus.....don’t expect it here. Too many other locations to enjoy a great experience. I didn’t want to give them one star, but had to to leave a comment...Don’t waste your time or money.

Pretty Nails was great. They did a design on my girls toes for free or either it goes with childrens pedicures, either way I thought it was thoughtful seeing as I didnt ask for it.

Great experience. The elderly lady was a godsend to my life today. She did my mani and pedicure with time and care. She was very professional and very nice. I would definitely return.

I received a manicure at this location it was rushed and sloppy. The manicurist was supposed to put an overlay on my nails but she drilled in one place so long that it caused me pain and I had to snatch my hand back. I would not suggest going to this location

Only 1 person know how to take off acrylic nails so if they already have a client you have to wait.... as we all know it take 20 mins to soak anyways. So I have to wait for 1 of 4 people. And then wait even longer why not multi task. One of them can have me soaking while you work on your client. And they say they dont remove nails but its the same as the toes.

Absolutely unprofessional. I waited 1.5 hours to have 2 nails repaired on a TUESDAY. Once the lady started, she got up and started taking our trash. When I asked her to wash her hands, she did but stalled an additional ten minutes to spite me. It was after hours so I let them finish only because everywhere else is closed. Respect is worth more than a service. There’s thousands of nail shops in Indy who can do this job. Be humble.

They need to do a better job

If i could give less than one star I would. When I entered the shop I told them i wanted a full set with designs and a pedicure. My cuticles were dry by the time my set was completed. My polish was uneven. They left polish on my skin. Plus my nails for my full set were placed on crooked. When I complained and asked them to correct it they talked to each other in their language and ignored me. I instead made requests to get the designs I wanted to hide the flaws and was informed the ONE nail tech that does designs is on vacation for the holidays. I told her that when I walked in I said I wanted designs so I should have been informed then. I asked if they could get my nails corrected instead, for the second time, and again they just talked to each other. Once they were done one of them told me they thought they looked fine. I was furious. If that wasnt enough my daughters polish chipped off every nail by the next day. I will never go there again.

I have been to Pretty Nails twice and very pleased with both experiences. Manicures were done very well and results lasted a good month. Will definitely be a return customer!

Very Rude Customer Service .. I was burned by the drill then degraded for complaining that my hands were burning. I’ll never come here again. Bad service and even worse customer service

The worst place to be! The employees are rude and they dont appreciate customer complaining. They charge $40 for gel nail re fill, whereas other places are way cheaper. Thumbs down. I would never go there ever again.

I will give an A+ for the friendliness of the staff but I’ve never had so many nails break from the slightest things putting on my shoes and driving my car ... I picked up my child and broke a nail that has never happened to me ...

Came to Indy to visit got my nails done here and not even a week later my nail cracked. I wont be going back I really hate cheap acrylic.

Owner stated she doesn’t use yellow nail polish on clients. Pedicure shoe thongs are reused without being sanitized and pedicure utensils are not sanitized after used on other clients . Health Dept needs to look at them. I walked out

I wish I could give them a zero. We are new to the area and my mother in law came to stay for a while well for her birthday I took her to go get her nails done and we stopped here... we have never been to a more rude, unprofessional nail spot in our life’s!!!! We have never met a NAIL TECH that could mess up GEL POLISH, and when conf notes they wanted to get a whole attitude and told us to wait to hours even though they were told we had a reservation for her bday dinner in 2 hours exactly. I also had got a full set while there and the pain job was horrid, and 2 days later it looked as if I needed a fill already... if I could help save some on the time and money before wasted on this place I would love to do just that!!!! FIND ANOTHER NAIL PLACE AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO!

Like any nail salon you have to find a person you like ! Harry will go above and beyond for you ! Im peaky.. Just moved to the westside from the far Southside. I had a great salon I loved but I dont want to travel 30 min south for a fix or quick polish change . I have tried all the salons on the north west side and this salon has a few ladies and Harry thats do good quality work. Yes it looks a little rough inside but my manicure and pedicure last two- three weeks and I see clean equipment!

These people are VERY RUDE & DISGUSTING!! Im writing this review while sitting in the salon... Please save yourself your time and money.. I simply told the lady I wanted my nails a lil wider... She looked at me and told me to leave and go somewhere else she had an attitude from the very beginning! All the staff is rude and disrespectful. They honestly need to be SHUTDOWN!!

If I could give this salon no stars I would. They have two people in here that dont even do nails and when I asked if one of them could do my nails they got mad. When I called they said there was no wait but when I got there they said it was an hour wait. Horrible service, rude staff, and overpriced. Terrible.

Aweful Customer service. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. A nail tech there even kept insulting me and kept assuming things about my behavior because of my race. My nails looked aweful when they were finished. Also they refused to fix the mistake, even when I offered to pay to have them repainted. They were unprofessional and obviously do not care about the customers experience or return business.

I had planned to go to this nail salon since it is closer to my mothers house. I called and asked what their prices were and the employee that answered the phone had a horrible attitude and didnt even answer my question properly. Then hung up in my face. So i called again and politely asked what their prices were for their acrylic nails were and she didnt say it clearly so i asked her if she could repeat herself and she blew her breath loudly and said it again unclearly. So i said did you say [i dont remember the price] and she rudely replied yes so i said okay well have a nice day and she rudely hung up AGAIN . that made me not even want to go . if you are rude over the phone, how will you be in person ?

It was the absolute worst nail job ever, impolite service, terrible customer service I wouldnt recommend this place. When tried telling them Im unhappy they started speaking their language how rude is that!!! NEVER AGAIN

This place is HORRIBLE. Never Again!! I came to get a fill and ONE nail replaced. The nail replaced was noticeable wayy thicker than the rest of my nails. Sloppy paint job. I asked her politely if she could fix that single nail, it was obvious she huffed and puffed in her language. It was so thick she had to file it down with the tool they use. Well she did...almost thinning it out on one side that if I pressed down the pointed edge would have bended. Again. I hesitant, asked her to fix her poorly done job. She annoyed BLAMED me for having her file it down..lol this was a fresh nail for her to work on. I have never had such a problem ANYWHERE before as I did at this dump. They rush through their job and dont really care if your nails are halfway decent.(they werent busy either) IF my nails would have been so so I wouldnt of said anything, but this was pure laziness! She even used sarcasm to let me know when her boss would be available. Lol. Please save your time and money!!!

Ive been a few nail salons in my life but this is the worst place ever I go there this morning to get my nails done and the guy was doing a horrible job I told him about it and he continue to still do what he was doing and then when I told him I wasnt satisfied he decided to remove what he had done of my nails so I had to let my nails soak for a long time so I had one hand soaking to remove what he had started and then I had the other hand not touched at all and then he just gave up and said he was going to have another lady do my nails it was 10 and they told me just to leave and come back at 12 and she would finish me here I am with just tips on my fingers and then on one hand and on the other hand nothing I cant believe pretty nails operate the way they do I would never go here again and I would never recommend anybody to go here I was humiliated and so embarrassed by how I was treated at this place
