Weve been using ClearDefense Pest Control for a couple of months, and theyve been extremely conscientious and easy to work with. Dustin Manning came out today to spray my attic in new home. I had seen a couple of American roaches after traps were set. Dustin happily helped me move a large cabinet to get access to my attic to spray. Apparently they like hot spaces… The attic was very hot! They have always been personable and professional workers so when I moved I continued to retain their services and told the buyers of my other home about their services as well.

Jacob went out of his way to satisfy treating carpenter bees. Kale and Dustin went above and beyond. They cleaned off spider webs and wasps nests, I mean an extremely thorough cleaning. They put down traps for mice and sprayed the entire house. They were polite and very professional. I am surprised at the level of customer service they provided.

This was our fourth service by Clear Defense, and I have been pleased with with the prior three visits so far. However this past service, performed by Harrison, was by far our greatest experience to date. He was everything you want your exterminator to be. He was polite, asked if it was okay to re-enter on his own, he was mindful of my three young children and one pet. He wore booties and a mask. He took his time treating every part of the house, inside and out. He rid our house of every cobweb. His attention to detail is impeccable. Its been a week since he came to service, and I havent seen a bug since. We will be requesting Harrison for all future visits.

I am so happy that I called ClearDefense up. Every technician that has come to my house has been professional, courteous, and friendly. My most recent treatment was today by Noah Holm, and he handled all the issue areas I pointed out, and even found one I forgot about completely. This was their second trip to my house in two weeks, as they came for their regular quarterly treatment, and I asked them to come back to deal with ants that decided to invade after all the rain. They didnt argue about coming out, or tell me that I had just received a treatment - just told me when they could be there to treat! I will definitely keep this company around!

ClearDefense has been nothing short of top notch starting with my first contact. They completed a full inspection, made well-based recommendations for treatment, and set up a contract with no hidden fees. The morning that Connor came out for the first treatment to get rid of the ants, I was stung by wasps living in the ground away from the house. At no additional cost, Connor treated both nests and successfully killed the wasps. He spent 1.5 hours carefully treating the premises. Communication and follow up from this company are outstanding! I recently bought an old house with my wife and our three dogs. The house was built in the early 1900s and though it comes with a ton a historical charm, it also comes with some issues.
