I had an amazing experience! I was visiting from out of town and woke up with upper back pain on my departure day. They were able to squeeze me in early and Katie was amazing. Deep, strong massage that detected and worked out my pain. I wish I could have brought her home ! I have had several massages in my lifetime and for pain relief, this was the best !

The young Lady who did my Massage was very professional, polite and Gave one of the Best deep tissue massages.

My husband and I have been coming here for over two years now and we absolutely love the friendly customer service and the massage therapists are the absolute best!! We always leave feeling relaxed and with smiles.....join the Club like we did for the best massage every month!! Nildarn and Angelica are always our girls and they seriously know what theyre doing! Every visit they always ask us how were doing and if we need extra attention on our lower backs, necks etc. We love them and look forward to seeing them every month....

I was there yesterday with my husband, we got there on time but the actual massage began 15 minutes after the initial appointment time and ended up 5 minutes before, making our massages 20 minutes short and it was supposed to be 60 minutes massages.I also didnt like the way he was doing my back so deep and strong and I asked for a light to medium.We got the extra add-on´s for free supposedly I got a foot scrub and my husband a face massage, we were also paying for the couples massage extra because of the good reviews and thinking we will get more time that the 60 minutes, our surprise was we got 40 minutes instead of 60 and more with the add-ons.I will not recommend this business.

This is a standard franchise massage location. However, the service (especially at the front desk) is outstanding.While I had a language barrier with my massage therapist, it didnt even matter, because her instincts were right on and the experience was wonderful.I look forward to my next massage at this location.

Love this place! Today featured a massage by Yudelkys O. and a facial by Kelly. Both were sooo relaxing. I felt very comfortable in my surroundings. Clean, quiet and professional. Camilla and Kelly B. were very helpful upon checking out. They took the time to answer some questions I had. For the price and value, why would anyone not want to join?

Very professional friendly staff, My massage and facial was just magical i had some major stiffness from my neck all the way down my back with severe migraine that i was dealing with everyday but now i feel fantastic the therapists and Estheticians there are very well trained, I highly command Massage Heights Hammock Cove for the great job they are doing making their guest feel great. :)
