Terrible job. I asked for a simple French tip and left out with the worst nails ever. They refused to fix it or at least make it into a solid color to make it at least decent.. they said they’ll fix it but charge me extra and I said that was ok bc the nails were HORRIBLE but then they said no even if I paid more. They don’t even take any covid precautions besides locking the door so that you can’t come in

Let these pictures speak for themselves. I asked for a simple design & Left very disappointed. The nails are thick and the color had air bubbles. I repeated told the nail tech that I didn’t like them before, and she waited until she was done to “listen”, I asked her to please change them to at least a solid color because that was not what I wanted. She refused to. She has a customer come in so she shooed me away and no one did anything. I had no choice but to pay for the God awful nails. NEVER AGAIN. This is a scamming place & will rip you off with horrible work, terrible quality. Not even to mention the lack of covid/cleanness they have. What a mess.

I left from work, decided to get a pedicure. I googled some nail salons close to the area. I came up with this business. When I arrived, there were three employees and one customer getting her nails done. I picked a color and proceeded to the station prepared for me. I asked if they used bags for that particular service, for safety issues. I was then refused service after I decided it was fine, I still was refused service. There is too much going on in this world to not take certain precautions and they have every right not to service whom ever they choose but I believe that was a little unprofessional to excuse a customer from a place of business because they asked to be accommodated with a health issue concern and from what Ive noticed. Many salons are using those very safety precautions except I suppose, this one.

I have been going to this place for years ! I will only let GiGi wax my eyebrows ! I went in today and got a full set, eyebrows waxed and a pedicure with tips . They look amazing 10/10

This has by far been the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The two ladies are rude and have no type of training. I asked for a simple coffin colored nails and they gave me the ugliest shape with a lot of bubbles in the polish. Save your self the time and trouble by not coming here

I enjoy the atmosphere the employees are mannerable. Definitely will go there again.

I called to ask how busy they were, the lady who answered said they weren’t busy at all and that I could come now. I get there 3 minutes later and the door is locked. There are two ladies by the front counter watching me stand by the door and they just wave me away and never come to open it. This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional encounter I’ve had at a business, I will definitely not be coming back here. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Does great work on nails,eyebrows and pedicures. Great price. Will continue to support establishment do to their great work and cleanliness of the shop

Ladies did an amazing job on both gel meni & pedi!! Gigi helped my decided on gel colors. I went with maroon for first three fingers and something sparkly on my ring finger. First time here because a co worker recommended this nails salon and Gigi and she was right on!! Another lady did my feet and she was super friendly and great!! Thank you..... I will be back!!! Ive been going to Elegant nail since the day they open, always professional, procuctive, mother and daughter team is creative, Its a family business. The prices is great and in the summer they have deals. I like that they get you in and out. The daughter is a great artis and design nails for every thing Ive ever had to attend.

This place sucks.. they told me it was 22 dollars and they charge 35 dollars. My nails look ugly not even the shape I wanted they looks just nasty. I got yh short and regular nail polish. I would understand if it was gel but not even .. please don’t go to this place they just a ripoff..

Gigi is the only person I trust with my nails and eyebrows. Ive been going there since middle school. Honestly the best !!

Terrible experience. After one week, my gel polish was chipped and cracked and my cuticles were peeling. When I asked for a repair, I was told the damage was normal. They also told me the shop closed, though everyone remained in place. Never again.

Please, I want everyone to know this, they had one customer, they unlocked the door for me to come in and was told that they didnt do gel nails. Really. Its on the price list, I pointed out to her, her response was thats old!

I was refused service, because she said I was too difficult last time, but said nothing to me about it. She did a crap job and I pointed it out to her. I am paying her for a service, if Im not happy she needed to fix it.

I give 2 stars because it is a clean place, you see that they have the precautions and all the gentlemen are very friendly but I give 0 stars for which I isolate my nails, I do not clean them well or my feet point to him and he does not care, I am getting susio even here in My nails were at my house and I did not clean the sides of my fingers today, bad service from the lady, she already has a short hair lens, really, it cant be a pedicure, I lost $ 25 for nothing just so she can paint them for me. she cant very bad service from her, I should be receiving the customer at the door better or not working on the customers feet Im sorry to see me I put my nails there

I do not recommend them at all. !!On Monday 23rd, I went at nine in the morning to get my nails done, but it was serrated.Alas 10:30 I came back and it was closed. There was no sign that said it was sawn, and no notes.

Well I dont know how the service is what if I have gone 3 kisses and I never find it open when it is supposed to open at 10am today for example I was there from 10am and it is already 11am and it is still closed
