I stop there going because the nail quality became poor and when trying switch nail technicians he was to boujee to do my nails I guess because I didnt start off going them to me you just took money away from your own pockets when you knew I was a faithful customer that spent good money their services was horrible....I just know everything that is given can be taken and by looking at all these reviews 4 years later looks like youve lost alot money I moved traveled along way and was dedicated to that salon and they were ungrateful its other salons doing this same quality of nails elsewhere or even better .

I like this nail salon but if you never been before, do not let them put you with the next nail technician available. I always go to numbet 5 or seven.

Donny was GREAT! He gets 5 stars! But the lady that did my lashes did a HORRIBLE job. After adding oil, washing, and trying to massage my lashes off they literally ripped my natural lashes off. She used some type of super glue and completely messed me up. NEVER GET YOUR LASHES DONE THERE!

Got my nails.done there today my bill was$155.00 I gave them more money due to the 20 were stuck together and they would not give it back its ok because I should not be supporting these them anyway

My girlfriend and I ventured out to this place. Ive been twice. My first experience I was quoted for a fill in. Once seated the male tech whispered it would be an additional charge of $5 because I had stiletto nails. Thats fine because he just included his tip. My girlfriend left there with the worst looking pedi.

Got my nails done here for my birthday because my original nail salon was closed due to it being a holiday, If you’re not getting serviced by Donny don’t get serviced here PERIOD. The guy that did my pedicure did a terrible job. My toe polish supposed to been white ended up pinkish white because of the top coat he used. Donny fixed it by painting over top of it. But it’s now 4 days later and I need to get my toes done over. Then my nails are 2 different shapes. My left hand is squareish, coffinish and my right hand is ballerina. Then again 4 days later my nails look 2 weeks old already! 😤

Highly Unsanitary & Poor Customer Service. During an over an hour wait for service, I watched a technician rinse foot spa basins only with a few squirts of a pink-colored watery liquid in an unlabeled spray bottle that had NO smell of a disinfectant cleaner, apply a few squirts of this same solution on tools and quickly rinse with water after using them on a woman with strange orange-colored soles on her feet before using them on a man who had a horrific case of toenail fungus. A technician even tried to reuse gloves that were already worn by trying to push the inside out areas of the glove back in so she can wear them again. Nail clippings and removed callous skin were all around the basins. I even saw a technician shout at a customer telling her she needed to wait in the shop if she wanted to get service after a technician becomes available. Doesnt even deserve one star.

Came in and door was still open wanted to get my three daughters nails done. HAD SOME NERVE TO TELL ME ALL THEY GOING TO DO IS COLOR ALL I ASKED WAS JUST TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY WASNT DIRTY WHICH JUST MAY HAVE REQUIRED JUST A QUICK WIPE OFF. VERY RUDE. HAD SOME NERVE TO TELL ME TO GO HOME AND COME BACK TOMORROW!! Take my money elsewhere.

They took off all my natural eye lashes. Very poor customer service,the lady is very rude. Dont go there.

Definitely not going again The last time I went with my sister the lady who did our nails were doing everything wrong my middle finger nail was not straight She removed twice & she was saying that is was my finger never going again plus toExpensive for a simple color & if you want them Bright extra 10Dollars they charged me 75 just for me for now reason terrible place ..... not recomendable at all

I wish it was optional to give this establishment zero star; the 2 employees who provided pedicures services lacked professionalism. These women conduct business as if they are offering complementary services to paying customers. The cleanliness of the facility and equipments are questionable. Until mandatory changes are implemented, I highly recommend to go elsewhere for pedicure and manicure services. I regrettably chose to go with this establishment despite of the negative score. Harsh lesson learned.

Customer service is horrible! This person has a lot of Instagram hype and has allowed that to surpass the level of customer service he SHOULD be providing. I left a review on Style Seat which is how I booked him. This person had the audacity to share MY personal information( telephone number and email) on his Instagram page (which he has now removed) to post my review and why he disapproved of my review. This person also Block Called me at 1:30am and sent me 3 separate text messages to question my review. I never once gave you permission to contact me outside of appointment window. Sir, you are a business owner. Be more professional. If a PAYING customer does not like your services and leaves a unsatisfactory review, do not take it personal. Learn from it. Trust me, it takes time to write a review. So take the time to read it and understand what you could do to make the situation better. Not everyone will like you or your services, and that’s okay. You do not have the right to retaliate and post personal information without authorization. I will be letting friends, family, and co workers know what you have done. Clearly my review isn’t far from the truth. Google reviews count too hun.

I call in for appointment ahead of time and had to bring my baby with me. When I came no one was available to take me like always and its a rush in rush out. I wasnt service that day because the one guy who does most of the nails want it me to leave my baby outside where I couldnt see her.

Honestly this place is horrible, I went to get my nails done this week and the service there is just horrific, they were rushing me to get out and the worker make me nails with gel and I hate that. I dont recommend this place at all!!!

I had a bad experience, I went to put on eyelashes and they are dirty to work, they dont clean the area to put them on. I think they have to take appropriate hygiene measures. Very dissatisfied, thats why I give it a star
