Love this place and the only place I go too!! I always ask for Tracy 🥰

Were in Colorado for a few months due to contract work. My husband and I travels quite a bit across the country due to our line of work. We work hard, therefore we find places that will pamper us quite a bit. We found Hot Nails. Everyone is friendly. Michael and Kevin cater to our need to pamper our hands and feet. They both do a great job. We go every 2 weeks, and we always get the deluxe spa pedicure with Hot Wax, and manicure as well. We appreciate friendly faces, and places.

Good stiletto nails. Hand shaped took their time

They seemed like they were trying to rush us out, we got there an hour before closing but they didn’t accept any more customers after us. I sat with my nails drying for over half an hour before leaving and my toes still smudged a ton. My finger nails were uneven and jagged on the edges.

The best nail place that I have found in Loveland! Tracy was so good and detail oriented. They are so kind, take their time and treat you like a person and not just a number. Will definitely be taking my business here every single time!

Loved my experience here. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. We were able to get in very quickly for gel manicures since we made appointments online. They were very fast and did a great job cleaning my cuticles.

I have been coming here since they opened and I’m never disappointed!!!! I see Tony regularly and he does the greatest job!!!! He’s always on time and my nails are always on point!! Definitely 5 stars and highly recommend you stop in and get you nails done here and see the amazing staff!

Their hot stone pedicure is to die for! Always peaceful and relaxing in here. The funk-sway is amazing. Totally worth every penny and I love how they’re very communicative with extra costs and pricing. Second time here will travel again for this!

Very nice experience, owners we’re very accommodating as I had a post surgical boot on & could only do a polish change. They we’re very sweet & the salon wasn’t to packed so we didn’t feel rushed.

They scheduled our group of 3 as well as a different group of 4 all at 9:30 even though they had 5 people working. My sister wasn’t able to get hers done as we couldn’t stay for 3 hours. My other sister’s nails did not look good, nail polish was all along her skin and they ripped the top of her skin at the cuticles off. When she spoke up when we went to pay they wanted to fix it, but the guy went straight from another’s pedicure to go to her without washing his hands. Unclean and poor service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Best salon in Loveland very clean and professional, I’ve tried many different salons in Loveland and I never leave with my nails looking the way I want them to. BUT THIS TIME I LEFT AND IM IN LOVE! I will be going there every time! I found a picture online and didn’t show them I just said what I wanted and they look just like the picture! 🤗🤗

Absolutely the worst pedicures I have ever had. Came out worse then what I went in with. Polish fell off 1 hr after pedicure. I got my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday morning one split down the middle and cracked. The people doing the pedicures seemed irritated, I had called earlier to make appointments if they did not want to do it they could have said NO. As much as they charged I expected better quality. Extremely disappointed.

First of all, I was able to make a nail appointment same day on a Saturday, which is incredible. Service was so friendly and quick. The way they shaped my natural nail is gorgeous, and I love how they came out. Quality service for a bargain!

I love hot nails. Tracy is amazing! I moved from Denver about a year ago, and I was nervous to find a new nail salon, but was very pleased when I found hot nails! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I’ve never been disappointed after my appointment! They are a bit expensive for full sets, but their prices went up after Covid hit so it is understandable, and if you come back for rebases it is really reasonably priced! Thank you hot nails!

Great nail and pedicure service!

I’ve been trying to find a good place to get acrylics done in Loveland for the past few weeks and from the pictures I’d seen on google reviews, Hot Nails looked like it would be the best place to go. Unfortunately, even after calling ahead a week before and making an appointment, being reassured that they could do nail art, they couldn’t do any of the designs I asked for, not even marble. The man who ended up doing my nails was very nice, was very careful about making sure they were all the same length, very good service. In end, I don’t hate the ombré that I had to settle with but it definitely wasn’t close to any of the three designs I had originally asked for.Even my sister, who asked for really easy designs on her natural nails, didn’t get anything she asked for. They even kept trying to make her get acrylics when she said several times she didn’t want them. The man who trimmed her nails got pretty close to her quick and now her finger tips hurt.Overall, not the worst nail place but even though the service was really good, super disappointed in the inability for any nail designs. And it also wasn’t the cleanest nail place I’ve ever been at.

I love Hotnails! Tracey is wonderful and I just took my 4 year old granddaughter for a mani/pedi. They were all very sweet with her and she was thrilled. This is my “go to” for nails.

I told the guy a little short cause mine was long and he filed them down to much and one hand is perfect and then they are super thin, I like them thin but but so thin where it had broke already, I will never come back to this place!

Hot Nails in Loveland is a freaking amazing salon. Here’s the deal, I have been going to nail salons since I was 16. So I have a solid 15 years of 2 times a month experience behind this review. Let me give you the scoop:The service here is spectacular. Every tech has their own strengths and depending on what you want I would be aware of that. However if you want a design torn from from the very pages of Instagram or Pinterest. Go see Tracy! Shes friendly, she’s accurate and she’s hella detailed. I receive tons of compliments on my nails. (Judge for yourself! Mine are in the photos on this page you can see which because I have that big ring with the black stone). And I always recommended her! Most of the time the women who asked me immediately go’s: “oh my god Tracy in Loveland right? She’s amazing!”Even before COVID this salon has been clean. I usually come before close and see the procedures they use. Now, during a pandemic they take extra steps to make sure sanitization rules and social distancing are obeyed. I appreciate going there not only to relax. But to spend time with the staff who are genuinely good people.I’ve always witnessed them being very accommodating to walkins. Short waits at most. I do recommend having an appointment however, which is kind of common sense when only so many people are allowed in the salon during a global pandemic.The professionalism that they utilize by always discussing prices up front, as well as dealing with the more difficult clientele that can be apparent in the nail industry is in my opinion pretty unmatched. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers.Let’s just put it this way. I started going to the salon two years ago when I was living in Fort Collins. I now live in Arvada Colorado which is a solid hour away. I still go to hot nails in Loveland every two weeks for my appointment. I don’t make the trip for fun, I don’t like being in the car that long. But the quality of the product they provide is just worth it.Their prices are always so fair. For the long stiletto type nails I get I can commonly end up paying $60-$100 at other salons. The pricing here is always much more reasonable.I’m really recommend coming here. It’s always a good Experience and a wonderful product. Give them a try if you’re in town I promise you won’t regret it!

I always enjoy my time here, I’ve been coming to this nail salon since 2014, I’ve tried others, but I always come back. The staff are all friendly and talented. With COVID going on, they have taken all possible safety measures and I felt very safe getting my nails done.

Great people...so kind and super funny...and they always make sure I am in and out in a timely manner. My nails and toes always look great, and I enjoy spending time with their team. I moved to Loveland recently and was very hesitant to find a new nail tech. I walked in and Tony (I think) did my nails. I like long coffin shape and I’m very particular about shape and length. It usually takes two bad sets for me to finally find someone that does them as I like. He listened to me and took his time! I’m so glad to have found him. I will be s repeat customer.

I went in with a 90 Year old lady Who I am a caregiver for. The lady up Front was very rude. She actedLike if I didn’t have an appointment I was crazy and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I said ok. Then she told me to sit down. So I left. I guess the way to describe them is no friendly, rude, and very snobbish

Kind, clean, all around good place to go also good price

Although my nails look good the customer service there was not that good. My friends and I booked an appointment for 35$ Procedure. When we went to pay the guy told us that what we got was 50$. We were confused and frankly a little frustrated. Along with that the guy who was doing my nails was quite rude to me while doing my nails. I was uncomfortable and annoyed the whole time. Wont be going back.

My mom walked in and said the elder gentleman was very cranky . He told her to pay beforehand . She thought that was odd as this had never been requested in the past . He continued to be cranky and did a not so good job . She didn’t have time to leave and find another salon as she had an event to go to . I called them to tell them how my mom was treated and all they said was ‘oh” acted as if they did not understand a word I said then told me to go write a review and hung up . Super rude people .

It’s honestly really hard finding a good nail salon that will actually give you your moneys worth. I’ve been to many nail salons and have never been as satisfied with the outcome or service as I am with Hot Nails. Hot Nails is honestly the best nail salon I’ve EVER been to. The staff is very friendly and kind. One of the best customer services I’ve experienced. They take their time with you and make sure to give you exactly what you want! They don’t rush and made no mistakes whatsoever. And they’re prices are reasonable. I highly recommend 10/10 going here. They really will give your moneys worth. Awesome place! This is definitely going to be my go to nail salon from now on.

Overall experience was 5 stars. Have been going here since November to get my nails done every two-three weeks. Tracy does the the best job on acrylics that I have ever had! I tell her every time I am in there that she is the BEST! Found this place because a friend of mine also goes here and her nails always look great. Since then have recommended several people who also love her!!

Hot Nails has the most experienced technicians I have found. The salon is clean and VERY comfortable. The technicians are friendly and very interested in doing a good job. I have worn acrylic nails for 30+ years and have been going to Tracy for 5 years. I give this Salon an EXCELLENT rating.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment. Last time I went in I had made an appointment with Tracy and was 10 minutes late due to bad traffic, I apologized profusely, she seemed irritated with me the entire time that I was late and kept making comments on it. Meanwhile, they were not busy that day and I have made appointments with her before and had to wait for 20-30 minutes but never complained. She also commented that I had put a clear coat on over top of my nails....my nails never stay shiny for more than a week. She spent 20 minutes doing an ombré pink and white rebase, I tipped her well with the intention of never coming back at that point. 2 days later my middle finger nail broke and I called to see if she would fix it. She left early that day so I had to see another guy there who spent 15 minutes making a horrific line across my nail that was not blended at all, I brought this to his attention and he gave me attitude. So I told him because it was not broken anymore that would be fine. 2 days later the other 2 nails next to it broke and I have a couple on my other hand that are lifting. I truly have no intention of coming back, ever, I have spent a lot of money at this establishment and have been a consistent customer for over a year. The level of courtesy has completely gone down, they act irritated and annoyed, and completely rushed all the time. And the quality of work has gone way down considering I have a line across my nail and 3 broken nails within a week, trust me as much as they make me feel like I’m an inconvenience to them, it’s just as much of an inconvenience to me to come get them constantly fixed.

Ive been going to see Tracy at Hot Nails for years and have always left with great nails. I went to many nail salons before Hot Nails and have never had as great of service as I do with the staff at Hot Nails. Theyre like family and I recommend them to anyone.

Always great interactions and friendly people. Tracey is very nice and she always makes sure we are satisfied before we leave. If there is ever a problem she is the first one to ask and to fix. We always laugh while we are here. Tracey also remembers us and greets us every time even if she is with another client.

I have a 4 month baby and I don’t get a lot of time to do things for me... I went into get a mani and my little baby started crying during the manicure 😳. Every one was amazing they helped rock her and try to get her to calm so I could finish with my nails!!! And it’s one of the better mani’s I have gotten !!!!! I recently moved to Loveland and this was literally the 4th nail salon I tried for a pedicure. My toenails tend to curl under which can be very painful. It wasn’t until I found Tracey at Hot Nails, that I got some relief. She knew exactly what to do! So happy to have found her!

I really like this place. I don’t know why people say this place is dirty. The staffs clean their equipments after every service. They are very friendly too. It is so rude of that lady to tell someone to closed their business when they didn’t do anything wrong. It is also so rude to made up something that isn’t true to give the business bad reputation. I love this place. Definitely recommend the place and would return for my next manicure and pedicure.

This place has gone way downhill in the past few years. Unsterilized tools are used consistently as I witnessed today. Had a manicure and shellac nails for vacation. Will never return and I have heard from others that this place is very unclean. Extremely unfriendly. Probably should close this place!

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon, I have been getting my nails done on and off for twenty plus years. I did not end up getting what I wanted on my nails and on top of it had the nail technician was rude about fixing her error on my nails. I simply wanted her to make both of my hands equally the shades and patterns, and one was not and she threw a fit about me asking her to fix it. I definitely won’t be back or recommend this establishment.

Absolutely love this place, I have gone everywhere between Cheyenne Wyoming to Boulder Colorado and this is the only salon I will continue to go to! They are friendly, personal and treat you with respect everytime. Tracy, Kevin and Vu are the best but everyone is great there. I have brought so many people that LOVE this place.

I soooooo needed this! Asked google for the best review for a pedicure as I was driving through Loveland and it hit on Hot Nails! Its the last day of the year for them, so going into the year of the Mouse... I pray it is an abundant one for Michael! Lively and informative, minus his asking when I was due( pointing at my tummy😐 ( major bummer while treating oneself) so I guess its time to work that area lol. Signs everywhere! I will be back! This was one of the creepiest experiences ever. I went in for a manicure and the guy doing my nails would not stop talking about how he enjoys cheating on wife. I stayed quiet the entire time because it was so uncomfortable. He just kept going on and on, in detail, about how he and his lady on the side like to get it on. I was ready to rip my hand away and walk out. Such an uncomfortable experience.
