THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE FOR A CHURCH FUNCTION OR ANY EVENT FROM BEFORE 2000! THEY ONLY HAVE ONE TECH WHO CAN EXECUTE MODERN NAIL TRENDS AND HE IS RUDE.. I COME TO GET MY NAILS DONE I WAITED 45 MINS THE LADY SAYS SHE CANT DO IT..TO ASK HIM!! HE WAS ALREADY DOING NAILS AND I DIDNT WANT TO WAIT BUT SHE TAKES SOMEONE ELSE SO SHE TELLS ME TO SHOW HIM THE DESIGN..HE ROLLS HIS EYES LIKE IM BOTHERING HIM AND SAYS WERE GUNA HAVE TO TAKE ALL OF UR NAILS OFF AND THTS POWDER AND ITLL BE LIKE $115🙄. MAN... SIR I CAME HERE WITH ALL THE MONEY TO GET DONE WHAT I WANT TO MY NAILS I DIDNT ASK A PRICE ! I WAS SO TURNED OFF I WAITED THAT LONG FOR SUBPAR SERVICE. I JUST FREAKING LEFT. I TAKE MY NAILS SERIOUS. SO NEVER AGAIN

The nails were very nice and the lady was nice

I had made an appointment with the tech Jeremy but he was busy so he had this lady come in to help do my nails. She was nice but the overall quality was poor, I’ve already had 2 nails fall off and some chip, it hasn’t been a week since I’ve had them done. My sister got gel acrylic nails.. the same lady did hers and all her nails have basically fallen off. It’s a waste of money, I’d choose to go elsewhere if you want better quality.

Do not get your lashes nor your nails done here. I got my nails and lashes done and there both horrible. My lashes fell off (individuals) and my nailes are loose smh. I went back on the 3rd day and the young guy who does nails only there stated no one was there to fix my issues with the lashes and she (Kim) would be back on Tuesday. Here I am Tuesday morning here at the shop and now he says she wont be in until tomorrow. He does not have good communication skillz and I want to just throw something at him but I maintained my composure. I would never give them another dime. Stay away from this place.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL.This was Augus 11th, 2018This salon in itself was ok the man I was given his ATTITUDE was HORRIBLE. I enter excited and happy to get my nails done. 1 he barely tries to speak to me, throws my feet around. 2, when he gets to my nails he is HUFFING and PUFFING and ROLLING HIS EYES the entire time he does my nails because I’m “quote unquote” not moving them properly, but in all actuality I’m trying to move my fingers to make it easier for him not harder. When he is using the drill he CUT my finger and CONTINUES to try and drill over my ring finger. 3, I pay before he is finished and I hold my tongue he takes me over to get my eyebrows plucked but I thought I was drying my nails, my phone rings it’s my mother he start asking me “WHAT DO YOU WANT TO MESS UP YOUR NAILS?, you keep moving and touching stuff (which I was not but clearly he had an attitude)” While he is still rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing, I said sir it’s my mother. I tell her I have to call her later I try to grab the receipt so I can finish paying (so no one can write whatever tip in they want and attempt to take my money) he snatches it and says “THIS IS MY STUFF ON MY DESK NOBODY TOUCH”. Before he continues to do my eyebrows. I tell him you are being aggressive and if you don’t want to do my nails he did not have to. The entire time it was such a hassle and I left angry and left him no tip, I attempted but he refused $1.00. This was the most horrible service at a nail salon I have ever received and I recommend this shop to no one if they receive the same kind of treatment I did on my birthday weekend.

Absolutely terrible since the owner left. I have had bubbles, waves and polish dents left on my gel nail manicure at least 3 times. They have taken the polish off and fixed them each time but who actually has time for that MONTH after MONTH. My pedicure was messed up this past summer as well. That was fixed after I was initially told it was my nail that was causing the wavy look..... I stopped going about a month ago and I hope they fixed the problem. If you are going to hire people who are in training, you should have discounted prices. Change wont happen unless the people demand it!!

The nail tech Jeremy is very rude and has a smart mouth. I decided to try another nail tech on my second time at this salon and he messed up my nails. I had to go back twice and still my nails are not fixed properly. I will not be going back there for service.
