Ive been coming Inspire Nail for many times and just love this place. Atmosphere is pretty posh too. Even when they are super busy on the weekends, the service and quality is pretty consistent. Recommend this place for all people!!!

Hands Down, Donny is the best! I’ve been going to him since he worked at the shop in Walmart. Donny is very professional, thorough and knows what he’s doing. He always understands the assignment. The nails pictured below were my wedding nails. 🥰Inspire nail bar is very clean, bright and modern. While I was getting my feet done I noticed a back room where the staff were taking the equipment and sanitizing them. Honestly I have enjoyed the work each tech has provided. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel appreciated. They are create the most positive energy and always welcomes me by name.

I found Inspire Nail. I called and made an appointment with them and let me tell you, Im so happy I did! I have found my new forever home!!!!! They are perfect and pays attention to all the details and checks in to make sure you are happy with the progress.

I made the mistake of posting my review while I was waiting for my mom to finish getting her pedicure and I got harassed by Stephen to take down my review so I did but only to give you all an update.The reason why I am leaving such a poor review is because first of all a regular pedicure cost $50 according to them but they handed me a book and the basic pedicure said $35 so be sure check what they are charging you for. In addition, when I was getting my polish change he was using tools that were not even sterile or sealed. When I told him this after he yelled at me to take down my review he stated that “ he had opened it in the back” As you can see from the pictures the buffing and nail file have been used more than once. Stephen claimed that he did not use those tools on me but clearly from my pictures you can see him reaching the items in the cart. Instead of him apologizing to me for the poor service that he gave me he yelled and threatened me to take down my review.I’m definitely not going back here ever again. I think all the other employees there were probably great I saw them taking there time and also my mom said the lady did a good job but also did not see her use sterile tools. So if you don’t mind using used/ dirty tools then this is great place.

Vi was very gentle and thorough with my mom. Amanda did mine and my 6yr old daughters pedicure. She was very kind and gentle with my daughter. We will definitely return. Thank you for making our “Girls Day” a success. Also, we were taken to the back as soon as we arrived, I never wait long at this place.

I got a nice pedicure but my full set is really sloppy and the tech cut my cuticle with the tool. Everyone is nice so I’m willing to try this place one more time, but will definitely ask for someone else to do my fill.UPDATE: Just finished getting my fill done by Van and she did an AMAZING job! She took her time with my nails and made sure they looked good before I left. She also did my pedicure which looks great. I’ll definitely be back and ask for her every time :-).

First time coming here due to location. I went in for a pedicure and fill. My pedicure was ok nothing special for $37. My fill in was also ok. Donny however lacks quality customer service. He was rough and aggressive the entire time, which I expressed to him 3 times. He Complained twice that the style i picked was a bit difficult and on top of that did not communicate to me that the style i chose would of been $30 extra. I normally travel a distance to get my nails and toes done and will just continue to do that. This establishment is way over priced for the type of service they give.

The facility was clean and relaxing. My therapist was simply amazing; she nailed my Shellac manicure. She is always making me laugh. LOVED this salon.

If your big on shaping, style and creativity....Donny is your go to guy. I’ve tried many salons and he’s not only convenient, but reliable. I book my appointment through Style seat and if needed Donny will accommodate me. My nails usually last up to 5 weeks long. That’s more than your average salon, where honestly it’d be two weeks before you have to run back to the salon. I’m usually satisfied with my nails after leaving Inspired nail bar. I’ve seen a few techs but Donny is whom I prefer since I like to get designs. But he ALWAYS has the shape of my nail exactly the way I want it. My pedicures experience is great as well. I’ve been utilizing this salon since it has opened and I’ll continue to visit and support as long as I can.

This was my first time at the salon. I got a manicure with a specific design. I know I was asking a lot with the inspiration, but my tech was more than willing to do it. She was absolutely amazing!!

Do not go here. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I walked away from this experience with multiple cuts, one that was very large and dripping blood until I could get a bandaid on it at home. The manicure was not done well, there is polish all over my fingers. The nail tech had to totally redo three nails when we were almost done. She poured my used acetone back Into the bottle so who knows how many other hands have soaked in that same acetone. And to top it off it was $38. I will not go here again.

I went to this salon for the first tim my nails turned out great! Everyone was nice and professional and Kim did such a great job. She took her time despite the salon being busy. I will be back.

Had gel nails done here and they lasted longer than any other place I have tried so far. I would recommend this place if you want professional service in a clean environment.

This was my first time coming to Inspire Nail Spa. I was serviced right away. My nail tech was Jade, she was so sweet, we had great conversation the entire time she was doing my nails. The salon is beautiful and clean and everyone was very professional during my visit. My nails came out beautifully. I will definitely visit again.

Let me tell you that this was one of the best pedicures that I have had in a very long time. The gentleman took his time and he never rushed me. My feet were a little rough but by the end, he had them as smooth as a babies bottom. I did the cucumber and honey pedicure. The only down size was I didnt get my glass of champagne so that I could truly relax. I will definitely return

Overwhelming amount of color choices that are very well organized. I have decided to come down here regularly because on top of all of that, my nails turned out great and have held up beautifully!

Let me start off by saying I dont have a problem with paying whatever it is for my nails as long as the quality matches.However I was charged $110 for fill-in and a pedicure... Tip not even included. The nails are nice but not $110 nice. Theyre too expensive for the quality and the area. Staff was nice though.

Went with my friend today for a pedicure we did not wait long it was our first time here looks very clean I love how fast we got in I got the sweet lavender pedicure it was worth it I loved it I will definitely come back again !

Donny was my nail technician he is amazing Nail artist we did a simple set of nail with a beautiful color. Actually had a picture showed him and he completely understood what I wanted. I’ve been doing my nails for years I can honestly say he one of the few who understood what I wanted and completely delivered.Nail salon is beautifully decorated and there is a relaxing ambiance, all the nail technicians are courteous, friendly and professional. I love everything about this spot!!!! From the Tiffany blue colors to the marble floors. Appearance is everything but the service was even better very polite. I have been going to this nail salon for some months and my nails have lasted. I saw a review and inquired about the poor rating and was disappointed the reviewers review did not tell the whole truth. I inquired because my experiences were different and I wanted to know if there were changes. The reviewer was dishonest and did not mention her nails lasted for weeks and she took them off at home and she messed up her nails. Her nails lasted past 4 weeks then she called the salon and wanted a REFUND! Who asks for a refund after weeks and then threaten to report the salon to the State Board if they don’t get their money back. I have nothing but rave reviews about the salon and the reviewer I asked about is shown in the picture.

I just wanted to say nail tech did a good job so Im not giving a bad rating on that. Im not from out here so it being my first time i was trying to find a lash place that did lash extension and that wasnt too far from my hotel so when I found this place to do my nails and you have to sign in on the pad I had saw that one of the services they offered was eyelash extension so I had made an appointment mind you I waited to for 30 minute after my scheduled appointment disappointing so finally I get them done so I looked in the mirror I was okay its decent enough looks messy maybe Ill just brush it out. I already had lash on so all I needed was fill ins... OMG... I get back to my hotel went to brush it out and it just stayed like that to top it off when the glue was fully dry I can feel the glue when I close my eyes and its so irritating. Ive always got extensions done and not once have I ever encountered this now I need to get them removed because its uncomfortable well 80 dollars just went down the drain😤

While everyone was very kind, I would not recommend this nail shop. First, my pedicures always last for a month and my paint started to chip within a week. Second, when I attempted to soak of my acrylic nails, they would not come off and left a sticky residue. YOUR ACRYLIC NAILS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THIS. A sticky residue indicates that the illegal substance MMA was used. Nails shop are not supposed to use this substance but many do. My nails were left unhealthy and brittle, and it was not worth the $120+ I spent. Buyer Beware!

If perfection was a nail tech it would be Donny. I’ve never had any complaints or issue with my nails or service. Everything is always as I ask for if not better.

Customer service is great.... my pedi was nice. But.. my full set, done by Tony is trash. Nails are thick... uneven... crooked... and I had to remind him to put the top clear coat on. It’s really hard to find a decent nail tech. Still on the look out.

Everyone was very Nice and friendly but I felt that the lady rushed through my manicure and pedicure fast. I went on a saturday afternoon and I understand they get busy. My sister had the basic pedicure and I had the one where they remove callus which I paid extra for. We started at the same time and the lady finished my foot like 5 mins before my sister and I paid extra!!! My sister gel chipped within 4 days. I would give them another try but I would go during the week when they are not that busy.

I have been to this place twice and both times they did my nails incorrectly. The first time I had to get Chop to fix my nails because the tech I had was rushing and I had a Crocker nail that I kept telling him about but he would not fix it. Then he got mad that I didn’t like my nails and threw his supplies down and walked away. Today I asked my tech if he could do the design I wanted and it turns out he couldn’t and they wouldn’t get another tech to fix my nails and still changed me 120. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!

To be honest, I was VERY excited about the opening of this nail bar as it is in close proximity to my home.The salon itself is very clean and the techs are friendly. I believe that they truly take pride in that, which I appreciate as a customer. However, when they initially opened, they advertised specials (20% coupon, BOGO, etc) which were very attractive to gain customers. Since the opening in 2020, Ive visited Inspire Nail 3x and unfortunately, Ive been more disappointed with each visit.The service is pretty basic however, Ive found that they tend to rush through pedicures (I even paid extra for the signature package which includes callus removal, etc). As soon as the basin begins to fill with water, they start the pedicure. There is no time to allow your feet to soak/soften.I also feel that the price for the artificial nail service is not justified. I recently went in for a fill-in, no designs or anything out of the norm and the price came up to $60 without tip. They charge $5 per nail for design (this include simple straight lines, matte paint, glitter). I understand the upcharge for specialty services, however the quality and value should match that.I believe that Donny is the owner/manager. He is very nice, however is also ALWAYS very busy. Often multitasking between answering the phones, getting coffee or assigning customers to other techs, all while servicing the customer at his station. He is a bit rough due to trying to quickly complete the service. IIt was not a relaxing experience AT ALL.I expected more based off his personal reviews and IG pictures, but I definitely was not impressed. A few nails in my set were placed on crooked and the design was meh in comparison to what I requested. Im not confrontational and the shop was VERY busy, so I just paid (overpaid) for the service and left.Its very difficult to find a CLEAN salon of good quality and friendly techs but I cant justify the price in comparison with recent service. Unfortunately, I dont think i will be back. I will drive to Annapolis to the salon Ive been visiting for years.

Second time Ive been here and both times I had a great experience the nail techs were polite helpful and cared about thier work. They both did a great job. This is probably the best full set Ive had in 15yrs

This was our 1st time coming here. From looking at pictures of nails and reading the reviews was very excited to go here. I was extremely disappointed in the nails Ive recieved. My mom nails were pretty nice, but the tech/owner that did her nails constantly left her to get coffee for staff, had to help other people and I understand cause he has to run the shop but to leave 5-6 times on our 1st time coming and saying your shop going be busy that day was ridiculous. The one that did my nails I was excited to see what he could do but instead put 4 finger designs that was unacceptable. Instead of being creative I get 4 wiggly lines that looks like I guess rainbows. I said I like bright colors, glitter, and shiny nails. I would have kept my old nails if I didnt need them done. If your going charge 5 dollars per nail do different designs and be creative. I gave full range to see his best work, only to be highly disappointed. If I could I would want a refund. I had to go home and touch up my nails to even look decent. Not only that but to be over charge for something that is less than what I normally get and what I paid for was ridiculous. I was going make him take it off but it would have took 20 more minutes to correct. I tried not to be rude but I would NEVER go back to this salon again. On a positive note I will say the salon is nice and clean and the workers are friendly and nice. But not worth it at all. I thought about it for a few days but looking at my nails made me truly upset. I really take pride in my nails and people that look at them. To recieve less than what Im use to and to see you can do good nails was a blow. Yes im bouji when it comes to my 💅 lol

I have been going to Donny for almost 6 months now. So when i heard he was opening his own shop i was definitely following him there. I have gone to Inspire Nail bar twice now and I love it. The shop is beautiful and the amount of colors that u have to pick from is extensive. Donnys work lasts so long, i only have to go every 3-4 weeks instead of every 2 weeks.

I started coming here because I found Donny on Instagram and quickly learned that everyone in the shop were amazing skilled professionals. They’re work is top tier and they are all super friendly. They manage time well so rarely is there a long wait like other places and they use quality products that last until you come back to see them. I recommend all my friends here and you too lol

Went here to get my nails done and review said they had great color selection sorry but they don’t it’s the same selection as any other salon on top of that their pricing is expensive for what it is .. right now they have a 20% off coupon which brings people in! which is why I came in if not I wouldn’t not come here it’s not that special could go somewhere else for less and same job my friend is a nail tech she does amazing job but no longer live in Baltimore area so wanted to try this place out yeah no sucks rather go to Walmart’s nail salon FYI THIS NAIL SALON JUST OPENED.
