Be Seen...Be HeardReceiving 5 stars from me, is so unusual that I can count on one hand how many times Ive given this rating.But Maple Grove Therapy and Wellness is a Diamond in the Rough. With the plethora of Therapy offices in and around the Twin Cities it is hard to pick just one to entrust your mental health to. But this place is different.You feel a sense of calm walking through the doors, each therapist is a real person with their own personal style, shown in each individual office. There are no uptight interactions of Im the professional and this is my way to treat you. With the number of staff on site, if you dont connect with one therapist, there is likely another therapist on the team that you will connect with.For me it started as what I feel like I needed, a safe place to fall, but with time I welcome it as the place that I am Seen and I am Heard. This is a powerful gift. There has never been a sense of a revolving door of clients, time is taken, protocols are followed and calm is palpable.This team has experience in so many specialties and therapies, just one quick visit to their website and the about/team page will provide the options available. They follow up very quickly with phone calls and messages and are really a multi-faceted team. This is the team I refer my friends, families and colleagues to. Even knowing that as part of the conversation that I open myself up to sharing more about my mental health than I normally would have. However, much more important to me is knowing that I have guided those people to a team that I trust.I believe in them and have seen the positivity and growth for me and my circle of influence.
