My stylist was great and super friendly. Even kept bringing my colors in blue when she saw me looking at it and added a sparkly color to my nails to spice it up. Prices are super competitive! Will definitely be returning

First time back now that Im vaccinated and the place has been updated so nicely! Always enjoyed coming here and always got nice service, and now they have all brand new chairs and its freshly painted too. Ignore the other reviews, they totally have pedicure bath liners. (typo edits)

Everything about this shop is horrible. They try to add more money on to every single service. They tech that did my nails act like she could understand that I needed my nails short due to my profession. She continuously tried to tell me that they need to be long. She did a horrible job on my nails. She didn’t apply it correctly and the was so much space between my real nail and the tips. There is another business right across the street from them that does nails 100% times better. If you can take your money elsewhere because this place is horrible. I will never return and I mean NEVER!

I have been going to this nail salan for about ten years, they are amazing. Nikki, Nancy and Barbara are my go to technicians, they are perfectionists!! I can honestly say that I havent gotten better fill or pedi anywhere else! Check them out! Drama free and clean!!

I went in for a full set I was helped by Jenny I believe her name was. I told her I wanted coffin and then showed her the design I wanted. She told me it was extra for the coffin shape (which I’m used to even at my usual nail spot) so she starts filing my nails and I swear she only filed them for 5 seconds I told her they were too wide and asked if she could file them more she said “I’ve been doing nails a long time this is coffin” I said they’re way to wide please file them more. (At this point they look like oval more than anything) so after she did the “shape” She told me to Pay before she painted my nails which I found odd because I’m getting gel it’s not like I would mess up my nails if I paid after but whatever, so I paid the $65 for the “shape” and the design I showed her. She gets the color I chose and slaps the paint on paint was all over my fingers she kept cleaning around the nail I’ve never seen a nail tech who didn’t know how to paint nails!! Then to make it worse she didn’t know how to do the design I showed her (it is simple two lines connecting like a triangle) I had to YouTube it for her and even then she told me she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the right brush me and her coworkers told her the brush was right there then she redid my nails for the 3rd time and I finally told her to do a simpler design because I was already charged for what I actually wanted! She rushes through and my nails looks sloppy and the worst I’ve ever seen it looks like an amateur did them. They were friendly but I will never return there again.

Super upset for the service. Dont EVER let the guy on the first desk to the right do your nails. Doesnt know what hes doing. Didnt even clean the cuticles nor do the massage at the end. Came out of there with my hands super dry.

This is one of two places I come to for routine manicures and pedicures. I recommend going to Jenny (nail tech) because she takes her time and her work is GREAT.

Nails broke after a day! Then when I went back and asked for a fix they wanted to charge me $20 never going again

Been going here for years and always enjoy coming here. I came in recently and the wait was super long left my phone number and got a call back when they were ready for me. Today I went in knowing that they close at 7:30 pm got there around 7:11 and Nancy still took me and did a fabulous job. Ask for Nancy or Nikki the manager chair 🪑 1 or 2 ❤️

I went to cute nails on Saturday 12/28/19. It is now Tuesday 12/31/2019 and I have three broken Nails One cracked and one that feels like its going to come off. Im a fair person so visited the salon today to get them fixed. I wasnt trying to get over, I said I would pay for a gel overlay and a polish change, but Im not going pay for these three broken nails. I paid $41 on Saturday she wanted me to pay $30....She then proceeded to tell me my nails long.... So nobody has long nails? I have had nails longer than this and never Broke one.. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE.. EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST NAIL SHOP ON EARTH😠😠😠😠😠

The customer service is poor! I used love this nail salon, but never again. I got a full set (gel) paid $50. Day 7 my nails were cracking (and one broke). I called and a nail tech told me I could come in and she would fix my nails. As soon as I got there she asked for more money. I refused to pay anymore money. My nails are super thin and were not done right to begin with. I guess you only get ONE CUTE nail at “CUTE NAIL” salon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM.

They are so desperate for clients during this pandemic that they choose money over service and quality. The lady who did my nails told me another amount and I guess the owner came over they spoke in their little language and BOOM! $5 up charge and she wasnt playing any games. I was going to tip my tech an extra $5...Im so glad I didnt. She was talking through her mask just to find out if Im a regular! Assessing me while doing my nails!! Asking where I lived and if Ive been there before. What does it matter? Smh. My GEL ombre nail set turned brown-green the same day because of cheap and diluted top coats! The nails were lifting in the same week. One of my nails completely got removed with the cheaply done acrylic and became a stub until it could finally grow out a little! I went through excruciating pain while commonly washing my hands and of course applying hand sanitizer. If you love yourself, go somewhere else. Theyll never get my coin and I advise you not to give out yours either.

I have been going to this place for years. I always find them friendly and gentle. During these COVID-19 pandemic I found that each technician had to go to a training session and get a certificate that is posted in their station. They provide the necessary barriers in both manicure and pedicure stations. Everyone is required to wear a mask and hand sanitizers are available. I noticed that they washed and autoclaved the tools after use. They also changed the plastic liner of each pedicure tub after each customer.

Worst experience ever. I left there in tears with my nails not done. I arrived at 520 told the lady I had an hour before work. She said no problem wait 5 minutes. Then she came over and cut all my nails my real nails too. At 550 I got angry because of the time then the man finishes destroyingmy nails and asked for 5 I gave it to him and left. I will never ever go to this wholein the wall nail salon again. Never again

Trying powder for the first time making the transition from acrylic nails. NANCY did a good job, pedicure was really good. Happy there wasnt a long wait. While prices are competitive, I felt over charged for my pedicure, some other ppl expressed the pedicure price was high while I was there as well.

They make sure you are happy, most of the time.

I went here today (July 10, 2017 around 5pm) for a simple eyebrow waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows made the left one thicker than the right one. When I asked her to fix it, she did, however she ended up burning my skin near the right brow. She also left wax on the right temple. I will never return to this establishment.

I was a ritualCustomer at one point and time. After a disagreement with my consistent nail tech Nancy i took a one year break from the location. Upon returning the staff is really rude and does not give you what you ask For. When asked for a break down of your charges they act agitated as if you aren’t worth the time. Horrible customer service and not that good at doing nails that can last. Use cheap products and the techs are not that skilled to give you what you ask for but will not admit to not knowing how to fulfill your request. They talk badly about customers in their language in front of customers. Options are scarce and subpar at this location. Only two people have a visible tech license.

So i went there yesterday, the person doing my nails was rude. I don’t know her name but when i asked if she can clean up my nails she was like “you don’t have to tell me what to do i know what i gotta do it’s my job “ i was like mmk. She was rushing, she didn’t paint my nails right or file or shape them right. There’s like bumps on my nails. The paint job is so horrible. I️ told her that she missed a spot and she “went” back to do then messed it all up. I️ don’t know her name but she looks like the oldest one there. M

Customer service is bad. I didnt get the lady name but she worked at desk or chair number 5. I only wanted a fill in. She was more on her phone than paying attention to my nails. She kept getting mad because I kept looking at my nails. At this point I was ready to go. I didnt like her attitude at the beginning. I still had polish and even when I tried to tell her she caught another attitude. Once she was finish she told me to wash my hands. I did and asked her how much. She said 30.00. I said for a fill in she said yes. Thats not possible so she started speaking in her language to another employee. She came up with oh 21.00. I just paid and left. I will not recommend neither will I come back they are terrible.

The staff is very unfriendly! They don’t greet you when you walk in, they just stare waiting for your request . I don’t even know why I keep going back .. oh because Karen is the best nail tech there, takes her time and makes sure you’re satisfied always! Other than that . Bad service to be at its location!

Nancy ! Is a nice worker very kind and really helpful, some other costumers complains about the services but is because you ask for something then you change your mind, they try to help but if you are rude to them obviously you will get an attitude, on my opinion they work really good ! And their personalities are good and they are fair with costumer, people there is a line you dont just come and do whatever you want there is an order ok!

One of the worst places Ive ever had my nails done at. Some guy threw a towel on my lap, I guess for the hell of it (he worked there btw), that towel smelled horrible. I waited in the pedicure chair for 40 mins before anyone was able to attend me. The lady spoke to me twice, and even after telling her she was hurting me multiple times she continued to do what she was doing. Very unhappy with this places and I will not be going back

Nikki did a very nice job! She took her time to shape my nails over and over again to make them look great. Needless to say about the perfect ombre style. I called and I went to 4 nail salons, none of them were doing the ombre style. Thank you so much Nikki!!

I Been coming to this nail shop for 12 years still great customer service great design clean place. I love the way Nancy, Nikki and Barbara do my nails and toes.

Came in for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was great. The nails for the full set were good too but the top coat bubbled two of my nails so the finish was a little underwhelming.

I waited a 90 minutes for a 20 minute (tops) pedicure where my feet were snatched around and handled aggressively.I paid $40 for a super short square (not my request) full set with gel polish.Everything at this salon has an upcharge, even decent polish and the customer service is awful. I dont mind paying more for good service, but they charge you more to rush through services and be rude. Im not sure why they are still in business.

It was terrible. When I walked in, I was unwelcomed. No greetings. No smiles. After ten minutes, I was asked to sit in the pedicure chair. The woman left the water running whereas another customer had to yell its about to overflow. She was uneducated upon how to turn it off. I had to turn it off. No apologies. Then my feet soaked in water for an hour...only to be yelled, HELLO COLOR repeatedly at the top of the mans lungs. Terrible. I left. I recommend NOT ever going to this place unless you want to suffer, be undervalued and disrespected!

Theres a man in there that deals with your hands terribly. Hes rough, hes impatient, and he doesnt know how to paint nails. He did a horrible job. He cut me on a few fingers with the nipper. He also didnt file the nail down enough. My nails look ugly. The polish is not smooth and while I was drying them he told me, go home now . Also the service is terrible, they dont greet you.

I had a bad experience. Their gel manicure started peeling off in 2 days. I dont know if they use cheap nail polish, but it wasnt worth it.

So so disappointed! Went there for a pedi eyebrow and fill. They cut me during pedi. Told the lady I like to keep my eyebrows thick she peeled them then woke up this morning to see bumps that are painful. And this fill trash she didnt bother to blend old acrylic in before applying the fill. Nails were a mess mind you my baby shower was today! ALSO WAS CHARGED 115.00 FOR THESE SERVICES.. PLEASE THINK TWICE OR EVEN THREE TIMES BEFORE THEY GET YOU FOR MONEY TOO. SO madmy normal nail tech wasnt available during to an family emergency

I honestly dont recommend it, they didnt clean my feet well and I asked for square nails and she cut them round! I hate round nails!I also spread the polish on the edges of my fingernails. 😠
