They helped me haul my stingray and went way beyond what I expected them to do. The brakes were out so he stayed after to help me get it all the way down my steep driveway safely. Definitely using them in the future!

I was involved in an accident and my car was towed to their company yard. The people were very helpful with letting me get my things out of my car and letting me know what I should do about insurance.

I have nothing but praise for Mayhall’s and especially Rod, the tow truck driver who came to my rescue after sundown in 20-something degree weather. He was courteous and friendly and showed more kindness to a perfect stranger in need than anyone I’ve ever known.When the tire center locked its door and turned off the lights as we arrived (10 minutes before closing time), Rod could have dropped me and my car there and left me to find a way home. But instead, he was kind enough to offer to drive me home, and I accepted. I can never thank him enough for his kindness and I already have contacted his employer to express my gratitude.I will use Mayhall’s again if I ever need them and I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Definitely an asset to Huntsville and Madison County!

Car was towed... Go to pick up car and they said they only take cash... Had to walk 3 miles to get money from an ATM... I come back and they said my car was in a different lot. I explained I have no way of getting there and they made me wait hours for a tow truck driver to drive me there

It was Saturday and all rental cars were closed being after 12:00 noon Tammy the office lady were about to leave but ended up staying over her shift about an hour plus went over and beyond her duty to help me with a rental car and even helped me get an Uber to take me to the Airport to pick up the rental car, I thank God everyday for people like Tammy at Mayhalls and Michelle at Enterprise Rental Cars they have A True Servants Heart.

Kyle and Amber came out to help me while I was stuck in a ditch, with a trailer attached. They helped me to stay calm and pulled the trailer out with no issues at all. The guy was super cool..He had to back his truck all the way through a nasty narrow swamp road in order to hook onto my big and heavy bus and pull me out of the muck... he was there within an hour and got right on it despite the challenges.. the price was reasonable and I felt inclined to tip him. I would highly recommend Mayhalls Towing. Karen on the phone was most helpful and the tow truck arrived in a very short time. Juliette the tow truck driver was excellent. Very, very knowledgeable about my toyota vehicle (and I believe she would be on many brands of vehicles). Juliette was able to get my vehicle started and not have to tow it (we had been working since the evening before to get it started due to the anti theft system being in locked mode). This was excellent considering it is a front wheel drive and would have been complicated to tow from the position the car was sitting without possibly damaging the vehicle. This will definitely be the tow company we use in the future if the need arises. Id give them 10 Stars if possible!

The professionalism and friendliness of the driver that was sent to our location would have made this a 5++ star rating even if we had not received such a prompt, professional response from the company. We had a unique towing situation that could not be accessed by a flatbed, and they were able to get us the right truck very quickly. We would definitely use this company again.

Whoever Will is that was driving the red Mayhall truck on Wednesday evening and hauled off a silver dodge from Main Street apartments was not rude but very unprofessional when I went to see about the car he was towing. He said the office called, but we were told that they hadn’t. He never even told me where we could pick it up from! Train your towers to be better human beings period and to tel the truth because either y’all are lying or the complex is, it either way being more professional would help!

I use them often for work and on the occasion, when I need it, for my personal towing and they are always more than exceptional.

Early morning On 11/13/19, my truck started overheating in Huntsville AL @ my doctors office. I could not risk driving it to my home because it could further damage the engine.So I called multiple tow truck companies in my area and they all said it would be a few hours before they could help me.When I called Mayhalls, the woman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Expecting her to say it would be a few hours (like the other wrecker companies), I was delighted to here her say that it would be nowhere near that long for them to help me. She said they can be there within the hour, which was good to hear.I could not stay with the truck and had to get home so I told her where to find the key, and the address to bring it to. And true to their word, they showed up with my truck within the hour.I couldn’t be happier with their services. I have used their service twice. The first time was when I was broke down and stranded at night. They assured me they would be there as quickly as possible and much to my surprise and relief, they were there within 30 minutes! The driver was exceptional at handling my vehicle and very professional. He even explained I could take my receipt and possibly get reimbursed for the service through my insurance company! Which I did! :) The 2nd time I used them was more recent when my tire went flat on my way to work. They again, showed up very quickly and the driver was very nice! He even let me sit in his truck to stay warm while he changed my tire! The price was very reasonable and I will ALWAYS recommend Mayhall Wrecker Service to anyone I find in need of a towing service!

I was quoted one price by dispatch and then quoted another price by the driver. The driver was very unprofessional and he act like he was mad the whole time. Then he just dropped the car off and left didnt say thank you, good bye, or nothing. Just rude, but never again and I mean never!!!!!!! Not all drivers that I have had ever been this rude and I have used them several of times and so have my friends but this one tonight was a deal breaker for me.

My overall experience with Mayhall Wrecker Service was outstanding. Everyone was very respectful and I felt like I was their only priority, both over the phone and when I came to pick up my car. The receptionist was very helpful and polite when I called and when the driver came out to meet me at my vehicle he was such a pleasure and handled my car with care as if it was his own. No rates listed on the website and no real explanation of charges when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Towed the vehicle 10 miles and there was a $200 towing charge on top of $35/day storage fee. Receptionist stated the $200 rate was a flat towing rate they charged and I stated I would think theyd factor in mileage. I asked if they charge the same for 10 miles as they do for 110 miles and she said they charge more for more mileage but couldnt expand upon it.

The dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional. This company let me sit at the site for over 30 minutes after they notified me that the recker was in the area. When I called and asked for the location of the recker she rudely said well the sheriff called and asked for a recker so he left but told the guard to let you know. I spoke to the guard who was unaware of any of this. More importantly, if a customer is at the light when you called to say the recker is in the area when was there time for him to wait and get another dispatch? Why not notify the customer yourself? To say, Well the guard shouldve said something and you need to call someone else, I dont understand how this company has any customers! Rude and unprofessional!!!!

Dispatcher was rude and all-around unhelpful in every way. When I called I was told they would notify a driver to meet me. I called again to find out when the driver could be expected to arrive and she did not even remotely answer the question and lied to me about what she said the first time. Have been waiting for over 30 minutes and still have no idea of at least a general eta.
