Hisham with metro motor towing did a great job towing my lowered Porsche Cayman with a damaged flat tire (even lower) I normally insist on flat bed service but he assured me that he could dolly it using a conventional tow truck (flat bed service was 4+hour wait on this night)He arrived in a top of the line brand new truck which reassured me that this was no fly-by-night company The truck was spotless and well equipped to deal with low slung cayman! Hisham took his time and delivered the car and myself home without a scratch where I could deal with the tire and wheel issue. After 2 failed AAA attempts to get our car towed from the 2nd level of the Colonial Garage, Metro Motors came to our rescue. Mohammed did everything he could to get our car started but couldn’t clear the garage with his truck so Alex came and made it happen. He actually made it look easy after 8 hours of failed attempts and calling on anyone that could help.Thanks to Alex and Metro Towing we will make our flights tomorrow and can put this behind us. He even sent a picture, to put our minds at ease, showing us that our car was were it needed to be, safe and sound. We recommend Metro Towing 100%.

After 8 hours of the worse AAA experience ever, metro motors was able to help us. The first driver that arrive, Mohammad, was so knowledgable about cars and tried everything he could to fix the car so that we wouldnt have to use the towing service. Unfortunately, it had to be towed and his truck could not fit in the garage. Alex came and also tried his best to fix the car. The garage we were in was a 6 and a half foot clearance and his truck was exactly that. He came down the ramp with his head sticking out of the window making sure that it fit. He was unbelievably helpful and committed to getting us out of the garage. I could not recommend him and this company more!

My starter died on a Sunday in downtown WDC. All wheel drive requires rollers and the two drivers (brothers) took on the task with professionalism and a great customer service approach. They took care of everything.

This review is specifically directed to those in the D.C. area who are in the military and have USAA for road-side assistance (although I would recommend these guys to anyone with towing needs). My car broke down on a military base, and these folks were the only ones that were able to get on base. The person they sent out was professional, cared about my vehicle, and made sure that he was gentle while towing it. I would highly recommend that if you are broken down on a base, to ask your roadside assistance company for this service by name. You will save hours waiting for a tow since other companies will bid on the project, only to cancel, when they realize you are on a base and they cant get to you. My sincerest appreciation to this company.

They are the best - someone tried to steal my motorcycle from the garage in my building, so I had to get it towed out because it could not be ridden. Before Metro came out I had 3 different tow companies come out & all 3 refused to help because it was a really tough situation to solve. Metro got on site, assured me they could help, that we would figure it out, and were really friendly. It took us over 2 hours, 4 people, 3 tow trucks, skates, winches, etc to get it out because of the tough spot I was in, but nonetheless it was done & they were super professional. From now on Ill only use Metro for any emergency situation. They are really the best - I highly recommend them. They even went the extra mile & found a nearby shop that took my bike in at 7pm & were able get my bike running again. Highly recommend

Used them through AAA. They arrived at my location about 10 minutes after I called (super quick). Alex was very nice, and I only had to stick around for about 5 minutes. They had a dolly for my AWD car and texted me with pictures when it was dropped off at the repair shop.

My insurance company sent out 4 tow trucks to my house and each driver gave me a song and dance as to why they would not be able to remove my BMW 535i Xdrive from my garage attached to my home.Each driver took at least 25 minutes to not figure out how to remove my car from the garage. So frustrating!!!Metro Motor Towing, Inc came out and got the job done in just over 15 minutes. It would have been sooner but the driver was pretty cool so we chatted for a bit.The way the other guys were pacing back and forth you would have thought that I was diving an exotic!Metro Motor Towing knocked it out like it was no big deal and got the job done! They will no doubt be the first one I call the next time.Super Satisfied!!!

I met the most nicest professional tow man by the name of Raymond. This guy is awesome and has amazing driving skills. He was able to maneuver my car out of an incredibly narrow spot. These guys bailed me out after Id waited 2hrs for the prior tow company to tell me they didnt have available resources.The folks at Metro told me they would be there in 45-50m and my service only required them to be there in under 75m. They got there in 30m!They are courteous, professional and punctual.Thank you!

A month ago I got my car towed from this company using AAA. On the night of May 27 2020 AAA called a tow truck because my car wouldn’t start. The Driver arrived on time. And because of covid 19 I are not allowed to ride with the drivers. So I stayed at work an I told him where to park my car in my apartment complex. I also asked him to call when he arrived at my home, so I can have my sister come outside to make sure he parked it in the correct area. He never called or sent an arrival text to let us know he dropped the car off. When I got off work and arrived home. I proceeded to locate my car to make sure it was ok, I found my car backed into a parking space in front of a gate, I proceeded to the back of my car to open my trunk an the entire back of my vehicle was damaged. Not a little ding I’m talking about my trunk was pushed in an my bumper was completely off. I was beyond shocked an frustrated. (If I can insert pictures I will) I contacted AAA ASAP an made them aware of the situation, who gave me a claim number an stated that they would reach back out to me after they’ve contacted the company they hired to tow my car. After not hearing anything for almost a month. I emailed the adjuster for AAA an asked about my claim. I was eventually contacted thru email stating that Metro motor towing wasn’t claiming liability because the damages was to severe to have been backed into a gate. Mind you I never said the driver hit the gate it was parked in front of or any gate for that matter. I wasn’t with him when he dropped my car off so I wouldn’t have actually known what he hit.i just know he didn’t pick my car up in that condition. So after she told me AAA isn’t liable an I would have to talk to Metro motor towing. I contacted them on many occasions an I got no where. So now I have to go through my insurance an contact the Better Business Bureau to get this situated. I also have proof that my car wasn’t damaged when he towed it from my job. Please if you hire this company to tow your vehicle make sure you take pictures of your car before an after an also get paperwork stating the conditions your car is in when it’s towed with this company. I would never make the mistake of using AAA or hiring this company again. Please be careful.

I placed my vehicle in Park to retrieve something from the back seat and my vehicle would not get out of Park. AAA put the dispatch out but towing companies refused the service call. Geico had us waiting for 4 hours last night out in the cold in the middle of keybridge in washington dc side. We couldnt take it anymore thats why we called our own towing company which is Metro Metro Towing who came in less than 10 minutes!! We were in a car accident and was freezing out on a 30F weather in the middle of the bridge facing the opposite direction. USe this company by any means necessary. 4 hours VS 10 minutes. Thats how fast we got the results. DO NOT USE GEORGETOWN TOWING BY THE WAY. They was the ones contracted by Geico who never showed up.

This company was contracted by my roadside assistance company and never showed up. They are automatically given a 90 min window. After 90 mins the they stated they were running behind and it would be 40 mins. I waited from 6:30pm-10 and they NEVER showed up. Adter another towing xompany was dispatched they called and stated they were 15 mins away but their services were no longer needed!!!!!!
