Very easy to get my car back

It seems to me the quality of their service is contingent to the reason your vehicle is being towed. My car was impounded. The next day I go to pick up the car but I’m unable to since it isn’t under my name. They tell me the owner has to send in a letter stating that they’re able to release the car to me and any damages to the car after leaving their garage has nothing to do with them. Understandable. Why when I finally get to see my car the bumper is hanging off, the tire axle is broken, and the driver’s door is unable to open fully. This place is a joke, completely unprofessional.

We accidentally parked in a lot and were immediately towed. The angry little man we talked with strutted around the lot with a gun on his hip while shouting. I guess if you have a Napoleon complex and can’t get a job as a security guard, this is your place. Predatory business downtown - not much else

I did not use this towing company intentionally. I was unfortunate enough to have parked in a lot where I did not see a no parking sign posted and they towed me. As a result of their towing Im having to do a minimum of $900 worth of work to my vehicle so Im not very pleased with them at all. When I arrived to claim my vehicle, because they had towed it just before midnight and I picked it up just after midnight, they charged me 2 days worth of storage on top of the fine. After this experience, I cannot think of any reason why I would call this company to tow a vehicle of mine when there are so many other good options.

Completely unprofessional!! When we arrived to the guy at the front was had his shoes off and was laying in two chairs sleeping. Knocked on the window numerous tomes and it took forever for him to wake up. Once he finally woke up he not once apologized and told us he couldn’t help us that we had to wait on the lady to get back. Once she got back she was on a personal phone call while trying to assist us even though there is a sign that says “We will be glad to assist you when you’re done with your personal call”Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed!!!!

They are trash they are very rude and dont give people a chance or work with them the building is old worn out shut this place down

I reported them to the BBB and they told them they would sue me. I reported them to the Attorney General. They charged me $55 when Huntsville police said the fee was $35. I went to Lieutenant Johnson and he didnt know why? Huntsville police should never partner with crooks. BBB didnt want to give them an F. Dont use them.

They Showed up right on time, very professional the tow driver did an outstanding job getting my broken vehicle on his tow truck. The steering column on my crown vic was broken and it was parked in a small neighbor hood street cars everywhere I pre ordered the tow it worked like clock work and the price was outstanding. I recommend this company to anyone especially if you have a business and are looking to recover cars or move them a lot they are the ones to do business with. OUTSTANDING!

My car was stolen from my apartment complex. It was recovered and impounded at roadside towing, These people have NO compassion for others, I was charged $205 to get my stolen car from them. Staff very unfriendly, I was driven to the back of the loyy to get my car, it had 2 flat tires and I was not even allowed to change the tires. I had to drive my car with flat tires outside the gate before doing anything to it. I just hope this same faith dont get them one day but if it does then they deserve it because of how they treat other people.

Horrible driver. Stole cash from my girlfriends car after impounded.

Our truck was impounded from a lot with “ no parking” signs barely visible. We had dinner at Moe’s BBQ and were there less than an hour. We phoned the number on the sign at the lot and were told by Walter that we could only get our vehicle out by paying $185 cash. We Ubered to the location after getting $200 in cash from the atm, only to be told that they had no change. A cash only business should be able to make change. We were then told by Walter and his coworker that my husband and I could not ride together to get our truck. We advised them that we would not be separated. We rode with the driver (he didn’t wear a mask, which is a COVID-19 violation) while he drove in reverse the entire way to get our truck. We were then cursed at when we expressed how irritated we were with the the situation and their customer service. While I understand they “have a contract” with the parking lot we mistakenly parked in, they obviously enjoy taking advantage of out of towners. Sadly, we won’t be spending any future tourist dollars in Huntsville after this experience.

Towed and impounded my vehicle from a parking lot with no parking signs barely visible. The driver made me pay cash and ride in flatbed truck cab to the back of the impound lot to get my vehicle and would not let me walk. As a woman this is very scary and also a COVID-19 violation, as we could not remain 6 feet apart in the truck cab and he was not wearing a mask. I have contacted TV Investigative Reporters and City Officials in hopes of putting a stop to these unethical business practices.

Thieves. They tow for the city. City states 35 and 10 per day. If they tow your car a 8pm (closed) and you pick it up next day at 9am it counts as two days. Plus they add 10 admin fee. Either the city is lying or they are

They have very little in terms if customer service. If you like waiting endlessly this is where you go. They need at least three more employees, preferably ones that can add and subtract.

Father and Son and Grandson. They all were the perfect southern gentlemen.First a little backstory...Wed been left holding the bag. From out of state, wed arranged to purchase and have a shed towed 75 miles away. The man wed pre-arranged to pick it up who had already come and seen the job, priced it high...but didnt show at the time/date he had picked! The company hed sent in his place just hemmed and hawed about how it couldnt be done, the third company came and joined the chorus of I cant for this reason or that.Then... we called Roadside Towing in Huntsville, AL. They just came and did the job. No complaining, no excuses, just plain hard work. I highly recommend this family team. They Will Get it DONE!

I can never express how awesome this company is! I had a really difficult predicament and starting making phones calls as soon as I can to get a very difficult piece of equipment moved. The 1st call I made was to a really big company who I knew had the equipment to do this job for me,they completely turned it down. Second call was to Roadside . I spoke to the owner of the company Bobby Hall, after hearing the situation, he didnt turn it down, instead he asked where the equipment was and he drove out of his way to go take a look at it. Bobby Hall went above and beyond the call of duty for me in this situation and kept me informed of everything that was going on from start to finish. Eh. As a student, the people sort of gave us the run around at first and didnt give us all the info we needed up front.

From my experience, Roadside Towing & Collision is a horrible business.One of their employees, by the last name of Bishop, put my car on the back of his truck at the scene of the accident, claiming he was only doing so to move it out of the way to gain access to the car he actually came to get.After loading it, his story changed. He refused to put my car down, despite the fact that I had already called Triple A & they were on the way to come get my car.He continued to say that as long as I came to the lot to pick my car up within 24 hours, it was free of charge.I called the business, once I got home, and the man that I spoke with(who claimed to be the owner) had, again, a different story. Once he started to inform me of the charges to get my car back, I told him that his employee said it would be free until the end of the 24 hour day. He called his employee on 3 way, and Mr. Bishop lied, once again, saying he properly informed me of the charges.After asking for his name as well, the man I was speaking with gave me the name Jack Ass. That was his second time cursing at me through out the conversation, the first being him telling me I needed to hop my ass in a car and come get my car.From another source, I learned that the owners name is James Bepew. Im unsure if the man that I spoke with actually was James Bepew, but one thing is for sure: this company was by far the worst in any category that Ive ever come across.

This guy is a bitter piece of s**t. My vehicle was impounded over the weekend, and as it was a rental I had to have an agent from enterprise come and pick me up. Now heres where it gets funny, the man looked right at both of us and told us to make sure we get it off the lot and away from his cameras before we swapped, as the enterprise agent has to remove the vehicle off the lot. So this agent pulls the vehicle out and parks it at larrys, a separate lot and business from roadside. HERES THE REALLY FUNNY PART, this piece of s**t proceeds to calls enterprise and report that their agent just released a vehicle to a driver with a dui and invalid license, which isnt true at all, and never said a word about that when agent was at his window. And then after realized he had sabotaged my well being, I call the man to politely ask why he would intentionally try to get said enterprise agent in trouble, at which he immediately spouted off a bunch of BS and said you can come back and talk to me with the police, and hung up. They are not good people. They are petty, impersonal, desperate, and lonely. I pity the owner.

Dont use this company ever. i am not a disgrunted customer owner was such a J@#$A@@ when i called would not let him tow a hotwheels car.

Just for anyone who needs to know this if u have a wreck and the cops call your tow service, your car has to go to the tow yard not your house which the next day will cost you 200$ to get towed home just living 6 miles down the road.
