I had Tiffany, she was very nice and did a really good job. By far my best nail shop experience although they do get you with the price. I started at $50 & by the time I was done my total was $95!! Just for my hands, because of shape, length & every finger had a design, which is literally JUST lines.

I got a pedicure and a full set with nail art and my biggest thing is service and quality. The place is really nice and clean inside, the staff are friendly, the lady that did my pedicure did a great job and she was really nice and friendly. The lady that did my nails was super friendly (she may talk a little too much lol) I like to sit and relax while getting serviced, she did a great job as well. All in all I recommend this place.

The decor is beautiful and it was clean. Danny did my nails he did great and was courteous. Rose did my pedicure she was so nice, but I wasn’t pleased with the outcome of my toes. I wasn’t offered anything to drink after stating I was a bit warm at least two times. That’s why I gave 3 stars my polish on the pedi and no beverage was offered, but I still left a generous tip since both were so nice. I am debating on if I’ll go back in two weeks; pending my pedi lasting will be the deciding factor as well as my white tip nails.Update: 20JUL these are my nails now. Don’t think I’ll go back unfortunately

I had a wonderful time at this nail shop. The staff is wonderful. i would prefer Johnny if anything to do your nails. He makes sure you are comfortable and having a nice time while doing his job.

Dana was great! She was fast, professional, willing to recreate the design I presented to her. I would recommend her to anyone wanting intricate design work. I’ll be coming to Bijou from now on.The nail salon was beautifully designed and clean.

I wanted to try this place because my nail lady that I have been going to for 15+ yrs retired. I decided to give Bijou a try. My daughter & I got a mani & pedi & my mom a pedi. I didnt like that as soon as we got there they sat us down without giving us a chance to look for a color. We got our mani & pedi done at the same time. We had somebody for our feet & another person for hands. I did not like that I couldnt take my time to look for a color because the guy doing my hands was rushing me. I understand he wanted to get started but they werent even busy. 2 of my nails were crooked from me reaching my right hand to my left side so he can do my mani. They finished & when I went to pay I couldnt believe my total was $270 not including tip!! I have never paid that much for my daughter & I. We got one color, no design, nothing extra!! Will not go back!

It was a very good experience, this is by far the best nail shop I’ve been to. Johnny did my nails, lol. If you are good nail tech I prefer him. Over all, everything and everyone had great energy and it’s a lovely staff that works here.

Customer was very nice but not the quality of nails. I got mine done Thursday and the following Sunday they were already cracking and lifting. Other than the quality of work, the atmosphere was nice and very clean place.

AMAZING I got Tina she was sooo nice the only thing I would change is for the sprinkles to be a little less circular but other than that she did a very good job, I will definitely go again!

I really like my toes and how well she did them. My hands on the other hand are just ok! They did a powder overlay. I like for my nails to look slim as opposed wide. They are a little pricey there as well. But it is a beautiful salon. They weren’t bad but not my favorite. I would go again but I would t make it my go to salon.

I went here yesterday because I let a friend practice nails on me and well it didnt go super great.. This place was amazing. Very friendly, clean and didnt rush their work. I highly recommend Johnny! I will be back once a month.

My husband and I came here for pedicures on Saturday evening around 7. Very nice and clean, good customer service. We were taken care of by Tiffany and Tracy. Both did a great job and we were pleased! Well definitely be back! The mimosas were an added bonus! :-)

I got my nails done on Sunday, by Monday two had already broken off. (Normally my nails last a month when I go here which is why I loved them, but now not so much). I went back to get them fixed, and when I did they put the wrong color on my nails. There was no offer to correct it, customer service is already poor since they blamed me for breaking them due to having thins nails, and I was just frustrated with the whole experience. Needless to say, I really liked this place despite the more expensive prices, this simple design was $65 and not worth the second trip 3 days later. Overall disappointed with the quality of work and service to rectify the situation. UPDATE: another nail popped off from typing on the computer.

Paid $65 just for a basic no design acrylic nails. Probably the worst acrylic nails I’ve gotten. Not clean, I could see particles and dots on my nails and it was very rushed. Even paid extra to get cuticle removed which wasn’t even clean.No doubt, this is the most beautiful nail salon and you would expect the service to be extraordinary. But it’s trash. Please don’t come here and waste your money.

I went in less than 2 weeks ago to have my lashes done. Jade was very nice but for $70 it was not worth it. She did assure me however if I saw them shedding in the next 3 weeks I could come back to get them refilled for free. I barely had lashes on one eye 11 days later so I returned. When I did the time frame to return was 3 or 4 days and Jade admitted she told me then said I didnt know. Needless to say the cost was $40. Not to mention my nail were just mediocre. I wouldnt suggest this establishment to anyone.

These people are sneaky and will get over on you! Do not go to this establishment. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and they charged my $60 for eyebrow tint. The manager tried to blame me by saying I told her tint and I should have stopped the lady from applying the tint. We’re in 2021, if someone asks for their eyebrows to be cleaned up that just means wax. To try to blame me on this is pathetic! I did not ask for this at all

Totally recommend Ms.Dana she was very professional and did exactly what I asked for. She did an excellent job with my nails. Will definitely come again.

FIVE STARS FOR JOHNY!!!!I was here on Saturday 6.26.2021. I received a full set of acrylic powder color coffin shaped nails by Johny. Let me say he is now my new nail tech not only did he do exactly what I asked for he is very personable and keeps you entertained with his personality and conversation.My only minor complaint would be:Im still not sure how I walked away paying $65 when I booked for a full set of acrylic color powder $55 and $5 for the coffin shape. I already soaked my previous set off prior to my arrival.

Omg.... Johnny is heaven sent!! He’s so professional, fun, loving, kind!! At one time, I didn’t care for a male to do my nails ... that mindset has totally changed! I hope to have him, FOREVER!!! Paige is awesome! She brought my vision to life without even really knowing what I wanted (if that makes sense, lol) I wanted my nails to match a lotion bottle I had gotten for Xmas and after 2 techs told me they couldnt do it, I gave up on it and just settled. But Paige did exactly what I wanted without me asking! I totally recommend her for all your nail needs!

Convenient for late hours but not worth it. The nail techs are so rough with your nails and your cuticles. Even after pointing out how rough they are they just continue. Very uncomfortable the entire time because it hurt! The lady doing my manicure basically drilled my nail off. I came here once before and now I remember why I never came back and won’t be coming back. They also left a bunch of dip powder all over my cuticles

This place is amazing. As always DANA is awesome. She does perfect design, very creative, friendly and helpful.i never worry about how will turn out I just trust her to work. My nails never break or come off. I wont go to anyone but her 💙

Have came here multiple times for pedicures and had a great experience, finally decided to do a full set with them, and pretty unhappy honestly, $95 for probably a50 dollar set, to tell you i was shocked was an under statement, $5 per nail for the “art” that was done, my pedicure just wasn’t the same, it’s clumpy and already chipping off and it hasn’t been 24 hours, i paid $160 which is the most i’ve ever paid for services ever, and it’s not worth it at all

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and instantly fell in love with the environment. My nail tech, Johnny is absolutely amazing with his work. I can tell he is passionate of what he does. I will definitely be coming here again!

The place is beautiful and for the price you would think you would get better service and work. Neither happened for me and my guest. I called ahead- they called back to say they could do the two pedicures I needed and quoted me a price. When I asked what all was included in the service the man could not answer me. He just kept saying- we will take care of you, we offer drinks. The photos of the place looked good so I gave it a shot. The lady at the front checking is in was rude and short with me when I said I had just called for two pedicures, she told us harshly to sit and didn’t say a word else. After being sat for 15 minutes I asked for a drink, she couldn’t understand me so we drank what she brought us which he was the basic hot wine they had. Then kept asking me if I wanted to add items for additional cost. When the cost became higher and it changed from the basic pedicures to r had wanted I was not offered the better polishes or options only the add on for $5 more, or this for $5 more. I asked what the difference was in the extras if I just selected a higher package, extras are callus removed, cuticles trimmed and I’m guessing a hot towel on your feet because I didn’t get any of that by my guest did and they didn’t charge her more. The colors they give you to choose from are all shellac do once you’re sitting for a basic pedicure and pick a color they ask you what color you want, so you had better have a color in mind because nothing they give you is a basic polish. I’m 9 month s pregnant and the lady got upset with me when I told her I couldn’t figure it out without looking so she put shoes on me and told me to go to the front. The nice up there I just got led to my own to pick something and then all all the way back to the back. I asked for water again and didn’t get any- again. The ac obviously didn’t work, and when the lady was done she just got up and left. Leaving me to try and put the paper shoes on. After watching me struggle she came to help me and left again. She had to use 4 layers of polish to make the cheap color show up for with no drying time or fan I walked to the front to pay. My big toe got messed up while I shuffled to the front to pay. I told the lady at the front again and she literally laughed and walked away. The tech came back ushered me to the very back again took the polish off and out four more coats and then told me to sit under a light and left me there for about 15 minutes. Seriously disappointed because it’s such a pretty place and so close to the home. I won’t be going back.!

This was my first time at this luxury nail salon and I was by far disappointed! Not only did I feel like my service was rushed but it was not to what I asked for. Kevin was the nail tech who did my nails. At first he was nice but after I showed him his work was way off he got rude real quick! Im glad I wasnt charged for this horrible service! 😞😒😑

I am so disappointed with the service today.First of all, the hair dresser lady was on her phone the ENTIRE time. I asked her to trim my daughters curly hair and wash it, but not only did she cut half of my daughters hair off, she didnt wash it like I asked.My oldest daughter even asked her to wet her hair before combing and cutting her curly hair, but the hair dresser was on her phone and still failed to listen. To say Im disappointed is truly an understatement, if you love your hair DO NOT get it cut here, especially if you are mixed or have really curly hair such as my girls.

They are so professional and kind! Everything they used for my service was brand new out of the packs every time I came.When I needed my nails done for graduation, they were supposed to close at 10. The staff stayed over to make sure my nails were done for the next morning.Michael and Jason are phenomenal! I will be telling everyone about this place. The drive is worth it. The customer service is unmatched.

I get overcharged everytime I have gone and never get what I ask for. There is like one good tech in there . I ask for a regular pedi which Is 27$ and got charged 47$. For it. the color on my hands is not what I asked for either and the tech acted like she couldn’t understand me and I wanted to get out of there at the point . she left my nails exactly the same as when I went in and had to pay 108$ for the same thing .

Jonny did an amazing job on my hands and feet. Was very welcoming and had amazing customer service. Requested a custom full set and he was able to do exactly what I wanted, had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again

This is the most beautiful salon Ive ever been to. Its big and clean. I like their bathrooms too. Theyre still a little new and are adding new technicians daily and getting rid of the bad ones. Most of them are good but you have to try different ones until you feel comfortable with one you like. If you dont like your technician, let the management know and theyll change them with no questions asked.

Marissa and Holly are amazing! Marissa is my go to for full sets, always does beautiful work!

I have been coming to Bijou since they opened Johnny is such a great nail tech and will go out of his way to make sure you love your nails and best part you get your money’s worth I just came for my refill after 4-5 full weeks of them being on and still till now none have fallen off, he does such a great job!

Pricey, brochure stated 1hr 10 min for the volcano pedicure which included all the extra stuff! My pedicure lasted no more than 40 minutes, the tech did not care to check the temperature of the water, the wax or stones! Each time i had to tell her it was too hot! She removed too much cuticle, my feet and toes feel tender. Took them a good 15 minutes to figure out what service I received 🙄 will not be returning.

My Wife took my daughter to have her hair TRIMMED ends TRIMMED she specially said NO do NOT cut short she did more than cut her hair short its ruined and takes years to grow back. My daughter is still crying about this and hates her hair and school is about to start now we have to spend more money to get her hair braided with hair that its not even as beautiful as hers. People pay for her beautiful hair WHY WOULD ANY SAIN HAIR DRESSER CUT SUCH BEAUTIFUL HAIR? WHYYYY? ITS RUINED She loved to take pictures now she will not even allow it. Look at before and afters. 5 stars for the place, but 0 stars for the nail tech that I had.This review is about my first experience that I had about a month ago. My nail tech was Kevin/Kahn. At first he was very nice and really tried to work with me for the nails that I wanted. I would point out that there were some spots that he missed, and that was basically about it. I noticed that he started to get very impatient with me towards the end and was rough. Every time I would go wash my hands, he would tell me that he was going to take a “smoke break”. I went ahead and tipped him anyway because I felt like he was really trying to help me out, but now I regret it. I left this place with cuts on my cuticles (these cuts were deep and left my hand in throbbing pain for at least a week). My nails were not even. I wish I could add a photo, but I’m not sure how to. I was afraid to say anything upfront because of my anxiety and he was already rushing me. This review is for Kevin only. I’m sure there are other techs there that are wonderful!

Johnny, is one of the best nail technicians I’ve come across in a long time. He has my nails on point every time I come. My nails last easily 3 weeks, with no lifting. He’s very talented and God sent on custom nail designs. I highly recommend this guy specifically.

Horrible customer service.. we made an appointment here for the day before our vacation. The front desk lady simply told us that we did not have an appointment without even checking. We received confirmation texts and reminder text messages. We showed them to her and still could not be seen. Would never return here.

The most rushed job ever! I hate my nails. I paid an insane amount for uneven nails and poor polish. I requested someone else fix them, after the male tried several times to make them neat. When I sat in the other womans chair to have them fixed, he came and took over. So again, my nails were messy and ugly. I just gave up. I will never be back and just wanted to warn someone else.

First time getting a dip manicure at the location. Walked in and was taken care of immediately without an appointment. Nails turned out okay and tech was nice but buffed a little aggressive and made me bleed. Hasn’t even been 24 hours since getting them done and they are already chipping. Came back today and the manager was extremely rude. Told her about 4 of my nails chipping and she told me to come back tomorrow because they were busy. Had already thought this place was a little pricey especially for the quality but will never come back here again after the way I was treated.

I went today to get a dip manicure, the place looked very lovely and a great selection of color. So I thought, this would be a great place to go. Unfortunately the lady that did my nail messed up on one of them. The nail looked curved upwards and when I told her about it she said it was the way my nail was, but I have gotten them done multiple time before and NOT ONCE did a set ever looked like this. 👎👎

Lady at the front was soooooo rude and short! My sister and I went in for our appointments. Which was Lashes, full set, and pedicure. She saysyou didnt get no confirmation! Didnt look at us, say hi, how can I help you or nothing. I looked with shock and said yes I did or otherwise I wouldnt be here. She keeps talking, rudely, states the lash person does not work on this day, at this time Im scrolling to look for the confirmation while,find it, show it, she stops talking, looking like a deer in headlights, then goes on to say, well the other girl had an emergency and had to leave. I stated you are rude and should have greeted us first and if your tech had an emergency you should have given us a courtesy call and we couldve made the decision to come to you or not, but now we arent spending any of our money here. My sister went off on her too, because she made some underhanded unprofessional remarks to her as well.Terrible customer service!

My first time there. Customer service was bad as soon as I walked in the door. Rude!!! I was told to sit and wait. Just to be told that I will not be worked on for maybe another hour because of other customer. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! I checked and then I walked out. I did not return. This happened in the morning approximately half an hour after they opened. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.*** It was a Monday morning. It’s saddens me to have to write a negative review on this salon but it saddens me even more to be treated the way I was treated . I made an appointment to get my nails done because I was getting married . The whole point of making an appointment is to go when it’s best for you. I showed up 10 mins before my appointment time I signed in and waited for about 5 mins to only be told to come back in 2 hours I then reiterated I have an appointment time set for right now and that I couldn’t come back in 2 hours the front desk attendee just looked at me like oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️ Absolutely not it was the audacity for me and the lack of customer service . I simply left and went to another nail salon and they were more than willing to fit me in . I truly thought I had a great new nail shop but I refuse to spend my money in a place that lacks customer service and if they keep this type of mess up they will be closed down before you know it. Now a days people don’t care how great your work is if you lack customer appreciation/service and the lack of professionalism people are just not here for it I know I’m not .

Beware of some ladies that work here. They talk behind the customers back in their language. I would know based on my experiences. The place looks so heavenly but the way they do your nails degrades your level of expectations, Some don’t know how to do simple nail designs!!!

Had a bad experience one time and didn’t want to go back. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find anywhere else that could do my nails the way I like so after a few months I went back. I’m so glad I did. They are still a little pricey even with just a refill but Fiona is a nail genius. I love the work she does. I show her a picture of what I want and they come out beautifully each time with her own little flair. Mia is the best when it comes to lashes. I always leave happy even if my wallet is a little lighter.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The people are rude, they change the price of your nails after they are done. They are not professional, I felt rushed and not appreciated as a customer. When I complained that they messed up my toes the guy who came to fix them was very rough and rude and was hurting me on purpose. This place is terrible. I do not recommend. Do not let the nice decor fool you. Also they over charged me for my daughters nails as well, the price in the book says one thing they charged me an extra $30 so my total for my daughter was $75 ibstead of the $50 i was quoted..UPDATE: The picture that I am posting is my toe nail that broke literally 10 mins after I left the shop. On top of them adding extra charges. I got charged extra for faulty workmanship. I have never had breakage like this 10 mins after leaving the nail shop. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know. Terrible Terrible place

They did my nails are okay they were bumpy and also she cut me more than a couple times they really hurt but they look decent it was 65 dallors for a full set which I think was kind of price I have paid only 30 dallors for a full set but it was really clean but my only complain was that she cut me several times my nails were bumpy and was pricey

The nail tech was awesome!! She was thorough and listened.However, the people at the front dont seem to appreciate quality and want speed instead. 2 separate front people asked my nail lady when she was going to be done with me, and why was it taking so long.Before that, when I called for an appointment, they made it sound like they could do me and my 2 others that came with, but when we got there, acted surprised. Even though I saw on their book by my phone number, he had written down what I had said when I called.They overflowed 2 foot baths, and forgot my gfs lotion rub down.Only one of us was offered anything to drink.For the price, it was not supervised well. I dont like feeling rushed in a service I am PAYING for!!My nail tech was great, and I have no complaints about her though. She gets 5 stars, the place though, too expensive for what we received.

Its clean and pretty inside, plus people are friendly, so Ive been three times to really get a feel for this place and I have to say I wont be back. They charge just way too much. Each visit was $80-$120 (not including tips) and I didnt do anything crazy. Pedicures felt rushed two out of three times. Nothing felt special about the services.

I had my lashes done by Diane. She was nice and very professional. However, my lashes started falling out as soon as I got home. They didnt last 2 days. I contacted the store and I was told come back and I will take care of you. By the manager. Its been over 2 weeks and hes still giving me the run around. I paid $120 + $20 tip for lashes that couldnt last 2 days. Never going back.

This is the biggest and most beautiful salon in the area. Very clean and sanitary. They just opened and don’t have enough technicians yet. They do take walk-ins if they’re not busy. If you don’t like your technician, you can tell the manager to change to a different one. This place has so much potential and they’re just getting started. So glad we have this gem in the Humble area.

They do ok work but I have noticed they don’t use quality products..i am pretty sure their liquid is MMA which cause me to have a sever reaction when I removed the extension on my big toe my nail was near black an very painful and the lost of both my big toenails

Wow! This place is amazing when you first walk in. Very clean and the biggest salon I’ve ever been to. I absolutely love their pedicures. Choose Sam or Jason. These men have strong hands if you like firm massages on your feet. This is my new go to place for nails every two weeks!

I definitely recommend Diane and Brian for eyebrows and nails! They are wonderful! Very personable and highly skilled nail technicians. So patient and very polite!! Diane also does facial, eyelashes, lash lift and henna. Fabulous!

This is a cool place to take your girl if you want to impress her. They have full bar which is complimentary for customers. This place is huge and clean! So spacious that youre not near anyone. They have over 60 spa chairs! So we feel very safe at this place than any other salon.

I was referred to this place by my sister and just decided to go but had intentions on not fully being satisfied. But when you first walk in you are greeted and welcomed. Bijou was very sweet and made sure I knew everything and the prices before anyone started anything which I loved. Fiona was my nail tech she is so small and the sweetest and I actually thought no one could do my nails to my likings beside the one girls that’s always getting overbooked on me but when I tell you that Fiona work was better I was shooketh and very speechless all I could do is smile and just rock on how pretty and nice she had my nails and Jennifer all I’m going to say is she is the lash GOD I recommend any to come to this place it’s so gorgeous and relaxing and beautiful inside and the bonus they service you drinks I love it there my new nail salon forever!!!

Let me start first by saying this business is BEAUTIFUL & so CLEAN, ROOMY. The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of the hair stylist Jennifer !!!! She is AMAZING, so sweet & kind. She is the epitome of how customer service should be period. But when I first walked in I was not greeted, I stood there 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Whoever the bright young lady was very rude & eyed me up & down and seemed to have an attitude. The guy at the counter didn’t acknowledge me and was rolling around on this scooter thing right when I went to ask him a question. The reason for my visit was for my daughter’s hair. I also wanted to get my nails done & eyebrows but had a change of mind due to the lack of customer service. Aside from that Jennifer turned it all around & convinced me give it another try, so until then.
