Love going to Humble Nail. Leslie is my nail tech her husband and I have good conversation we talk and laugh all the time. I have been getting my nails done there for over 15 years. They are nice people. TheNail shop is very clean.

First its crowded.. sign on the door says you must wear a mask but a lot of ppl with no mask. No social distancing. I ask for tips on my toes she wants to put acrylic. Never again. I see roaches crawling on the floor. Im glad I didnt bring my purse in

I went in one day last week and only asked for a cut down on my nails I was told it was going to be $7. Now the price is not the problem its the inconsistency for me. I go to this nail shop all the time and get my nails cut down and its normally $5. I understand due to the pandemic everything has went up regarding nails shops, but come on. I was just in there to get the exact same thing at the beginning of the month. If it wouldve started off at $7 then i wouldnt even complain but if your going to up your prices overnight then you need to update your price list inside as well. The list on the inside still says $5 like i said its the principle of the matter.

The service is good and if anyone don’t like something done, they fix it. If you have to wait it is worth the wait.

Leslie is my go too girl always, Ive had dip, full sets, pedicures, eyebrows done and just plain manicures and I am never disappointed. She always makes sure its just how I like it :-)

I had an awesome experience at this nail salon. The wait time was minimal. My nail technician, Leslie, was very friendly and courteous. I was informed of the cost of my service upfront so there were no surprises at the end. Leslie got my nails just right. The shape was perfect. When she finished, my nails were neat. They were not thick and bulky. I will definitely visit this salon again and Leslie will be my nail tech. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Customer service is the worst. Was going to get a pedicure there but when I walked in and saw how unsanitary the place was I changed my mind right away. I only got a manicure and wanted regular polished the lady laughed and said shellac was better however I did not want shellac! The area where you wash your hands has roaches. They didn’t check on our nails drying after they were done.

When I sat down at the first ladies taking my nails done she used dirty products and wasn’t doing them correctly so they had another lady sit down in peel off some nails and redo it I asked for a clear nails because I like them clear I have a bunch of bubbles a whole glue lines halfway up the nails in my edges weren’t cleaned they are going to lift and not last very long this place is not worth it

We came here to treat my daughters and niece and it’s was totally rushed. I was looking at the paint job and half my daughters toes nails were not painted and I had to say something so she could go back and take her time to paint them right and clean. On top of that I am seeing bugs and roaches in the shop.

After getting in my car notice my nail color didnt match my pedicure! Communication break down!

I have gone here a few times and they’ve done an ok job. But this last time was the worse experience ever in any nail shop that I’ve been to! The gel is still under my nails! It was all over my fingers for a few days! I must say I went earlier in the day so they were not busy or rushing.I do not recommend!

Nail salon atmosphere without the smell of chemicals. Wife has been going to this place over 20 years. My manicure seemed rushed and not up to the normal standards.

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done. She got a full set and I got a pedicure. My polish on my nails didnt dry even though I sat under the dryer about 30 minutes come to find out the polish was old. A few days later my daughters pinky nail started coming completely off.

The lady was nice but they didn’t do a good job. I asked Shellac and they did Gel. I didn’t say anything cuz rarely do I get my nails done. There is bubbles in my polish. And it was done very messy.

I love coming here. Always a great job.

I would give it zero stars, if they had the option. My sister went in to get her nails removed and they butchered her nails. They cut part of her real nail off, they over sand her cuticles. Whats even worst is that the lady that was doing it laughed every time, it accidentally happened and never apologized. Do not recommend!.

It’s started when I walked in, they made us wait very long, and then I had to sit in a chair for 45 minutes until they started doing my nails. they judged and laugh at how I had did them (because they were still painted from when I did them) and then they made me choose A different nail color. When someone said that they were taking long they got mad

My sister and I went in to get regular polish manicure. They came out ok. The ladies looked at us with weird looks. They laughed when we just asked for regular polish. We were going to get pedicures but as soon as we walked In we Decided that we were going to skip out. Service was ok but felt a bit rushed. Kind of overpriced on some services

My first time here and I was not impressed. I came for a pedicure. The pedicure was beyond rushed and unprofessional! I would not recommend if you are looking for a a girls time away and relaxation. Sorry, but this is probably by far the worst pedicure I have ever had.

They have done my nails for a several years now. Leslie does my nails and Mai does my pedicures. Both are great!

They got roaches, very slow and where u wash your hands smells horrible. I asked for them to take my nails off and do a manicure all she did was take the nails off and send me on my way cause two other ppl came in. Not to mention she trying to do my nails someone’s feet and someone else nails all at the same time.

Very nasty and rude!! The Lady to the left when you walk in was doing nails right... when that customer went to wash her hands the Tech started to wax eyebrows without washing hands in between. Talk about Cross contamination!!! I want EVER return!!!Also the room @ the back where they do eyelashes is a mess!! Look like I saw pig feet in a jar on the eye wax station. Oh my its a funky mess in that place!!! Im thinking they do lashes in the break room lol

New to town and wanted to try a new place. Not even a week after my nails are already lifting. Im disappointed. I live 2 mins away and would have love to have made this work for me. I wouldnt even take my daughter here for a manicure. You get what you pay for. Dont bother go somewhere else! Cut my finger twice and bleed.

I wish I could post a picture of the nail tech working on my feet, but idk if I’d get in trouble for it. In one of the other reviews a girl posted on here she calls her the older lady with the hump on her back. Yep, same lady for me today. And I feel so sorry for my mom because she’s had to deal with her several times in the past. I remember she hurt her, made her bleed and is unapologetic. Well today it was me who experienced the woman. She is so rough and rude! I told her she was hurting me and she stops, sighs like it’s my fault, looks to her neighbor nail tech and starts going off in their language. Then she just continued the pedi, leaving me to stare her every move. She wasn’t going to cut the sides of my big toes so I asked her to. Big. Mistake. I asked her if she knew what she was doing while she was cutting ALL the way to the back of my big toe nail. She just looked at me dumbfounded like “yeah”. Why is she still here? What, you need to go in and clip the root of my toe nail? Oh well, seeing these reviews and less and less people coming by here it may be time for them to close this place down. But ol lady with a hump gotta go!

They do nice work but there is one lady that is sooooo rude there shes an older lady with a hump on her back, shes the reason I will not return there . She was very rude to my mother. She always seems miserable, they need to get rid of her.

They didn’t add enough coats of nail polish and my nails look very tacky. I am not pleased my nails they are the ugliest of them all. The only thing they did right was shaped my nails but everything else is trash 2 of nails are really crooked. I will not be going back and I highly recommend that you don’t get your nails done here!

My first experience here was FABULOUS that is why I returned today. OMG! I got the nail tech from HELL. She didnt want to listen to what I wanted. She was ear hustling the ladys conversation next to me, she cut my toe. When I complained, she started getting rough with my feet. I told her to stop. The owner/manager came over to try to persuade me to let her finish. I said no. She got an attitude. Now they all up in here schreeching in Vietnamese. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. DRIVE RIGHT ON BY

It was horrible. The man that does the nails did such a sloppy job. The owner had to fix them and the very same day 3 of my nails fell off. I will never return again
