Friendly staff, great customer service, good prices. They make you feel like family!

Nails by Emily is an old fashioned nail spot full of nice women. I made Nails by Emily my “home” because they are affordable, have awesome customer experience, and do great nails. I’m moving and very sad to leave but I know where to go if I ever make it back to Houston!

2nd time there. Took my granddaughter today and both of us got excellamt service. She said she would be coming back and Im hooked. Vicky is my go-to.

Have been going here often bc they are located close to my home. Love the ladies here. They are very kind and nice. They remember my name too! Today I came in at 5:45 bc I know they close at 7pm. I have an hour commute from work so I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedi for a full hour. They did not get me in the chair until 6:20. They have a lot of customers who sort of “took over” the salon. I guess it is a family, but they are loud and obnoxious. Not the kind of spa treatment I was looking forward to. We will see how it goes and whether or not I will get a full hour or not. So now it is 6:25 and they have 2 ladies working on an elderly woman, 1 lady working on her husband, a daughter(in her late 50s) drinking wine with a lady working on her and another daughter (in her 50s?) drinking wine having an enjoyable evening without any regard of me whatsoever. It is now 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. I will be leaving now and my rating just went down from a 4 star to a 2 star.

I give 3 Stars due to the fact, that my nails look horrible! I also bumped my toe nail into my own shoes, and messed them up. Instead of removing the nail polish and re-doing the whole nail, they just put paint over the top of of the bumped nail polish. I believe in doing things the right way, regardless if it takes more time. I just wish I could find a solid nail salon, to continue to go to!They were very friendly and Michelle was very nice, I just do not like the way my nails turned out, and will not be returning. If you are looking for customer service they are wonderful.Thanks!

Very nice salon! The ladies working there were awesome! They were very gentle with me during my first pedicure and did a great job making me feel as pampered as the ladies I was with.

These are some of the sweetest ladies I know!!! They ALWAYS treat me like a queen and are so Personalble. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. I NEVER wait and am in and out!

**Nice people, Bad results**The people there were nice but dont know how to properly do nails. I have bubbles in my fillings and my nails have already started lifting after a week of having them, and now one has cracked. Not saying that you shouldnt go here, just know it isnt good quality and you arent getting your moneys worth.

Ive known the owner since I was a baby. Great place to get your nails done.
