Terrible customer service let me just start with that. I made an appointment and came in and didn’t have to wait that long but as soon as I was sat down about 3 people walked in and I guess the lady doing my nails was stressed because she began rushing on my nails and wasn’t even paying attention. Never asked me if I was happy with the color or shape she just kept rushing to finish my nails so she could start on the person waiting. The staff also was not friendly at all. Every other nail salon I have been to I have felt a lot more welcomed, but definitely not here. And to top it all off my nails turned out horrible and nothing like I asked for, but probably because she was in too much of a hurry, rather than to actually try. Definitely do not recommend.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted. VERY SIMPLE . Color was wrong, not complimenting AT ALL. the French tip was uneven, very rushed looking & paint was very thick, uneven, & lumpy. The shape was not what I asked for at all. They are fat and ugly. Then charged me wayyyy over priced for them. I am very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. and will NEVER ever be back.

I was sat down at 5:35 and I walked out to my car 20 minutes later. They close at 7, so I came don’t know why I was being rushed. They did such a poor job! Not only was the process rushed, but not once did she bother to ask me if I liked the shape of my nails or anything. When I commented that I’d like them more pointed, she fixed one nail. I asked for a design which she entirely tried to skip (I asked for simple cherries on one finger). When I reminded her about them she rolled her eyes and slapped one poorly done cherry on my ring fingers.They’re uneven, not shaped properly, not even shaped the same, bumpy, and overall poorly executed! Do not bother wasting your money or your 20 minutes at this place!!

Katie did an amazing job! She worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my nails before I left. I’m picky so she would always show me something on one or two nails and make sure I was happy with how it looked before putting it on all of them. She also always gave me multiple options and let me see how they looked before I decided which one I wanted (like different glitter colors). It’s the first time I’ve had acrylics in years and they’re completely comfortable the way she applied them.

I found me a new nail shop! I absolutely loved everything about it! I love my nails even more. I showed her a picture & she replicated it to perfection!❤️

Was unhappy with the service. Asked for rounded shaped nails, got square. My daughter called ahead of time, asked if they had blue glow in the dark nails instead she got purple. Asked for coffin shaped nails and the lady made them too short. Didnt give any kind of discount after we complained either.

I LOVE THEM . I got my lashes and nails done . I’ve never been so satisfied with my nails, they are even and my nail bed doesn’t look fat, she didn’t it within 20 minutes and they are PERFECT, they cost 35 . I got my lashes done and I’ve never been happier, she did exactly what I wanted and they were only 80. So it was a total of 115 but I paid 140 because she was awesome ! I was there for a total of 45 minutes like dude what!!! Her name is Ant

They helped several people while giving service and not one person washed their hands in between services. They also allow people not to wear their mask inside. As far as the manicure, it was so bad. I asked for dip and the dip wouldn’t dry, when I asked what product they were using they wouldn’t reply they just would just say to give it 5 minutes, eventually they used a different top and said it was dry. As soon as I left I noticed the dip had smeared everywhere. I called to let them know and the owner or person in charge said to go back. I went back then next day bc I had already wasted a lot of time there. They were so rude, specially the owner. As Ann (nail tech) was removing the top coat, it was coming off in chunks and I told them to redo them and the owner just kept saying that a top coat would fix it. I ended up leaving and didn’t get anything fixed and then the owner continued to talk about me with other customers. Completely disrespectful and rude. Very disappointed as I was a loyal customer for long time. Will go else where. Don’t recommend for dip services at all.

Katie ALWAYS does a great job! I get powder and my nails look great for weeks! Shes fast and still does a great job. The prices are great too.

They changed owner & it was the best thing they could’ve done absolutely love my nails by Katie.. she knew exactly what i wanted & she does the best nails i will post my beautiful nails & Katie does the best designs as well! Tell her what you want & she will give it to you!! Recommend her 110%!

Katie is wonderful and the rest of her staff. Katie fixed a previous botched job from another nail salon. And they look better than anynails I have gotten in over 20 years. She is very detailed. Love the atmosphere very relaxing. Hot wax pedicure!!! Who knew. Loved it.

My grandmother got her nails done here as well and she loves how they turned out! They changed owner since yesterday & very sweet people & love the attention they give! Again totally recommend!

These ladies do a great job for me. I am always pleased. Tina does my pedicure and Kathy does my nailsI recommend them. I havent had anyone else do my nails there but they all stay busy so they are all probably equally as great!

The place is a hidden gem! I am constantly coming up with different and intricate designs and Katie never fails to take the challenges. I leave feeling refreshed and beautiful with my facial, pedicure, full set completed with designs and my babydoll eye lashes, without breaking the bank everytime. Enjoying my life journey!

Love the service. I was immediately tended to. Kathy made sure I was happy with my nails all the way to the end of my visit. I would recommend this nail salon. The price is great and the customer service is on point.

Me and my wife get our pedicare at Sammies Nails every 2 weeks this place treat us like family especially Mike the owner very quick with a joke . Highly recommended

Y’all, this is my second time visiting this nail salon and they always have the best service and prices! Last time I visited two weeks ago I came an hour before they closed and was the only customer for a manicure. They literally had all 5 women helping to prep or do my nails. Today I visited again for a mani/pedi. While one lady worked on my toes, another worked on my hands and gave me an upper back massage. It was fantastic!HIGHLY recommended!
