Holly was so kind and did an absolutely wonderful job. Whats more is that she genuinely cared about my nails and gave advice that helped me make better decisions for the designs I wanted considering I was going to the beach and need some staying power! Will definitely be a regular if hers! The atmosphere and other staff members were great too!

Ms nicki “motorcycle” is so bomb she is very very precise and takes care of you when your in her chair.. she pays close attention to little details and takes her time unlike at other salons who just try to get you done. I absolutely loved this salon. I went in with my sister. Neither one of us has ever been to the salon actually called them because they stayed open until 8:00 p.m.The building is very spacious and I loved the mural on the ceiling. I had miss Kim do my nails and she was literally the best person Ive ever had do my nails before. She was so gentle with my hands and very energetic. Had great conversation with miss Kim but also felt comfortable sitting in silence. She helps me come out of my shell and get something I normally dont get and they look absolutely beautiful. My nails are the ombre. My sisters nails are green and black. She had 1 or 2 hiccups with miss Nikki doing her nails but miss Kim fixed it with no problem. The price was definitely worth the outcome of our nails. Miss Kim defiantly has both our businessfrom now on!

I have come to this nail salon a few times and I have loved it. Today I decided to go, lots going on right now and needed to have me time, was excited to get out and go. When I got to the pedi chair I was asked if I wanted a pedicure which I said no thank you just paint my toes and if I could please have designs put on my big toes. She tells me no I dont do them. I said oh okay can someone else do a design? She threw her hands up and said everyone is busy. I said um okay.... the lady which I didnt get her name then says you want pedicure then design? I again say no maam just paint. She paints my toes, didnt even do a good job unfortunately so another lady who was so, so sweet come over and did designs and fixed the polish job. All I wanted was my toes, eyebrows and nails done. I didnt do my nails because I was upset and trying not to cry, I wont go back.

Kim and her team are AMAZING!! There has never been a time, day or night where they havent been able to accommodate my schedule or provide a quality, service, and experience. The wait time is minimal, the service time is impeccable, and the attention to detail is something you just cant help but to appreciate. They stay up to date on trends, consistently offer service upgrades, and have no problem with ensuring youre satisfied. I think what moves me the most is their family friendly and family focused environment. Last time we came here my daughters nails looked horrible, to the point her dad took her somewhere else to have them fixed... and the new salon was like ??? What in the world? And then this time she got them done with a friend.. I just picked her up and I’m like... you got your nails done at that same salon again...... they look awful. It’s a man that works there who did them. He plays on his phone while he works. He watches sports, doesn’t pay attention. Super sloppy work. Paid 45 dollars for this.. also, the place isn’t clean. After spending 200 dollars not even three days ago my polish is chipping my daughter has nails already popping off . I should have left when the young man in the shop complained about poor service while I was there . Total waste of money .

This is my 1st and last time here. They were nice enough BUT are way overpriced especially for the quality I received. I cant remember her name but she was an older lady that sits in the front. She did a decent pedicure but the nails.... There is dirt or something in the acrylic she used that left specs in the polish. She was SOOOOOO messy and I left with acrylic on my fingers and hands. I had 2 cuts on a finger from her rough filing.

Nails done Saturday morning. Refill and Shellac and Luxury pedicure. Nails chippong already. Im on my vacation. Quality depends on who you get to do service. Andy is nice gut not very good. Cindy is very good but not very pleasant. You can get a goid service but not consistently.

Very unprofessional, I called to ask what time they close. The lady that answer told me they were to busy and gave me a time to go. Well I get a phone call that they are ready for me to go in. I get there and they aren’t ready but I decide to wait it was my first time trying them out, they finally decide to sit me down to get started on my nails. Im thinking “yay finally “well I was wrong she tells me if I can please get up and wait a little longer and they sit someone else down. So after waiting almost two whole hours I decide to just leave. Just with those two hours of me waiting I was able to see how dirty this place is. They do not wipe their tools or seats down at all it’s a dirty place to go to. Never again will I return back to this place.

A day a go and look at this :/ used to be my place to go, so I decided to go with my 6 years for our girls night. It was the worst time ever I will not be coming back .. lets say my daughter was not a priority, because they say she is small it wont take long. we got there at 7:40 didnt leave till past 10 o clock they made her last .. WAY over priced for the quality received. Shellac manicure was extremely sloppy and peeled up the next day because of how much was over lapped on my skin. She also cut my pinky during my manicure. I had a pedicure too and it wasn’t the best, that shellac paint started to peel up too. It was just not that great and we paid twice what I usually pay at my normal local place.

I Came here last Monday to receive a fully set and a pedicure. It was very wonderful dont it took to long for my nails. I went back to the same lady yesterday Thursday because 1 nail was hurting extremely bad it was cracked. They said no problem, as she fixed my nail I asked for a color change (monday it took 4 hours just to get a short full set. She told me i would need 3 coats of gel nail polish because her polish was thin.. (only reason why I wanted to redo my color, to look smooth as possible, no lines or lumps). As she start taking my color off (drilling it off) she said let me do a fill I told her no I was just here monday there hasnt been enough time and will be back later the following week on and there no space for a fill. The problem comes in where she files my nails down to nothing absolutely nothing and does a whole fill in. I was super upset because I clearly several times said no I dont need a fill in. The owner comes over and I explained clearly what happen and she said she was only trying to help you looking beautiful.( I dont know if she is clearly insulting me or ) I said its because she just wanted money. She continue to say not true. I say If I the customer ask for a service dont take it upon yourself to do what you want. Also 6 different prices were quoted. The lady who did my nails said the broken nail was free it was just a few days before but the color change would be 15 then it went to 25 after the fill down no one asked for then it was 35 bc she did a fill no one asked for again. The OWNER charged me 27 dollars 22 dollars for a color change and 5 for a broken nail. I also believe since I kindly but very frustrated and remind you not yell but talking very clearly and firm .. to her I guess you want me to stand up and start acting what you think I should act like i simply told her You are stealing people money by forcing a service they dont ask for and making them pay i should call the police your in the wrong and then justify that if her nail dose this its ok. I should take this small matter to small claims court because of the principle ( thievery ) I can not and will not every again give my money to this company. I paid went in my car and cried... Never again

I will never again go to this nail shop. Last Sunday my nails were done by Holly and by Tuesday my nail chipped. I went back there after work and was told to have a seat. I waited an hour to have Kim tell me Holly wasn’t here and her to rush and mess my nail up. Then, she told me to come back Friday because Holly would be back then. So, i said ok. I get here and Kim tells me Holly doesn’t work here anymore. She told me to pick a color and have a seat.3 people came in after time and got their nails done. I told her I was leaving. She said they’re almost done and you’re next.20 min later she tells me to sit in her chair. I was sure about her doing my nails but I have her a try. She got up every few minutes. I was there a little over 2 hours for her to charge me 22 for a nail color change. I’m so upset at the service here.Despite reading the many good reviews I decided to give them a try to be disappointed.My service here has been horrible l

I hate to give a 1 star because I actually enjoyed the service, but I will never go back! Why? Because a couple of weeks later the skin around my big toe got infected!! At first I thought I had an ingrown nail! But no it was the skin. They definitely need to be using new tools every time, and it does not seem they are following that!

This is the last time I will be coming here. I asked to get my nails off. No polish or anything. They charged me $20!!! is this normal. The front lady always tries to upsell to the point of almost harassment. And then she says “oh we’re so slow today”, no wonder... I’ll be finding a new, cleaner salon. The only reason I go here is because it is close to the house, but it’s not even worth it anymore!!! They are taking advantage of the very few customers they have left. Need new management if you ask me. Also this salon is very dusty and dirty.

Second time here. The place is dirty, they dont wipe anything down and its messy. Tools were the floor and did not seem sanitary at all. People are lying when they say this place is clean. My nails had bubble because they were rushing. I told they and all they did was paint over it and didnt wait for it to dry, so of course it bubbled again. Not worth the money. Not coming back again.

This was my first time coming here and Michelle was my tech. She did an absolute AMAZING job on my nails. Exactly how I wanted them. Price was great too. I will definitely come back, especially if they stay on my nails for two weeks at least.

Yesterday was my 2nd time here and I loved my experience. I got a pedicure and a full set. I was comfortable the entire time. The pedicure was great and the manicure with the full set was great I showed the nail tech a couple pictures and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you Luxury Nails !

Owner stated she believes in, telling price before starting with a customer; I was quoted $37 for 3 mani/pedis...2 hrs later her employee rung up $162, and started yelling at me when I was confused. She explained up charges that were not disclosed before they started working directly violating what Kim claimed to be her business practices! Her employees tried to up charge every service but did not upgrade the quality work to match. I feel like I got hustled. Kim, the owner after yelling at me trying to explain, after I told her I understood, started talking about my issue with another customer. Totally unprofessional. Sophie did a great job but several other employees were less skilled unapologetically. She talked me into an up charge of shellac without my knowledge of price change and I left with shellac all over my fingers off the nail. I was totally shocked by this behavior as I have visited before years ago and would have given a 4 plus rating.

It was my first time visiting this nail salon. They got me in the chair right away for a pedicure which was great! They gave me the menu of services and when I confirmed my selection the technician started telling me how a more expensive option would be better a better option. I was a bit put off by that because if Ive told you what I wanted please dont offer me something more expensive unless Im able to get thisbetter option at no additional charge.The technician did a really good job on scrapping the bottom of my feet they are actually baby soft. My manicure also came out cute. At the end when I got ready to pay the lady had taken me to the counter and shed swiped my card and when it came to the tip she said how much tip you want like it wasnt a question on if I wanted to leave a tip, but how much. Now I ALWAYS leave a tip but lady a tip is a choice so dont make me feel like its mandatory.Lastly I would avoid coming here again. So my regular salon was closed again yesterday and I absolutely love the steps theyve taken to make the patrons feel safer during this plandemic Theres a hand wash station before you enter, a temperature check, and a covid tracker form youre asked to fill out. Also my usual place is so oo oo much cleaner with better equipment. Luxury Nail Spa was in desperate need of renovations and new equipment. Their towels were stained and looked dingy and dirty. The ceiling had water stain, the chair I sat in massager wasnt working. The floor and tables were dirty. The unkept and cleanliness when I visited would prevent me from returning.

Today was my first time trying this nail salon. The guy that did my nails did a really good pedicure, but my full set was awful. My nails are really thin and lumpy. He also cut them really uneven and shorter than I requested. I was also charged 14 extra dollars for Shellac which I never experienced. I wasted 82.00 dollars here. If you are picky About your nails and enjoy quality services, go somewhere else. Or at least a different nail tech within the salon. Definitely will not be returning.

I have been twice now and I have had the best experience. Everyone is pleasant and ask questions about your nail. I really like Nicky who works there. She is pleasant and always making sure that I am happy. I recommend her for great nails.

AMAZING SERVICE!Kim went out of her way for me while also doing an amazing job on my nails. I am VERY (to a fault) particular about my nails and she did them perfectly. I am a new client and I can not fathom how UNPROFESSIONAL they are. I got my nails done Friday and they’d broken by SUNDAY morning, I called and explained I wanted my nails fixed and I wouldn’t put in another DIME being I paid $71 including her 20% tip. The lady reluctantly agreed, I come in and I’m set with the same nail tech, there were bumblebee throughout the shop because theyd had the doors wide open for air (I’m assuming) two bees we’re crowing ON my car keys, in the lights on the ceiling, in the nail polish on the wall and throughout the entrance, I am personally afraid of bees so I WAS jumping out of my seat LITERALLY. My nail tech killed the bee on the table were your hands are supposed to be placed and never sanitized that area. I do not recommend this “LUXURY” nail and spa 🤣 what a joke, I wish I could give them no stars at all

Went on today, Sunday 10/6/19. Service was absolutely horrible. The lady that works the front has zero customer service skills as well as her staff. Quoted one price for my granddaughter to get a pedicure and manicure $23.00. Went to pay $28.00. My other granddaughter got a full set. Was told $40.00, went to pay and it was $43.00. I called before this review and asked about a child’s pedi and hand polish; was told $30.00. Maybe your experience will be better than mine but I wouldn’t recommend.

She is patient and very understanding. She recently went on vacation and Kim was sure to fill the void. Both of these ladies are amazing and I highly recommend them. All of the staff is friendly and the place is always clean and up to par. I definitely give them a 5 star and will continue to go here.

I did not have a pleasant experience at all, I was cut twice on the same finger and once on another one. Also, they didnt have much protection for social distancing, when I first arrived there werent many customers so no one was sitting next to me, but eventually more customers arrived. A customer was place right next to me as I was getting my nails done and there were plenty of seat available to practice social distancing. I will not return and I would not recommended this place to anyone.

I went in Monday with my boyfriend to get a manipedi Yesterday, one of my acrylic nails cracked and today the one on my right middle finger cleanly broke off. Ive had my nails done a few times before and this doesnt happen so quickly. I know the crack was my fault cuz I smashed my finger, but my the one on my right middle finger just literally came off after tapping it into my palm while trying to break up some onion powder in its bottle. I know I didnt tap it hard since I felt no pain when it came off. So much for $130 plus tip 😔

I have been coming here off and on for years. Its been awhile since I have been here and I was a little let down on the condition of the location, it definitely needs to be refreshed. I will visit their other location as it is new and I was was impressed with it and the service they provided. I took my mother here to treat her and relax before Thanksgiving. I had to convince her because she never treats herself. We also took my niece. I was feeling thankful for all our blessings. We get here and the nightmare begins!!! We were rushed throughout the whole process. Lee the owner tends to be over the top with what he believes is good customer service but in actuality hes very pushy. Pressures you to pick an option and very quick. I felt hustled with all the made up prices. My 9 year old niece was treated very poorly by the man who did her nails. Who treats a little girl like that? Its now day two and three nails have completed chipped off. I have two events tonight and tomorrow and dont have time to go back. And even if I wanted to I will not. I rather go spend more money and redo my nails. I will never come back to this place even if it was free!!

Giving them 3 stars only b/c this is my third time coming, and on the third time I feel like they FINALLY got it right. Ive been here 3 times in two weeks. The first time, I came in was to get a refill/full set with shellac. Michelle was sweet but she didnt go a good job and 2 of my nails broke the very next day. I came in the following day and they made another lady (whose name I did not get) fix the two nails that were broken, but she did a HORRIBLY job and applied 4 coats of shellac polish and a top coat and it still looked a HOT MESS much like the makeup that she had on her face! Fast forward to today, I came in and just requested that another tech do my nails. Justin did them for me. He was professional, polite, and I liked that he listened to what I asked him to do and, didnt do what he wanted to do. For that reason,and that reason alone, they may have a saved me as a customer. When I go back Ill only let him touch my nails though, anyone else and Ill refuse their service. Nothing personal but for $45 plus tip Id like for me nails to be done nice and neat

Worst nail job I ever had. They didnt fix my nails before walking out. Charge me for a dip nail and i got the basic. They also charge my car 20$ extra when i had no idea

On 08/08/18 my mother, daughter, and I went this salon at the last hour of closing. They gladly welcomed us in and immediately serviced us while they were relatively busy.
